I love this Chick-Fil-A... can't say anything bad about it. The cleanliness alone of this cute establishment speaks for itself. It's always very neat, clean, and the service is always fast and correct. They are not greedy with their sauces/ketchup either, which is a big plus for me. The employees are wonderful too, and always respectful. I enjoy bringing my kids here all the time. They have a nice, clean, playground for the kids to roam around in, while the adults mingle. Love it!

I like this Chik Fil A location though it's always busy. People are very nice. They even help you take out your tray and also ask if you are doing okay in a fast food restaurant! The only thing I don't like is their lack of parking space, but I don't think that's their fault. They do need to think of a solution.

It's a chic-fil-a. Standard food, the reason I enjoy this one beyond the fact that it is across the street from my house is the service is always very polite and nice. It makes a big difference when I'm stressed studying for finals, short on time and just need a quick bite to get friendly service with a smile :)

I tried the chain based on a friend's rave about the salads. She was correct - killer. Can't speak for the sandwiches but based on the crowd, they must be very good. This particular location was clean, fast, had polite workers, offers USA Today to read while eating - a pretty darn good experience. I'd certainly go back.

I have been to this location a few times for breakfast as well as lunch and while almost all Chic-Fil-A's are relatively the same but I find this one to be a bit rude. I don't need to be told "my pleasure" everytime, but common courtesy such as "thank you" and not being scoffed at will work just fine for me.

Fast food that's edible and exceptional...for fast food. I rarely ever visit these kind of places but one day I was at work and I had stopped at a Wendy's on my way to pick up a salad. When I arrived at work and attempted to eat the salad, it was not the way it appeared in the photo on the menu board. It was pretty on top but when I dug in, there was nothing but iceberg lettuce all watery and hard underneath the pretty greens. I started complaining and my co worker said, "You should try Chick-fil-a next time. Their salads are everything!" I'd never really been to chick- fil-a before. Maybe I'd been a few times years ago but I'd kinda forgotten it when I stopped eating meat. On my way to work the following day though, I did pick up a meatless market salad and an order of their infamous waffle fries. Well guess what? Since that day a week ago, I've already gone back to this place five or six times and now I have my hubby hooked too. The salads they prepare look exactly like the salad on the menu board photo AND it has nice, beautiful mixed greens instead of the watery iceberg that Wendy's hides in the bottom of theirs. There is a nice selection of salad dressings as well and every time I ask for no meat, I get NO MEAT. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case with Wendy's. Not bashing Wendy's but my experience with them has been not so good (read previous reviews). I'll probably never eat another Wendy's salad again. Chick-fil-a is AWESOME!

Go in the daytime when the owner is there and you will see the difference in service and quality. We made the mistake of going last night and the restaurant was filthy, they got our orders wrong, and there were particles of something that should not have been on my salad.((my phone had died, so I couldnt take a picture)) This is not tge first time that we have hone in the evening and noticed the difference in service. Last night a family was camped out in the play area eating with their child. The hostess who walked by the play area and looked inside and then turned and asked us if all was ok. My little one said"those people are eating inside the playarea" his answer was "yes, some people do that". I was very disappointed as we always tell the kids to respect the rules and be courteous to others. This has always been one of our favorite places to go for a quick meal. But based on the last three nightly visits, of bad service, poor quality food, and the playarea situation. I am giving it 2stars. The owner should do random stop bys at night to see the difference in his restaurant.

I have to admit my motives for visiting this location were not food related. I wanted my kids to play unwind; and it dawned on me that this location has an indoor playground. I took my boys over ordered chicken which was as expected (good; but oh so bad for you-fried!) and sat down. They ate half of their meal and then went into the playground. I found it to be clean, well padded and appropriate for their age group (under 6 years old). I felt that they would be safe which is relief as some playgrounds can be sketchy. The boys had a great time jumping and playing. We will return soon.

This location is very clean and they take care of their customers. We went here for Family night on a Tuesday. I believe you purchase a combo you get a kids 4 piece nugget meal for FREE. I love how they really take care of their customers. The employees walk around to make sure the customers are okay or if they need a refill or anything! After that they walk around with wet wipes and mints.

