FAIL! FAIL! FAIL! FAIL! FAIL! FAIL! FAIL! FAIL! FAIL! FAIL! FAIL! FAIL! FAIL! FAIL! FAIL! From the moment you step in to this restaurant a waitress will yell 'seat yourself'. Where? All the empty tables were dirty when I went there. The girls were running around but it seemed like nothing was 'getting done'. We sat at a dirty table and a waitress cleaned up for us. This service seemed backwards but looking around it was happening more often than not. To be this loose management wise typically is reserved for a greasy spoon 'joint'. When opening the menu which is not extensive 'some sandwiches salads and breakfast that they say is all day but curiously unless you have it during their early bird times..before 11 am prices go up precipitously. I mean 2 eggs any style 5,95? So I had a chefs salad 7.95. 2 tomato slices, 3 cucumber slices, 2 slices of ham 1 slice cheese. No egg, they said they didn't have any eggs. I asked for extra croutons they said they don't serve croutons but they said they would take care of me...they gave me 3 packs of crackers! No cream in the house...they serve 'coffee creamer' and the o.j. was lukewarm and tasted like cheap oj from a local grocer. To top it off my wife ordered biscuits and gravy $5.19 heavy on raw like biscuit and light on gravy. Yes there was a hair in the gravy. The waitress saw hardly a bite was taken and never asked a thing. This whole charade of a meal took over an hour but they took my money in a minute. We ended up laughing at the nightmare but for the life of me how is this pit in business? FAIL! FAIL! FAIL! FAIL! FAIL! FAIL! FAIL! FAIL! FAIL! FAIL! FAIL! FAIL! FAIL! FAIL! FAIL!

We went to the one in Belleview for breakfast and had a really positive experience until we went to pay the bill and leave. The food was good and seemed fresh and well prepared. The waiter was attentive and took care of all our needs. The problem? When the bill came, we were charged $2.00 each for a glass of water?!? We were not told were were going to be charged and just assumed that water came with our meals like everywhere else in town. I can certainly afford the $4.00, but it just left such a bad taste in my mouth that we won't be going back.

Good rib sticking breakfast. Nothing fancy here just great prices, friendly/fast service, good food, and ample servings. 2 pancakes, bacon, and 2 eggs costs $5. If you get coffee they will make sure it stays filled. Very prompt on refills.

We when because reviews great. The place was packed and very bizzy. Had to wait at front for them to clean off place to sit. Ordered they bring food. Forget one idem ordered. But the main thing me and my wife see is grease on food wow. We eating in good old nasty great tasting breakfast. I am soaking my napkin on food to take grease away. My son who came said it's the grease that makes it so good dad. I like it. So that's it . 2 out 5 or 3 out 5. Maybe bad because so bizzy?

Do not have a kids menu. But they do have a Mickey mouse pancake that is large and fluffy. Nothing to put inside the pancake. Country fried steak tastes like fat. Has browns were nice and crunchy though. Plenty staffed.

Best eggs in town!! Super delicious, friendly service, great prices!! Open 7 days a week (I think!!) at least I can vouch for weekends!! Turkey club and amazing!! Oh and you order, blink twice and your food is ready!! It's nuts how fast they are! It's almost like they start your order when you leave the house!

Sunday breakfast for hubby and me... And it paid off to be nice:) we got the coffee on the house!!!!! ($4.00 off check). Went there at 8 am, it opens at 6am. It was very busy and we waited about 7 minutes. Was served coffee right away. Our order came 12 minutes later of Sausage gravy, + 2eggs+2 biscuits ($6)and 2-2-2 (2 hotcakes+2 Eggs +2 bacons)($5.50), everything was hot, fresh and the gravy was seasoned and delicious. The server(Darin) was there with fresh coffee throughout our stay. At the checkout, the owner was there ringing customers out. ( we knew it was him because there is a newspaper review and his picture hanging on the wall, in the booth where we sat, to the right of the kitchen entry) he apologized for the delay in service. We smilingly said: we didn't mind! All was good !! and that's when he took the coffees off the check! On the house! We will go back for lunch, we heard other customers raving about that!!!!

I have lunch at Darrell's 5 to 8 times per month. It's one of those small, family owned diners that always has a great daily special and full menu. They serve breakfast all day. Friendly wait staff, clean rest rooms and great value. Oh, one last item. Not sure where they get their bread, but it is thick and tasty - whether it be used for sandwiches or toast. Open seven days a week! Stop in for breakfast or lunch - you won't be disappointed!

I love Darrell's diner in Silver Spring shores and on Silver Springs Blvd. Great sandwiches and salads!!! Good prices, great service and very clean establishments :) I guess that is why I go there all the time!

Just moved to Ocala from Tallahassee last night. Got up this morning and we were very hungry. Checked our Yelp app and found this place. Very glad we did. I've never had anything better than a home cooked breakfast until I ate her!!! Go in and see a server named Barbra. She is outstanding!!!!

Clean restaurant and the absolute BEST scrambled eggs I have ever had in my life. The thick, crispy bacon? Cooked to perfection. The pancakes were the only letdown.
