I always see the commercials on TV, even where I live in California and we don't have any Cici's Pizza here, so it was tempting to try it when I was out in Florida. I like that they have quite the wide selection of pizzas and it's only $5 bucks! However, their food left me feeling gross because it was too greasy. It didn't taste that great either. The pastas were bland and I wish they had a better variety of salads. Stars for affordability and wide selection of pizzas, no stars for food quality.

  • The best pizza I have ever tasted. Freshly made, there is a great buffet selection of al types of pizza available. You pay about $4.50 and then its all you can eat. You can have pasta, salad, pizza and desserts - all included in the price. Also if they don have out a pizza you are after you can ask and they will make one for you there and then, taking about half an hour at most. The pizza is so fresh, you can see them making it over the counter. Its so cheap, tasty and filling. Anyone please go to this restaurant! I wish they would come over to the u.k. PLEASEEEEEEEE!!

  • SUPER cheap, absolutely great deal. The pizzas were fresh and plentiful, service was very fast, and ohmygosh the hot cinnamon buns were absolutely to die for! Absolute perfection, with sticky icing on top. There was a vague attempt at healthiness by having a salad but compared to all the other stuff, it didn't look very exciting! Absolute bargain, delicious food but for the sake of your waistline, try not to eat here every night!

Good place to go to if you are on a budget and with young kids who are picky eaters. The salad and dessert bars have a good selection as well. Would recommend for family with the kids and looking for a budget friendly place to dine.

This is one of my favorite Cici's. For one it's very clean and the employee's are very nice. When I was in high school I would come here no less than once a week. The price was amazing. I received some Florida resident cards and you can also ask. I believe mine is $3.99 buffet plus drinks. This Cici's has probably the best pizza's out of all the Cici's. My favorite is the alfredo!! So definitely order that one :) I also went to one in Tennessee, which was the BIGGEST Cici's and funnt enough when I spoke to the owner he said he owner this one on I-Drive. Small world we are in. Definitely check this Cici's out though. You wont be disappointed.

I just love pizza so I actually like this place. I will admit sometimes the pizza does look stale but its actually good. The desserts, salad and bread-sticks are good. It's a great place for vacation goers especially if your on a budget and you need cheap eats. The bathrooms are pretty clean and there is a mini arcade here. Don't bother looking for the garbage pails because they come to your table and take plates away. The best time to go is in the afternoon because most of the time travelers are in the parks. I can see why some people don't like this place because the commercials can be deceiving. But as a New Yorker this place is golden because its pizza and cheap eats. Since I don't get this ever I like it. If I did live in Florida I most likely would give this place 2.5 stars out of 5. But since I can't have it I crave it hence the 4 stars.

It was excellent for the money especially with the coupon discount. Since they say you get what you pay for, I would say CiCi's gives you more then what you pay for. I would have gone back if we stayed longer. yes not the healthiest food but I do cheat on vacation :)

The idea of it is good, however I didn't think my experience lived up to the commercials I kept seeing back at home. Pizza was ok, not anything better than Domino's, arcade games for kids, balloon making reminded me of Papa Gino's.

$5 all you can eat pizza.....and.....thats about it. pizza. if you love pizza, this is the place to go. lots of varieties from the typical supreme style to non traditional like mac n cheese. i didnt have a favorite as i am not a super pizza fan. i enjoyed their chicken noodle soup more than anything else. they had two types of tossed salads, and desserts made into pizza slices like apple stroussles shaped like pizza slices, cinnamon rolls and brownie squares. i wish they had more thin crust pizzas but they only had one kind at the time and it was stuffed with cheese and sausage. they also have pasta and red sauce which was ok. theres a coupon for buy one get one free meal but you have to purchase drinks, which adds up to the same price as a meal anyway.

Your typical pizza joint, nothing to write home about. Nice service. If you don't like any of the pizza they have, they will be happy to make you any pizza you like. Price is fair.

