Although they were busy on the outside, there was no one on the inside. And I think I know why, inside smells horrible, like vomit that has never been cleaned up properly. I did receive great service. My burger was delicious. But I did not appreciate them adding out a 15% gratuity for a take out burger. I mean really??

Floors were greasy and slippery. Most of our food was over cooked. Cheese fries had hard crusty cheese and they tasted like used oil with a bad taste. The chicken sandwich was over cooked and dry. Burger was fine. The best thing was the peanut butter milkshake. The cost was $40 with 1 milkshake, 1 burger, 1 chicken sandwich, cheese fry and regular fry. On top of that service was really slow. Servers doubled as cooks, waiters were running both inside and outside of restaurant to wait on tables. Saw only 1 person who worked behind counter full time as a cook. Restaurant completely disorganized and over priced.

I don't know if you can give lower than 1 star but it deserves it!!! Floors have grease all over them and are very slippery. Food and service were well below horrible. They added extras to my hamburger and made it terrible I don't send food back but at this place you shouldn't even waste your money , McDonald's Burger King or Wendy's is 1000 times better. We weren't even greeted at the door had to get our own menus

This is great for people watching, but I think there's a lot going on: 1) the waiters are unprofessional. They spend a lot of time talking about getting tips and figuring out who should get what table right in front of their customers and act like I can't hear who and what they are talking about. They are rude and will check you out before welcoming you IF they welcome you at all. They will make you wait 10 minutes to order and 25 minutes for food. 2) The whole place smells like a used rag: At first, my family sat inside so we can talk, but as soon as we sat down the stench of a rag used to wipe tables, chairs, and even the menus filled our nostrils. My sister lost her appetite. We moved to the outer area. 3) The food gave me a major stomach ache! I should of known something was wrong when we sat inside and smelled the unclean stench. They brought us chipped cups. My order was with grilled onions ...which was a major mistake. My stomach hurt for 4 hours after. It will take a lot of convincing to get me to return again, and I was a regular customer for over 5 years. I don't know what happened, but it's time for NEW MANAGEMENT!

Decided to go to this Johnny rockets on mothers day....We ate inside it was hot and humid...and it stinks..full of flies sooo Gross... we still gave it a chance for our kid but the burgers were so mushy and tasteless they needed salt and pepper at least... my hubby went for the burger that had bacon mixed in patty but he told waitress he did not want onions but his burger still came slathered with onions... We paid almost $50 plus 15 percent gratuities for those nasty burgers...we also ordered the strawberry and Oreo shake and that was served to us in kid plastic cups...it really ruin the experience and the shake did not even taste fresh or like they even use real strawberry, the food was tasteless.. and we also ordered the loaded cheese and bacon fries the cheese was was not even melted all the way way on the fries, so disappointing. This place is disgusting, food sucks and its expensive...I will never go to johnny rockets again... because of this location. When I get a burger or shake craving I will go to restaurant like chilli or Fridays and if I want something quick I will go to checkers....under cover boss should go to this nasty location and straighten these kids out or they will keep losing customers.

Well where do I start. When my daughters and I got there. We sat down ,then it took about 10 minutes to get our menus and acknowledge that we were actually sitting there. Then we waited a little longer to actually order. After I ordered our food and after it arrived. Omg, the cheese with bacon fries were horrible. The cheese was like stuck to the fries. My tuna sandwich was a joke like $6 something for a regular sandwich that I myself could make at home and probably better. The mananger was nice enough to take it off my bill which was good. Then the final slap was when they added a $4.66 gratuity tip (what a joke). I had to get up twice from my table to get things I needed. I personally will never eat here again ever. The only thing that was good were the milkshakes. OVERLY-PRICED FOR LOW QUALITY FOOD.

Delicious burger, only issue was the employee. Asked for a milk shake, I was charged for it but never given until it was mentioned to the employee. Other than that the food was served in an amount of minutes n the atmosphere is very relaxing.

The food was pretty good. They were really fast with the food. The workers were very unprofessional, and when my boyfriend & I walked up we asked a man who works there how the seating works and he rudely replied, "just sit wherever you want.." Our waitress was cool but she seemed like she was on drugs or something. Also, an elderly woman came in with a complaint, she wasn't yelling, just talking, and the manager was very rude with her. I don't think I will Come back.

Uhh.. Is there a way to give negative stars here?! ...After making the decision to eat here, my girlfriend and I decided to eat inside because of the mosquitoesss. The second we walk in, smells like rotten pickles with a little scent of mushroom going bad on smoked burger grills. So we sit down and flies are hovering around us. wtf?! The purpose of inside is to not have those vicious non-righteous little dudes flying around. Then the burger was OK, not like I usually get it in other JRs. But this time it gave me the runs after I left. ...f&*)*ing flies... Btw, do you like their shakes?! If so, order yours by PHONE 30minutes in advance. so when you walk in you'll get it in 5min. DO NOT GO TO THIS JR. Just like the people who work there, they don't want to be there either.

Went last night - Giving this place one star since the server brought us menus, water and took our order quickly. Ten minutes into waiting for our food a small roach crawled on the short wall that separates our small table from the counter/kitchen. We jumped up and immeditely saw a huge roach running down the hallway toward the high chairs and bathroom. We cancelled our order with the waitress, who apologized, and went elsewhere to eat. We go to Dolphin Mall often but never going back to Johnny Rockets!
