Great place to go for drinks. If the stuffy snooty vibe of places like the blue martini or the overwhelming nature of the dance clubs isn't your thing check this place out. There was a cool cover band that wasn't too loud and a great vibe from the bar staff to the other bar goers. I highly recommend this spot!

Are you looking for sports on flat screens? Well you will find more screens per square inch than the regulars have healthy liver cells. The smoked fish dip was very good. The appetizer sampler was average at best but keep the drinks coming and it will grow on ya. The staff are hard working and friendly. The restaurant its self has a friendly neighborhood feel. This is not gourmet fair but a great happy hour well make it a fun filled sports stop.

Love the conch chowder. It's so chunky it's almost a meal. The steamed clams are always fresh too. I'm usually there after 10 at night for the terrific bands they have. The place is usually packed. Meet friends, new people, play pool or darts and they just got a new shuffleboard game. There's always people dancing too. Love Jack's!!

This is a sports bar - loud rock & roll music playing, many, many televisions, wooden tables & booths. I'm not really a big fan of this type of setting, but if you can handle it, the food is truly outstanding. I had the crab appetizer - it was large, fresh & tasty with a mango type salsa and horseradish sauce. My pork tenderloin sandwich was oversized, almost too big really, and more of a cutlet than a tenderloin, but it was delicious. It came on a bun with pickles, tomato, onion & lettuce. Also on the plate (as an upgrade) I had home made potato chips & beans & rice. Everything was excellent.

Genre for rating: bar, seafood I'm not sure how a place that has been around as long as Jack's can be considered a "best kept secret," but somehow it continues to get overlooked in the casual seafood scene. The secret is simple. They bring in one variety of fish daily that simply nobody else in Naples has on the menu. It's obviously super fresh, and is prepared a number of different ways. Additionally, their oysters are superb, as are their wings, and they also have a shockingly good homemade balsamic salad dressing. Jacks will always be considered a dive bar because of its low key, casual sports bar decor, as it should be. What goes unnoticed is the food, which for a divebar, is second to none for the area. Food: ***** Service: **** Atmosphere: *** What I get: Whatever the fish if the day is, oysters, house salad with homemade vinaigrette

Went to Jacks thinking it was a great place I visited last year when in Naples. It wasn't but it was better! This place is billed as a sports bar and certainly has the Tv's and pool tables, but if you're looking for some seafood for cheap, it is a great alternative to the more expensive places in town. Not the biggest menu, but the price was right and the food great. I had the fresh grouper basket with fries and both were wonderful. Dining partner loved his grilled shrimp skewers. Also had the garlic bread appetizer and a dozen steamed oysters. He isn't an oyster person so I had 11, he had one. I loved mine. His opinion is irrelevant :)

Came out here to grab a quick bite for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant has a patio and as you walk in there's a large bar on the left and more seating to the right. The place has a lot of HD flatscreens and even has personal screens for the booths. There are some arcade machines and as I sauntered to the bar I noticed the huge fishtank they have behind it. The bartender was friendly and I ordered the artery-clogging cheese fries as an appetizer. A little later, I ordered the breaded pork-loin sandwich. The bartender then told me she would include the fries with the sandwich and just make it a side. The sandwich came out and it was gargantuan. I couldn't finish but it was pretty good. The fries were really good and they had bacon bits sprinkled on top. The restaurant also has an outdoor patio with a TV for smokers. This place must be really good to check out a big game and throw down a few.

From the outside it hardly looks like much to speak of but as they say, you should never judge a book by it's cover. They have multiple flat screens for your sports viewing pleasure and actually air more than just one game on all of them. They have multiple drink specials throughout the day and a satisfying half-off appetizer selection to keep your huger and tipsiness at bay. A great place to enjoy the game and food, have also heard it can get pretty rowdy at night.

Great happy hour. Don't eat seafood but there are plenty of other options. Rice and beans, wraps, burgers.

Good sports bar in Naples. I ended up here twice on my long weekend vacation. The Conch Chowder, Buffalo-style Shrimp, double fried French Fries, and blackened Group sandwich were all tasty. Alright selection of beers on tap, and there are tons of TVs for watching the game. I went here to catch the second half of the Super Bowl and there were plenty of seats. Fun spot.

