Dont eat here. Found hair in food and chicken tasted like fish. Our server took 15 min to get us drinks and we saw food runners more than we saw our server. Manager did u take care of the issue and apologized. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN!!!!

We had a good experience. Went for lunch and it wasn't crowded. The food was very tasty and the service was ok. Our waitress was a bit on the slow side. I like it here and would go back.

Normally anytime we come to chilis the experience is good. Today, however, it took a while to get our food. Our server was not in the best of moods either. Ill cough it up to maybe being understaffed but unfortunately the damage was done. We sat for over 40 minutes waiting for our food. At least the food was good when it finally arrived.

It had been forever since I'd set foot into any Chili's location, but I have been to this one twice for lunch in the last month. Overall, the lunch menu is pretty cool...for $7 you can get soup, quesadilla, and fries OR soup and a big, big rice bowl. (Go for the Margarita Chicken Rice Bowl above anything) The main drawback: inattentive and lackadaisical service. Maybe they are understaffed...maybe lunch tips suck....whatever it is, just remember you'll have to lower your expectations.

Ok going into Chillis you have to know your not going to get a perfectly cooked piece of meat. Like most chain type of places they prefer cooking it so as not to get anyone sick. That said I order mine one less than I prefer and hope it doesn't comes out well done(ask for it medium rare if you want it medium). I like the fact they allow call ahead seating. I usually get the two for twenty deal with the guacamole and salsa app. Each time the servers are always nice and attentive and quick to offer the two for one drink specials they always have. So if you want a less expensive night out go here just don't expect a steak house experience.

Worst dining I have had at a Chili's. Our server's name was Austin S., and he was nice at first. But after dropping off our drinks and walking away without a word, he went around to check on all of his other tables multiple times before coming back and asking if we were ready to order. After taking our orders, he forgot what we had ordered for our appetizer, and had to come back and ask what it was(because he didn't bother writing down the order). After that, we never saw him again until I flagged him down to grab boxes after we were finished eating. He did not even bring the amount of boxes we had asked for, and I had to ask him for another one. He then offered to bring us bags, without us asking for them, and seemed exasperated regardless. We had to ask a different server for for refills when she brought us our food. We paid our meal through the table side system(which was the only perk of this meal) and left. As we were leaving, we overheard him talking with another server about finishing up with sweeping his tables, rolling his silverware, and "Getting the hell out of there." Now that I had heard all at, I understood that he had been prioritizing his side work above his tables, I was even more upset than I had been before. I have been serving for over three years, and I don't know if this was bad training or if he simply didn't care, but either way I will never go to this Chili's again, and will encourage others to not go here as well. At least the food tasted good. We got the 2-for-$20 meal, with chips and guacamole, and the bacon burgers.

I have been coming and going to this restaurant for many years. I remember turning 21 and rejoicing at the fact that I was now privy to 2-for-1 Margaritas :) The margaritas are weak, but 2 glasses of wine for $6 is always a treat. Happy hour all day everyday is nothing to sneeze at. On my most recent visit to chili's, I used my favorite money saving device "retail me not" and found coupons for free appetizers with the purchase of an adult entree. The waitress kindly informed me that it was a better deal than the two for 20 option because you receive more food. 2 cool points for her. They most recently installed a system in where you can play games commonly found for free on the Iphone for a mere 99 cents per visit..and you can now order your own drinks and dessert ( isn't that what the waitress is for?). I ordered the crusted Tilapia and it tasted like cheesy heaven, especially after margarita number dos.. I did however notice a difference in texture of the broccoli on my plate vs my dinner companion ( soggy vs crispy) The bottom line is, chili's has always been a staple. The service is good, the food is tasty, the drinks are bogo and it is not terribly expensive. If you are looking for moderately priced Tex- Mex and 2 for 1 Margaritas, Chili's delivers.

I love the food at Chili's! It gets packed sometimes, so the wait could be long, but that is expected. I usually go with the fajitas. You can choose Chicken, Steak, or Pork Carnitas, or mix and match. The chips and salsa are always awesome. Sometimes they have free chips and salsa at the bar. I don't know if they change the promo chain-wide or if it is by location...or if they just feel like giving free chips and salsa for the day, but I wish it would stay consistent. The last visit, my hubby and I sat at the bar. They played a variety of different shows (mainly sports). We had great service and the server even gave us extra broccoli since my husband's was barely steamed. The older gentlemen that sit alone at the bar and just start conversations creep me out a little. I'm glad hubby was with me.

