The buffalo chicken pizza had no buffalo sauce. The new garlic knots were also surprisingly missing their main ingredient- GARLIC! It only get's better.. It's bedtime. Pizza delivery lead time was slow. Can we wait another hour & a half for them to fix this? No. The last time we ordered a buffalo chicken pizza, it was more so a buffalo chicken pizza soup. Unprofessional. After 20 minutes on the phone with "Gypsy" we came to the conclusion that their staff will survive the zombie apocalypse. No brain.

if I could give zero stars I would. ordered pizza on a Sunday night, online. after I received the confirmation, the email said it would be 2 hours for the delivery. two hours. I called the store to make sure it wasn't some error, the girl on the phone didn't speak English at all. I was put on hold numerous times to get someone who could speak to me in English. after around 20 minutes on the phone I finally got the order canceled. do not order here if you're looking for timely delivery!!!

I've experienced extremely bad customer service from this store. The "manager" Laura input the incorrect address only to have the driver call me 35 min later and let me know that the pizza could not be delivered from that location. When I tried to ask her to help me transfer the order and have the situation resolved, she was extremely argumentative - nothing that I would expect from a manager. It would have been very simple and easy for her to take care of the customer, but instead she thought it was a good idea to argue. Very disappointing

This Papa Johns location just can't seem to get it right! I love Papa Johns pizza and their garlic sauce, so I keep trying but never succeed in getting the pizza I order on the first try. I've ordered delivery and always end up having to call to get my pizza redelivered. Try take forever and then still don't get it right! So the last time we were craving PJ pizza, my husband volunteered to pick it up. You'd think you can't get it wrong in carry out, right? We did! They still got it wrong. I will give one star for one reason only. Ingrid, the store manager, was willing to make my pizza correctly and deliver it to me. She was polite and made a great effort to make it better! But they should really get it right the first time - at least one time!

I am really disappointed. This location is beyond unprofessional. I mean, it's a pizza joint so I don't expect much. The employee took my order 3 times and still didn't get it right. They were continuously talking and laughing to their friend or coworker, for a good while... And didn't even finish with me. (I can understand talking in between, if payment is processing or something) Just unbelievable! I canceled the order. Horrible service! Find new employees and/or find new management.

The other night we ordered delivery from here. Every now and then we have a taste for pizza, and we seem to order only from them. I so enjoy their online delivery. It's easy and quick. And you can even order from your phone extra bonus. They offer great deals frequently. They do have fresh ingredients and their garlic sauce is so delish. Their sauce is even pretty good. We always get the pan style because the crust is a little thicker which we like. My only complaint has been they never seem to put enough cheese on it. The other day we even paid for extra cheese and it seemed no different. Next time we order, I will make sure to let them know and give them the opportunity to make it how we like it. Their crust is tasty, ingredients always seem to be fresh and their delivery service has always been quick and very friendly, but I think they know we are good tippers so we never wait long. Papa, papa, thanks for being quick and fresh. Will be ordering soon as our daughter likes your pizza very much. It's the garlic sauce that she drizzles all over her pie. yummy!! Delivery Drivers= very friendly.

Back in the day, I used to deliver pizzas for this chain, so I may be biased. But despite living next to some good pizza places like Archies and Pieducks, Papa Johns manages to sneak into my pizza rotation. I prefer the thin crust pizza and I can't order from here without also getting an order of chicken fingers with buffalo and ranch sauces. Perhaps I wouldn't cheat on my diet so much if it weren't so easy to order a pizza online -- you know so I don't have to stop Yelping to cook dinner. Online ordering makes it to easy. Once you get an account set up it only takes a few clicks and you're done... no need to be put on hold multiple times or deal with clueless teens manning the phone. Tip: I find that adding a nice $2 plus tip when checking out ensures that my pizza gets delivered faster.