"I love this bar" True "cheers" feel with awesome food. Staff is very friendly and they do a great job of bringing in good music almost every night. I am comfortable stopping with colleagues after work, or bringing my parents in to watch a sporting event. Once again the staff is a phenomenal team. It's refreshing to be somewhere where the head chef will come out of the kitchen to pour drinks if needed and the owner is not afraid to get behind the bar and make their place a success. True 5 star good feeling kind of place.

Good times, great drink specials, happy hour deals and live bads a few nights a week. Had a part of 7 last week and we had a blast. The bar was rocking and we ordered the shrimp and wings happy hour special. Both were very good. The live band Big Tuna rocked the place until 1:30 on a Thursday. My friend Cathy was dancing like Mary Catherine Gallagher and made a complete jackass out of herself. Thats what she brings to the party. Darts, pool and shuffle board are also available and the staff is very friendly. Check it out, you wont be disappointed.

Amazing food, amazing service, great prices, and the best wings in SW Florida. The bartenders are personable and very knowledgable and I've never had a bad or even so-so meal here. It's a great place to get a beer with friends and sit and admire the Detroit atmosphere. Jack's is a must.

Great place to watch a game on TV, good wings. Friendly bartenders. Very good happy hour. Jacks can get a bit crowded, but a fun place. Lots of locals.

I used to like this place but it has turned into a dump. Bartenders get too drunk behind the bar to give decent service to anyone but their friends. I waited about 10 to 15 minutes to order a pitcher of beer! During that time one of the bartenders did three shots with three different people! When I finally got his attention he wouldn't serve me because he said I didn't tip on my last drink. I did tip but I guess he was too drunk. The food is priced too high for the crap they serve. The owner is a very nice person but I think the inmates are in control of the place.

We've been here twice and have been very happy both times. They have Happy Hour from 3:00-7:00 Monday thru Friday. We go for the peel and eat shrimp and the chicken wings. For $50, which included the tip, the three of us had 2 pounds of hot peel and eat shrimp, 20 hot chicken wings and a drink each. The food is great and you can't beat the price! Jack's Seafood Bar & Grill is a sports bar with plenty of televisions, including a set at each booth. You order your food at the bar and it is then brought to your table. We'll be back.

This happened to be one of the first places my wife and I stopped at during our Honeymoon. It was a random discovery while we were searching for places to eat. We expected decent service and average food but received some of the best of both during our trip. We ended up going back (an honor we did not give to many places) and the food was just as good the second time around!! If you have the chance order the Blackened Shrimp Alfredo. It was absolutely perfect and the garlic bread it came with just made my mouth water.

The chicken wings are really, really good. The place is kind of a dive. It's hidden away behind a set of buildings on Tamiami, so you want see it from the road. Decent place to hang out, and I will go back to try more of the food

Stopped in for a quick bite for lunch after shopping . It was pretty empty except for a few elders at the bar. It was 4pm down time though . I got the spicy shrimp and my mother in law got the oysters. Both items were tasty . It would be worth coming back for.

I love pasta shrimp scampi very warm so good. My first time here. They have a nice bar and good service. This place very near to my house I just found that. I went to hangout with my sister.

We ate here when we were in town for a conference in Naples. We had originally intended to go to dinner at Randy's Fish Market but were quoted a 90 minute wait but did not want to give up on our search for a seafood restaurant given that we were in south Florida, so I opened up Yelp and found Jack's Bait Shack, which was not that much further down the road from Randy's. We ordered a dozen oysters, clam chowders and fish & chips. All were good. They had a good selection of beer, but they should have given that it is primarily a sports bar. The noise level was not too higher, and we brought our newborn who seemed to enjoy the lights of the sports bar. If there was anything to complain about, it would be that the outdoor seating was entirely a smoking sections as we would have preferred to eat outside and take advantage of the great weather.

This was our first visit to Jack's. My husband and I went in for lunch, we almost had the place to ourselves. It is basically a sports bar with televisions everywhere and football channels on each of them. I love football and they just happen to have my favorite teams' Sunday highlight reel playing. There's a pretty extensive menu with more than just the typical bar fare. Plenty of seafood selections to choose from. With it being lunch, there were no waiters, we ordered at the bar with a very friendly bartender. I ordered the crab cake platter (which are made in house) two crab cakes and two sides - Cole slaw and side salad were my choices. The crab cakes were pan fried to a crispy golden brown and the inside was very moist. They came with a honey wasabi dipping sauce that had a nice zing. Typical side salad and a nice cole slaw. My husband enjoyed his fish and chips. Very crunchy triangles of cod and a nice basket of fries. Good tarter sauce that wasn't the run of-the-mill out of the jar kind. We'll be back I'm sure, maybe on a Sunday where I can enjoy the football games.

