The location of this popular franchise is clean and the food isn't too bad either. Check their website for coupons - they always have. Entrance has a bit of a "gym" smell but the rest of the location is normal. Items on the salad bar are very fresh. Beer and some wine along with sodas is available for purchase. Great deal for birthday parties!

The global warfare on germs has finally hit home. Apparently one gets tickets for touching things in this place to entertain you when you get sick from whatever is festering in this place.

Dear Chuck E Cheese, On a recent Friday Family Night, my love and I found ourselves trekking along with my niece and nephew to come here for some fun good times. I was surprised at the lack of ID needed to get in, as we walked right past the door guy with a simple "our kids are already inside". That didn't really make me feel too good about my kids' safety, but I guess parents and guardians also really need to be on point. But I digress... The first thing that came to mind when I walked in was "I'm in Baby Las Vegas!" From the sounds of the games, to the buckets of coins needed to play, to the flashing lights all around, this is undoubtedly training for future Vegas trips. Immediately my 2 1/2 year old nephew wanted to take off, and thank goodness his daddy was rearing behind him! At full speed, my nephew turned into a lightning bolt, not to be seen again until pizza was ordered a while later. And even then, he took off to see Chuck E sing and dance. Wanting to join in the fun, my cousin, Johnny and I headed out on to the main floor and began looking for games to play. There's the standard games, like skee ball, and newer games, like an interactive Wii-type ping-pong game. Like Nydia said, there's all kinds of those ball-pits and even this hamster-like plastic tube going around the ceiling that the kids can crawl around in. My favorite attraction was the photo booth that draws a pencil-sketch of the digital photo it takes. I have the best picture of my cousin, Johnny, the kids and I, from our adventure here, and for that alone you got a star. :) I am sure that this was only the first of many adventures here. Thank goodness you serve beer with that pizza (which is quite tasty I must say), although you think we can upgrade from the Bud & Bud Lite?? Maybe at lease some Heineken? That is all. Thanks for the good, wholesome, family fun! Love, SabrinaAnna*

I love this Chuck E Cheese! I've attended several kids birthday parties here, and they make me want to celebrate my birthday with the big, cheesy rat. The staff is young, so don't expect the most professional party planners, but kids birthday parties are usually easy to deal with. There are tons of games and germ-filled ball pits for the kiddies to play in. And at the end of your visit, you turn in the tickets you win and get a crappy toy. What more could a kid want?

Ok place to go during the week. I would never dare to go on a weekend, it would be way too packed for my taste. I usually take my daughter for a bit, spend about $5-$10 on tokens for her to play and then let her use the free tunnel playground (looks much like the McDonald's and bks have). This place is nothing fancy, it smells like old carpet, but the kids love it. I just make sure to wash hands right after to decrease possibility of getting child sick. I haven't tried the pizza but looks cheap and it is not cheap $$$ price wise.

Idk if the place has changed or if I don't remember correctly from when we were last here, but it definitely looked way better today. I found it cleaner and with more lighting. We came for a birthday this time and it was fun. They last about 2 hours and the person helping does the cake cutting/serving. I also noticed they packaged all presents in bigger bags which is convenient to carry them all out. My son had fun, we hadn't been here in years (he was less than a year old the time we did). The machines are quite stingy with tickets, you get very few even when you play good.

this location is newly remodeled and it looks great! the bathrooms have also been remodeled and nicely updated. be sure to log into the internet and get some coupons and stretch your dollar! for example, w coupon and $20, you can get 100 tokens which comes out to 20c/token! the ciabatta sandwiches are pretty good and you cannot go wrong w the pizza. all in all, a fun place for kids! good times!

Whenever my friend and I watch a movie at Regal Kendall, she always wants to stop at Chuck E Cheese's for pizza. I am not sure whether she is a fan of a warm slice of pizza or Chuck E Cheese's more, but I tried a slice of pizza there, and it is okay. It is just an average personal pan pizza--the type you can get in Pizza Hut. No extra toppings, just cheese. Although the pizza can be better, I am a fan of their arcade because it gives me a chance to be a kid again. However, if I were in the mood for an arcade, I would probably go to Dave & Buster's located at Dolphin Mall. Chuck E Cheese's--where a kid can be a kid--not an adult. There are big kid arcades like Dave & Buster's for that. I could give them a higher rating, but the place always seems dirty when I get there. The tables could be cleaner, and it just seems like they have been wiped down with a dirty rag.

