    I really want to like this place. Their sweet potato fries can be awesome and some of their other dishes are good too. The problem is their consistency. The queso dip is never the same. Sometimes it is really great and sometimes it is horrible. Sometimes my order gets done right but, lately, it has not been and it seems like the wait staff are always new. I won't be going here for awhile and hopefully if i do return they have worked out these issues because I used to love Chili's.

    I have dined at this current location on several different occasions and have always had a pleasant dinner experience. However today I walked out 15 mins after being sat with not even a WATER and only a brief "greeting" (5-10 mins after we were sat). I understand the industry. I am a hospitality/guest service professional myself. I am hoping it was an "off day". Because I have not been this upset over service (or lack there of) in quite sometime. Yes, maybe I should've spoken with management. But I did not want special attention or to get anything for free. I just wanted the service I know this establishment is capable of.

    My daughter and I were at the Florida Mall while visiting Orlando. It was getting late and Chili's was the only place in the immediate area that stayed open past 10:00 p.m. I had been to Chili's before, back home, and it was pretty good. This however was not a great experience. We weren't greeted upon entry to the restaurant and waited for a few minutes before we were acknowledged and seated. After being seated we then waiting for at least 10 minutes, before I went to the bar area to inquire about a server. Someone finally approached us and took our order. We ordered the queso appetizer to share and then I ordered the fajitas and my daughter ordered a rice bowl. The queso was unappetizing, oily and full of non-descript ingredients....more like chili than queso, not cheesy at all. Our entree's arrived shortly thereafter, and the saga continued. My daughter's rice bowl was covered in a super spicy sauce, so she was unable to eat all of it. My fajita's were unappetizing as well. The tortilla warmer arrived dirty/sticky. The tortilla's inside were hard. It took forever to get the check. I would not return to this location.

    I know its chilis. I dont frequent places like this but I do know corporate holds a certain standard of value from location to location no matter how good or bad that may be. went to this particular location at 7 pm on a Monday night. It just happened to be convenient to the area we were in. The place was about 75 percent empty. To our surprise we were informed there would be a 15 or 20 minute wait. It was one of those situations were you say "really"? Do we really have to wait for a restaurant thats empty and do I really want to wait for chilis? WE decide to sit down and that gave us the opportunity to witness how the place was being run. Its so dirty its ridiculous. The end of the bar was full of dirty plates and glasses that looked as if it had been there forever. There were plenty of dirty tables. Management appeared to not care. It was the type of situation that if one of the big wigs from corporate walked in someone would just get fired. We decided after witnessing the way the place was being taken care of we would take our chances somewhere else.

    Delish! Order the pretzel sticks with honey mustard instead of the cheese sauce it comes with. You'll like it even better.

    Food is always good and the service is always good. Too much friend food :( Sunday specials are outstanding just like the happy hour ones are!

    Just ate a light meal with my mother here. Actually, I'm still here! When we came in, everything was normal. We ordered table side guac with chips and salsa, along with 2 house salads as our entrees. Everything was alright, except our chips were so salty we could barely eat them. They were SO over-salted! The ranch we got with our salads was sooooo watery. I've never had a problem with Chili's ranch before! I was kind of disappointed overall and our server (male) was inattentive and forgetful. We waited a 15 extra minutes to get our check because he wasn't paying attention and didn't even come around. Also, the hostess at the front with the short blonde hair is rude. I don't think we'll be coming back to this location. We would rather drive farther just to get better service. ALSO, we asked for take home drinks after our meal and our server just took the payment and never brought us the drinks. Annoying.

    Yesterday my husband, my son and I visited this location at 4:30-5:00 pm. We sat at a high top in the bar. We like to sit there because service is usually faster. Unfortunately We had the worst service I have had in a while. It was extremely slow. We found ourselves waiting for our server to appear again often. I got up and asked the bartender for condiments because she didn't appear. Same situation with the check. She only had four tables and we waited 15 minutes for her to come back to the table. Finally we decided to get our check from the little digital kiosk on the table. My husband left the money with the bartender and we left. As we're walking out to the car she chased after us saying we didn't leave enough money. So, I had to go back in leaving my husband waiting outside. Apparently they had the wrong kiosk thing on the table. We had someone else's bill. We we're so irritated we hadn't looked at it really. Just left the money. So...it took her another 5 minutes to figure it all out and bring me the change. I used to be a server and I left her $2 on a $52 bill. I would have left her $12-$15 normally. Not a good experience at all. If I ever go back in there it will be for 2 for 1 drinks at the bar.

    We used to come here all the time a few years back. We have since found other places nearby. We decided to give them a try again. The decor hasn't changed, the slow service hasn't changed, and the mediocre food hasn't changed. The server was busy with another table when we arrived, so it took a while to get our drinks. She was very friendly and apologetic. After placing our food order she came by at least 4 times saying our food would be right out. Not sure why there was a delay - we ordered the triple dipper and shrimp/beef fajitas. The beef in the fajitas was very chewy and salty tasting. The egg rolls in the triple dipper were a bit overcooked and not as tasty as we remembered them. The strawberry lemonade was very good though. The new (and really bad) part was having to pay with their new table side wireless touchscreen kiosk. It was pretty nasty with sticky gooey food remnants from what I imagine were kids playing games on it throughout the day as they were eating. Is touching this bacteria culture somehow supposed to be an improvement for me?

