We sat in the bar. Probably the worst chili's we've been to. Slow service, fajitas had no flavor at all, I mean no flavor. Apparently the server dropped our first order so they had to make another one. The guacamole with the chips were horrible. The iced tea had no flavor at all too. The southwest egg rolls were the best part of the meal. This Chili's need a rework.

If you like chilis, come here. Two for one drafts (smaller) are a nice touch. It's busy enough to keep everything fresh.

So 3 out of 5 this time Chili's. You disappointed me with the waiter we had. We had not been to Chili's in a few months and thought we'd go do the 2 for 20 deal since we were driving around looking for new places to eat on I-Drive. Parking was easy, we were immediately seated which was nice. The problem was the waiter as I mentioned above. It took 10 minutes to finally have him come by the table and get our drink orders. No introducing of himself, no suggestions, asked how we were, not much at all, just bare minimum. All the food was great. Again the waiter charged us more since we did the healthy choice steak which all they do is not add butter to the steak. The two for $20 meals come with two sides but apparently when you get the healthy choice steak which requires less work, you get charged more for two sides EVEN THOUGH the menu states two sides for all entrees. I did substitute a side for a salad which was an up-charge which I agreed to and was perfectly fine with. Chili's - Work on training, they are the front lines of your business. Provide better training and you'll be rewarded with better customer experiences and more profit. In my eyes, a waiter needs to work for a tip, not expect a tip. I did not tip him well at all since he did not deserve it at all.

Typical run-of -the-mill Chilis. Food was excellent, Old Timer Cheeseburger with a grilled bun rocks! Only negative thing about this location is its VERY slow to get seated, i was by myself and waited almost 30 minutes on a Wed evening.

  • Denys C.

Food was cold. Salad was wilted and way old with black spots. Chili was cold. It took more time than usual for staff to come and allows to order. Not good. Not much to say. The only positive was that the manager gavey an extra discount when she noticed we were not happy.

I wound up here for lunch yeasterday and it was a pleasant suprise. I discovered that Chili's has some great chili, go figure. I know this a chain restaurant, but what they do, they do quite well.

Went for lunch. Like all places in Florida, the AC was too high & froze us out. Service was friendly & food was sufficient.

Just tried the enchiladas ( beef and sour cream ) and the tostada, really good flavor, the black beans were spot on, rice was 'ok' and also tried the triple dipper(boneless wings, eggrolls and loaded potato skins) they were the best part of the whole night! Great place, and you should ask for the waitress called Amber, she is fantastic!

Good food as usual, but this one had a huge wait with multiple empty tables clearly in view. Our waiter was very quick, friendly and funny, but the incredibly rude and unfriendly hostess put somewhat of a damper on the evening.

I recognize that you can't hold fast food chains to exceptional standards; however, I do expect the basics of good service- polite servers, timely food delivery, and eating warm food. Our waitress was beyond incompetent, having to come back and ask us the same questions multiple times. She didnt even bring us silverware; we had to ask the host when she walked by. I ordered the half Texas cheese fries as an appetizer and they were over cooked and cold by the time the waitress brought them over. They were disgusting. Had they been more than $3 I would have certainly sent them back. My girl and I shared the fajita trio and it was surprisingly delicious compared to the rest of the meal. Our waitress got on my last nerve with her attempts to be over friendly despite being the absolute bottom of the barrel when it comes to the food service industry. Chilis Orlando need to step up their hiring process. Tipping that dunce 9% was a gift.

Santa Fe chicken salad was soggy and my husbands fajitas did not sizzle. Chili's has consistently gone downhill in their food quality. I'm still disappointed and this was my last visit there.

I decided to get some chilis during a Tuesday night. I love chili's and eat there all the time where I live. Sadly, this place is too busy for its own good. Took a seat at the lounge, and found that the lounge is third of importance to the bar and seated guests. Waited 30minutes and was finally able to order. I ordered a cup of soup and a light steak. The food arrived quickly after being ordered. The chili was burnt but still edible(no chance getting help in the lounge). The steak was amazing! So much flavor was in the meat, and it was perfectly cooked. Over all, the food was good but the waiting and service was low. Maybe get a late lunch?

