My mom & I got sick from their food :c We ate the half rack of ribs

This is my first Yelp review and I'm sad that it's a negative one. I love Chili's; and it's a great place for twofers, yummy fajitas, and my favorite tostada chips with salsa and skillet queso. However, this experience was a bad one. We went to take advantage of the $20 for two special, where you get 1 appetizer, 2 entrees, and 1 dessert for $20. The appetizers were good, but after that, it went downhill. The wait for the entrees was endless. My father's ribs and fries were brought out about half an hour before everyone else's food. By the time we finally got the rest of the food, I couldn't wait to dig into my chicken crisper tacos. BUT, the flour tortillas were OLD and HARD, and the chicken crispers were burnt to a, well, not crisp, but crunch. My brother-in-law also complained about the old tortillas. Refills on drinks and napkins were also difficult to come by. I don't expect a top quality experience from Chili's but at the very least, I do expect not-stale food and decent service. Next time, I'll go to another Chili's location.

This is Chili's is the worst by far, One day my mother, and i decided to have lunch at chili's you would think that they will serve you right away since there was a only a few people but no they took thier sweet time to bring out drinks, food, and also check. it took them 30 mins to bring a coke and dr pepper. REMEMBER CUSTOMERS PAY FOR YOUR PAYCHECK

Love this Chili's. We always sit by the bar/first come first serve seating area. Good food, great twofers, and fun ambiance (especially when there is a killer football or basketball game on). I have never had a bad food experience here. Come often enough and the bartenders remember what you like to drink ;) A note on other people complaining about the food...I don't know what they are talking about. You ARE at a CHAIN restaurant, people. What do you expect? Foie gras and crispy pork belly? I think not.

As most of you know, I am not a big fan of chain restaurants, but like most of us, I also end up there every once in a while... Chili's is on my list. You know what you get into and you know what you can expect. The design of this place is typical of the franchise. Rustic stone and semi sports regalia type setup. The bar area is first and probably the best part of this location, next to convenient parking. The blue neon lights and a couple of flat screens along the walls set the mood. I like the everyday happy hour and the burgers. They are basic but, again, you know what you get. The other item I can most definately recommend to the spinach artichoke dip. I used to dislike artichokes in their entirety and this dip was one of the items that changed my mind. Enjoy the full bar, the Triple Dipper specials or the fajitas along with the good burger options. Chili's will stay on my backup list...

2 for $35 Margarita Special is excellent. It's basically the same deal as the 2 for $20 but it includes a margarita for the two and dessert. For $15 more, it is worth it.

Great customer service, i come here often whether it be for a game or just to chat, or have a nice dinner. The 2 for 1 drinks are a bit weak, but what can you expect. I come here for the dessert, chocolate molden cake is my favorite. I like the chips and salsa, although sometimes i feel like the second batch is always greaser than the first for some reason. The bar is always clean and they are quick to attend. reason i say bar is because90% of the time that is where i sit. The dinning area looks clean but rarely sit over there, so i cant say much of it. The waiters and waitresses are attentive and always bringing water (because i dont drink soda) if its alcoholic drinks they arrive quick on my table. The bathrooms are clean or dirty never inbetween. Its either clean and filled with paper towels and toliet paper or if not the paper is on the floor. The food is great, Really depends the food your ordering though because sometimes it comes cool/warm never just right or it may come perfect. Really depending on the time. Other than that i love coming here because most of the time is not too loud and packed.

First customers for lunch. I went for the bottomless lunch (soup and salad) and my daughter had the chicken tacos. The sausage tortilla soup had good flavor but a tad watery, but no matter, the taste made up for that. I also had the chicken enchilada soup (just to try it) and it was a little on the thick side, so I only had a few spoonfuls. It was ok, but the first soup was much better. The salad was huge and the balsamic dressing delicious. The chicken in the tacos was really good. And, of course, the tortilla chips were perfectly thin and crisp.

First time going there the bartender was too busy to give good service and there wasn't any manager around helping. Decided to give it another go since it's one of my neighborhood restaurants, went back and had a margarita and ordered a salad along with some sweet potato fries. House salad took forever and as I began to finally try and enjoy my meal, there were bugs in it so the bartender sent it back and I had to wait another ten mins for a salad. Needs better management id say.

