I went there for lunch with my son. The restaurant was not busy, It took them 20 minutes to take our order even though we were seated next to the kitchen by the counter. Waiter comes over takes the order.... another 15 minutes for our shakes. then it took about another 30 minutes for our two burgers to come out. They even skipped out on the cheese after the waiter confirmed that i wanted cheese on both burgers. Way to slow, our total visit took about an hour and 20 minutes to get 2 shakes and 2 burgers. Will not be going back again.

I like johnny rockets, the burgers were delicious, with chili cheese fries and a chocolate malt, needless to say this was a cheat day and worth every calorie, lol. Delicious and the service was good too. Its a burger joint, with an old school feel.

I had an absolutely amazing time tonight at this location!! The staff was super friendly and I was greeted with enthusiasm immediately. I just wanted a quick snack but I never expected to feel so welcomed. My server was Daniel and he was on top of his game and very attentive. I was even greeted by the manager/supervisor Nelly who made me feel as if I were a regular and she continued to check on me to make sure I was having an optimal dinning experience. The food was even better than I remember it being the last few times I was in this establishment. I work and have worked in the service industry for many years and I was overwhelmingly impressed with my experience. I'm super happy that I chose to come here over the other burger joints in the falls area. Great job at turning this place around!!! I will be back more often after tonight!! Thanks Daniel, Nelly and the rest of the staff and cooks that started my night out on a high note!! Keep up the great work they are lucky to have you all!

Went to the counter to take out 2 shakes. Big mistake. They tasted horrible! I've been to Johnny Rockets all over the country and the woman making these is adding to much of some ingredient. I was going to return to the store and return them but the employees were so discourteous I to forget it. Never to return again.

No hello when we came in, sat down at the bar after awkwardly standing at the entrance. The guy forgot our fries in the oven and served them to us burnt. He should have noticed the error and redone them, not serve them as is. Glad I didn't get a meal and just shared my friends chicken wings, which still had that re-fried, freezer food taste.

Food was tasteful, and at a great price (buy one adult dish, get child's free - Wednesday special). Service: though the waiter was really sweet, was very, very, very slow. She had three tables and took a while to take order, bring food, bring check. She never came to offer refills, nor clean table. Delivered bill about 10 minutes after we were done, and we ended up having to pay upfront. Not too great of an experience, overall.

Woa, the smell of bleach when first walking in was pretty bad. It took awhile for our burgers to come out. Service was a bit slow, however the waiter was very busy multitasking. Food was good. The chocolate banana milkshake was light and pretty good. Not thick enough, needed more banana. The bathrooms had toilet paper everywhere. Overall, I think we could've found a better burger joint for the money we spent.

Apparently the food industry is going to the crapper because my last few attempts at eating out have been less than stellar. My sister and I came into this location today and half the store was taken up by an elderly home. After we sat down, a waiter Val or Hal said he'd be right with us. Then more customers starting coming in. After ten minutes of waiting and not even receiving water, a heavy set waitress came out from the back, not Val/Hal, and started taking everyone else's order. I called her over to our table and said we were there before any other guest and she said she'd be right with us and continued taking OTHER customer's orders. Mind you there was a manager, a cook and three servers on deck. We got up and left. This store is ridiculous. Ive said it before and I'll say it again, Im never coming her again. The Johnny Rockets at Dadeland is so much better. You can just order your food at the counter and sit at a table. You dont have to rely on sh*tty service. I kinda wish I had stayed just to NOT tip the waiters.

There comes a few times where I can get awesome service from a dine in restaurant! When I walked in the employees greeted me with there welcome saying and everyone is smiling and friendly! When my fiancÃ© and I went to eat there our server was name Valarie. She was very attentive to our needs and she was so friendly and very easy going. I recommend anyone getting Valerie as a server the experience was lovely because of her. The manager Yadelis 'Nelly' Anel was very nice and she also was very attentive and made mine and my fiancÃ© experience amazing she always checked up on us and helped with anything we needed and actually chatted and she is so sweet and adorable! I'm happy Johnny Rockets made her a manager they should promote her! Thank you to Valarie and Nelly for making my dinner and dining experience the best and more I can ever ask for and want!

I was there with my wife and mom last night before my movie. I told the waiter that my movie begins at 8:10pm, giving them 50 minutes. We ordered 3 shakes and 3 burgers. I even asked for the bill so I could pay early. The milk shakes arrived quickly. And we waited, and waited, and waited for the burgers. I asked what was taking so long and the waiter said he would check. And we waited and waited. Finally at 8pm I asked for the burgers wrapped to-go. Still waiting and at 8:10pm I see 3 to-go Styrofoam's ready, but no waiter. I walk to the cook and ask if those are my burgers, he tells me my waiter is in the back eating. I call for him and he comes out and hands me the 3 Styrofoam's and I request a bag, he states they have no bags. No apology for the 50 minute burgers, no manager, no bags, and I had already paid and tipped earlier. This allllllll sucked and I will not be back. I will tell everyone I know that JR sucks. We recently had the worst experience here. It was about 5pm, and not busy at all. We(group of 6 hungry people) decided to sit outside because the temperature was nice. It took about 5 min before anyone realized we were there even though we were waving at the waiters inside. Finally someone came and gave us menus and told us our server would be right with us. We waited 10 min and no one came. We saw people who were seated inside the restaurant who came after us get their appetizers before anyone even asked for our drinks! It was not busy, there is no excuse for that. The best part was after we decided to get up and leave within 10 seconds someone was there to pick up our menus. I have never had to leave a restaurant before, but I will never return to johnny rockets because they obviously dont value their customers. Go eat somewhere else in the mall.

What do you want? It isn't the Capital Grill; it's Johnny Rockets. The burgers are decent, the fries are good, the milkshakes are fine. They are nice to your kids and it's relatively cheap. And if you eat here you can get discount tickets to the movie theatre.

The wait staff was exceptional, really nice and helpful. They made sure my kids were content and were prompt and responsive. The Rocket Burger was a good quality burger. The meat was thick, cooked really well and served nice and hot. It was a good burger. The egg salad had too much mayonnaise and it was very lacking in portion size. The fries had potential but came out cold and were old. I thought the chicken tenders were good quality - lots of white meat. If you are at the Falls, need a bite then this place is good for a burger and a milkshake.

Since I went Xmas shopping yesterday @ The Falls, thought of eating something here... the fries are GREAT!!! the shakes are very good too! Looking closely to their menu, items are bit on the pricey side. A hot dog for $4.25??!@# ok, I understand it's Nathan's.... but still... it's a bit steep for a hot dog! There were lots of people and servers, maybe because it's close to the holidays.... if you want faster service sit in the bar stools.... and yes the servers are ALL teens, good thing is they are polite.

Since i was in the mood for onion rings, i visited johnny rockets and ordered onions rings. In addition, the food is always tasty : ). Some of the items i've tried on their menu are fries, chicken strips etc. The prices are affordable and the staff is always friendly, polite , kind etc : ). The interior is always clean. As a last resort, we came to Johnny Rockets for a quick bite as all the restaurants were packed and we didn't want to miss our movie that we had already purchased. It was kind of fun to kick it old school with my husband and go to a place we had not been since we were 19. The food was ok (grilled chicken sandwich and burger) were ok, nothing to write home about. The vanilla shake, however, was soooo good. Reminded me of the reason why my husband and I use to come here years ago. The noise factor is a problem..kids screaming and with the music it defintiely doesn't make for a relaxed setting. Although the servers are kind of young, believe it or not, they were really great. In a pinch, it delivered.