If I could give this Chili's zero stars I would...Hair in my food, disgusting! First, let me start by saying I have been to this location many times and have always enjoyed the food and service even with it being a little slow at times however, my visit last night was enough to make me never want to return. My boyfriend and I both ordered the fajitas. After eating 2 of the tortilla's I noticed 4 very blatantly placed short black hairs sitting on top of the third tortilla. I immediately notified my server, who in turn notified the manager. The manager came to my table and said that she was sorry and told us that if we had any more issues to let her know and left, but she did not return to our table and that was the last time we saw her the entire evening. The server mentioned that she was not sure how this had happened since the tortilla's come packaged and that they use a press. I am not familiar with their kitchen procedures and I am a reasonable person so I can understand one stray hair making it into food but 4 is gross negligence! Had the manager taken further action or did anything to rectify this situation I would not have to be writing this now.

Tasty beef fajitas. Too bad they stopped serving dry rub ribs. Always great service at the bar.

Very quick and polite seated immediately when we arrived must admit I am a fan of chilis the ribs were excellent today food was very hot served quickly they're not as busy as usual a lot of new restaurants open in the area but very consistent

Not sure why, but Chili's simply doesn't have the same allure it once had. There was a time where you could get a truly awesome burger here but that is not the case anymore. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger medium rare and got a well done dry patty instead, it wasn't even pink inside. The fries were tasteless and lukewarm, it was very disappointing. Really the only memorable thing out of the entire dining experience was that they do a 2 for 1 happy hour, but check out the size of the beer mugs versus the price for one beer and you're probably still getting jipped. There's far better places to dine at in Orlando where you'd get better quality food and better pricing.

I come here a lot for lunch (this my Duchess) status, but this time was pretty bad. It is Veterans Day and my coworkers and I chose here so one of them could get s free meal for his service. We started with the table side guacamole (which was amazing) but things went down from there. The soup was cold, our entries took 20 minutes to come out and they were all either overdone or completely wrong. My coworker sent his sandwich back 3 times before calling the manager and saying he was done and no longer wanted a sandwich. The table side pay machine didn't work so we waited another 10 minutes for the manager to ask us if the checks were together or separate. All in all, our lunch took over an hour and we walked into an empty restaurant.

This was the only place that had a decent wait time on a Friday evening. We arrived around 7:30 and had a 15-20 minute wait which was normal. We were seated within that timeframe so their estimate was spot on. We had one person take our drink orders and ended up with a different person for the rest of the evening. Chilis used to be soooo much better! I honestly think they are trying to do too much with the menu. They now serve "Tex Mex" items like enchiladas and burritos. I know that they are known for their fajitas which are pretty good but the other stuff I'm not so sure about. We decided to order the 2 for $20 which includes one appetizer to share and each gets a entree. We shared the cheesy Texas fries and both got the sirloin steak dinner. For drinks my friend ordered sweet tea and I ordered the Presidente Margarita. Drinks came out timely but both tastes awful. Sweet tea is supposed to be sweet but this wasn't sweet at all. The waitress explained that sometimes it's the way they make it as to why you may get one cup of really sweet tea and the next is not so sweet. Seriously? She would have been better off keeping quiet because even my 12 year old knows how sweet tea making works! Lol! My friend just ended up adding a couple of sugar packets. I was really disappointed with my margarita. It was so watered down. Totally not what I remembered a Presidente margarita tasting like. It took a while for the entrees to come out but they finally arrived. I ordered my steak as to be medium and my friend ordered his a well done. I chose broccoli and corn on the cob for my sides and he chose broccoli and southwest Mac n cheese for his. The broccoli and corn were cooked perfect. My steak was as rare as it could be. I had to send it back because it was no where cooked to medium. Let's just say that I probably won't get steak again. It overall lacked flavor and tasted weird. I didn't even finish it. My friend seemed ok with his as he cleared his plate. We opted out of dessert because quite frankly I was ready to leave. Hopefully they will get their act together but this will be on the bottom of restaurant choices for me in the future.

My favorite dish used to be Mushroom Jack Fajitas, but those are long gone off the menu. I used to be able to ask to have them made, but now, they no longer have mushrooms, period. Can't even get a mushroom burger. Too bad, but I won't be going there any longer.

We received a gift card recently and I was UGH. My last experience at this location was terrible a few years ago. We went last Sunday for lunch and WOW! New menus, GREAT food, and great service. If you have written off Chili's give it a replay. Our whole party was VERY impressed! We are going back tonight!

Not a good experience for lunch this time. Sat at high top. 4 other tables. Took a while for the server came to me. Got water then waited 10 minutes to order. Had to ask for chips. She seemed not to care. May be a new server. This may not be for her. Lunch fajitas are very small. 1/3 if ordered off the regular menu. She dropped off the food and told me I can pay on the computer screen. Bad timing to mention anything about paying. Lower tip than usual.