Came here a few weeks ago because I haven't been back in years. It was extremely crowded and I think it was about $6 per person. I think the quality of the pizza went down...there were too few options to pick from and since it was so crowded, the pizza didn't come out fast enough. The only thing I thought that was good were the breadsticks. The pasta was okay, I mostly ate breadsticks that night. Overall, I was very disappointed this time going back to Cici's..its just not as good as it used to be anymore. Or maybe because its located on International Drive that its this way, I don't know..

Located right outside of Disney, they offer a coupon for buy one buffet get one free at most hotels. The buffet is only $5.99 and we understand why right away. They had two salad types, ceazar and garden with toppings, canned soup, pizza, and for dessert you have the option of a brownie or pizza like apple danish. Also had pasta with either a red sauce or a "white" sauce. Since I live in NJ this buffet was horrifying. However, for people on a tight budget in disney, or people with small childern, this buffet will cut it. The pizza s very similar to dominos, (dominos is better). The other sad part was when we where done we realized pizza hut had the same offer and we could of went there.

The workers were extremely friendly and always helpful! The price was great and not to shabby quality over all. My family LOVED the thin crust and stuffed-crust pizza but i preferred the plain. Also the Cinnamon Rolls were to die for!! Overall, a great place to take the kids when on a budget. SIGN UP FOR THE PIZZA PERKS ONLINE TO GET A FREE BUFFET!!!!

The salad was good, about 6 choices of salad dressings. A good variety of pizzas. The garlic cheese sticks had no garlic or very little garlic taste to them. There's macaroni, the tomato sauce was good, we got a bowl full of it and dipped the sticks in that. The alfredo is very bland, no one in my family liked it. The soup was the best thing according to my family. All in all the price were cheap, and my parents were actually concerned about the place, if it can keep this up with these prices.

Okay people criticise places like this being nasty, food not good etc. but tbh you get what you pay for, for 2 of us with a voucher... $13 that's pizza, pasta, salad and dessert. Now who can complain about that. If you want a quick lunch then this is the place... Yes people may say it's disgusting but I was okay, enough to walk out and be full for rest of day!!! Cheaper than McDonald's and Burger King!!! Especially if your on a budget!

Wouldn't go here if I were you. Me and my FAM came here to eat pizza. Only problem there was none. They took forever to make them and by the time it was ready the lines were so long it was gone before you for a piece. I tried placing an order for a couple and a rude employee said I couldn't, then I put a cup of soup and waited 30 minutes for a spoon. Not worth the money even if it was free.

I just had to weigh in on this place... we were hungry and thought pizza would be good. CiCis used to be a quality place, but this pizza was so bad we would not return if they were giving it away.

Cici's was good for a quick bite on the run. We needed food quickly. The turnover of customers coming through the door was high so there were open tables available and the bus boys kept them clean. This is a cafeteria type environment with a buffet. Many little children that we found to be very entertaining. Young families everywhere. There is a small arcade for the older kids to spend some time in if you wish to rest your tired feet for a few minutes. Enjoyable but not a restful atmosphere.

Food and pizza was great. The salad bar was good also. The locale was not the most pristine, with buckets in the middle catching some type of leak. The staff left something to be desired. My husband and daughter both wanted specialty pizzas that where not on the line. My husband ordered his and my daughter was told she'd had to wait for his to be done. When his came out she ordered hers. After 25 or 30 mins hers didn't come out, we asked and were told that she had to wait until we finished the first specialty pizza before they could put hers in. Never had this problem at any other Cici's. With so many locations in Orlando, I would try a different one before going back to this one.

From the moment we walked in, we were treated amazingly! We had gone in with two coupons and the young lady at the cashier gladly helped us figure out which one was more beneficial. The pizza was tasty. They do special pizza just ask for whatever you want. The manager, Julio was so helpful also and would always ask if you needed anything further. Cinnamon rolls are delicious!! Definitely would go back when in Orlando! Good food and amazing service!!

It's not New York pizza, but I for one am glad it doesn't even try to be. It's its own thing, and that's okay. Specialty pizza has its place in the world and it is adequately represented at Cici's Pizza. It's hard to go wrong with any cheese, tomato sauce and bread combo anyway. I appreciate the uniqueness of this establishment. Even if their was one in New York, I'd probably stop by from time to time. I definitely think Cici's Pizza is worth checking out.

