Don't hate me for saying this, but I'm not the biggest fan of Ben & Jerry's ice cream. I like my ice cream flavors simple, and not involving 10 different ingredients. However, I stopped by here one night because I wanted to try their Schweddy Balls ice cream. The name is awesome and I love how supermarkets are pulling it from their shelves because ridiculous moms are complaining about it. The girl working behind the counter gave me a little bit to try and I wasn't crazy about it...but it did give me a craving for ice cream so I just got a vanilla ice cream with rainbow sprinkles. I got the kid's size because I tend to regret eating ice cream afterwards. But still, with the rainbow sprinkles, it was close to $4! I thought that was a little ridiculous but the girls working there were so nice and were able to handle my friend (who is extremely vulgar) and his jokes. There are several tables and plenty of chairs right outside the shop, as well as a nice fountain area/Christmas tree to its side.

I like Ben and Jerry's but there was no seating, and it felt like one step up from simply just getting a pint at the corner store. It's unclear what the scoop shop's draw is.

Root Beer Float! Sit down, hopefully at the shadey table. Watch the grand kids bounce around in the water feature because it was built as dancing waters in the plaza for the kids to dance through. Love how it's perpetual Summer in these parts.

Good luck at this Ben and Jerry's when the line is long. The workers are so unbelievably slow when there are a good number of people especially during the holidays. What they should do is have more workers staffed during the holidays and on weekend nights. The ice cream is obviously fine, but the service is super slow.
