Good pizza. We frequent Castello's for both take out and delivery. Pizzas are consistently tasty. Staff is helpful and friendly. We've done big orders with them and they get it done timely and correctly. For delivery, they get it right without a big delay. Overall, the place is wonderful. If you are looking for good pizza in the Dr. Phillips/Windermere area, this is one of the best options you have available. Definitely give them a try!

I just got this pizza delivered. My first reaction was Meh. The sauce and the cheese were slightly above Domino's quality, but how hard is that. The crust was as thin as I had hoped but unfortunately had no flavor. All I can say is I would order this over Domino's or pizza Hutt but there are better local pizza joints. I also wanna mention that the picture of the garlic cheese bread online was a traditional loaf of bread. What I got was a small pizza crust with garlic cheese melted on top. Pretty disappointing.

This was by far the most disgusting, revolting pizza I've ever had in my entire life. They used canned sour tasting mushrooms, cheese that won't melt, and a heavily over floured crust. It arrived cold and had such a vile taste I literally spit the food out of my mouth. Gross just absolutely gross.

We waited an hour an a half for the delivery. Call 3 times. Nobody seems to care. We end up canceling the order. The pizza never showed up, even when they said they were at the hotel already

Don't bother, DON'T waste your money! We waited over an hour for our pizzas, which were way overpriced, only to find they were bland (canned mushrooms??) and burned. We called back to complain and they promised a replacement pizza which never arrived. They wouldn't answer phone calls from the phone # we ordered with, then after my MIL called the next day they promised a return call from the owner -- and now won't answer calls from that number either. Bad pizza, bad business.

We ordered pizza from Castello's last night. 2 pizzas cost us $60! When they arrived they were so badly burned we couldn't eat them. There was so little cheese and topping on the pizza you couldn't find it. We called and complained they promised another pizza to make up for the two we threw away, but it never arrived!!! You have choices in Orlando don't make the same mistake we did. Do not use this pizza company you will be sorry!!!!

Horrible, my cheese pizza 16 in for $16.00 Pappas d 3 dollars cheaper and way better. Castello: it was delivered to my house I waited 1 hour. Cold, cold, cold and each slice was crumble up. I just to own a pizzeria in the past and I know what happen, they gave us us a old pizza that was already pre-sliced and reheated.. Good flavor but my god it was 8 small slices. I eat 2 and I think I could of eating the whole pie. Normally when I order from Pappas ds I eat 2 slices and I am good. Very disappointed.

Searched for a gourmet pizza restaurant on here. Found this place and gave it shot! Ordered a meat lovers pizza and it was delish!!! A tad greasy but hey it's pizza! Definitely quality pizza! We will definitely return next time we are in Florida! 4 stars is for lack of seating but our family of 5 managed to make the seating work! Highly recommend!

I really anticipated "Gourmet Pizza" to be somewhere near that description. One dimensional flavor, skimpy toppings & dough lacking crunch, chew or flavor. The sauce lacked any layers of herbs, seasonings. Both our pies were lackluster. Too bad, I just moved close by & was hoping for a new pizza place..

Amazing Pizza!!! So much better than Papa Johns, Pizza Hut & Domino's for about the same price. Delivery was fast and friendly. We will definitely be reordering from them.

Thought this would be a great local pizzeria to try.. called one week on a Tuesday to place an order after looking on their website for the menu. I saw several specials and was interesting in placing an order, once I called I was told NO SPECIALS were currently available. What kind of restaurant, especially pizzeria not offer any type of discount or special? Several days later my boyfriend and I decided to give this place another try and pick up some pizza. After waiting for several minutes to pick it up, brought home to find the pizza completely under cooked and raw. The wings were good bought buffalo and mild, but the mild was not what I expected, more cooked with Italian spices than actual hot sauce. Overall, I will not be going back to this place.

I was really quite thrilled to discover Castello's the other day. I have lamented for the past decade that Dr. Phillips needed a good hole in the wall pizzeria and, apparently, I was blind to one just around the corner. Castello's may be small -- a counter with half a dozen bar stools against a window for those who want to eat in the restaurant -- but it's staff has a very sincere way of greeting customers. As a result, the store does not seem small as much as it seems intimate, as if one were getting a slice in a friend's kitchen. I've ordered slices at Castello's twice now. Both were consistent. The sauce was flavorful but not too sweet. The saltiness of the cheese was a perfect match to sauce. A few droplets of oil lingered on my fingers when I was done eating but I as not bathed in an excess of fatty oils. The crust was tasty but could have been crispier to suit my taste. Of course, on my second visit I could have asked for my slice to be thrown into the oven a bit longer. Castello's is a great find and one that I will return to again and again. You should, too!

Very good pizza... Pricey however... Most chains offer their large pies on special ,almost all the time, for around $10-12. Their three topping pie was $18 ... A bit high in my opinion. If they had more specials business would be better and I would buy more of their great food.