BARTENDER FAIL!!!!! I have been working in the usa for 12yrs and in the Hospitality Industry for 23yrs and The Awful bartender NICOLE first ignored me(and actually tutted) as I had a british accent, finally the awesome guy on the service bar seen I was being ignored and she shunned him clandestinely away... (this is my bar bs?) She Texted her friends, and I put the photo on facebook as The world needs to know about this awful excuse for a terrible bartender.. This is clearly a manager problem, who will probably say it was a bad night for her... good luck with that, I am sending this same email to corporate... I worked 4 shifts in 3 days giving AMAZING Service every minute and finally I goto chilis looking for semi-decent service, and was let down in abundance.....

We frequent Chili's at a different location typically and this place better by a landslide. Food was incredibly fresh, the service was fast and the customer service was spot on. This location is 15 miles from our house and I will pass all other locations to visit here again. Totally impressed!

  • Mexican/American food. Nice causal dining, in relaxed setting. Food good quality steaks, ribs, Mexican dishes. Prices are reasonable and 2 for 1 on beers. Would recommend

I like Chili's. This location was great. Wonderful service and atmosphere. They also seem to have a great training program. Our server was training a new server. So we had twice the service. :) Chili's is a solid chain restaurant. You won't see many surprises here but you'll find standard dishes that is sure to appease everyone. My tea tasted fresh and my glass was never empty. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas. As I waited for my food I thought to myself. "What the hell was I thinking?" Ranch? It's going to come out looking gloppy and disgusting. When my plate arrive I was pleased to see a neat looking quesadilla that was no oozing with ranch. In fact the ranch was perfect on it. Just enough to go with the chicken and bacon and not be messy or over powering. I really enjoyed them and thought to myself that this would be perfect drunk food. The kind of food I would eat to sober up. Too bad I was already sober but I did enjoy the food.

I love Chili's even when vacationing from CA...We stopped in on Mothers Day after a trip to Universal Studios. Leslie was our server and she was very nice and attentive. They walked around to all the tables and passed out single roses to al the mothers which was an added bonus since I am away from my littles this year honeymooning =(, but all in all another delish lunch!!

    (4)
  • Andrew C.

It's your standard Chili's Grill & Bar. For a chain they have pretty good deals, and their "famous" ribs aren't that bad.

2 for 1 beers!!!!! Amber Brock cheese burger was outstanding. Very friendly and attentive waitress. Great place!

I try not to go to chain restaurants if possible because it's cool discovering unique spots, but it's unavoidable when you're staying on International Drive and don't have a car. We got tipsy off our margaritas during lunchtime and tried to hide it because we felt guilty being surrounded by families with their kids. Didn't want to look too belligerant. So of course we walked outside where I forced my bf to take a pic of me on the plastic Chili sculpture they have outside of their restaurants. Then we walked next door to the ghetto mini golf course and halfway through we realize there's mini alligators everywhere. Turns out that's their theme... Anyway, Chili's is like that dependable friend that you get kind of sick of, but when you go out with her it always leads to memorable stories and a good time.

Went here for an evening dinner after a long flight. Staff pleasant and not over attentive. My partner had a steak and mash meal which she absolutely loved! I had one of the burgers which again was cooked just to my order. Not gourmet food but just what you want at this sort of chain restaurant.

Ladies and Gentlemen of the jury, the accused stands before you guilty of two crimes - first of all he actually spent most of the evening in a Chili's and secondly, shockingly, and even more heinously, he has the gall to attempt to write a review of his evening. My friends, this man is a charlatan, an imposter, a fraud. How dare he go to a Chili's and then pathetically attempt to justify the evening to you. He is insulting your intelligence, wasting your time and being nothing short of patronizing. There can be no possible redeeming features to this evening when so many other upmarket, trendy and convention friendly options were available. He should be hanged from the neck until dead. Accused, do you have anything to say for yourself: Your Honor, I admit I went to a Chili's, I admit I followed the advice of someone who should not have been trusted, I admit I took the easy otpion and chose to walk the three minutes from my hotel to this establishment rather than driving up and down international boulevard. but I went there for one reason, and one reason only...... 2 for one margaritas, 2 for one draught beers, I mean for feck's sake I ate and drank for 4 hours, dropped a $15 tip and still left only $40 lighter in the pocket. What's not to like about that. God Bless Chilis Case dismissed.

