Best coffee shop and beer house with a menu around! Only thing that beats the selection is service - which is phenomenal!

Just what I needed on this manic Monday. A coffee shop with beer on tap/bottled beer? Yes please. And thank you.

One of the best Reuben's I've ever had! I asked for some corned beef with more fat on it; they accommodated my request and it was so delicious! Their homemade kraut and dressing are great! I ate it before I could snap a pic, but there are other pics of it on here. The accompanying potato salad was good as well. I also had the whiskey tomato soup which was also good. Then I tried the Irish kopita which is a take on spanakopita but instead they use a garlic puff pastry that is flaky and fill it with a bit of spinach and feta cheese. It was good, but it was way too skimpy on the spinach which was barely existent. I'd probably order it again anyway, but ask if there was any way to add more of the sautéed spinach to the filling in the open triangles. Then for dessert I ordered their fruit (bananas, strawberries and blueberries) filled crepes with whipped cream, honey and chocolate sauce drizzled over them which were very good. I got an iced coffee to go which I was told was a cold brew, which I therefore expected to be smoother than it was. I don't think I would order it again due to the slight bitterness. Service was decent but a little lacking because the barista was also the waitress, so she was too divided. The chef was helping out a bit. But I understand why there really was no need for an extra waiter since it was slow until the last 1/2 hour before closing time with bar orders till 9 pm. But I was waiting for more water, a to go box, to order the coffee and my check. I had to go to the bar as it was last call and she hadn't checked back with me. If I hadn't ordered a cold coffee, they wouldn't have even made it! But it was still a very pleasant experience and I would definitely go back for the reuben. They also had a live singer/guitarist whose name I don't remember and an accompanying bongo drum player.

I an a pretty avid visitor here at The Cup. I have been here 36 times and the only way I know that exact number is because they use a rewards program called Belly to track your visits and give you rewards. Now that is care for your customers. Nonetheless, even if Belly wasn't there, this place is still amazing. When you come here you feel like an actual friend. Not just a money sign, but a friend. I have never had one person here be mean. No matter how annoying or demanding I have been. Now if you want a nice Irish accent, you need to go see Reuben. He is Irish and by fsf The drinks and food here are amazing. Just astounding. When you venture over to The Cup I strongly recommend The Stout Latte. It is, to me at least, their signature drink. I am actually drinking one now as I right this review. It is, just like everything else, homemade. It's not some concoction they buy from Publix. It's something they make literally in front of you. All of their drinks, including the refreshing smoothies included, are fresh. Now for all of you 21 and over fellas.... I personally have never had anything with alcohol here because I'm only 19. But people come here just for the drinks. This is an Irish European Café, they have Irish style drinks. I would give you a list but there is a menu online. Now one thing I will tell you is that they have Guinness on tap. It's served cool and fresh. Now they won't dare give it to you immediately. They take pride and care in their items. They will let it settle, until it's at its peak of flavor. In closing statement, The Cup O' Irish feels like a home to me. I'm sure once you visit this place, you will have the same exact feeling.

This is the most unique coffee shop I've ever been to! It is a perfect blend of an Irish Pub and traditional coffee shop. In addition to excellent fair trade coffee and tea they have a full menu of traditional Irish food (such as bangers and mash and cottage pie). They have a small but good selection of beers from Ireland and the UK. The most impressive thing about this place is that they pour their Guinness in the same way people in Ireland do. You can really taste the difference. I also enjoy the various mixed Guinness drinks. My favorite is the Black Castle (Guinness and New Castle).

I'll be honest, reading all the great reviews I thought they sounded too good to be true - but this WAS the best cappuccino I've had in Ocala by a mile. Every other place in town adds way too much milk (more like a latte with foam). I had the perfect cappuccino here and can't wait to come back to try the food and Guiness on draft!

Best coffee shop in Ocala, FL by far!!! Great service, friendly people and faces, outstanding coffee, refreshing smoothies, best espresso I've had in Florida, and tasty pub food. Definitely a place to check out. I love spending afternoons here, it's the perfect blend of a happening pub, and a laid-back coffee shop!!

First time here & staff was really helpful & friendly! I love coffee and ordered a staff favorite called "hot mess" it's a chai, with chocolate espresso & Irish cream, super yummy! The everything bagel is everything! Prices are reasonable too. I hope you enjoy this cozy, quaint place just as much as I did :)
