This was one of the places that felt promising, but fell through. The interior of the place didn't really feel like a "ristorante". Maybe we stopped by at a bad time, but it felt a bit empty. But still. Looked through the menu, and found lots of tasty looking stuff, and ordered my pizza. Kinda felt like it had to be flown in from Italy, but food never arrives fast enough when you're hungry, so i'll excuse that. What I won't excuse is the taste of the pizza. I will admit i'm one of the people who puts lots of salt on stuff, but this was too much even for me. Sorry, but when your lips feel like they're about to shrivel up when you eat, somethings off. My friend wasn't thrilled about her food either, but at least it looks like the salt wasn't a common occurence.

The food was good. I'm not Italian so I can't testify to the authenticity of the food, but it was rich and plentiful. Prices are a little high to me but certainly not unreasonable. The service was good. Our server, Olga (I doubt she is Italian) was prompt, and helpful with suggestions for what to order.

I was staying at the hotel across the street from this restaurant and was looking at Yelp reviews. Many of the reviews were negative, but I was hungry and very tired from a long flight. I walked in about 8:00 PM on a Tuesday and was greeted by Olga. She is a lovely person that made me feel right at home. I ordered a Philly Cheese steak sub, and some fried calamari. I cant say it was as good as a 5 star restaurant, but I can say it was very good, especially for the price. The next night I ordered chicken parm as well as the calamari. I picked up and was greeted by Raphael and he was just as nice as Olga. Ignore the bad reviews and give them a try. the food is very good and the staff is great.

Horrible customer service. No sense of urgency. Waited an hour for a small pizza. And the pizza definitely WASN'T worth the wait. Never go to this place. We will definitely never come back

A group of us travelling on business walked in here one night looking for a place to spend some time together and sustenance and it was close to our hotel, so a really convenient location. The place was dead and for some reason they put us in a private room (probably trying to be nice), but the private room was echo-ie and the table was a large round one so you really couldn't talk to anyone except the person next to you. We ordered a few pizzas for the bunch of us and had to wait quite a while for them which was weird because there was no one else there. When they did arrive they were ALL burnt. Every. Single. One. At this point we just wanted to eat so we didn't complain because it was already late and we didn't want to be waiting until midnight for our food.

You know what did it for me? When I came to pick up my take out order and the barmaid offered me water. She didn't have to do that. She could been like "here's your pizza. Hit the road skank." I ordered a 12 inch quatro(which is Spanish for FOUR) and I immediately brought it back to my hotel room and shamelessly devoured 3/4 of it. Was it the best pizza I've ever had? Not a chance. Way too much flour on the bottom. Was it the perfect pizza for a nite of solitude and binge eating? YES. I mean, wtf else are you going to do in ORLANDO?

PLEASE DON'T waste your time. Ok, should have read up on yelp reviews! This place was completely empty, first sign. Ordered a Caesar salad which was mediocre. We ordered a Margarita pizza, worse we ever had. It was prepared with regular tomatoes, the cheese was not very good and it had what we think was extra flour stuck to the bottom, pic to follow. We told our server how bad it was and she didn't even say "sorry about that". Sorry we wasted our money. Will not return nor recommend

I was a bit afraid of trying this place after reading a few negative reviews but I didn't want to drive far so I decided to give this place a chance. The pizza was good, made with fresh ingredients and it was tasty.

Chinese decor. Italian restaurant. Indian sitar music. Russian staff. Interesting. Arrived at 730. Our waiter disappeared for 30 minutes. We found out later he was also our cook. Appetizer did not show up until 830. Food at 840. Margareta pizza with minimal tomatoes, no basil, and a lot of cheese. Mozzarella sticks from Costco. Only way this place will survive is due to hotels surrounding it, and unsuspecting first time diners.

The food was barely edible. Garlic knots were greasy and void of any flavor . The Cobb salad was an insult to actual Cobb salads. Lastly. I ordered online. Waited 45 minutes before going to pick up and still had to stand for 20 minutes more before the Poor girl, the one and only waitress / hostess/bartender they had working there gave me the order. I would have given this place 1 star but I gave 2 for that poor kid they were working to death. Avoid this place.

Strengths: Great pizza. Good menu choices. Good wine list. Opportunities: Slow service. Summary: Want good food without a chain feel? You found it. Just be prepared to wait. Only reason not 5 stars.