We have hosted several parties for our children at this particular Chuck E. Cheese. I must say, the Customer Service by the Host assigned for your event is always beyond exceptional. The food a ok, but what can one expect from this type of venue. The children love this place as it is a lot of fun with hours of entertainment spent on games.

It smells like urine, besides that the manager was very attentive and the staff as well.

I came to this chuck e cheese for a family birthday. Everything was very organized and the kids had a great time. The birthday parties are held in the back and the kids got to get tokens and go crazy at the arcade games they have there. Did i mention their pizza is awesome? oh, and they serve beer!

Kids have fun, and they serve adults beer. This is the definition of a win-win.

Great place to go. Went during the week and it was not crowded. They stamp you and your kids when you come in and when you leave they check that you all have the same stamp. Great security measure all kid places should have

SO, your little nephews are in town and you are stuck babysitting. They are looking at you with their little faces wondering what to do. Dont worry any longer and bring them to THIS Chuck E Cheese (kendall)! Staff is young and attentive, lots of machines, I wanna say like 10% of them werent in working condition, but hey these games are like 10 plus years old (most of them). They have a lot of games and its sure to keep them busy for a few hours. The pizza isnt too bad either, better than Pizza Hut! Photobooth, video games, egyptian token games (that one is the easiest 50 tickets!) Check online for coupons they usually have 100 tokens for $20 which is a pretty good deal.

Let's start with the positives....The Girl loves coming here & as long as she's happy that is all that matters. I appreciate their security system & trying to keep your child from being abducted. It's nice gesture. They have all sorts of games for your kid & you might find yourself playing a few like skee-ball, basketball game & others. We go there to win tickets & claim the cheapo prizes that she goes bananas for. At this point in time, $10.00 for 45 tokens is all she needs to get her fix. She rides & plays with everything leaving her very tired when the dust settles. The not-so positive: The crowds & the food. We have made the mistake of coming here during peak hours.....the weekend & in the late afternoon. My recommendation, get here early as possible. The Girl even agrees & has begged me to come in the morning when it opens. This allows her to play with all of the rides & games before the other freaking kids decide to cough, crap, cry, piss & yell all over the place. I do not care for the pizza that they serve. I make sure that The Girl knows we are just there to play & not eat their godawful food. Like I said previously, The Girl loves coming here. That's all that matters to me.

Surprising clean, considering the possibilities. And while on one hand I feel strongly that how can you despise a place your kids love so much, I can completely visualize the displeasure of being here on a weekend. Has the capacity for far too many people, and this part of Kendall is way overcrowded anyway. The staff is somewhat ambivalent, but it's Chuck E. Cheese, not the Ritz Carlton. The pizza, wings and salad bar are fine for what it is. I agreee that a weeknight is the best bet. But the biggest plus is the look on your little one's faces!

  • fatima f.

TRY IT ON A WEEK NIGHT. that's my best advise. Young kids and toddlers will love it and what I like about it most it's that its a safe place where they can have fun indoors. Of course parents have to run around the place and chase the little kids but it's enclosed and the chances of them getting hurt or lost are very slim. The food is ok for this kind of a place, pizza, chicken wings, even a not-so-awful salad bar. The prices are not ridiculous and they sell beer :). Go to the website and print coupons that will get you not only decent food deals but tokens and people tokens and more tokens is what your kids will want. But remember my first sentence; try it on a week night, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO VISIT on a weekend since there are tons of birthday parties going on and its mayhem. BTW: its in a nice shopping mall with good parking.