Not Recommended We were 5 people ordered several starters most were ok salsa and chips salsa ok chips bellow average, any mexican restaurant would make them better, the shredded onion batter was bland so not recommended, out back stake house has a much better take on this one, the fajitas ... sucked chicken breast that was a bit tasteless and just missed that punch on a bed of onion this must have been one of the least good fajitas I had, missed the refried beans ... they had only beans, and the rice was terrible so will not recommend anyone going there for the food Obviously though many people do not share my take on this one as we were on the weekend and it was packed to the rim. I dont think i was in a place with so many screaming and crying kids through out all the time we were there normally this does not phase me out but this was just too much so on the atmosphere they get a much lower rating than the food ..... so Chillis ... I think not ....

NOT A DELIVERY RESTAURANT AS ADVERTISED! Chili's Grill & Bar advertises online about their special delivery menu. We went to the website and started clicking on all of the appetizers we wanted to be delivered to the area in their zip code zone; as stated in their Downtown Dadeland zone. I called and placed our entire order. When I asked what my total was, the person responded saying, "we only deliver if the order is $125 or greater." I happen to live in Downtown Dadeland across the street. How can a company like Chili's Grill & Bar misreprent itself as an "online delivery" restraunt establishment offering 'specials?' Can someone please help me here? Who wastes a patrons time like this? #Frustrated #Delivery #Fail

Came to this one during lunch on a weekday and it was pretty empty. Specials are good, and 2-4-1- drinks you can't beat. I tried their new Mac&Cheese, but wasn't that great. It was very saucy and i think they only put a sprinkle of the pankco breadcrumbs on top. Seemed like a fastfood type of Mac&Cheese. My burger was cooked great, though I felt the bread was alittle to big, it takes away from the burger. The best is the Cookie skillet icecream. It is AWESOME!!!

Probably the best Chili's in the area. They validate your parking, so feel free to use the parking garage. We always try to sit in the bar area for the free endless chips and salsa. The 2 for 20 is the way to go.

Chili's chains are usually all the same, typically separated by the staff. The staff here is friendly and the place is clean too. The food is like every other Chili's you have ate at, pretty decent.

  • Lara R.

Overall OK. Parking is a little tricky if you have never been here before. Service was extremely slow and we NEVER had drinks refilled. Food was tasty but it took way too long to come out. Our waitress was M.I.A. for most of the visit and we had to continuously flag down other people to find her.

  • Rebecca C.

This Chili's location is okay. The staff were friendly, the manager quickly changed the game to the one I asked for. The menu has been updated to be more vegetarian friendly with some veg tacos included in the 2 for $20 dinner special. The guac and chips were plentiful for three of us to share while watching the game. And you can never go wrong with 2 for 1 drinks including margaritas. You surprised me Chili's.

You are probably thinking why on earth I am giving this place a WOOHOO~ well let me tell you several reasons why... Luke, Matt, Edgar (the short one not the taller one)...these 3 know how to take care of you and despite the fact that the food may not be tex mex..more like -I'm in desperate need of some not so good food for my body- they are so incredibly amazing that I always try to request them when I go. 2 for 1...and then some! 2 for 1 is really great on your pocket. Convenience- being that I work down the street, it is super easy to just go there and relax from the chaos of the previous 12 hrs. Game time- ahhh nothing like watching bbal and football games here, if you manage to get a table in the bar area St.Jude- these guys go hard collecting money for this wonderful place, I am a sucker for good causes and they know it, because every time they tell me about it, I give in. So...now you can see why for me this place is WOOHOO!

A suiting name for a place where I just come to Chiil. I work at Dadeland, so like most of the mall employees, this is my go to spot after a grueling 8 hour shift. Personally, I think this Chili's is the best one in Miami. The crowd is less obnoxious than the other one on 88th and Homestead. It's also nicer inside (....as nice and clean as a Chili's can be though) The service is decent, we usually get seated rather quick. I'm always satisfied with our servers, they have yet to mess up an order. 2 for 1's nice too, You can easily get four Blue Long Islands (I promise I'm not an alcoholic) for less than $20. Food's okay, nothing to rave about, but it definitely hits the spot. I may be addicted to their nachos and salsa though...(TIP: Chips are free if you check in on Foursquare!) Many booths to sit at, lots of space. I'm a regular. Keep up the good work, Chili's.