I don't get it. I really do not understand how a Cici's Pizza gets 3, 4 or 5 stars. It's just ick. I took my GD for pizza since we got into Orlando late. We received a buy one, get one free with the purchase of adult meal and two drinks. Okay, that's a bargain. And you get exactly what you pay for. These are the weirdest combinations I have ever seen - and some, well, just no. The BBQ pizza tastes like smoky sauce slathered on bread and heated. gag. They did have a pepperoni with jalapeno on it that wasn't too bad. Go for the Italian flatbread pizzas - they actually have the best flavors. Salad is iceberg lettuce, choice of onions, black olives, cherry tomatoes, croutons, bacon bits - maybe something else, I just wasn't too interested. They also have macaroni noodles that you can put sauce on - alfredo or marina - and a chicken noodle soup. Dessert pizza and cinnamon rolls. Dessert pizza - this is like the "I can't get something good so let me see what I've got laying around that I can make something sugary." vanilla pudding on pizza dough with some sugary syrup on top. Good luck.

Friendly service, plenty of seating, and VERY large game room. We stopped for lunch and they were low on just about everything but quickly stocked up again when we were ready for seconds.

Should have turned back the moment I walked in. Came here to grab something quick and cheap to eat but everything was terrible. Although the prices were low, I would pay more to at least have clean plates & cups! The food looks gross and old, even if they say it's fresh. Even a pizza straight from the oven was dry. Honestly would have had a better meal buying a frozen pizza. The drinks station was overflowing with soda and no one cared to clean it up. However, there are employees blocking the isles while picking up plates from tables. Worse experience!

I really don't know what to think about this place... okay food, good value, but a bit depressing (feelings wise). The pizza was reasonable and okay. We were waiting at the table for our take out and watched the all you can eat setup - great value. They refreshed their self-serv pizzas frequently and I was impressed by that. Nevertheless, it was just not that appetizing even when we were really hungry...

A meal here is a good deal, and can be an even better deal if you find a Groupon! There's lots of variety in pizzas and there is constant turnover in food, but at the same time, you get what you pay for when it comes to quality and ambiance. This restaurant is loud, and isn't for the affluent diners; it's more for families that have a budget and small children. Some of the pizzas are pretty unique though, but that's all I recommend you to try; the salads are so-so and the mac and cheese is bland.

We were a family on vacation, the pizza is always good. I was a litt Little disappointed with the salad bar not too many options and the soup looked like it had been out all day. I was very disappointed with the manager, she was walking the dining room and saying that we had clear cups and proceeded to tell us that clear cups for water only and started to pick up our drinks I had to stop and let her know that we have paid for drinks but they were out of cups she was very rude and never once seen her smile And never once seen her thanking a guest as they left.

  • An excellent place to visit for all you can eat Pizza for around $5 !! Excellent variety of pizzas, always fresh - along with a selection of pasta, salad and desserts. Look around for 10% off coupons in most Florida publications for an additional discount, off the already excellent price. Located on International Drive, it is extremely easy to get to - if you use the i-ride trolley, there is a stop almost directly outside. Definitely check it out !

Maybe because I live in a city that has so many restaurants it's almost sacreligious to dine at any kind of chain restaurant, but seriously, there's no reason to harm your body with this stuff. Yes, the price is hard to beat. Yes, it's doughy pizza. But there's no way you can feel good about yourself after this place. I even had a salad with my 10 slices, thinking 'hey at least i'm eating veggies' and that still made me feel like a fat swine. Not even a pig, a friggin dirty swine. Shortly afterward, every one of us blew up our respective bathrooms. Attractive huh? It was quite a story, but maybe better heard than actually experienced.

Came here on an Orlando trip with friends. We saw it as we were driving and everyone was hungry. Since we were hungry college students 6$ sounded like a wonderful idea. The place was packed when we go there and food was refilled pretty fast. They have a decent variety of pizza and stuff to choose from. The pizza is no where near high class but what could you expect. If you're looking for a cheap all the artery you can clog buffet, Cici's is here for you!