The waffle fries here are amazing!!! Not really your typical fast food chain. The food here isn't as greasy and you don't have the gloom feeling after you eat here. I go for the chargrilled chicken wrap its delicious. The nuggets here are irresistable but not so much as the fries. Which may be my second favorite side only to Sonics tots. Anyone that knows me (or read my reviews) knows I'm HUGE on Chick-Fil-A. So it pains me to write this review for my neighborhood restaurant. I visited on a Saturday night and it was busy as one would expect on weekend. There were 2 lines and they were about 4 people in each line. The orders were being taken quickly by the friendly staff. The only problem was that the orders were taking forever to come out. Eventually the order came out ok but there were a lot of people in the lobby also waiting a while too. I waited between 7-10 minutes for my meal once it was ordered. The staff was very young and I don't recall seeing anyone that looked over 25 working this shift. I don' t know if maybe that was the issue but the staff seemed a little disorganized. One side of the station for the napkins was completely empty (which should never happen at a fast food place). As I sat to eat, I noticed the lobby was still full with people waiting for their meals. I don't know if it was a problem with the cooks being understaffed but the restaurant had a cluttery feel to it. I'd give this a 2.5 stars if I could because the food was good and the service was friendly. But I've had better experiences at Chick-Fil-A.

Anytime I come to Pembrooke Pines Mall I must stop here. Usually chick-fil-a is the only reason I come to the mall. The waffle fries are incredible, the chicken is out of this world. So juicy and fresh, not at all what you would expect for a fast food establishment. The service is really good. Twice I came here and sat at the food cart and a worker from Chick-Fil-A asked me if I needed anything else.

Chick-Fil-A is very tasty. I love traveling home from another country via a Southern airport. I run to the food court. It's cozy, comfy (salty fatty) food. The quality is high, and the service is consistent. They no likey the gays and are a right-wing leaning company. Yeah, I know. So what. This gay boy likes that chicken. That said, be warned before you go to this location. This may be the worst shopping center to get in and out of in all of America. (I say this about every shopping center in Broward County). Seriously, there are two ways to get in and out. I recommend "going out of your way" a bit to the "back entrance". Head north on Dykes (tee hee) from Miramar and turn right at the Bank of America. This will bring you to a back entrance. Otherwise, you will be taking your life in your hands trying to get out of the "main entrance". I've always gotten exceptional service at this Chick-Fil-A, especially in the drive-thru. Tuesday nights are "family nights" so, if you get your Chick-Fil-Urge on a Tuesday, prepare to share the experience with a bunch of 6-year-olds wielding nuggets with streams of Polynesian sauce running down their dirty, chicken-lovin forearms. (I just described myself trying to eat Chick-Fil-A while driving.) Go. Enjoy. Pray.

I've eaten many meals here and have never been disappointed. My favorite breakfast order is the mini chicken/biscuit bites - add a little honey for an extra treat! And their waffle fries for lunch and dinner can't be beat. The inside of the store is clean and the drive-thru service is quick. The only thing that sucks about Chick-Fil-A is that it's closed on Sunday. I'm happy for their employees, but I almost dropped by a couple of times before remembering it was Sunday!

We have been to this Chic-Fil-A at least two dozen times and it is consistently good. The food is hot and fresh and the wait time is not bad considering the crowds. We like the regular Chic-Fil-A sandwiches with the waffle fries and the shakes. The brownie a la mode is great too! For our last birthday party we ordered the chicken nugget platter and the kids raved about it!

