Never thought I'd be giving a pizza chain restaurant 5 stars but....its the truth!! From the minute we stepped in the door this place is way better than other similar restaurants. We were greeted with a smile and asked how our day was going. (Yes it was sincere!) We also noticed everything was clean and tidy. We got our food and sat down in a booth and the pizza was fresh and tasty. Really tasty...as in hasn't been sitting under a heat lamp for an hour. So as I ate I observed the food line. The fellow working the food line was working his a** off.....with a smile and greeting people as they passed him. Fresh product seems to be a priority here. Even the guy who busses tables smiled and greeted folks. Glad we stopped by.

We come here maybe once a year. The kids love the pizza here! They have about 10 different pizzas out and ready to eat. To name a few are cheese, pepperoni, veggie, meat lovers, spinach Alfredo, Buffalo chicken, BBQ chicken and stuffed crust. You can get special order pizzas, just fill out a little check sheet and it takes about 10 minutes. I like the pizza crust as it's not too heavy. The also have a salad bar available and pasta station with curly pasta. You can choose marinara or Alfredo sauce. I usually mix the sauces for my pasta. There are desserts available, brownies, Apple strudel pizza and custard pizza. It's an ok cheap deal for the family. Kids under 3 are free. Kids ages 3-10 meals are $3.99. Sometimes they have a $5 (adult) promo, look out for these if you want to try it out.

Went to this CICIS on November 25 2014 it was very clean salad bar not a lot to choose on that part but it was extremely fresh. The pizza was great. Most of all with the coupon we got out of a book at hotel my family of 5 ate for $4.24 per person. Just can beat that. Staff was friendly as well. Great place to eat and a great way to fill up. If you are looking for a cheap meal...this is it. We were looking for cheap eats with good flavor so that we could grab a quick bite before heading back to Universal for the evening. Unfortunately, we did not find that exact package. Overall, it was just okay - cheap but just an okay flavor. The staff was friendly. There were a few families in there, but overall pretty quiet. I will say that the kitchen staff was laughing and playing so loudly for a few minutes that we could hear it in the dining room. If that was not enough, one of them came out with two balloons in her shirt as boobs. She was laughing hysterically like it was the best joke ever. Not a good look for my teenage sons to see.

This is a super nice CiCi's establishment, very clean and presentable. Went for a late lunch, so it wasn't busy. But the pizza was all hot and fresh! This was one of the best CiCi's experiences I've had.

This is a new Cici's Pizza that opened over a year ago. I have been a regular customer there. They make the best vegetarian pizza pie with the zesty sauce. I have been ordering a couple pies from them about once a week now. The staff is very friendly and efficient here too. Pies are inexpensive and you just can't go wrong.
