Horrible!!!! No other words to explain this horror show. I'm from ny and eat pizza a lot and was offended by this joint. The flavor on top of the fact that the pizza was not fresh was terrible.

Meh... My dad had a coupon... Being from NYC, I found the pizza to be "ok"... I was expecting much and I got what I expected. The staff was friendly.

Not bad.. it was walking distance from my hotel that i am staying. They had soup, salad, garlic bread, many type of pizza and dessert. Good meal and easy on the wallet. It definitely better than delivery pizza.

Let me give this place a 5 because even if the pizza isn't exactly top of the line - the staff and their service plus the value make this waaaayyyy better. I'd honestly give 4 and 1/2 because they don't deliver but thats a moot issue. I stayed at the Lake Buena Vista Residence Inn which is up the street and decided to run here after a mishap with Stefano's - see related review negative stars if I could. I walked in and a bright and chippy staff member greeted me like she just got on shift but it was 9:30pm! I placed my order and she informed me that a nice large pizza with 1 topping was 5 and some change are you kidding? Most local joints in my area are like 10 bucks plus 1.50 for a topping! After paying she kindly informed me that they weren't too busy so the pizza would be less than 5 minutes. Took a stroll outside real quick to see what else was located in the strip mall - returned and a person, seemingly the manager, offered me a soda while I wait! I kindly declined but thats pretty awesome. I then asked could I get some sauces for my pizza and my staff member motioned and said I should help myself. There were plenty of small plastic containers and a variety of sauces available. Nothing was crusty or really soggy while I glanced at the salad bar. Dood, they charge like 75 cents a cup for ranch or blue cheese at Dominos or Papa John's. I walked away with 4 cups for free! The staff altogether were a happy crew with each member joking and keeping a great atmosphere even that late at night. Give this place a try the pizza is pretty good for a chain and the staff made what would have been a pretty cruddy night fantastic with their service and certainly the value I got. My pizza was perfectly cooked - even if it rolled off that conveyer belt oven thing - give this place a try.

I liked thisplace, especially because it stated it closed at 10pm and they did not ask us to get the food to go even though we showed up at around 9:59pm, after a long day at Epcot. For an all you can eat place the pizza was good, especially the thin crust. The pasta wasn't bad either. The white sauce was good with the garlic bread and crust. A family of five eating pizza buffet for about $40 with a drink. AWESOME! Don't get me wrong, there is better pizza out there, but this was good for stumbling across it and being in a resort area where typically everything is expesive and poor tasting. They even had dessert pizza, apple cobbler and some kind of cinnamon roll. I have to look for this chain in LA or other vacation spots for the late nightt munchies.

This pizza joint was located near walking distance to our hotel, was pretty big and not very clean, we ordered 2 medium pizzas and a cinnamon desert that came with this special, for 12$ thats amazing. The cashier lsdy was sweet and the pizza was really good thin crust and crispy like i love it. Took a bit long but was ok.

Great deal for the money! Three of us with drinks was less than $20. Show your Florida resident ID. Lots of different pizza choices in the buffet line. Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza was really good. Made big salads first from the self serving salad bar. Not a favorite place for pizza but nice to choose from many kinds of pizza.

$6 AYCE pizza while on vacation??? In an our almost entirely controlled by Disney you can't beat that can you? Food: $6 for AYCE pizza what are you really expecting?!?! No, it's not gourmet but oddly it was a bit more than edible. There is a wide variety of pizza. I noticed there is a limited amount of ingredients in all their products. Frosted pizza? It was a bit better than I expected.... Service: Pay and grab your food...what service?!?! Environment: Not as ghetto as I thought it would be. Cleaner than expected. There's even a guy who is blowing balloons for kid. Price: Did I not say $6 pizza??!?! Food: 3 Service: 3 Environment: 3 Price: 5

Food was ok for the price is was great. Kids loved it! I do enjoy the fact you can order whatever kind of pizza you want fresh and they bring it to the table.

Food was great however the women's restroom is probably the worst one I've ever had to use. Only 1/3 toilets were working and the sink sprayed my entire shirt just turning it on. It doesn't look like it has EVER been deep cleaned. Dis-cust-ing!!!! I will never come back because of how dirty it was.

This place is filthy especially workers behind the serving bar have filthy hygiene practices using the same dirty cloth to clean counters and carry food plates. Plainly disgusting. The restrooms are even more disgusting.

I went here because I got a coupon from one of the stores in town. I've been to cicis in Michigan and it was always amazing but this was nothing like that. First they Dont change what the website does or even what the others in the are do and when I asked about that because the flyer I was holding with their address on the back said it was 5.49 at these location, that part wasn't even the coupon I Dont mind paying more but I hate being lied to and false advertisement. When I had asked he told me that this location charges more. That doesn't make sense because there on the flyer we had already paid when realizing it so we just sat down and got food The food was awful it wasn't even that it was cheaply made the pasta was all stone cold as well as was most of the pizzas which shows how long its been sitting the pizza were doughy and undercooked and just poor ingredients. This was the worst experience I've ever had a cicis establishment. My best advice is no matter the price its not worth it. It was awful

Dudes on vacation: $5.99 for ayce, can't get any better than that! Sure their pizza/pasta variations and average dinner salad might not be CPK status, but for the price and the quality of the unlimited freshly made thin crusted goodness, its definitely a steal. The best pizza was probably the buffalo chicken, mmm, so tasty. TIP: Make sure to bring/sneak extra ziplock bags and stock up on carrots, tiny tomatoes or croutons for a healthy -next day theme park- snack!