Let me preface this by saying I really don't like Chili's. It's not that anything is bad, it's just that they don't have anything on the menu that really jumps out at me and says "EAT THAT!" Well one night, we showed up slightly before closing (1045ish) and I'm not really big on doing that either, but all other options apparently close at 10. The place was PACKED. We had to circle around the lot and stalk a couple walking to their car just to get a spot. That made me feel a little better about walking in so close to closing. There was only the two of us and we don't need to sit around forever, just wanted a meal. Well our server greeted us like we had ruined her evening by coming in, mind you, her section was full. We were in and out way quicker than any other group, but she still acted like a total witch. Needless to say, I didn't like Chili's before, and now I have an even better reason never to go there again.

I enjoyed everything I ate. From my Blueberry Pineapple Margarita to the chips and Guacamole and salsa to my friends Long Island Iced Tea to my pasta dish. My only complaint is that the salsa was a little on the thin side. We also wish that we knew that my friend would was getting double Long Island's.

I should say, I normally love Chili's. Sure, they're a pretty standard chain, but I always know what to expect and they're the same across the country. This is by far the worst Chili's I've ever been to. My boyfriend and I have been a few times and received mediocre service, but we went with a group recently and it was awful. We had a large amount of people (12) so I tried calling in the morning to let them know we were coming in. After listening to a ringing phone for awhile someone finally answered and informed me we couldn't make reservations and that they couldn't seat more than 9 people in a group. I pointed out that the last time i have been there I had seen a group of 14 people and she told me I was mistaken. She also laughed that I would even try calling ahead "on a busy Friday night;" this was on a Saturday. She recommended calling no more than 15 minuted ahead of time to get put on the list and to figure out how we wanted our group split. When I did call later that night, there was no answer the first time. When we finally got through they told us it would be a 30-45 minute wait and that they could put us all in the same section, but not at a table. We lost a few people and lowered our numbers to 8, thinking it would be easier and faster. We ended up watching a party of 18 that came in after us being seated, and waiting almost an hour just to get food and to be at separate tables that we pushed together ourselves. The waitress forgot multiple drinks, didn't come by for refills until we had finished eating, and didn't know what Maker's Mark bourbon was. I understand that they're a busy location, but we have yet to have a really positive, or even neutral, experience there.

Poor service and food quality. Have tried it many times and they have consistent bad bar service... Today, Saturday 3pm, waited 15 minutes for chips and salsa... And wasn't greeted for 5 minutes into our visit. We do chili's all over the country, but this one is far below average. They got sloppy due to high tourism in the area. Sub standard... And i have been there 15 times but today was the last. Plenty of other options in area that want your business.

I came to this restaurant hoping to enjoy a late night dinner with my boyfriend, We got seated after 5 minutes of entry, Our server greeted us & took our order, 35mins later our entrées came out, Not to mention our salad was very old & soggy, My meal was cold & had a foul smell, I immediately told my server about the horrible food, paid my check & left!! This was the worst food & service I have ever experienced!! Never again will I be attending Chill's on I-Drive. Please be aware of the lacking Quality future customers!! Horrible Horrible Service!!

I wanted this to be a good experience but it was partially good. I had a fun time walking into the restaurant in the rain with my son, and him and I played Life on the table computers, it was fun! Now the negative: we showed up at 4pm table of 2 we waited over 5 minutes to be recognized. I made eye contact with a server and NO HELP up front. We were sat at a table and told that if we wanted a booth it would be a minute because nothing was clean. We were maybe 1 of 5 tables and nothing was clean? We ordered food joked with the server and things went well i the beginning. I ordered a fajita trio and asked the server for no jalapeños and he said he can ask the kitchen but they will give it to me anyway. My appetizer came out and then my food came out. My fajitas and the food were not sizzling which made my son sad . I was upset because the food wasn't sizzling I was upset because everyone else's was. I was upset because my fajita items were soaked in grease or oil. The make server told me that there were two servers working that section so nobody has to wait for refills or service. It's funny that he said that because the female server never came to our table. The male server came to our table a few times. After our food came out and I waited more than 20 mins for our server to check on us I went to find a supervisor. It took 20 mins for the manager to come to our table, then she sent the server to our table. He scoffed at us, stopped serving us and took our appetizer plate with appetizer still on it. He reached over my son and didn't ask if we were finished. It was awful. The ONLY two good things were the watermelon lemonade and the egg rolls. Everything else including out service was awful.

