I can't make up my mind... Chipotle or Moe's Moe's or Chipotle At Moe's, we have more variety, all kinds of tasty vegetables you can add for free such as cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, and peppers, and of course Queso! At Chipotle, we have more flavorful meats and tofu that simply taste better. If only we could combine these two restaurants, we'd really have something! Until then, I will continue to flip back and forth.

I think this might be the first Moe's I've ever been to that didn't give even a half ass welcome.

Ordered online, orders were wrong, not ready for pick up and yet still soggy. Drink machine was out of most everything. Chips were good, that was the only good part of the meal.

In the world of Moe's, this is a bad one. We were there during a slow time so I would *hope* it's better during busy times however there was a manager (or owner?) on site slowly counting money from the cash register while his employee gave us 'I'm sorry' looks because she couldn't ring us up for 5 minutes, so maybe it's always this bad? I don't think I will return to find out. Lowlights: Beans and chicken were luke-warm = blech and food poisoning red flag for me Questionable pieces of chicken Ran out of chips so gave us about 5 each = lame Manager/Owner not being respectful to customers and employees (the whole 'learning how to count money' situation I explained above) Dirty tables and salsa bar area and there were only about 3-4 other tables of customers = unacceptable I used to love this chain (other locations obviously!) I'm not going to write them off yet and hoping this is the bad seed in their franchise domain. And, they do offer a free entree with purchase of drink for your birthday (hurray for Moe's corporate) when you sign up for their emails.

Manager was too busy counting money at the counter to ring us up Food was cold Chicken had boogery gross pieces Tables were dirty and limited in selection despite being slow Asked if I wanted a drink, said water was fine and got charged for a drink anyways.

We've been super happy with the food and service at Moe's. I've dined with my family here at least four times in the span of three months before writing this review. In our experience, the employees are friendly and the service is fast. The food is fresh and tasty. Give them a chance.

Do I like Moe's? Heck yeah! Yesterday I ate it twice! My favorite is the Burrito Bowl. It's tasty, not messy to eat (while driving) and I'm not filled up by the burrito wrap. My favorite of the meats is the steak. Some of the items I always get in my bowl are rice, fresh jalapenos, guacamole, corn, lettuce, cilantro and sometimes sour cream. I love love love the variety of salsas Moe's offers. I especially love the hot kind. Don't tell them, but I get a few scoops on top of my bowl and about 6 more containers to go. My only complaint about Moe's, all locations, is that the rice always tastes like it's under-cooked. Is it a Moe's thing? This location, as with all locations, are clean and everybody who work here are welcoming.

Worst Moe's ever!!! Nobody even said 'welcome to Moe's.' About two lonely soles in this place on a Saturday evening - but not hard to tell why. Smelled funky. Dirty floors. Dirty salsa bar. Ground beef that looked as if it had been sitting there for three days. I love Moe's but this one has zero redeeming qualities. Will not be back. Oh and it could be coincidence but my daughter is sick as a dog a day after eating that nasty looking ground beef. Sorry Moe, but you can do better!

Of all the Moe's I've been to, this one if my fave. Always clean and the employees actually seem to give a damn. Some of these places, the kids working their act like they're at some sort of hard labor camp digging ditches. Anywho, if it weren't for these guys here in Oldsmar, I would have never known about the birthday club. How many years of getting a free b-day burrito have I missed out on? Like 10. Well, not any longer, I say! One complaint I do have about this location is the salsa bar. They need to keep that area a little more tidy. It always looks like a damn food fight between the different salsa flavors has taken place.

It is hard for me to comment on the food in this restaurant for the bickering of the employees behind the counter. Literally had to say excuse me to tell her she was putting on chicken when I said pork. Horrible attitude and general bickering back and forth! Lowlights: 1) the pork looked mushy and like a canned product. It tasted like it too. 2) the lettuce was brownish and slimy looking. 3) the queso was lukewarm. 4) salsa bar and tables were dirty! 5) bathrooms were disgusting and out of toilet paper. Highlight: hips were incredibly fresh. If you want chips and water, then come to this Moe's. If you want anything else, go to another place.

Slow, out of black beans and the chips were stale. They need to fire the people working here. EDIT: Wrote this before I ate my food, which was AWFUL. I wish I could give this place a zero. Terrible don't go here.