Great! It's not necessarily a beauty to look at but: ice cold beer, delicious food (grilled mangrove snapper sandwich) and a great bartender/server - Lauren. Great lunch.

I've been here a few times now and it always been a blast. It a local bar not some crazy hopping spot... That being said karaoke twice a week live music every other day and great food and drinks... Walking distance from my house is a big plus. Give it a try.. Not hip hop music and that's my preference but great time none the less.

Been here a couple times now. Food is ok not great, not bad. I would go here if you are looking for a place to watch the game. I've had the taco salad which was pretty good. The buffalo shrimp were ok. My wife got the loaded fries with cheese and they were definately loaded. Plan on sharing those with about 5 people (huge). Beer prices are reasonable and so is the wine. $3.50 for domestic and $7.50 for a Kendal Jackson. It's been packed each time we were there and my biggest gripe is the restroom. One of the only times I've seen a line for the men's room. Just 1 stall.. Same for the women's. I'd give it 3.5 stars if I could based on everything but the bartenders are pretty good and attentive so for me that pushes it to 4 stars

By far one of the best happy hours in USA. Pitchers $10 of anything...Peel and eat shrimp and wings are just fantabulous.

I'm definitely a fan of this place. It's your local bar. Nuff said. Some days you just don't want to spend $10 on a drink in Naples. Happy Hour specials are really happy hour specials....and it's everyday. A place that sadly brings the alcoholic in most people. I think my drinks were less than 3 bucks. Whuuutt? I know. We ordered half price wings, and got them done Caribbean-style. The wings were super tasty and I enjoyed the extra crispiness to them as well. I presumed that they would be drowning in sauce, but were just perfect. We also had an order of loaded fries. Definitely the kind of fries that you need to stick to you. The batter on them leaves them light and crispy. (The stuff that sticks to you is the melted cheese and bacon.) Service was great, and what you would expect sitting at the bar. The bar staff was extremely attentive, and no glass was left empty. You also have to respect their "bar charm." If you're looking for a cheap place to hang, or to start up a random conversation with someone that is well within the six degrees of separation, this is it.

Nice place, we went there on a wed night around 7. The place had a good crowd, the drinks were good and the food was tasty! Nothing too healthy on the menu but a good place to go for some drinks, easy food and a fun time with friends.

Jack's is a good old friend of mine. Wow... a big surprise to me I've been to Jack's plenty of times during the past 10 years and I thought that I had a review done in the past. The bar is rectangular with a good view of the specials board above and in the center there is a Salt water tank. very relaxing, better than any doctors office or Sushi place. This place wears so many hats well, sports bar, seafood bar, raw bar, rock bar, Karaoke bar, booze bar, pool bar, meet up bar, meat bar, and local's bar, and college bar. Drinks are a good deal and staff here are quick on delivery. I enjoyed the wings and quesadillas here, while watching the game on the patio plenty of Sundays in the past.

Another laid back SWF bar with GREAT food and prices! We started off with the chicken pot pie rolls. It's chicken pot pie deep fried in an egg roll and served with a cup of gravy. Yes, they are as good as they sound. The coconut shrimp basket and wings were all equally as awsome. F.Y.I. wings half price mon-sat 2-7. I'm always looking for a wing deal!

I felt as if my eyes needed to be pricked from my body with a wooden fork, as if every cell in my body was imploding at the same time, as if the 20 mins I spent in there were an eternity. how is it possible to be such a dump and still let your bartenders (whom I later found out was a cook) be so rude to people, while constantly getting drunk, and behave like such trash. welcome to jacks. If they are like this in the front of the house, guess how the back must be. I'm sure they abide by all sanitary requirements.......EHEMMMM....

Accepted my payment for a gift card online but did not post a confirmation message nor send an email confirmation. They didn't return phone calls and their email address is not even valid. They did end up delivering the card though.