Had a steak that was kinda rubbery but weirdly tasted pretty good. Excellent service , i think the waiter likes me i dunno lol. But nice little bar & grill most often crowded.

Definitely the worse place I've ever been. The customer care is ridiculous bad, the manager is the worst. We ordered some soup and the server told us that she would have to check if they still have it, took her 10 minutes to come back, without the drinks, and she forgot to tell us that they have no soup. We've called the manager to see what they could do, since we've just came here for the soups. After a while he came to our table and told us that our solution was to cancel the orders. What kind of customer service is this? I'll never come back here. Horrible.

Brilliant! Visited here twice for dinner and once for lunch while on holiday. Can't believe how good the food is considering how inexpensive it is. Servers always friendly and attentive. Fantastic menu and food is tasty and fresh. Recommend the pick 3 and the chilli fries are fab. Highly recommend you visit.

We went to this Chili's on this Saturday July 6th. When we arrived it was of course super busy however, us being a group of 4, we were seated within 10 minutes. Once we were seated we ordered our non-alcoholic drinks and chips and salsa. The drinks took about 5 minutes at which time she also took our order. My boyfriend and I ordered from the 2 for $35 menu and our friends order desert to be served as their meal. About 10 minutes after we ordered we got our appetizer from our deal, Texas cheese fries that had clearly been sitting under the heat lamp for WAY too long, but still no chips and salsa so I mentioned this to the guy that brought the fries. Another 5 minutes passed and none of us have drinks left and the chips and salsa finally arrives for the table and our waitress tells us she will get us some more drinks (which we seriously needed so we could finally eat or chips and salsa that somehow to 20 minutes to get). Another 5 minutes pass and out come our food with our waitress in tow with drinks. My fajitas were over cooked and dry and I despite the fact I ordered no guacamole due to having an allergy, it was still there. I choose to eat around it, because at this point I was starving. This meant I was missing out on about half of my other items as there were touch the guacamole. When the food arrived we let our waitress know we would like the desert ASAP as our of our friends was flying out in the morning, and we knew how slowly this service was going. At this point our waitress decided to apologize for the service and tell us all about what a mess the kitchen always is, and how they just ran out of pizza and hoe they always run out or pasta and even soda. I was shocked. She went on for about all this for just short of 5 minutes telling us all the things wrong with the establishment and the entire time we are awkwardly trying to eat and end the conversation. Another 7 minutes passes, we are all finished eating and are left with only the chips and salsa, and we finally get our desert along with a "I told you the kitchen was a mess. People came getting the wrong plates so I had to keep asking for them to get you your molten." Again I was shocked. Our entire party all works in different types of hospitality, so the fact this young lady was basically airing out their dirty laundry out to the guests. We immediately asked for our check which, staying consistent with the night took about another 5 minutes. Overall this was the worst experience I have ever had at Chili's, which is my usual go to for dinner with friends.

This Chili's was nothing really special. Same menu as other locations but the food portions were huge! I think we were in the most emotional section because there was a little girl who was constantly crying (she was 8 years old) about her Shamu balloon animal that was made for her at the restaurant. It seems that the tail deflated and she just couldn't get over it. At the other table we had the loudest party in the restaurant and at another a group that looked like they had 3 too many. However, Joseph our waiter was really cute. So I'd go back to see him! Next door is a bungee type ride. It looked scary!

Stopped in on a pretty busy night with my wife. Fast service and pretty good food, definitely recommend this location if you want to get in and out for a decent price. Location wise it is perfect, take the side rode in if coming from Universal Blvd, beats the main road especially in traffic.
