Really the only Dunkin donuts in the country walk / metro zoo area. The service is good with helpful staff. Wide variety of donuts but could get empty in the night time. Great flavors of Icecream for the perfect delight. Also has drive thru which makes it convenient. Great place overall.

The service at this dunkin donuts is never really good. Everytime I speak to someone who's working it seems as if they are angry with the world and hate being there. I like dunkin donuts they have good coffee and doughnuts but this store's service is terrible and to make things worse they run out of doughnuts very often. How can a doughnut store which supposedly "America run on Dunkin" run out of doughnuts. Who ever is putting the orders in needs to do a lot better.

We went during the night and the people in the drive thru were blasting music and interrupted us while speaking to go with the song "hold up we den boyz" extremely unprofessional. Will not return, they were even out of stock of donuts. Does that make any sense at all? Dunkin Donuts is out of donuts? Shouldn't they make sure they are always in stock? Anyways it was also pretty dirty, I don't visit Dunkin donuts often but I won't anymore at all after having this horrible experience

This Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins suck major reindeer balls! I went through the drive thru and ordered a strawberry banana smoothie. It came out like friggin water! Besides the fact that I was waiting forever for it, I decided not to throw it back at the lady in the window because it was just to dang hot for an argument and besides my car has just gotten washed so being evil would not work and probably would've back splashed on my car

This place is gross ! I too was waiting at the drive through forever! and not only that but i RECEIVED STALE DONUTs! I came back to return them and they said that those donuts where not stale. I told the lady to taste them and she didn't even want to taste them. They refunded my money, but UGH! SO RUDE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The managers there are not professional at all! I hope corporate comes in there and cleans them out. They need to start from scratch again, it's been years that they have been this way!

As Monica said in her review, the staff here is very friendly. There's one guy, I forget his name, that has been working here for years and he always plays with my son through the window at the drive thru. That's nice coming from a fast food place. Also, I've never had a stale product from here. Always extremely fresh. I gave it 4 stars because they have messed up my order for munchkins several times; shame on me for not checking. So, if you need 50 and not 25, don't leave unless you've roughly counted!

Best dunkins in west Kendall! Always friendly service & they get the order right. The food always fresh (mainly because there's a line on average of 3-4 cars at the drive thru before 11am). Also, super nice people tending the drive thru, they even remember our names :) I don't mind the wait as long as u do it right! :) Keep up the good work!!

Worst possible drive through service. I explain my simple order of black coffee with 4 sugar and they cannot get it right. They always put cream in and all they can say is 'we sorry'

WORST drive thru service. They have obviously changed management & gotten a whole new staff that has NO clue what they are doing. You order at the box, then have to repeat your order at the window where they tell you to pull forward & wait for them to bring it to you. Every time. This DD used to run like clockwork. The staff was so friendly & efficient, now it SUCKS!!!!
