Had difficulty getting service at Friday's some stopped in here for dinner, sat in the bar, was greeted immediately as walked in door, the waitress was very attentive, we ordered drink and bar tender maybe had a mix up and gave us a better tequila, not complaining there was no additional charge. Dinner and apps were delicious but the service for a sunday night was amazing, I left a positive review on that thing you can order and pay on also, will definitely come back.

Came here after a hockey tournament with about 10 boys ranging in age from 8-10 and all of the families. AMY was our waitress and was absolutely amazing! She got the drinks/ food our faster than I've experienced going out with 2-4 people. She deserves to be recognized for a job well done! We will defiantly be back next time we travel to the area!

I've been to this Chilis a few times, due to it being located so conveniently on Tampa Road. The food is standard. Nothing terrible, but nothing memorable. I do like that they add new items on a fairly consistent basis, though. The service is where their star rating takes a dip. I've seen mostly friendly faces here, but the service is slow...even during lunch when it's not that busy. And you would think the Ziosk (tabletop service system) would make it easier to pay your check, but when the server has to add or retract charges it still makes the process longer. I also don't think the availability of video games is helping out our society with focusing on quality time. It's bad enough we've all got our cellphones whipped out. Now we can play Plants Vs. Zombies at our table, too? Also the change to the layout makes it much less family friendly, IMHO. The large booths are gone, opting now for long half-booths with individual chairs. I'm not a fan. Chilis is a good ol' standby for the restaurant fare I grew up with, but the "trendy" atmosphere is overly ambitious compared to its actual offerings.

Came here with my bosses for lunch after a meeting. It's your standard Chili's, though I really like the chain so I started the review at four stars. Took one off because one of us ordered shrimp tacos and the shrimp didn't appear to be cooked all the way through - the manager explained that "they normally look like that" and "I'll take it off the bill if you want." Are you standing by the food or aren't you? You can't be indecisive in that position and it was really strange to witness.

I like Chili's..but the 1 star is for the temperature inside..FREAKIN FREEZING in there all the time..85 out, you have to bring a parka in there if u want to be comfortable..which is why i don't frequent this one.

Tonight saw me at Chili's with friends and their babe in arms. We sat in the bar area since they offered free chips and salsa, which is always a bonus. I have an issue with the bar area of most places, rather that those areas being conducive to conversation, they pump up the volume of what ever is going on - be it Sports, music or what have you, and it drowns out your availability to have a conversation with those you're sitting with. They had one waiter and a helper in the bar area, and sadly a lot of patrons, so the service was a bit slow, and half way through our meal - around 8:30 pm one of the servers went home. That just made it harder on the waitress. Beers were 2 for one, and my friends were indulging, myself, I stuck to diet coke. My friend had a coupon for a free appetizer, so we indulged in chicken nachos, which were tasty. Our meals, when we did order them were good, though I admit, that the lettuce in my salad was on the edge of going bad, it had -that- taste, but since I was already mostly full, It didn't really bother me terribly much. Over all, it wasn't a bad experience, just not a stellar one.

This review is for Chili's To Go. Outstanding customer service on the phone. Very helpful and patient when ordering food. ALWAYS get exactly what we ordered . Never anything missing out of the bag, unless of course you count the onion rings I steal from my order before I get home! Can't help myself. Delicious !! ALWAYS very pleasant curbside service.

My boyfriend and I are regulars here. We come whenever we just want a casual date. The service is hit or miss. The lunch menu is really a good deal. The buy one get of alcoholic beverages are a great deal. The desserts aren't really to die for.

Chili's apparently doesn't have club soda at any of their locations. That's news to me since I've ordered a vodka club here a hundred times before, but was informed that there bar only makes margaritas and doesn't carry club soda. They raised the price of their fajitas but cut the portion in half. They fajita was good, but not filling at all. Their new changes didn't help my experience, this use to be a good place to eat... Guess not so much anymore. Good luck Chili's.

I've gotten take out twice from this location and I've been disappointed both times. The first time I got a burger, it was supposed to be well done, and it was bright pink inside when I got it home. I figured, well that's an easy mistake and didn't think too much of it. So again tonight I ordered some take out. I ordered the crispy chicken tenders. I figured it would be hard to mess those up. I was wrong though. The chicken was just terrible. It had a really weird rubbery texture to it. I only ate like one and half of them and it was grossing me out. I don't know if it's just to go orders they just don't care about and just threw some old chicken tenders that had been sitting around a while my way or if it would have been the same if I had dined in, but I will not be going back to this location ever again.

The free chips and salsa in the bar area are great! We tried the new jumbo soft pretzels and cheese. The pretzels were great but the cheese was kind of hard like it sat around for a while. Good service though.

What can you say about Chili's but awesome Margaritas. I like to go and sit in the bar area so I can get my free chips and salsa and enjoy the drink specials. Their fajitas are a great choice if you are really hungry because they are huge. I just tried the new pizzas they started offering and they are good too. Never have made for desert yet but that will have to be soon because that molten lava cake looks delicious.