I like to show up here really early on Mondays. The young pimply-faced kids are pretty cool and haven't hit their rush yet. You can get a Homewrecker, peach soder pop, and chips and salsa for just 5 buckaroos and if that doesn't fill your burrito hole, nothing will! Caution: the scene I describe above is in no way related to the same exact place after about 11am on any given Monday. You've been warned.

I like the fact they cook the chips and taco shells. There is a great selection to put in your burrito, or taco. And the salads are customizable as well. If you get something here you don't like, it's your own fault. The only thing I wasn't impressed with, is the atmosphere. It needs improvement. And they really don't need to yell WELCOME TO MOES....it's very annoying.

I've been back to this location several times, as it is now the only Moes nearby and it is consistently below average for Moes. My biggest complaint remains the lack of consistency when it gets busy. On Mondays, I can always expect a smaller and sub-standard burrito compared to when they're slow. Avoid this Moes if you can.

The lackluster team and inconsistent experience equals the sub par rating. I've experienced them running out of ingredients like chicken (because they forgot to make it), making salsa and beans incorrectly (no salt & way too much salt) the list goes on. The one highlight is a team member named Gio.

It's fine. The people aren't really that friendly that work here, but it's clean enough to stop by because of the new Coke machine they have with all the flavors. I definitely like Chipotle over Moe's because of the meat. Something about the flavoring of the chicken here isn't my favorite. I don't know why I can't really express why I don't love it, but I just always view it as the bottom choice for drop in Mexicali fair.

One star thought I be nice. Nasty food had the stack or whatever... Cheese smelled horrible, chicken was cold, flys all around the salsa bar... Never again took one bite and tossed the rest.

Moe's is great. The burritos are huge...steak and chicken are both really tasty. Almost as good as Chopotle.

UPDATE 7/03/08 YUCK YUCK YUCK I have been here twice since the original review, the food was so bad , I had to throw it away! I always order the "fat sam" I explicitly tell them what I want on it and yet , they make it with everything that I tell them NOT to put on it. The chicken is full of gristle and the steak was COLD. Won't EVER GO BACK! This place is good for a quick, somewhat healthy lunch. They have fresh items that you pick to put on your menu item like the "Fat Sam"(fajitas). Chicken, steak, ground beef, tofu...plus fresh guacamole, pico, lettuce, etc.... Also, a salsa bar that is nice....

Moe's is the burrito place your lazy incompetent drunk deadbeat uncle formed. Under the guise of "being awesome", Moe's tries very hard to disguise itself with unbelievable names for burritos (the homewrecker), way too many menu item, and a staff that is suppose to be energetic but resembles the unhelpful workers at the local Gap. Moe's is a Chipotle wannabe and a piss poor one at that. When a customer enters the restaurant, the staff is suppose to show out "welcome to moe's!" because nothing is more mexican than the name Moe. The staff at this branch remembered to do this but had no heart in their responsibilities which matches up to the service that they provided. My girlfriend asked for enchiladas. Rather than telling her that enchiladas aren't on the menu, they made her something anyways. I asked for a burrito and was given the usual choices of meat but only one choice of salsa, cheese, and very few condiments. In fact, I was amazed that they even gave you options though I guess a choice between having a burrito will filling or without could be considered an option. The only good thing about the restaurant is the chips/salsa that is included with every order and the liquid queso dip that you are allowed to order. The dip is poorly processed melted cheese but it does taste good. There is only one burrito chain on the planet that makes burritos right and that's Chipotle. There's half a dozen wannabes and every one of them should be shunned into nonexistence. If you're not shunning Moe's, you're supporting the spread of crap burritos. Stop being part of the problem. Do.Not.Go.To.Moe's.

You guys are crazy, Moe's rocks. I used to live in S. Cal and Moe's has the same type of burritos that I used to eat all the time. Brings back memories for me. I eat at this location often and it's always great and the staff even remembers what I get without asking. My kids love it because they can choose what they want in their miniature burritos. It's good for me because it's cheap for my kids to eat. Sounds like Marc was paid by Chipotle to write bad stuff about Moe's. Doesn't McDonalds own Chipolte? I wouldn't listen to anything he said, I know burritos and Moe's has the best around. Tim