Came here for my lunch break and ordered the ribeye to satisfy a craving for red meat (don't judge me). Ordered it medium... was served a well done steak. Sent it back. Spent my entire lunch hour waiting on my food. Anyway, they had to bring it out in a to-go box. I went back to work hungry. And had to eat my steak for dinner. The manager never came to the table and I was never compensated for the inconvienence. Welp!

Service is really bad! My family went for Veteran's Day during lunch as my husband is a veteran. After waiting 10 mins after we were seated for a server to come, we were able to give our orders. An appetizer and 4 lunch specials (includes soup or salad) Our drinks were served right away. But after that, we waited almost an hour and when we saw that 4 tables around us that came a few minutes AFTER us were already done with the appetizers and soup, we just had to tell the manager that we'll just pay for our drinks and we're gonna leave. Went across the street to Olive Garden and everything came out about 15 minutes after we were seated. The weird part is most servers at Chili's that time were the older people, not college students. I'll just go to the one at University Blvd. They seem to have better service at least the first time we went.

There are some decent options here, but not a whole lot if you're watching your fat intake. That said, the club sandwich is pretty tasty and if you feel like going all out, the burgers are full of heart attack-inducing flavor. The table hadn't been cleaned all that well and was a little sticky, and I can't say the bits of missed food in between the tiles on the table surface was all that appetizing... but generally I don't let things like that get to me so all in all we had a successful lunch. If we hadn't had the gift card? Honestly, we would have been somewhere else.

I love coming here. The food is great and I love the 2 for 20 deal. You have to try the queso dip it is yummy! It is a busy location and the atmosphere is pretty good. I love the bacon and chicken quesadillas, quesadilla explosion salad, margarita chicken with rice and beans, alfredo pasta, texas fries, and of course the queso dip. mmmmmmm!!!!

  • Jennifer L.

The staff is very courteous, the fajitas were very good, and the corn on the was delicious... Yum! This restaurant was packed when we went. The two for $20 is a great deal, no complains, except that the steak from my burrito was a little salty, but that is irrelevant considering the rest of it.

So we decided to go tonight to chili's as a family....I've been here a few times before never really had a complaint. I really just don't like the service overall. I don't feel they are attentive. I don't expect the server to come to me every 5 minutes but I do expect to come to ask if I'm happy with my meal. We ordered the 2 for $20 and grilled chicken with corn of the cob for the girls their food came quick their grilled chicken was juicy and delicious. I ordered the bacon avocado chicken I was happy with it very juicy and tasty w sweet potato fries and mashed potatoes. The hubby got chicken fajitas w a side of rice and beans. The rice was hard...it was barely even cooked it seemed microwaved.. beans tasted like a bowl of salsa was put inside of it. I consider fajitas to be Mexican I'm Spanish and the rice and beans are just different ..i do understand is more americanized but the rice was just plain hard. we finished our appetizers and the girls finished their food ( I ordered first for them) there was abt 5 plates on our table and the food runner delivers our food handing us the plates with pretty much no space in the table for the plates... she didn't bother to take them.. I told her can you please takes these. She just said I'll be back while I held a plate in my hand cause there was no space...needles to say she never came back. It was actually a hassle for someone to take some freaking plates off our table. It seemed like not even our server wanted to take them. I was just pissed. Food was good. The queso was runny and my strawberry lemonade wasn't that great.. Will I be back..???.I have to think about it.

I generally don't like Chili's but this one wasn't too bad (not way too salty or oily like the others I've been to). I was out with some of my co-workers for a one hour lunch break and our waitress made sure we were in and out on time. She even left our check out as we were eating so we won't be late. Very considerate of her! :-) Our food came in hot and quick. I ordered from their daily lunch special which consist of a sandwich, small pile of fries, and a soup all for under ten bucks. Overall, the waitress and food was good.

I often stop here with friends or lunch with my husband. Menu is reliable, some low cal choices too. Love the Chicken Enchilada soup! My husband and I usually split an entree as they are very large! Prices great and again food is consistent.

Frequent this place a lot! Friday night packed which means poor service and food not the best. If possible sit by bar as it tends to be a little faster unless the waitress is chatting up some guy.

    (4)
  • Eric L.

I'm not really a huge fan of Chili's, but my daughter really digs this place, so we find ourselves here pretty regularly. The service is usually friendly and speedy, and the food is mostly consistent, which is what I'd expect from a large chain. There are some decent items on the menu, but I find most of the entrees a bit too salty. There's a new mango tilapia that is tasty!
