I'm so happy to have found a great eatery and they deliver! Food was great, place was clean and cozy, prices were fantastic, but above all, the customer service was awesome. The guys were friendly and you could tell they were very proud of their work. Will definitely go back.

This profile should be taken down. Lillio's is no longer at this location, it is now another restaurant with new ownership. I'm not sure if Lillio's has moved, but it's definitely not here anymore.

It's now Pina's Pizza. It's owned by an Italian family and it's awesome. Fantastic everything great people too.

It seems they've made a solid comeback. Back to full on delicious & excellent Lillo's glory.

So I order from Lillo's every once in a while and the chicken parmesean is great. it also comes with garlic rolls which is a plus. This time we got the garlic rolls and they were all burnt. We called and spoke to the manager, who checks all orders before packaging for delivery, and he said that the rolls were not burnt. Terrible customer service. Didn't seem to care about their customers and now never ordering again. Service is everything!

I would frequent this restaurant frequently with my boyfriend, but the service the last few times has been terrible. The staff is rude and don't care about their customers. I'll spend my money somewhere else.

I have been searching for a true New York style pizza for a long time. Lilo's is the closest thing that I've found to some of the best NY pizza places. It's on par with Pizzaria Regina in Boston (and that says a lot). Yes, the wait time can be a little long, but if it's a thin crust, light sauced pizza that you like, then you will love Lilo's and not mind an extra 10 or so minute wait time (this ain't Dominos!) They cook in an old Blodget pizza oven. Pizza aficionado's will know that there's no better way to cook pizza. If you live in Kendall, I highly recommend giving them a try. I generally pick up....never done delivery or dine in. Enjoy!

Great pizza but bad service as far as having food delivered to your home. Stop using them because always took to long and order was always wrong.

I am giving Lillo's two stars...one for the wings, and one for the garlic rolls. I have a feeling that, based on the rolls alone, our pizza would have been delicious, had the teens behind the counter been concerned with making the pizzas for the eat-in customers. We arrived at Lillo's around 8:20 and ordered two large pizzas (one veggie, one meat), 20 wings, and 6 garlic rolls, along with a variety of sodas and beers. Around 8:50, we had to remind one of the staffers about the wings and the rolls, and about five minutes later the wings came out: crispy, light, hot...in other words, tasty. The rolls followed shortly thereafter, and for me at least they were carb heaven: dense, doughy, and just enough cheese and garlic. I ate two in about two minutes, and figured the pizza was on its way. I was wrong. Long story short, we told the counter kids we wanted our money back for the pizzas because it was getting late, it was taking much longer than necessary, and quite frankly we just weren't interested in waiting any more. The cashier tried to convince us our pizzas were about to go in the oven, but she lost us when she tried to justify the long wait by saying they had a lot of delivery orders. So? Bake the pizzas in the order they are ordered. Plus, the table behind us, which sat down a good ten or 15 minutes after us, got their two pizzas relatively quickly, no problem, so that excuse held no water. I saw a lot of good reviews for Lillo's, which made me want to try it, but no more. Four garlic rolls and two wings does not constitute dinner.

The guys who work here are super friendly. They asked if I preferred my pizza crispy or doughy, and then made it exactly how I specified. Great customer service and fast cheerful service. The pizza itself was great - could have used more pepperoni but the crust was good, the cheese was good, and the pepperoni itself was tasty too. One of the better pizza's I've had in Miami.

Very friendly and courteous customer service. Food was delicious! The prices are great, place was very well kept. I came here because me and a few of my friends were in the area checking out the Arcade next door. Now we come back all the time for Gaming/Pizza nights! Highly recommended!

So happy we gave this place a try! This is my second review and just wanted to reiterate just how good their pizza is. Specifically the crust and the balance of ingredients. It's as close to NY pizza as your gonna get around here. There's only a handful of pizza places I'll frequent in Miami. This is one of them. Also, extremely well priced. The garlic rolls are small, crispy and perfect! Also, try the cannoli. I've ordered from Lillo's every week since I first tried them and my family and I are hooked. Only complaint I have is they don't open till 4pm but, well worth the wait. I know some other comments mentioned they had issues unrelated to the actual food but, I've had nothing but great experiences.

To be fair, the pizza and garlic rolls are great. The reason I am only giving this place two stars is because, on a consistent basis, the food is never ready when they say it will be. 35 minutes turned into over an hour??? This has happened too many times to count. It really is a shame. Friendly small pizza place but if you want this to be ready for a specific time, don't plan on it! I personally, have given up on this place...sorry!

I've been to this location about 4 times and each time the food has been sublime. The staff is friend and genuine, the selection is fairly large but each item still retains the fresh made quality. To date I have had only positive experiences with the place. I can't recommended them highly enough

This place would get 5 stars because the Pizza is actually really good. I'm sorry that I have to knock off two stars because the food took sooooooo long! We were told 20-30 min and it took over an hour. If they could just fix the little problem of their wait time they would have a line out the door!! I would still recommend lillos, but order with time to spare just in case. Pizza and garlic rolls are delish!!

Been there a few times now but I neglected to check in. My Bad! This place is awesome! This is one of my "Darling Husband"s" favorite places and true to his moniker Pan Con Queso, this place serves it up. Unfortunately I have not been able to try many of the yumminess that they offer because I live with Pan Con Queso and my butt will not allow me to eat an entire pie alone. So we pick up a bruschetta and I gulp down a Yuengling while I wait. They offer 7 - 8 different types of bottled beer - all nice and cold. I saw Mahon, Shock Top, Guinness and many more. The place is casual but not a dive. Nice, classic look that has a rich mocha counter with really nice marble tops. The same rich wood surrounds the dining area where you have dark tables and modern chairs - a total Tuscan vibe going on. It's a lovely thing to see your food from start to finish right in front of your eyes. The young man behind the counter brought out a fresh ball of dough, spread it out and just before that he was busy chopping fresh tomatoes and tossing them up in a bowl with parsley, basil and tons of garlic. He pre baked the dough, then topped it off with the mixture in the bowl and back it went into the awesome pizza oven. As the last drop of my beer hits my lips (still cold cuz I don't let it sit!) out comes our pie and we hurry home to eat. They offer delivery and take out - tonight I felt like take out. We don't live very far (just over the bridge) so the pie does not sit in the box very long. The crust is ALWAYS soft and chewy on the edges and the crust is crisp and incredible! I'm amazed by this crust - perfection!!! D. H. works for a family restaurant that serves up pies all day long and I worked for them for many years. Tons of competitor product testing always led to one major threat - mom and pops places like Lillos's serving up such wonderful, flavourful and simply delish food is what makes the large chain pizza places shake in their shoes. This place is a hidden gem - you gotta try this!
