driver dropped my pizza, when I called to complain they "transferred me to a manager" by hanging up on me. Thanks. I'll do Pizza Hut next time.

It was quick, hot, and the cashier remembered that I wanted extra special sauce (okay okay not like that). Everyone was polite and it really took the 10-12 minutes the guy said it would (carry out) 4 stars out of 5. -this pregnant girl would order from them again.

The staff here is really friendly. I came in here late night and ordered from the app with a discount code. They were able to assist me. I was unaware that if you order thin crust you have to order larger than a medium. I ordered a medium, but since I messed up the first time they went ahead and help me out and gave me a thin crust. They made sure to ask me what the toppings we're I endure they made the order correctly. The driver was involved too, to make sure the staff knew what I wanted. The cashier was more than helpful. For being so late night they were very friendly. They had a light music playing the background. Light quiet ambience and make sure you don't order your medium thin crust because it doesn't exist. Tip from me, always google a papa johns code and save some money.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. we placed an order for delivery online and received confirmation that the order had been accepted and was being processed by Papa John's. After waiting an hour and a half we decided to call and find out what was taking so long. The manager was very rude placed us on hold and did absolutely nothing to try to remedy the situation. He ended up hanging up on us. BAD BUSINESS. ORDER ELSEWHERE.

Overall bad service with online ordering, fulfilling that order correctly, and delivery. The pizza is always decent but they almost always forget the extra dipping sauces that I pay for. After they messed up on two separate orders I was complimented a large pizza for next time. When I went to order that pizza, there was no record of that, of course. Finally, after we figured that out, I asked for 4 ranch dressings (2 came with the order of chicken wings) and a garlic sauce only to be disappointed that 2/5 arrived with my order. I'm almost convinced they're playing a joke on me now because it has happened so much. The problem I have with delivery is none of the drivers speak English. Twice they have gone to the wrong address and it's a nightmare trying to get them to the correct address. By the time we get our food it's luke-warm, at best. Tonight's order the driver was a half hour late, showed up at wrong address, did not speak English, and conveniently did not have change...Bill was $12 and change, had a $20, asked for $5 back, (which was generous since he was so late) and he only had $2.. The only reason I keep coming back is I'm a patient at the local hospital and sometimes pizza is the only thing I can eat. I'm not from Miami so I'm not familiar with good, local pizzerias that deliver.

I have never had an issue with an order despite all the bad reviews. The driver usually makes it on time. Some days it takes longer than others, but overall they seem to have their stuff together. The pizza is usually still hot when it arrives and the one time when i went in didnt seem to bad. Perhaps that i mostly order delivery is why i rate it so high, and maybe the times i went in were the exception to the rule of supposed lousy service. But 4 stars for me.

Filthy place. The cashier was high and was being fondled by one of the cooks so I walked out of there. I was threatened by someone who claimed to be the son of the owner. He was the one who was fondling the waitress, all while I voiced my dissatisfaction about their lack of cleanliness (and lack of professionalism at doing this in front of customers and during work hours, get a hotel room after work!). I had ordered from them twice before and they had gotten my orders wrong (surprise, surprise), but this sealed the deal. Talk about ghetto! I don't want bodily fluids in my food so I told them they could keep my pizza and I would NOT be paying for it and that they could threaten all they want. Disgusting with a capital "D". I am shocked that they have not been closed down for failing health inspections, I am sure they have had their fair share of these.

Would give them a lesser review if we could. Our business is less than 8 blocks from their location so we placed our third late night order with them in less than a month. The first two were somewhat successful (somewhat, as one of them the delivery guy forgot one of our pizzas at the store and had to make a second delivery). Our card was charged, order confirmation received, and over an hour later no pizza. Called to ask what was going on and they told us they don't deliver to our neighborhood at that time of night. Reminded the employee this was the third time we had ordered from them at that time of night, and also asked why they wouldn't call us to tell us that. The employee continued to be incredibly rude to my husband while on the phone and did not want to give his name so we could complain about him to his manager for terrible service. After the phone call we finally got his name (Geoff, in case you were wondering) and they refunded our card which had already been charged, but they still refused to make our order or deliver to us. Terrible service compared to the Papa John's in our old neighborhood.

Worst pizza delivery experience ever. Took multiple calls back and forth and arguing that my house and address exists (spoiler alert: it does), even after giving them multiple step by step directions. No one spoke english (the manager sounded asian?), and I was never given an apology by anyone ever. The delivery driver, while very nice, spoke hardly a word of english and also informed me that my address was wrong. He also didn't bring a pen for me to use, so I had to search everywhere to find a writing utensil. Overall a miserable experience.

Excellent, had my order ready in 10 minutes and was perfect! They were literally running around behind the counter to get things done fast, I highly recommend it for pickup. Delivery, who knows, it's a tossup at any pizza place depending on traffic and the driver.
