Love the healthy options on their menu. They have decent prices and good drinks specials usually as well. This location is a mixed bag when it comes to service but they get the job done. It's Chili's, nothing special but not a bad lunch/dinner out.

Old Faithful! Chilli's is really stepping it's marketing up and I am so happy. Like any other food lover I appreciate a good deal. If my food is expensive it better be to die for, if my food is mediocre it better come with a great deal! Chillis is my go to spot when I need a drink and something tasty. You can't ever go wrong with their 2-4-1's which have expanded to encompass more than just margaritas. Way to hit all areas Chillis! I appreciate Chillis effort in maintaining a diverse menu and now they have awesome 2-4's!! I'm always down for the 2-4-$20 but now they have the 2-4-$35 that comes with an app, meal, dessert and specialty drink! Talk about perfect! If you haven't been to Chillis in a while you need to make a stop. They are holding the standard high and I couldn't be happier. They also have super helpful on-table displays that make ordering so much easier and efficient!

This is the worst Chili's I've ever been in. I've never experienced such terrible service at any restaurant. I'm usually very understanding of servers being busy, but when you have one other table and never make it back to ask me if I need another drink, you suck at your job.

Service is aweful, I waited at the door to be seated for 10 minutes before someone acknowledge us. When seated, we waited and waited no one came to the table to at least say, "I'll be with you". I REFUSE TO PAY FOR BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Service was awful!! It took 12 minutes for a waiter to even come to our table. Another 12 minutes for water, and we didn't get any eating utensils until we flagged someone down. Then, the waiter entered our meals in wrong... Another 30 mins wait! Check took forever to come too. The food was okay, but I really wish the service was faster. We ate quickly and we're still here for over an hour and a half.

We tried sitting in the bar area. There was only one table available and it was dirty. We waited 10 minutes without someone coming to ask us what we wanted to drink. I figured we weren't acknowledged because we sat in the bar area with only one server. Nope. Asked to be seated in the other area and waited another 10 minutes for a server to come to the table. The food was awful compared to any other chilis I have ever been to and the poor service was completely uncalled for. Stay away from this location!

Food and service was below average, but nothing emotionally bad. That is until I reached for my purse m next to me so I could grab my wallet and I saw a roach crawling on the wall next to me. I instantly felt disgusted and I called for a manager. I was basically told that nothing was wrong because the roach wasn't on my table. That just isn't acceptable to me. So now I'll avoid this location at all cost.

Chili's slogan should be: it is what it is. We sat in the bar area. Service was OK. I ordered the fajitas with chicken, beef and shrimp. The chicken was pale and I didn't eat it, it looked unappetizing. The beef and shrimp were good. The tortillas were tough on the edges as if they were re-heated. On two separate bites I chewed on a hot "thing" and I almost choked, I don't eat hot peppers. I don't know if my dish got contaminated from cross-using utensils on different dishes in the kitchen or what. But tasting that hot pepper made me lose my apetite. My husband ordered a mushroom burger that was good. I guess it's good if you're lucky. The quality is not consistent.

We went here 2x on our vacation. The first time we went I would've given it 5 stars. The service is great, everything was wonderful, but the second time not so much. The food was horrible, the service was horrible and perhaps it had to do with the fact the college just got back in session, but it was a terrible. Our waitress never refilled our drinks, never returned, didn't even bring out our food and was put out when we needed a bill because we didn't have a credit card to use electronic machines they have on the tables. Based on the second experience I'd probably not go back.

During a visit 3 weeks ago, our waiter, Carlos, took our order for a table of five by memory, and proceeded to completely screw it up. We commented to him as we were giving our order that we thought he should be writing it down. He promised he could remember it. His incompetence basically ruined that meal. Today we visited again, and even talked about last visits "Carlos disaster" before we arrived. When we got there at 12:30pm with a party of five, we were told the wait would be 5-10 minutes, but there were plenty of empty tables. The hostess said she was told not to seat people because the kitchen was backed up. We asked to be seated anyway so we wouldn't just be standing at the front door. Once seated, Carlos was again our waiter. He didn't remember us from the last visit, and proceed with his parlor trick of trying to take our order by memory. We reminded him about his prior catastrophe, and he said "Oh yeah. When that happens I write it down the second time." He went to a podium and came back ready to take our order on the back of a receipt, but with no pen, then had to hunt for a pen. We left in disgust. That location needs serious help.

My friends and I like Chili's because it's a casual place to meet with good food and friendly service. The atmosphere is casual, and very charged on a friday or saturday night. It gets noisy when it's busy, but that comes with the territory. We like that they give you a lot of food for the price along with endless drink refills., and we aren't the only ones. If you have trouble making decisions, you may want to look elsewhere, Chili's has a large menu with a lot of different meals to choose from. Some of our favorites range from the Bacon Ranch Quesadillas, the steak and chicken fajitas, the Cajun Pasta with grilled shrimp, and the Classic Sirloin. If you just want a place to hang out and have a few drinks, they have "2 for 1" drinks. We have been able to mix and match the different Margaritas. My favorite is the Mango Margarita.

Lot of food items are high in sodium so I had to limit my choices to the steak (hold off the butter) and small chili bowl. Food was good. Other people really enjoyed their food choices too so it was a good experience.

Whenever my husband asks me where I want to go eat, I say Chili's! I love the food and I love love love 2 for 1's all day everyday. The only thing negative I have to say is when the menu was redone, my favorite all time sandwich, the cajun chicken sandwich, was no longer on the menu. But I must say that the little big mouth bites have been an acceptable replacement! So I will continue to be a loyal and happy customer. P.S. Add some more spicy items to the menu! Love the jalapeno ranch dip! Goes great with a ice cold margarita!

I heart Chilis but this one needs help with their frozen margaritas. Maybe it was just the one night we went but it tasted like sweet ice, no tequila at all. The Cajun Pasta should be taken off the menu because it is really bad. Hubby did not like it AT ALL. You can't go wrong with their burgers or fajitas. We will stick with what we like, not the Cajun pasta.

2 for 1 drinks all day, every day. How can you go wrong? Well, I guess if you come here on your lunchbreak from work, then you have a slight problem. But after work? Keep them coming! I like coming here at lunch and sitting in the bar area. Some days it can be a bit crowded, but the staff is pretty good at making sure I'm taken care of. I've had some problems before with their speed, but the last few times I've went, they've been really good. My meal always comes out hot and cooked just the way I like it. And what I really like is that I rarely ever have to ask for a refill of my drink! My favorite food here? The Bacon Burger, hands down! I don't know what sort of magical touch they put on that burger, but I always leave with a very happy stomach. Most of the time it's too big for me to even finish, so I have to take it to go. Their fries are really good here, too. I've been here a few other times during happy hour or for dinner and have not had any bad experiences either. As long as they keep making that Bacon Burger and continue their "All Day, Every Day" special, I'll definitely keep coming back to Chili's!