Went mid-afternoon on a Wednesday and was impressed by the variety of pizzas hot and available to choose. Great salad fixings, soup and a pasta were also available. The senior price was a bargain at $5 including a drink. Would definitely go again if in the area.

Cinnamon rolls 'nuff said. Okay not enough said. This place is cheap. And by cheap I mean CHEAP. You walk in and you can get AYCE cici's pizza for like $6! or something like that. makes you wonder, why would anyone just order ONE pizza for the same price when you can have ALL pizza's for that much AND free dessert, soup, pasta, salad, and they make pizza custom order!!! Why?!?!?! The only thing that would make this place better is if they were on Disney Property or more easily accessible without the use of a car. We went here after going to Universal Studios and kinda felt guilty since it's so bad for you. The pizza's not stellar but it's price will also not be a black hole for you wallet The salad is sub standard with mainly ice berg lettuce The soup is just a typical canned soup kind of like the cheap campbell's soup from concentrate The cinnamon rolls are almost like cinnabon. I'd come here over and over and over.... if I didn't care about gaining tons of weight. TL:DR - Dangerously good for the price. Cinnamon Rolls!

So cheap! $6 for AYCE pizza, salad, soup, dessert. For $6 you cant really complain. You know what you're getting (you get what you pay).. dont expect gourmet pizzas. And don't complain about service either. Think about all the other food you buy from the amusement park vs. Cici's... you should be content with the food + cost. At Cici's you get a good amount of choices in pizza and they were all surprisingly not bad. Salad is typical salad bar. they offer soup too. As for dessert, i recommend you try the cinnamon roll - it's good. The other dessert pizzas were... lets just say, interesting. Not my cup of tea.

Came here for dinner with a friend when we went to Disney/Universal. We were staying at the Holiday Inn Express (which is practically next door), and we wanted a quick meal for night one. We had a million options, but we didn't want to spend a lot of money, so we tried Cici's. It's disgusting. But I mean, you have to expect that from a pizza buffet. I tried as many varieties as I could till I found something I could eat, and I never did. When we left, we turned the corner into a shopping center and realized we could have eaten at Hooter's, and we were really disappointed. There are a million options in the area...do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

We visited this CICI's pretty close to opening time. We were the first visitors on this lovely morning. The manager assisted us with our purchase. I purchased a groupon which ended up being a awesome deal! All I had to purchase was our drink and pay for my son which was only $1.99. I personally don't visit buffets much due to a bad experience at a different type of buffet... but arriving early was a great idea. The salad bar was fresh and filled with toppings for the salads. It was also clean which is another plus! The pizza bar had several choices out, including the cheesy bread which I personally love. The more creative pizza's weren't out yet, but that didn't damper our lunch since there was enough of the other items to choose from. When we first arrived the only dessert out was the brownies, which my son lovingly said "YUM!!". Once we were ready the apple pie pizza and the cinnamon bread sticks were ready. They are so delicious especially for the price. Also, purchasing a large drink, I opt for a to go cup at the beginning as not to have to ask for it on the way out. If you purchase a smaller drink you can pay the difference on the way out for a to go cup since it is larger. We purchased another groupon so we will be revisiting since it is a great deal!!

Don't ask for pizza because the girl working would rather play on her cell phone than make it for you. Costs $20 for two people but you can get better pizza somewhere else with less texting

Not much variety as other Cicis I've been to. Prices went up a little but is ok, still good price. Food is good as always

CHEAP! Yummy and friendly atmosphere. Perfect for lunch or dinner after a day at Disney, especially since anything close to the parks tends to be expensive.

My main complaint here is that it's not really pizza, is it? It's flat bread with one or two tiny bits of toppings, but really you're paying for bread. This is not some thick juicy pizza loaded with pepperonis and sausage, this is sort of your lowest-common-denominator Chuck E Cheese type pizza. Unlimited, though! I ate my $5 worth, I think, but I was on carb overload for sure. It is what it is, and this location is quieter and cleaner than the other one that's about a mile away.

The macaroni & cheese pizza was great. It takes seconds to order a few pies to go, but the wait time to pick up is ridiculous.

hard to be too critical given the very low price, but well... I will. Place was a bit dirty and had to cycle through a few dishes to get to clean ones. Even the soda tasted a bit funky. The food was a grade below good... but that I expected based on the price. Saved a $$ going there, but probably won't visit again.

I didn't eat here. I wanted to but never got a chance to. But they have all you can eat for $4.79. That is cheap!!! They also have a very cheap take out menu. I did see Cici's pizza boxes in the garbage can every night on the 5th floor of our hotel.