    Host was rude in the entry, manager was polite but they had a lot of issues just getting the food. The food brought to the table, was all incorrect with missing items. The appetizer was brought out wrong twice. Also the waitress who clearly didn't get the order right had the audacity to be annoyed when we kept sending it back. Do your job and repeat back an order and CHECK it before going to the table. WORST SERVICE EVER! When we complained to manager, his response was I appreciate your frustration, what kind of response is that to an upset customer??? My chicken didn't taste like chicken, like it must have went bad because the look and taste were both OFF. I immediately felt sick within minutes. One star only given because nothing lower possible .

    We always sit in the bar area at Chili's as we find the service to be faster than in the dining area, plus you get free chips and salsa in the bar area (they will charge for them in the dining area - must be for the servers having to bring them the extra 10 feet more to your table?) ;) The 2 for $20 deal is pretty good - you get an appetizer and two dinners for a smidge more than two McD's value meals. Fried cheese & fajitas are always a good bet. And if you have fajitas you need margaritas! I recommend the Patron Margarita over the 2-4-1 house margaritas. It's a bit more but well worth it and just tastes better. Plus presentation - it comes in a Patron bottle shaker with nice glasses (no you can't keep the shaker and they won't sell it, but we did find them for sale on ebay). This review is only 3 stars as Chili's is nothing spectacular (sorry guys), but the food and service is usually good (in the bar at least). The service in the dining area can be very iffy, and honestly we only sit there anymore if we have a larger party and are forced to. You can reorder alcaholic drinks (or dessert) directly from the table, and pay your bill also. We did reorder the margarita, and watched the batender quickly make the drink. Then it sat on the counter for 10 minutes because the server didn't know we ordered it - apparently a light should have blinked or changed color on the gizmo on the table to let her know we ordered something so she could go look for either a drink or a dessert. It would be nice if the bar area asked parents to be sure children are well-behaved if sitting in there. Only commenting on this as the area in this particular Chili's is quite small compared to other Chili's (only a few 2 top booths, and a few 4 top high / low tables). It gets quite crowded so you are literally sitting back to back in some places, and the servers sometimes have to squeeze between the tables. Having children goof off and try to run though this area is not safe, and when something is spilled at least two tables get the splatter due to close proximity. Of course this is more the parents responsibility than Chili's, but you know what i mean... ;)

    We dined at this location for lunch today. For starters not really sure we got our servers name, he was not a very hospitable, attentive... good server. He didn't know any of the beers they have on draft, nor did he know how their lunch specials even worked. My partner order the lunch burger with potato soup, he asked for no mustard on his burger.... Guess what his burger came with, mustard. His potato soup was over ran with bacon and cheese. I ordered the top shelf tacos and a salad with ranch... Let's start with the tacos that I had to ring out because they were saturated with grease, the avocado appeared to have been chewed on and the tortilla shell was stuck to the paper. Then there was the salad... *head shakes* The ranch was so watered down that I might as well have poured seasoned milk on my salad. Speaking of watered down.... Let's discuss the salsa and chips. I know Chilis isn't known for its chunky salsa but can there be any consistency to it? I ended up wearing a good portion of it. Then there's the chips. They were cold and over salted.... Enough said there. I wish I could have something good to say about how the food tasted but we couldn't get that far as our silverware appeared to have the remanence of the last persons meal still on it.... There was one good thing, the margaritas!!!! Oh wait what is that in our sugar rim? Does that look like a booger? Babe we're done lets go!

    Really wanted to try their Burger Was " just OK ". Waiter was not interested in our table at all. Burger came out overlooked. My friend ordered Fajitas and WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT !!! Won't be back. OVER PRICED !!

    Had dinner on last Sat evening, May 9th: Food served WORSE & SLOWLY: can't believe took almost ONE-Hour even serving me an UNFINISHED Fajitas(NO seasoned flavor or topped cilantro w/ lime, merely grilled little piece of steak + some baby shrimps w/ pepper & onion)!!! Service is so BAD & IRRESPONSIBLE: as complain on slow, waitress only replies it's on chef but she can't do anything; delay dues to chef served wrong plate to other table; when found unfinished cook, just shirk duty by dismissively saying "you can talking to the manager". Personally speaking, I like Chili's food, but will never have meal in this restaurant!

    I have to give this place two stars because I did have fast service, however if you go here, PLEASE CHECK YOUR DRINKS!!!! I had two mango flavored sweet teas and as I was HALF WAY through my third one I saw A DEAD FLY FLOATING IN THE DRINK!!! I was soooo grossed out, especially because I had already had two glasses and half of this one. I didn't know to check my drink for an extra ingredient.... When I told my waiter and showed him the dead fly he said it might have been frozen in the ice... EWWWWW!!!! The manager came over after a few minutes and he apologized and said it sometimes happens..... I really do not think having a dead fly floating around in a customer's drink should be something that, "Sometimes happens."

    My husband and I decided to eat lunch at chilis in San Lake location in Orlando, expect 12 minutes at the entrance and told us we had to wait because they were cleaning, so we decided to sit at the bar. The restaurant was very few people. In the bar were not offered the free chips, when we realized it had offered to other customers, then we placed our order turkey burger and ribs, we expect more than 25 minutes to bring us food when I get just the burger my husband, we had to keep waiting for my ribs ... they gave us the wrong burger, was not turkey was beef, claim and the manager does not care that we were we without food, no apology from the restaurant ... very bad service, very bad waitress, and very bad manager. We had a long time since we ate at chilis, but I assure you that we will not eat at this location ... not recommend it...

    Horrible. Took an hour to have lunch. We ordered chips and queso. A burger and chili. That's it. Took forever and service sucked! Tables weren't being bussed and everyone was running around like a chicken with their head cut off and completely oblivious. They were not understaffed. Just ridiculous. Poor management and horrible service. But the the food is always good. C'est la vie. Pain in the butt. Choose another location. I'll never go here again.
