It's a McDonald's. Think I just went here to use the bathroom. So, I wish the bathroom had paper towels. I wish they would replace the hand dryers with the dyson air blades.

During this visit to this McDonald Restaurant I have learned that the company have discontinued its Hot mustard when I requested for it as of last week. To me that was very tragic cause I love hot mustard and especially love it with my freshly fried French fries this store guarantees me at each visit. Luckily for me I had one hot mustard left in my car from a recent visit to a McDonalds in Tampa . I have been coming to this Mickey Ds for the past 13 years since moving to Tampa. Every time I am going south to Miami or north to Tampa I will stop at this store. It is located on exit 101 or 100 on 75. If you are going south it is the last exit prior to alligator alley and 2 miles prior to paying the toll. It is perfectly and conveniently located off I75. Recently yes construction have it very accessible. I have nothing bad to say about this store. Always a friendly and informative staffs. It is clearly been made a point to hire good people to work here. I can't say I have been lucky cause I this store has been my rest stop for the past 13 years and never had any issues which is never truth for most fast food restaurants.

The service in this McDonald's was horrible. I was in this resturaunt September 18th, 2015 at 8:53 pm. I ordered a # 6 with no cheese (I am allergic), I asked the gentlemen taking my order to request that the cook to change gloves so there is no contact with cheese. He did not seem to understand my request and just kept repeating that he put no cheese. Another young lady had to take over my order and went to the back to inform the cook. While waiting for my order (almost 15 minutes), another guest came back stating she was given the wrong food. She had my sandwich, so I was given that sandwich along with my fries and drink. I also ordered a Twix McFlurry, coming to find out after my food was ready that they no longer carried the Twix McFlurry (false advertising), I ordered an M&M McFlurry instead. After siting down, I attempted to eat my sandwich, the bread was burnt to a crisp and the meat was cold. I brought the sandwich back up to the front and asked to speak to the manager (Gene). At this point I was aggravated because the other two guests I came in with were allready done eating. I requested that he would remake my sandwich but made it very clear to make sure they would change gloves once again. I was able to see through the grill area from the front counter. The girl whom was making the sandwiches was NOT wearing gloves what so ever. I watched her make a cheeseburger WITH OUT wearing gloves and noticed her wife her hand on her nose and continue making the sandwich, then proceeding to make my sandwich. I alerted the manager and he looked at me like I was being in convenient. He instructed the girl to put gloves on. At this point I was DISGUSTED, but starving seeing that I was traveling to the Tampa area from Fort Lauderdale. I then walked over to the door to take down the corporate number and informed the manager that I would need the store # and his name. He stated that he did not know the store # but that his name was Gene. I was able to get the store number off of my receipt. I then noticed he pulled the girl off of the girl and she proceed to run Drive Thru. I asked the manager Gene to provide me with the girls name because I was reporting this HORRIBLE experience to corporate. He informed me that he did not know her name. That bothered me because if you are the shift manager you should know the name of the crew members that are working your shift. So I walked back to my seat and finished eating, even though at that point I had no appetite. I noticed all of the crew members making faces and laughing while looking over me and my other two guests, that was uncalled for. As I stood up and walked back to the counter I heard that girl and another crew member speaking badly about me in a foreign language, then one of the said the most hurtful word ever, which is FAG. Yes I am a homosexual and I am proud of it. But that is uncalled for. If I wanted to make a bigger seen I would have called the police because that is a hate crime, but it would be my word against hers and I was on a trip and wanted to eat and get back on the road. That is the main reason I am writing this review and you best believe I will be emailing corporate. So I asked the girl for her name and she refused to give it to me. Thankfully, this nice cashier was kind enough to provide me her name which is, Odalis Ramos. I usually never complain about restaurants of any type but this really bothered me. I use to work for McDonalds about 5 years ago and I know that this type of service or behavior would not be accepted, especially the NOT WEARING GLOVES situation. Yes that was 5 years ago when I worked there but I'm sure those rules have not changed. I will be contacting the franchise owner and I will report this to corporate. This situation was the worst McDonalds experience I have ever had and I am not sure if I will ever return. I am expecting a full refund of my meal and also some credit torwards future meals mailed to me. And also a written apology from the store owner or this will go further and I will hire a lawyer. This is not and I mean NOT acceptable!! Sincerely, Matthew Bohannon matthew.p.bohannon@gmail…

I got ripped off in here today. Paid $3.67 for a $2 bacon McDouble. I told them it says $2 Dollars on the menu board and they told me they would change it when they get around to it. Ho hum, some fat Cuban didn't want to get off his rump and change it so they insisted on ripping me off. Fast Food Corporations should never pay you $15 an hour.

First time I ever had one of McDonalds salads and I was pleasantly surprised to find it was very good! I got the grilled chicken Cesar salad. Was impressed that it was not all iceberg lettuce. This restaurant was nice and clean and the service was fast.

I have been to a lot of mc Donald's and this one was by far the worst. Here are some reasons why First they ran out of straws! I mean come on. There were six people in my party so 4 of us had to sip our drinks without a cap! Second they're food didn't taste anything like it does at other McDonald's. I always get the same thing, a plain mc chicken and a medium fry. I don't even know what they did to it. I don't know if they didn't cook it out what! And the French fries were colder than antarticia! So I don't recommend this place.