Just bad. Waited forever for a pizza - order was wrong, we were overcharged, and it took forever to get the check. Very difficult to communicate with waiter and obviously there's miscommunication in the kitchen as well. Bland land.

They have a guy holding a sign on 436 everyday. I felt bad for him and wanted it to be good. We ordered a large pizza and like the other reviews, it took 40 minutes to get it. Only 3 other tables with customers. The pizza was bad, like frozen pizza bad. When I picked up the slice of pizza, everything slid off and I was holding pizza dough. The sauce was Pizza Hut quality.

I had dinner with my wife and kids and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of food and service. The place looks really nice and the food was delicious. I had the best chicken wings and frutti de mare pizza which you can't find anywhere in Orlando. I will definitely recommend this place...

This space used to be a great Chinese restaurant and we thought we would give it a try. I am a big city liberal, I love and respect everyone, but I think Italians make the best italian food and so on. It was clear this is not owned by anyone Italian or close. The best part was the salad. Everything was fresh. When I ordered one of the Italian wines, a bottle no less, the waitress looked confused. My panini was OK and my husband chicken Alfredo was watery as another reviewer commended. As soon as we got close to finishing we were asked if we wanted the he check. We still had a half bottle of wine, it was only 8pm and although the restaurant was not full we felt rushed out the door. When the table next to us had their credit card declined. The slow and not very nice waitress slammed it on the table telling the young man it was declined for all to hear. Folks we are on vacation and credit card companies turn our cards off all the time in. 2014 thinking our cards are stolen. How rude. Qe come to Orlando we business staying at the same nearby hotel at least once a year. When it was the Chinese restaurant we came almost every night of stay. We will not go back.

I ordered the chicken Alfredo. Chicken is some gross microwaved low quality meat. The Alfredo sauce is so bland. Just horrible. I don't know about the pizza but this place is as Italian as an Irish pub.

I highly DONT recommend this place. I only went here for the groupon, but even then, wasn't worth it. Off the bat, the server said she was new....so service wasn't great. We had to repeat everything twice. We had to switch out my sweet tea( which tasted like Chinese tea) for watered down sprite. We ordered wings and pizza, pretty simple. But we found a little hair on a carrot that goes with the wings. Yuk! The pizza was ok, I liked the crust, but it definitely was in dire need of more sauce. The wings were good, but was a little under cooked. The tables were furniture from the old Chinese restaurant. I can only give this place a 2 cuz the atmosphere was cozy and there were TVs. And it was pretty clean. Other than. Don't waste your time here.

We were a group of 15 that just walked in. The were able to seat us quick. The service was exceptional! Not a large place. More like a local independent place. The food was very good. Everyone in the group was very pleased. I sampled several peoples food. The pizza was some of the best I've had and so was the Fettuccine.

The only 3 good things I can say from my experience is 1- Our server was polite and friendly 2- chicken wings were pretty darn good. 3- they had a guitar player who was excellent. Now, the bad news..........The chicken alfredo sauce was so thin and watered down, you could swear it came out of one of those supermarket brand quick dinner packets. Not even remotely close to true Italian fare. The lasagna was probably borderline supermarket quality. Something frozen that is re heated. I will not return unfortunately. As noted from another review, sharing the bathroom with a tourist store was kinda cheesy and weird. This place is totally a tourist spot as its near many hotels. I doubt this could survive in a typical residential neighborhood. I wish them luck. I also agree that a Kitchen Nightmares show would be perfect here!!!!

Good service, nice background music, tv with game in the corner ;-) Side salad was good, pizza was good. Only thing I would change is I like the bottom of my crust to be a little crispier, and this was pretty soft throughout.

I always try to find something positive about a restaurant. But this one made it rather difficult. The service was polite, our table of five received meals over the course of 20-45 minutes. Apparently their kitchen cant handle any load as the restaurant was mostly empty but it took 40 minutes to get a lasagna which we were told was cooking (at 12:30???) Although we had opted to each pay individually the tickets were all auto-gratted and the server couldn't remember anyone's order. Processing payments took 20 minutes and again the server had no idea whose card was whose. The bathroom (shared with a neighboring business was unkempt. I went ahead and grabbed the scrub brush to see if the urinal was permanently stained or just hasn't been cleaned and it just the grime scrubbed off. The meatball panini I ordered was rather bland, but not bad. The salad was fresh. I don't imagine this place will be in business long without some serious overhauls to service. Good candidate for the next episode of Kitchen Nightmares.
