This place is like home to me. I come here every other week and I'm greeted like I'm the owners family. The food is out of this world and they are so accommodating. You can never ever go wrong with the omelets here. Actually you can never go wrong with anything on this menu. I have never been here for lunch or dinner since I'm usually here in the mornings for work. But I cant wait to be here for dinner! Also. If you're lucky the owner will bring out his guitar and serenade you. It's wonderful he has a great voice and he can play the guitar. Plus who doesn't love live music? Don't miss out on this gem.

First time lunch. Great little place overshadowed a bit by Boston Beer Garden, which is a few doors down. Personal service by the owners, which I loved. Lunch special chicken quesadilla was grilled perfectly, with plenty of chicken and a moderate amount of cheese. Served with guac, sour cream, and salsa. Guac and salsa could have been fresher, but still tasty. Asked for pico de gallo, that I believe they make in house, and it was much better. Friend very satisfied with his turkey sandwich on croissant, which comes with one of quite a variety of sides. We'll be back to try breakfast.

I went there because I heard they had healthy breakfast options. They do not. My friend wanted to stay so I ordered a cup of fruit and a hard boiled egg. The egg came out with the shell on and BLAZING hot! So hot that it burnt my hand. When I finally got the egg opened it wasn't hard boiled. The owner (who was nice) took it off the bill and I went home and ate. I gave 3 stars because while I sat there and waited for my friend to eat he said he liked his food.

I have seen this place for 5 years. A friend actually mentioned to me after a bad breakfast at another local restaurant. Moving on, after getting my hair cut in the Green Tree Plaza (where Erika's is located) I decided to grab some breakfast and walked into Erika's. At first glance it looked like any other diner. As soon as I walked in a very nice Hispanic man (I later found out was the owner for 17 years) greeted me with a warm and sincere good morning, helped me find a seat, and offered me a beverage and a menu. The menu has breakfast, lunch, and dinner offerings and had some unique dishes for dinner. The gentleman then told me about their breakfast special a chorizo, peppers, and onions omelette served with home fries and toast. I chose the special and could not be anymore delighted. I received a nice sized omelette that was absolutely sensational. It was fluffy and flavorful (I didn't even salt and pepper it). The home fries were hot and tasty as well. I asked for hot sauce (which if you read my other reviews is kind of my thing) and he gave me a little dish of homemade green salsa which was out of this world delicious. All in all this place was my style. They had newspapers, attentive and prompt service, reasonable prices, and most importantly delicious grub. I highly recommend anyone to eat breakfast here, especially if your a foodie. It's the kind of short order breakfast that has a twist.

Best food! I had one of their specials and totally worth it! So good! They even have frog legs (if that's your thing) you have to try it!

So disappointing. We wanted to try a new local restaurant to enjoy an early AM breakfast, but we were quickly disappointed. They had dirty, folding chairs & tables as outdoor seating, and not even a plastic picnic style table cloth to add to your comfort. Although my omelet was hearty with fresh veggies, they ruined it by using "out of the package" processed American cheese...yuck :( The bacon was microwaved, (the brand you find in a box-in the dry aisle of your grocery--weird) and my toast was hard as cardboard with slops of margarine. The orange juice was far from the advertised "fresh"....straight sugar water! However, our waitress was prompt & courteous, & I really appreciated that they were dog friendly. I'm disappointed to have to write such a bad review. I really hope that the ownership can amp up their ambiance & quality, because I have heard great things about their lunch options. Wishing them luck, but I'm all set. First Impressions are crucial to me, & I'm not up for round two.

The crabcake benedict is amazing, and what I usually order here, but I wanted to try something new. I asked if the corned beef hash was homeade and the waitress told me yes. It wasn't. It was from a can. Yuck. We were on our way to the outlets so no time to order anything else. The service is always very fast and friendly though.

Stopped by for a late breakfast and ended up with chili rellenos, which was the special. Very tasty! They took great care of us, we will be back when we are in town next.

Stopped in for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised when I ordered the crab cake benedict. The poached eggs were perfectly cooked and the hollandaise sauce was freshly made and delicious. The blend of the crab with the richness of the hollandaise was a perfect match. I really enjoyed the food and it was a great way to start of my day!

I love Erika's Cafe! I love the breakfast food, which is at a great price for what you get. The food is good, service friendly, and they're fast. What more could you ask for?

This is a qualified three stars. If you're looking for a breakfast on a standard of "good truck stop," the quality here won't disappoint. On the plus side, the eggs were very fresh. Service was quick and cordial. Coffee was hearty and served with an accompanying insulated pot for self-service refills. A side of fruit was a stack of ice cold watermelon slices, about an inch thick each. The bacon was flat and crisp. On the down side, the cheese in the omelet was gooey, processed American. Aesthetics for the outdoor seating was surprisingly weird: Two small bistro tables, darkened by smokers. And three, bare collapsible card tables with folding chairs. I recommend blue plaid, plastic tablecloths to take it up a notch and stil lmatch the clean looking, navy curtains on the inside windows, should Erika's ever want an inexpesnive improvement.