Ok, so I feel kinda silly writing a review for a Chili's. After all, they're the same everywhere, right? Wrong. This Chili's is exceptionally good. I've told others that it's the best Chili's I've ever had the pleasure of dining in. The staff is always super friendly--and remembers us, despite the fact we're not "regulars." They DO NOT skimp on the food. Your plate will be full, I assure you, and you'll probably be asking for a to-go box. Everything is piping hot when received and looks just as good, if not better, than the pictures on the menu. How many Chili's can you say that about? Anyhoo, this is the only Chili's I'll go to. I'm stubborn, I guess. But that's okay. Four stars because hey, it's still a chain restaurant and it's not fancy/homemade etc etc., but four stars is the max Chili's could get in general, in my opinion.

Waste of time and money. I know that corporate chains are the bane of my existence but I'm new in the area and had a terrible time finding a quick and easy place to catch some of the NFL games. Well, Chili's was the wrong choice. They offer 2 for 1 Happy Hour drafts but then pour you an 8 oz draft. Yeah they say it's 10oz (which is too small still) but then they fill it with an inch of head. Hey Bartender... I used to be one, I used to even own a microbrewery, don't try to convince me I'm getting a deal paying $6 for 16 total ounces of Sam Adams. I'm not.

This place is freaky. The manager stood by the bar the whole time watching football on TV, clearly not interested in what was going on. My Fajitas came out with clearly undercooked chicken, and when the sweaty overweight manager finally came to my table he rudely accused me of trying to get free food . . . WHAT? Then when my fajitas came back out the chicken was so overcooked it was like shoe strings. Sheesh, I guess they showed me. Anyway, there is clear tension in this joint between the cutomers and the management. You wont find me here again.

i've enjoyed this close to home restaurant several times during the past couple months. the food is as good as it looks on the menu. the staff is exceptional making it a pleasure to go back again. i've enjoyed the 2 for 20 as well as the Hatch Green Chili burger that's on special right now. i've added having green chili on my fries just like we did when we lived in Albuquerque. just a nice place to spend time for dinner.

IF you have never been to our neighborhood Chili's in Oldsmar you are missing out! I'm sure most of you are asking yourselves, "How am I missing out?". Well, let me tell you that although it is a Chili's restaurant and most have the same menu, this location is like no other. The atmosphere is not chaotic and the service is top notch. On my last visit with my family our server did not miss a beat. She was always ready to refill our drinks and check on us. Her friendly smile and positive attitude made the difference in making us feel comfortable. We didn't feel like "JUST ANOTHER CUSTOMER". From the moment she greeted us, it was all about "US". There is nothing worse than having a server who is crazed, unhappy, or even rude no matter how good the food is. Our server was top notch! To top it all off, we had such a delicious, fresh, and perfect meal. The dessert (Molten Lava Cake) sent us straight to heaven! IF you get the chance to stop by and you want to visit the best Chili's, stop by the Oldsmar, Florida location on Tampa Rd. for an all around fantastic experience. ...

Come here often to the bar at lunch during weekdays and night on weekends. The food always comes out correctly, as ordered and timely. Service at the bar is top notch. Had a few issues when we first started dining there. Found a hair in our sons food, (no replacement meal was offered from server/manager), extreme wait to pay (the table top machine was the missing from our booth) after 1 hour wait for meals and double charged for one item. Since then we have not brought our son, and enjoy the experience at the bar. I really enjoy hanging out here when we can, and enjoy knowing that when I order a meal for example, with out onions, it arrives as requested .

Oh man. Chills is having a rough time. Let me note ahead of time, Chilis is not my go to, but due to a national holiday with lots of closed restaurants and trying to get in and out of somewhere to make a movie time, this was all we had to work with. I didn't walk in with my mind already made up. I grew up eating at Chilis, so I didn't expect it to be terrible. We were told to select a table in the bar area, which wasn't our first preference, but since we needed to be in and out quickly, we agreed. It took about 10 minutes for a server to get to us. We told her we needed to moe quickly and she had a bit of an attitude about it. We placed out orders. We never received chips and salsa at our table. Drinks came out, but I did not receive a refill throughout my meal. Food took about 30 minutes to arrive at the table. The plate was warm, but the fries were cold. At this point, we were out of time and the server was long gone so I couldn't ask for hot food. The server never returned to our table to check on us after food was dropped off. We paid through the tablet at the table and headed out the door. Will not be back.

The food was good, but the plating was kind if sloppy and messy, not like the picture or as good as the last visit. , was a little disappointed. The waitress (Crystal) was very attentive.

This location is always busy it seems! Definitely a nice spot for a casual bite to eat. Last time I visited, I ordered one of the new Fresh Mex bowls, and it was really good (think Chipotle burrito bowl). The table we sat at int he bar area had a new electronic ordering device where you could reorder your drinks, etc...and pay with your credit card when you were done. That was kind of a nice touch...instead of having to wait for the server!

What can I say it is Chilis either you like it or you don't. however I was fascinated with the new pay at the table option they now offer. I even re ordered another liquid libation from the table just so I could play with the new machine.

I love Chili's food. I get it on a regular basis, usually take-out. However this time we decided to dine-in after church. We ordered the Southwestern Egg Rolls, love them and the Nachos. We also Orders Meals, the Trio Fajita, the 6 oz Steak and The Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas, The food was fabulous. The service, not so much but to give the girl credit she was new so hopefully with some more time she will master the Chili's way & be a fabulous server for however long she wants to.