The bf and I came here last night wanting food that was served fast. First impression, there were a lot of kids along with their parents in the restaurant. There was a line with about three people in front of us, we took a few minutes glancing at the menu then a staff member approached an empty register and kindly took our orders, so it wasn't much of a wait. I ordered the Chargrilled Chicken Club Sandwich (Provolone Cheese and Bacon), my bf had the Spicy Chicken Deluxe Meal with a lemonade and their waffle fries. Our operator also asked for our name to go with our order. We were standing to the left waiting for our order, then another staff member greeted us by my name and said "have a seat I'll bring your order out when it's ready." So we chose a seat by the drive-thru window; the table and chairs weren't really clean, but I guess it was reasonable since it was a busy Saturday night. Our orders were brought out exactly 5 minutes after ordering and she also apologized for our wait. Great customer service! We also requested ranch, and their Chik-fil-A sauce. The Chargrilled Chicken Sandwich was fresh, the lettuce was crisp, and it was served on a wheat bun! First time trying their Chik-fil-A sauce and boy, was it amaz-zing, I couldn't stop eating the sauce... I even put it in my sandwich and dipped the waffle fries in it! Their sauce made me forget about eating fires with ketchup! I read the label and it listed bbq, mustard (giving it's yellowish color), vinegar, along with other ingredients. The ranch sauce was ok, nothing compared to their sauce of course! Their lemonade was freshly made, it was tangy and sweet with some lemonade pulp, pretty good lemonade for a fast food restaurant I must say! A staff member who was cleaning tables around us, asked if we wanted a refill, but it was kinda iffy since she had a chemical bottle in her other hand? That was really nice of her to ask though! Overall, the sandwich alone was very filling and tasty :-). Great customer service at a fast food restaurant. The waffle fries was a hit, and the lemonade washed down the meal! Their desserts looked really good too btw! If we're ever craving for some fast food in the area, Chik-fil-A will definitely be in one of our top choices!

If you get the platter with there waffle fries it really doesn't get any better for fast food. I must commend there exceptional service at this ChickFilA, especially in the drive-thru. We need more Chik-Fil-A restaurants in Miami-Dade & Broward! When this one opened last year I went almost every day for lunch. The restaurant staff actually came over to our office complex in Miramar during their grand opening and handed out FREE Chik-Fil-A sandwiches and FREE breakfast coupons to everyone that came by. It was the only truly free lunch I can remember having at work, ever. I still eat lunch here about once every week and have never been dissappointed. The drive through is fast and the service is better than any other fast food restaurant I have been to in Miramar. Breakfast is actually my favorite meal even though you can't go wrong with pretty much anything from their lunch menu. The mini chicken biscuits are so good... if you haven't tried them you are really missing out.

I work near here and absolutely LOVE this place! Try the chargrilled chicken sandwich... the lettuce is crisp and the sandwich isn't greasy like other fast food chains. The fries are always fresh and the staff is pleasant. Once, I went in and as soon as I ordered, it started raining heavily. After I got my food to go, an employee offered to walk me to my car with her umbrella. She said it was a Chick-Fil-A restaurant policy, which is really nice of them. Talk about service!

This is the best fast food restaurant I have been to, EVER! Although the staff is young, they are very pleasant, respectable, and quick! Instead of saying "neeeext" with a monotone I don't care type of attitude, its a perky "Next guest in line!" I think its that manager guy, he seems strict! I don't want to say any specifics but one time I saw him reprimand an employee for making a simple mistake! I guess that's why its often busy and run like a well oiled-machine. Food is hot and quick, and the place is very clean, even in the bathrooms! Yes, I come here often when I need a quick fix for my fast food cravings. Love the waffle fries, the chargrilled chicken, and that milkshake!

The restaurant is conveniently located just a short drive from my office, and my co-workers order "to go meals" on a regular basis. A nice change of pace from KFC, Church's and Popeyes!

Great fast food. I have looked for a good fast food restaurant for ages. Most are terrible 90% of the time or more. It's rare where I can say one is reliably good and this is one of those cases. Staff is friendly, food always comes out fresh, and typically has community events on the weekends that make it feel good for a family atmosphere. If you have to chose between the rest of the fast food places in South Florida or this Chick-Fil-A, choose this one.

I ordered the Chargrilled Chicken Club Sandwich (Provolone Cheese and Bacon), my bf had the Spicy Chicken Deluxe Meal with a lemonade and their waffle fries. Our operator also asked for our name to go with our order. We were standing to the left waiting for our order, then another staff member greeted us by my name and said "have a seat I'll bring your order out when it's ready." So we chose a seat by the drive-thru window; the table and chairs weren't really clean, but I guess it was reasonable since it was a busy Saturday night. Our orders were brought out exactly 5 minutes after ordering and she also apologized for our wait. Great customer service! We also requested ranch, and their Chik-fil-A sauce. The Chargrilled Chicken Sandwich was fresh, the lettuce was crisp, and it was served on a wheat bun! First time trying their Chik-fil-A sauce and boy, was it amaz-zing, I couldn't stop eating the sauce... I even put it in my sandwich and dipped the waffle fries in it! Their sauce made me forget about eating fires with ketchup! I read the label and it listed bbq, mustard (giving it's yellowish color), vinegar, along with other ingredients. The ranch sauce was ok, nothing compared to their sauce of course! Their lemonade was freshly made, it was tangy and sweet with some lemonade pulp, pretty good lemonade for a fast food restaurant I must say! A staff member who was cleaning tables around us, asked if we wanted a refill, but it was kinda iffy since she had a chemical bottle in her other hand? That was really nice of her to ask though! Overall, the sandwich alone was very filling and tasty :-). Great customer service at a fast food restaurant. The waffle fries was a hit, and the lemonade washed down the meal! Their desserts looked really good too btw! If we're ever craving for some fast food in the area, Chik-fil-A will definitely be in one of our top choices!