Kiddie Vegas. Best way to describe this place IMO. It pretty much gets kids started on the idea of gambling with all these ticket redemption games. But I digress! My son loves it here. The lights, the sounds, the games, the pizza. Child mecca. Good way to spend an hour or so and get the kids excited and entertained. I love seeing the joy on his face when he scores a hundred tickets. That alone is worth the price of admission :)

For those of you who missed the memo, Chuck E. Cheese is no longer the home of the disgusting, germ infested ball pits. Actually...no ball pit in sight at this place. I hear parents in passingsay how they hate this place, and I just don't get it. Upon arrival, everyone gets a matching invisible stamp that you must show when leaving. Of course it doesn't take the place of parents watching and taking responsibility for their kids (what a concept), it does help you feel a bit more comfortable that someone is not going to walk out of the place with your kids. I usually go online and get coupons before going over there, and I put my kids to play their online games. The kids earn actual tickets playing the online games and they get a little head start. But with the coupons you get super reasonable pizza, soda, and token packages. So the kids get to play their little hearts out, eat pizza, and get prizes while mom enjoys the decent salad bar and sometimes even a beer. Gotta love this place! Side note: The only reason I don't give this place the 5 stars is because every time we go, the bathroom is a hot mess. It's almost like the staff just can't keep up with it. I feel like I should bathe in anti-bacterial after using their bathroom. So to avoid that negative experience, we go before heading out.

$10 gets you 45 tokens - that's 45 games as each game is only 1 token. I really appreciate that as some places require you to put like 8 tokens in the slot to get one play that your kid will lose in 2 minutes. So bonus for that. I've been here on both crazy weekend b-day parties, a Friday night, and now a Thursday afternoon. I can hands down say that this place is much better on a low key night. You can usually find your kid in a split second, and all the games are open. They also have better security on slow evening's as the young staff seems to be easily overwhelmed. I abhor the food here. The salad bar is a festering cesspool of old veggies and most likely influenza, and the pizza is overpriced and just gross. The beer is also overpriced (kinda) and they only serve Bud/BL which I find reprehensible, but will tolerate it because in this place you really need something to take the edge off. This place would be so much better if there were sofas and they served mushroom tea and played lounge music. Oh yes - and the photo sketch booth totally rocks b/c it makes the bestest pictures EVER!!!

Aaaah what can I say..... Chuck e cheese. Every parents nightmare. So easy to go in the place yet leaving .... Ooooh it's a whole other ball game. I have to brive my kids with candies, toys, or money in order to get them out the door. If you go to this location for other than a BD party I recommend you go right when it opens. Don't even bother going after 12:30 pm unless you have to , specially on a Saturday it gets extremely packed. I gave them 3 stars because they really do try. Every time we go we always see the manager walking around from table to table, checking on the costumers, picking up trash. However, I took away 2 stars bc the carpet in that place stiiinnnkkkss to high heaven ugh they really need to find an alternative, can't imagine what's under there. Also a lot of the game machines steal your coin or tickets get stuck. Sure they have staff you can go to and they will get the coin out or hook you up with tickets. But still is a hassle specially when you have kids and you have to pull them from the machines to get someone to help you. Oh wait , and if you are one of the lucky ones that was able to redeem tickets in the machine that makes the crunchy sound congratulations!!!! Only like 2 out of the 4 work, and if they all work the lines are way too big . I had birthday parties here for both kids . The staff assigned to my parties were really helpful, the ticket booth with the flying tickets for the birthday star was sooo much fun, my kids like the inflatable birthday crown, bd parties are reeeeaally easy: just show up , order food & drinks, sing happy bd with chuck e, pay , your done. No need to clean up mess or mop the floors or take the garbage out. The only thing you need to take out is the bd presents to your car. The pizza is not bad at all, slices are cut smaller than a usual pizza. I like this be because its easier for the little ones to eat. Salad bar ??? again not bad at all, veggies are fresh, not a big selection but oh well it's chuck e cheese not gourmet restaurant, the fries here woooww surprisingly they are good . Bathrooms hummmmm just a typical public restroom. Now one of the best things here: they stamp parent and children's arms with matching numbers you can only see under the black light, so that taking the wrong kid home is prevented lol, oh yes parents need to make sure they take the right kid home lol. Ok seriously they are very strict with this . I have seen the hosts check the arm stamp and let me tell you they don't play. I would like to see more antibacterial gel dispensers throughout the place, with all those little upper extremities manipulating joysticks and coins and balls and eating in between it could be very easy to spread the cooties. Again please please please mommie and daddie keep you sanity by not going on a weekend after 12:30 aaaaaaa. Favorite thing about this place...... Kids are beat after coming here so we all take naps . Night night.