Shakespeare didn't say it... So I will... Cici's Pizza place is really tasty. It is located by Carrier Drive. The pizza cheese is creamy not pasty. The cheesey breadsticks make me feel alive. Try the white pizza with the tomatoes Or get the one with spinach and chicken Unfortunately there's no potatoes But the dessert pie is finger lickin'. At the soda fountain you fill your glass Feel free to mix orange soda and Sprite The kids running are a pain in the ass Ignore them and watch the TVs so bright As if the food isn't reason to go. There are video games to play and show.

I've ate at other cicis in the past but, this particular cicis really bothered me for not having good trays. Every other cicis had food trays and the comment I received was " trays are to expensive". That being said I was furious. So by the time you get your cup, salad, soup, bread sticks, pasta, and pizza you already made 10 trips up to the buffet when you could have made one trip to the table with all your food. I'll never visit this location again.

I almost didn't want to write a review on this place as it would be admitting that i ate here. No, i really didn't expect too much for an $8.00 (with drink) pizza buffet but even with very low expectations i could not have anticipated how bad the food would be. Salad: Iceberg lettuce head cut into huge hunks that required a knife and fork to cut into pieces that would fit in your mouth. The "salad bar" was out of everything except dressing and black olives. Maybe like 8 selections to begin with... Soup: Literally plain water with some of their plain boiled pasta spirals in it. There were a few dried herbs floating on top but it had absolutely ZERO taste. Pasta: plain, unsalted boiled spirals, optional canned red sauce, Zero taste. Pizza: We were there at 7:00 on a Friday night and the place was busy but it seems they don't cook pizza based on how many people are there trying to eat. There were 3 pizzas on the line when we first went to get some. All of them had very sparse toppings on about the inner 1/3 of the pizza and the toppings were so strange... one had pineapple and nothing else, one looked like frozen spinach and no sauce, and one had about 15 grains of what i think was sausage on the entire pizza. Do they know pizza is supposed to have cheese on it? Drinks: Seriously!!! Clean the fountain drink lines!!! my kids wouldn't even drink this dirty-tasting crap. Dessert: Same bland pizza dough with canned vanilla pudding on it and some chocolate syrup. Cinnamon rolls were dry and bland. Bottom line: yuk.

I'm here on a business trip and was just out looking for quick hot bite to eat. Ordered a pepperoni and olive pizza from Cici's . . . was quick, service was friendly, pizza was decent, prices were cheap!

Good for people who are intoxicated or large families where the adult's are not concerned about health. Cici's is extremely cheap and a buffet. ALL of the food is greasy and bad but that's what you get for the price. Enough said.

Its nice to have a place with all you can eat pizza for $5.99. They also have a soup and salad or two. Most of the pizza isn't good at all, which should be expected. Their selling point is tha mac and cheese pizza, which I think doesn't taste or look appealing at all. They do offer friendly service. The one exception is that have an apple cinnamon pizza for dessert that is very good.

  • Samantha S.

This place is hardly gourmet or upscale, but I really love it and think the concept is great. It is $6 a person and provides all you can eat pizza, pasta, salad and dessert. For a family on a budget, it's really an amazing place. The food really isn't bad. The salad is fresh, with lots of items. The pasta is well cooked, with a flavorful marinara sauce. There are tons of pizza options; my favorite was the spinach pie. The cinnamon rolls for dessert are so sweet and delicious. I wouldn't come here everyday, but for what it is, I think it's a great value and offers pretty good food.

I have wanted to experience CiCi's ever since I started seeing the commercials. Well all I can say is what a letdown. The idea of all you can eat pizza and pasta sounds great, but its not even worth it. I guess you get what you pay for. The pizza is not terrible. I'd say ok at best. The best one to me was the mac and cheese pizza. I've always been a fan of the pizza hut buffet and the pizza hut buffet puts CiCi's to shame. If you need a quick bite to eat stop here, but if not I say skip it.
