Never thought I'd take time to leave a review for Dennys. But I supposed that there's always a first. Firstly...when we arrived we were shown to our table. Nearly twenty minutes in and they hadn't even asked what we wanted to drink. Glancing to our side behind the counter we noticed two waitresses arguing about who was going to serve us. Not that they wanted to serve us. But it seemed like they didn't want to. And still we waited. No service. After taking so long we had had enough and left. We are never coming back to this particular Dennys again. On the other hand, still craving Denny, our family decided to go to another one located south of this one and within 5 minutes of being seated they had taken our complete order. Another 15 our food was ready and the server was on par. We were incredibly happy with their service and food and we WILL be returning to THAT Dennys again.

I can't believe I'm taking the time to review Denny's but here I go... I actually think this place is decent for a Denny's! Usually other Denny's food makes me sick but this one didn't. Here's a full disclosure though...I usually only go here at about 3AM after a party or visiting the club so I dunno. haha. But if you're looking for a decent breakfast at cheap prices, try this place out!!

I really wanted to like this place and give another place besides IHOP a chance. But, I wont be coming here again anytime soon. There were people waiting as if it was a hot club in south beach but once we got a table we noticed there were lots of empty tables. Interesting. Once we got our food it was cold, the French toast are the worst I have ever had. I had no idea they could screw up making French toast, but ohh well they do. Bacon was over done as well. Try another location or lunch/dinner menu.

I like eating at Denny's but this particular location really makes me hate the restaurant. The mess up the orders constantly, they make you wait forever but there's empty tables, and the service is just horrible! The wait is long its worse still since mostly its a bunch of late night kids drunk and hungry after the club, prom, party w/e. The servers barely care about their job and the food tends to taste funny which is also screwed up constantly. I once had the lady bring me 4 french toast slices that can fit in the palm of my hand. Its like they cut one slice of bread into 4 pieces. I could not believe she was actually handing this to me and I just looked at her dumbfounded. Anyways, I definitely don't recommend this place even if your hungry after after a night of drinking and dancing. Go down the street towards Braddock High to the IHOP.

Every Monday morning I get my breakfast here at the counter before starting my job. Today I was approached by another waitress Marianne asking me why I didn't want to be served by her, her Manager had her ask me and honestly it ruined my morning... The audacity! I mostly always get served by Merceedes a very sweet Cuban lady at the counter. Always gets my eggs done just right and always knows what to bring without having to ask her for it! There seems to be a money hungry waitress with no customer service or scruples! Shame on the manager aka Leadership there!

Hard to rate this Denny's since I've had good and bad experiences and I've had good and bad waitresses. One waitress remembers me back from my first pregnancy and is always very nice. Others...well, they can even be rude. Food wise I'm on the same boat. Sometimes we've really enjoyed our meals and other times they've pretty much sucked. Might be due to having different cooks. As far as the manager goes, I can't stand her! My husband had a terrible experience with her on Veteran's day and I'll never forget that. Giving someone who served this country major attitude because he asked for a to go box and your "policy" is that they eat there (it's a free meal that day)?! Completely absurd and unacceptable. I've seen a guy manager treat the employees quite badly as well.

This place gave me mixed emotions lol my waitress was great and food came out on time. I was happy that my waitress didn't forget a thing considering she brought me a dirty plate she replaced it right away. but i was a little disappointed and kinda annoyed because the staff where so rude to each other two waitresses bickering and calling each other names and others fighting for tables i know its a dine in but its not very professional for my taste. Ill search another dennys with better staff.

Very good customer service although there milkshakes give me a stomach ache really bad one. The French toast slam I always order but turns me into the walking dead, lol maybe because a gummy bear would give more nutritional value.

The worst service, food is terrible, had the worst meal. The hash browns tasted old and salty and burned. The bacon was rubbery, the eggs were terrible and slimy. The waiters are not serviceable. To get coffee took forever, always have to be after the waiters to serve you. They are to busy socializing & slow. My overall experience at this location was horrible. Never going back there ever.

If you're reading this for a clue on service, bear in mind I went here at 3am after the gym, so not exactly lunch hour. The food here is treacherous. Actually, I can't remember how I ever decided to come here. Something to do with if you run we can go to denny's after. I don't know. But either way, this place isn't a beehive juice bar by any means. The lady who was on the late call was really quite nice and even though me and my cousin are always the gentlemen, she never took us for granted. Which is rare for a denny's. Or a chili's. Or a Fridays. Or whatever. I had the los lonely boys texan burger, which wasn't all that bad actually, along with some chocolate milk. I know, weird, but chocolate milk is actually great for post-recovery. Now that you know....... I like this denny's, maybe you'll like it too among the muck of bad ones.

I woke up this morning with a craving for some good ol fashioned Denny's. As I sit down at my booth I order the usual-blueberry pancake breakfast. As my unfriendly waitress Melissa takes my order, she brings out the syrup to all of the tables and leaves this one on my table. I didn't notice at first that there was anything wrong with the syrup. Minutes pass and here Melissa comes with the tray revealing my delicious blueberry pancakes. I cut my pancakes as usual and pour the thick and sticky syrup, drenching my pancakes with maple sweetness. Barely any time has passed and I have already devoured those blueberry beauties. I quench my thirst with ice cold water, and begin to clean off my table, making it obvious that I'm ready for the check. As I'm cleaning the table I glanced at my syrup and notice something looks weird about it. I take a harder look and there it is, the one thing I did not want to see, a small, air-breathing arthropod. A fly. I had never been so disgusted in my life.

I have refrained from reviewing this place simply cos I try not to be to harsh on restaurants (I used to be a waitress & I know it's not easy) but the service here is abysmal.. EVERY SINGLE TIME. My husband & I were really appalled at the quality of service. The waitress did not say a single word to us & signaled instead for us to tell her our order. When we told her or order she did not write anything down & in fact didn't even look at us while she was talking our order.. She kept looking over our shoulder distracted by what was going on in the background. You should never have to wonder if the waitress is going to bring your correct order.. Yet that's what we found ourselves doing. As predicted, she got our order wrong. I could go into detail about the many things in our order she got wrong (with no apology & barely an offer to correct it), but suffice it to say, this place is horrible. Go to the kendall drive location & avoid this place at all costs. If you must go: Our waitress was a blonde woman named Marisol. I don't think I have to advise that you avoid her.
