My husband is a HUGE fan of the coffee so I am assured a visit to a DD in every town I go to. The donuts in the South Florida location have been dry and even mid-morning just don't seem fresh. They are dirty and outside there is trash and overflowed garbage cans. I do not think this place is good at all! I would rather a cafe cubano from a local stand any day of the week.

They're always out of at least one item I went in for. The staff has no knowledge of their own products, and they're unfriendly. It's dirty. If I wasn't addicted to DD Coffee, I'd never go near this place.

Okay, service has gone down hill. I have to explain, very carefully what I mean by: "a medium hot chocolate with extra cream and sugar." And they keep running out of stuff. Like, for instance, hot chocolate mix and coffee cake muffins. They are the only Dunkin Donuts left south of 826 but north of homestead, so maybe it's not their fault they keep running out of stuff. But it will sure piss you off on a Sunday morning. "I got out of bed for this?"

Normally, when I do take the time to do a review, I choose someplace that I like. I don't waste my time with someplace that I hate. However, I just drove past here the other day at it aggravated me. It's not so much that I dislike their coffee. To each their own. Some people appear to take delight in the flavor of brewed bile. It's not so much that they can turn a spongy doughnut into a treat that that even the vagrants that, well, bum rush you from the moment that you enter the parking lot, avoid like Amy Winehouse dodges a shower. No, what really irks me is the dialouge I share with the coffeecake craftsman. Below is verbatim. Me: "I'd like a coffeecake muffin and a medium hot chocolate. Would you mind adding extra cream and sugar?" E.T.: "It's already pre-mixed with sugar and cream." Me: "Yeah, that's why I used the words add and extra." E.T.: "But it's already sweet." Me: "Yeeessss, but that's how my wife likes it." E.T.: "Okay sir. *Insert dramatic pause* Oh wait, the machine is out. Can I get you anything else?" Me: Decorum prohibits this portion of the conversation. And just so you don't think that I'm being overly unfriendly, I'd like you to know this. The last time that I was here I gave Ms. Winehouse a buck in the parking lot so that she could order off of the Dollar Menu at the McDonald's next door.

Double D's. A breakfast tradition for my co-workers. Today I tagged along and enjoyed an iced caramel latte. The ladies behind the counter are super friendly and the coffee was yummy. All is good until it's time to sit. Every table in the place is filthy. Go to grab a napkin, none around. This place is so stingy with the paper products it's ridiculous. You have to ask for a napkin, no paper towlels in the bathroom, etc. Times are tough but this is a bit much. My co-workers got two bagels with cream cheese and there was one napkin in the bag. Seriously?

Okay, I'm not really a big fan of this place. I only come here out of convince because it's not far from places I know or places I tend to stop at. It's pretty clean for the most part. Honestly, there is nothing special about coming to this place unless you you want donuts. Just don't really come in here unless you have to otherwise go to another locations--like the one on 152.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. This morning at 11:55am my family and I stopped in to pick up one donut for my daughter on our way to the park. There was only one female employee working the counter who, although made eye contact with my family and I upon arrival, failed to acknowledge us at any point in time. When one of the female employees came out of the back area to bring a cash tray over to the cash machine, my wife politely asked if she could help us and the employee raised her arms as if we offended her while stating, "I'm only helping with this", regarding the cash drawer and walked away. Immediately we left the establishment disgusted by the poor service from every employee working this morning. I contacted the corporate company and filed a formal complaint and currently waiting to speak to the Manager. No one should ever experience this type of service in any establishment.

Woke up in the morning and decided to buy my girlfriends family breakfast! First place that comes to mind is Dunkin Donuts! I went to this location at 11:00am on a Sunday and they were out of Donuts. I'll say that again, out of Donuts.. The lady there said they only get one delivery in the morning. This means that this location was not going to have donuts all day long. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT

If I could give 0 stars, I would! Their service is terrible. First of all, no paper in the register to print a receipt; I ordered a box of Joe...and that came, but they took another 10 mnutes to give me the cups, sugar and a FEW little creamers. When I asked for more, I was only allowed 5 more. What? Serioulsly? Then I asked for stirrers...not straws. I was told they are by the door...the straws are by the door...and no napkins either. When I asked again, I was told the short ones are the stirrers! To top it off, the coffee is weak and blah! I will not be returning! What gets me is that this place could do double the business if they'd only apply themselves and value their customers! They need lessons on customer service. It's amazing what a smile, and a few kind words can do for people! Hopefully their manager reads Yelp, and takes this and applies it.

As an avid coffee drinker (I spend more on coffee than I care to admit), I only still go to this location because it's the ONLY ONE between Kendall and Homestead. That being said, my main pet peeve is not that it's dirty (it is), or that the service sucks (it does), but that they are always out of EVERYTHING. I ask for a large Iced Coffee, I get one of these answers: "We are out of lids" "We are out of cups" "We are out of Equal" And this really happened the other day (At 5 a.m., I might add): After waiting 15 minutes in line, I get up to the counter and order a large coffee, only cream... With attitude: "We're out of cream" So, I say "Okay, with milk, then" Still with attitude: "We're out of milk". You couldn't tell me this while I was waiting in line? You ARE a coffee shop, after all! The delivery truck was unloading as this was happening. If I didn't have to be at school in a few minutes, I would've made him go out to the truck and get my cream! Never eat the doughnuts, so can''t review those.

I would go to this Dunkin Donuts quite often in the morning on my way to work to pick up a cup of coffee and maybe a doughnut or a flatbread. The coffee was usually pretty good...but not fantastic...but at least it was cheap. The ham and cheese flat breads always seemed to make me happy first thing in the morning. Considering this place got its claim to fame from making doughnuts you would imagine that they would be really good...especially early in the morning when you would imagine they would be their freshest. Sadly every time I would get doughnuts bright and early in the morning they didn't seem to be super fresh....like they were maybe made the night before or something. Oh well...I'll just stick to my flat breads.