As far as a chain restaurant goes this Chili's is up to par. The food comes out fairly quick & is always at right temperature. The real reason I'm taking the time to write this review is to give props to a server there by the name of Crystal(mabe speeled w/a K). Crystal is by far the sweetest & most attentive server I've ever encountered @ a chain-type restaurant. Her warm greeting & bright smile lights up the room. Her demeanor is always positive and not once did I not see a smile on her face; even when shlepping food from the kitchen. She was so sweet to my nine yr old daughter that she even told me how great Crystal was. Everytime I go there I must sit in Crystal's section(hoping of course that she's working that day). She really makes you feel special and welcome. I really go there more for her magnificent service; certainly not their greasy chicken crispers. If you read this, please ask to sit in Crystal's section and you will see that I'm not exaggerating one bit. I certainly hope her manager knows what a great employee he/she has in Crystal.

I like this Chili's WAY better than the one on Kendall and 120th-ish by that Denny's. This place is never as packed as the other location. The servers are nice and sometimes funny. However, all the hostesses that I've encountered have a shitty attitude. We once overheard the hostess complaining about how large our group was and how late we came in. Hello, where else can we get 2 for 1 drinks on a Tuesday night?! Anyway, it's pretty clean and the food I've ordered has been fine. No complaints in that department.

On occasion, my mom craves the ribs at Chili's - so I end up here every once in a while for Sunday night family dinners. There was a time when I'd actually get excited about eating at Chili's....back in high school, at the long-defunct Miracle Center Chili's outside of Coral Gables. The waitresses and hostesses were pretty, and I thought the broccoli-cheese soup was absolutely amazing. Not to mention, at that point, the Chili's baby backs were probably the best ribs I'd had. Sadly, times change, palates evolve, and eventually it takes more to impress than cheesy soup and pretty faces taking my name and informing me of the wait time. Yet, I suspect the overall quality of this brand has diminished from that of its halcyon days. This past Sunday, 3/14/10, I ordered the green chile/lime soup, and the pulled pork sandwich. The soup had a palpable green chile flavor, more than I expected, and there was plenty of lime - but unfortunately, it was over-salted. The pulled pork sandwich was a sin. It appeared to be a mound of mystery meat on a sad-looking bun. It looked like something you'd get at a Dade County Public School cafeteria.....remember the Sloppy Joes? It looked like that. Hell, it *tasted* like that - it brought back memories of my elementary school cafeteria. I sampled a rib from my mom's plate and confirmed that the ribs still are decent.....well-seasoned, and I always did like the BBQ sauce. I was tempted to give a solid 3 stars based on the strength of the ribs alone, but I simply cannot forgive the abomination that was the pulled pork sandwich. My advice is to stick to the ribs.

Now, let's talk about all that quality food Chili's got goin' on....NEHT. (The Loaded Baked Perderer Soup is good doh.) Everyone knows the best thing about Chili's is *drum roll* ~241 HAPPY HOUR ALL DAY~ I thoroughly enjoy coming here with friends and getting our day-fade on. ~Responsibly, of course.~ I have to hand it to Chili's. They have some of the better sweet drinks around. I'm sensitive to sweet drinks. It's like a FIFTH SENSE. Most establishments *cough* Friday's, Flannigan's, etc* use a ton of cheap alcohol, and mask it behind sweet and sour mix causing me an instant headache after just a few sips. However, Chili's uses decent quality liquor. Personally, I'm a HUGE fan of their Long Island's ($7.00 241!) I couldn't decide between a regular one and a blue one, so the waiter brought me a PEACH LONG ISLAND. It was like these people drove to Georgia and squeezed a fresh peach into my drank. I recommend it. And it goes without say, their Margarita's are pretty good, too. PS This Chili's has a fine ass waiter that my friends and I refer to as "Chili's Dick." Can YOU spot "Chili's Dick"? That is all. Three Stars.

Although i usually go to the chillis on kendall and 122nd ave, this one to me is way better in comparison. The service is better, the food comes out steaming hot and i always leave happy!

