The food and drinks are great so I give them two stars. The service is horrible and the kiosks need to go. We waited 15 minutes for our drinks and our appetizer came after we received our food with no utensils. The waitress insisted on us using the kiosk to order drinks. Well I guess she didn't want a tip being the kiosk was doing the work for her. We will never come back to Chili's.

Let me just say that on this side of town we were the only 2 patrons not on Social Security and retired, and have a job that allows for a 1-hour lunch break. This the standard that all Chili's should be held to. It's a bit on the newer side and it has that vibe. We came in for dinner and sat at a table in the bar area. We ordered some appetizers (which came out right away), some drinks (which never seemed to be empty) and some fajitas (which were prepared perfectly). It was the typical chain location in the fact that it had the same menu, same specials, etc... but they definitely seemed to go above and beyond. The service was great, the restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was lively. This is definitely a good spot for the area.

It's not comfortable and cool any more looks more like a diner theme or something. Food is average at best and this location always has had a friendly staff so that isn't the issue. Just not that good food we have come to expect over the years .

Like the new mex menu items but absolutely hate the consoles at each table. Wait staff insists on helping you thru the check paying procedure. The unit has a default tip percent of twenty percent. I often tip that much or more for excellent service but sometimes feel the need to reduce it. With the waiter insisting on being of help, it forces a confrontation if you want to leave a paltry tip of say, 15 percent. Reminds me of the waiters that like to pick up a check folder before you leave to see how much tip you left.

Not being from the area, I brought the family here because it's a place we recognized. After a day at the pool it was 9:30pm by the time we got to eat. Walking in the door, there were about 4 tables around the bar with people eating something for dinner. I figure about 10 people sitting at the bar with drinks. We were the biggest table of 4 people. We were greeted at the door by an employee I'm sure wasn't a hostess. We were told to sit wherever we want in the bar area. The rest of the place was closed. We snagged a booth and sat down. The booths seemed smaller than usual and we kept kicking each other under the table. Everything seemed sticky and the whole area smelled like a frat house. Stale beer. The place could use a good cleaning. We ordered salads and the kids got sandwiches. The food was okay. Typical menu from here and decent quality. The service was slow at first and I started to get annoyed. I guess if you're in the same boat we were in then stop and eat. Otherwise, we are gonna keep looking elsewhere.

When food came after 1.5 hours the manager came over and asked was everyone's food warm? Are you serious warm? Of all the things a manager could ask. Go elsewhere until they get new management.