Never was a big fan of there chicken sandwich, didn't really understand what all the fuss was about. But then i came upon there chicken fingers, now were talking. If you get the platter with there waffle fries it really doesn't get any better for fast food. I must commend there exceptional service at this ChickFilA, especially in the drive-thru. I have never come across a more courteous and happy crew in any other fast food place ever. The employees and managers at this location definitely know what there doing. Keep it up...

We need more Chik-Fil-A restaurants in Miami-Dade & Broward! When this one opened last year I went almost every day for lunch. The restaurant staff actually came over to our office complex in Miramar during their grand opening and handed out FREE Chik-Fil-A sandwiches and FREE breakfast coupons to everyone that came by. It was the only truly free lunch I can remember having at work, ever. I still eat lunch here about once every week and have never been dissappointed. The drive through is fast and the service is better than any other fast food restaurant I have been to in Miramar. Breakfast is actually my favorite meal even though you can't go wrong with pretty much anything from their lunch menu. The mini chicken biscuits are so good... if you haven't tried them you are really missing out.

This is one of the best Chick-Fil-A restaurants in the company in my opinion. They have the customer service thing down to a science and the food is always hot and fresh just as it should be. The place is always busy and the staff always goes out of their way to make sure you are being helped and happy. I just wish they would open more in the Miami area..

I work near here and absolutely LOVE this place! Try the chargrilled chicken sandwich... the lettuce is crisp and the sandwich isn't greasy like other fast food chains. The fries are always fresh and the staff is pleasant. Once, I went in and as soon as I ordered, it started raining heavily. After I got my food to go, an employee offered to walk me to my car with her umbrella. She said it was a Chick-Fil-A restaurant policy, which is really nice of them. Talk about service!

Great place for a quick bite to eat.. especially during breakfast. The chicken biscuits or chicken platter are highly recommended. And if you want a nice shake, they have a great hand spun oreo milk shake! During free kids meal nights or lunch time, they may be a crowd, so plan for extra time...

This is the best fast food restaurant I have been to, EVER! Although the staff is young, they are very pleasant, respectable, and quick! Instead of saying "neeeext" with a monotone I don't care type of attitude, its a perky "Next guest in line!" I think its that manager guy, he seems strict! I don't want to say any specifics but one time I saw him reprimand an employee for making a simple mistake! I guess that's why its often busy and run like a well oiled-machine. Food is hot and quick, and the place is very clean, even in the bathrooms! Yes, I come here often when I need a quick fix for my fast food cravings. Love the waffle fries, the chargrilled chicken, and that milkshake!

As good as it gets for fast food, good shakes and the best run fast food restaurant you will find. Great family atmosphere if you want that. I've also used them to cater chicken nuggets for my kids party and used breakfast minis for early tailgates at the UM games. Can't miss.

New, clean, and well-managed restaurant specializing in chicken sandwiches for lunch and chicken biscuits for breakfast. I haven't tried one yet, but I have heard positive comments about the milkshakes. The restaurant is conveniently located just a short drive from my office, and my co-workers order "to go meals" on a regular basis. A nice change of pace from KFC, Church's and Popeyes!

Great fast food. I have looked for a good fast food restaurant for ages. Most are terrible 90% of the time or more. It's rare where I can say one is reliably good and this is one of those cases. Staff is friendly, food always comes out fresh, and typically has community events on the weekends that make it feel good for a family atmosphere. If you have to chose between the rest of the fast food places in South Florida or this Chick-Fil-A, choose this one.