It was a rainy Saturday and since we both love Chili's we went over again to one of our favorite places. On this occasion, we both ordered a tall glass of strawberry lemonade. After glancing over the menu, we decided to go to the 2 for $20 menu. For appetizers, we ordered the usual cheese stick which the cheese was so stringy and yummy as always. For the entrees, my boyfriend ordered the ribs with fries and I ordered the Fish tacos. My fish tacos was great but my boyfriend's ribs was served cold. He could not eat it BUT as soon as he informed the waiter, our server immediately apologize and quickly went back to the kitchen to get him a new plate. Our server informed the manager of the kitchen mess up and immediately came to our table a apologize. Great customer service!!! In less than 5 minutes, my boyfriend's new hot plate was served and he was satisfied and made the server and manager know. It was a great experience and we will definitely come back!

I was chocolate wasted and hungry. Great food, atmosphere, and right across the street from the Dadeland Mall. The prices were really reasonable !!!

Come here for 2 for 1 drinks and a colon cleansing. Both desirable. Go to other Chili's, you get the same package along with an aneurysm from the wait and crowd. Note: You can no longer park in the lot next door. Brandsmart just opened up and they have bicycle patrol men with little English training. Avoid them. Park in garage, ask Chili's hostess for validation.

    (3)
  • William L.

Probably the worst experience at a restaurant thus far. I went to the restaurant with my girlfriend. The food took 45min to come out, it was cold, fridge cold! On top of all that it was the wrong order! I saw a roach on the seat I was sitting on, and all we were offered was the single meal for compensation. Which was part of the special.

    (1)
  • Andres R.

Just another Chili's. Three stars because the food was good, but the service was horrendous. The hostess was nervous and clumsy. She may have been new but I don't think so. Our waiter thought that "I'll give you a few minutes" means be back in 20 minutes. Drinks and entrees, real simple. There for an hour. We were so frustrated we ignored desert. If the service was better I would have added a star.

    (3)
  • Megan D.

Always sit outside. Constant 2 for 1's? Winning combo...if only their food wasn't so shitty. I will say though, they're very accomodating...I'm an asshole vegetarian, so on their lunch menu there aren't too many options for me - but I get them to substitute the burger for a bean patty, or sub avocado instead of bacon in the BLT...not the best food, but it hasn't killed me yet!

  • Daniel R.

There really is no difference in any of the chili's you go to, duh. For some of the commentators who expect it to be different. Anyways this place was pretty decent, the restaurant is very well kept and well maintained. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and taken to our table, our area was cleaned and didn't smell like old rag and have crap all over the place. Our waitress was very attentive and professional, she came by and literally as if she memorized the entire menu.. she just spilled it all out for us. I ordered a Steak Fajita, and my friend ordered the Jalapeno Burger. The food came rather quickly the wait wasn't that long, which is good especially since the restaurant was a bit busy, the fajita's was great! very rich in taste... although there were more onions then there was meat but it was decent. The burger my friend ordered look good but very greasy though, but the pig that he is, ended up eating it all so that being said it must of been delicious to him. The prices of chilis is very reasonable especially that promotion that they have which has been around for awhile i believe ... the dinner for 2 $20 special. The location of this place is alright, you're right next to to the highway, plus brandsmart and right across the street from dadeland mall. They also have an underground garage which you DO have to pay, but if you eat at a restaurant they validate your ticket so its free for the first 4 hours. Anyways I recommend this place A+.

2 4 1 drinks all day! Calypso coolers are pretty delicious. The quesadilla is pretty cook. The chips and salsa are okay, I've had better.

  • Katherine S.

Since I live at Dadeland, I'm willing to meet up with my friends at Chili's for the 2 for 1 drinks. No worries about having a DD for myself! Some of the appetizers like the salsa and chips, texas cheese fries and buffalo bites are good but the prices for dinner entrees suck. Also, they charge something like $2.50 for a soda and about 50% of the time the waiter will screw up something on your order or take a very long time. Despite the frequent incompetency, all the staff are very friendly. **If you're not looking for fancy booze, you're much better off going next door to Lime Grill and getting cheap, delicious Mexican-inspired dishes and yummy frozen margaritas or sangria.**

  • Pab P.

