We frequent this location often. As a matter of fact most of my "mom" friends use this place for "playdates", Today I so happen to be on one, and was very alarmed to come in and not have someone at the door ready to stamp my child and myself. We waited for ten minutes and finally walked right in. This is a VERY busy location, especially on Saturdays. The security system they have is to stamp you and your child with the same number. This way they cannot leave without you. So to not have that offered to me was very very alarming. Staff accordingly Chuck E Cheeses...it is THAT important! Other than that it was great. I love they offer machines where you can purhase token without waiting in line. They have 10 dollar deals, and personal pizzas that are less than 6 dollars. The kids love it, and they seem to keep it up at this location.

This was my sons first visit. To this trap. At 2 years 7 months and 2 weeks he and I were thrown into the maelstrom of child "entertainment" due to a school friends birthday party. Parents: next time just say NO! And let your child take a gift card to the birthday girl/boy FAR from this danger zone. Or better yet, say NO! because this is the place where future coach potatoes and losers go because their parents don't know how to have a decent event at their house. Of course, it's loud. Of course there are lots of buzzers and bings ... but come on, why? So they can make their money off of stupid games. Couldn't even locate the party because I guess they didn't think about bringing a sign. No employee was there to help us. In fact, I only saw ONE person in an employees shirt there. And we went on a Saturday! They stamped us coming in BUT 10 minutes later (which is all the time it took for him to get absolutely freaked out and for me to lose my patience trying to locate the party) no one checked us out. Let me repeat that last part. They checked us in with stamps but NO ONE CHECKED US GOING OUT. You want to find the next missing kid? I suggest you start looking at the tapes (if there are any) of the exit at Chuck E Sleezes.

This place is crazy, crowded, and noisy, but it brings kids tremendous joy. And as a parent every once in a while I like a relatively inexpensive way to cheer up my kid. $20 for a hundred tokens is a wonderful way to spend a rainy Florida afternoon. (Be sure to get a coupon for the token deal.) I have never had a problem with not getting stamped in or out of the restaurant like some other reviews mentioned. I think the added security at Chuck E Cheese is nice, but we usually sit close to the exit anyway where we have a good view of everything going on. We had one kids birthday party here (out of the 39 b-day parties I've thrown). And I honestly can tell you it is a great deal and much easier compared to throwing a party at home. That party was one of the best ones we ever had and at the end of the day somebody else had to clean up. Awesome. I am quite near the end of my years of Chuck E Cheese visits, and I have to say I will miss the pizza. I have acquired a taste for the pizza and honestly look forward to a slice when we go. The salad bar is also pretty good, and it makes me feel better about eating the sugary pizza.

Chuck e cheese is pretty much the same anywhere you go. With a few exceptions of new and old games. The only thing I would ask to change is the front guy stamping everyone. I wish he was more helpful. He watched me struggle through the door pushing in my 2 seater stroller. The doors isn't automatic so I had to hold the door then pull my stroller in while the guy watched me push and pull it through. Really annoying.

My husband had a business trip to Orlando for 2 weeks and we brought our 3 kids (ages 6, 4, and 18 months). We are staying in a hotel near the Alafaya shopping center. I was hesitate to come here based on other yelp reviews, but I am so glad I gave it a try. We went on a Friday afternoon from 12:00-3:00. The place was very clean. It was not crowed at all. I found a coupon online and got 100 tokens for $20.00 and those lasted us a full 3 hours. The only reason I gave it four stars was because I didn't try the food. However, it has such a nice location that there are a ton of other places to grab lunch before going.

We have been to several Chuck E Cheeses and this one is the smallest.. Its located in Waterford Lakes on Alafaya. Just like any place for kids, expect kids to be running around and complete chaos.. its a great place to come and let the kids burn off some energy while having fun at the same time

When I think about all my transgressions, I wonder how will I be judged. If hell is my destination I imagine hell is a place where I am constantly tormented. A place with no escape and no hope. A place I am forced to endure the same torture every day until the end of time. On earth, I call this place chuck e cheese. The place is chaotic and poorly designed for its purpose. 200 pound teenagers are running through thin aisles. Aisles littered with aimless 4 year olds clingng to their cups of tokens like winos to their bottles. A disaster in the making. The games are fun. The food is garbage. One staffer working the entire floor. Yes, the mouse is Lucifer! The best I could say about it is I am no longer there. I will now endeavour to be righteous, more Christ-like, and more kind to others (after this review). Otherwise, i fear an eternity in hell known as chuck e cheese. While my two boys love this place, I must pass.

We went in this afternoon to speak with a manager about scheduling our daughter's birthday there next month. We spoke with the guy at the door who stamped our hands, and told him we wanted to speak with the manager. He went back to the kitchen to tell the manager, and told us that the manager would be out shortly. We waited, and she still did not come. We ordered a pizza and salad bar and drinks, and bought some tokens for our daughter. My husband ask the guy twice more when the manager was coming out. He went back both times, and told us she will be out shortly. We were there AN HOUR AND A HALF, and the manager NEVER came out. You lost money today, because we will not be having our daughter's birthday party there, and we will never go back to any Chuck E. Cheese. I have told my family and friends, and they will not be going back either. I am very angry and my daughter is very disappointed. But that's ok. We will have her birthday and another establishment. I am sure THEY will be happy to accommodate us.