I guess this is the best Chili's location in Miami, but it's not really saying much. Its fairly new, so its nicer inside than some of the other locations. But it does tend to get very crowded (much like its other Kendall counter-part). Still, I always have a slightly better experience at this location, so I'll give them three stars. Standard food, standard service. Its a Chili's!

    (3)
  • Kaleena S.

I think the only reason i go to chili's is location, convenience, and its more food than panera next door and has drinks. With that said, this chili's is a 100000 crowd's better than the kendall location. There is a fair amount of seating so i never really see a wait, also the location is really nice so the outdoor tables are really nice option (and we all know outdoor seating= kiki/dog friendly, yay!). The service is fast and friendly, and the one time they messed up my order, the replacement instantly came out (on a busy night too; impressive). This chili's is also one of the few that participate in a lot of fundraising, including a day where 100% profits go to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital. So if you arnt feeling the food, at least you can feel the cause. The food is w.e but then again remember its still chili's so i dont expect much there anyway.

    (3)
  • Hesham E.

This specific Chili's reminds me of why I hate this place so much. Food was bland and underwhelming, as I expected. But what I didn't expect was the crappy service. Our server was incompetent and disappeared all the time. It took two other servers to pick up his slack because he had us waiting over 10 minutes to take our order and another 10 minutes to take my credit card. I don't care how convenient this location is or how late it stays open, I'll never come back.

    (1)
  • Ali C.

great two for 1 options. food is greasy but that's normal for chilis. sit at the bar and have shannon, Priscilla or Brian take care of you.

    (3)
  • Susan A.

Ok, so the title may be cut from Cheers' slogan but the attitude is the same. I tend to frequent the Chilis at Dadeland off of Kendall Drive and it's always such a pleasant and friendly service. I tend to eat by myself during the week due to my being constantly on the road and its great to know that I can walk in and get seated right away and be given great service. My business is all about customer service and I'm a huge stickler for receiving it so for me to be happy you really have to work your game. Proud to say I'm never displeased. I feel so bad for my server sometimes because I drink water like a fish; poor thing probably refills my cup 5 or 6 times in one sitting but it's great because it seems like it just magically happens. Oh and not to mention my obsession with your different ranch dressings- I'm glad they let me get the ancho-chile and regular to mix.

I enjoy going to this Chili's! IT's better than the one in Kendall (more West). The staff is very friendly and are quick to seat you. This Chili's isn't as packed at the others--which you would think. Each time I have gone, I got seated quickly--no wait!

I took my family to eat here which we have gone in the past. The wait for a table inside was about 40 minutes so we opted to eat outside. Our waiter was great, he was attentive to all our requests and helped us as we are 5 people (2 Adults 1 teen 2 small kids) by the time we were almost finished it started raining and they were very good about allowing us inside and offered to move us to an inside table (as they had cleared by then) we opted to get our check and leave but still enjoyed our food and the service.

I come here to this Chilis all the time!! Today unfortunately our service was not up to par. Our drinks were forgotten, food came out all at different times and a meal was even forgotten. Since IRS one of my favorite places I come to, I know service is never like that. We spoke to Jose Villarreal who was really accommodating. He didn't make up excuses and apologized for the delays. In addition he deleted our late order from our bill, gave us a dessert and gave us a gift certificate for a future visit. Wow!! Customer service still does exist in the US! Needless to say I will continue to enjoy my Chilis visits and thank Jose for his amazing service and quick fix to what almost was a disastrous dinner night. Thank you Chilis and Jose!

I used to go to the Chili's on Kendall & 122nd but the crowds there lead me to this new Chili's across dadeland instead. I was in the mood for some Chips and Queso Dip, so what can i say? it was my first time at the new location, and i actually liked it much better :) Although the food is ok here, as stated by others, a Chili's is nothing more than a Chili's. I really preferred the atmosphere here. I parked in the underground garage without any hassles and the fact that parking was free made it even better for me, i love freebies. i came here on a weekday, so it was pretty empty but still enjoyable. I think i'm going to start coming to this location from now on, it's just more convenient and less of a hassle for me :)

This would be my preferred Chili's restaurant. You usually get seated within the first five to ten minutes. The servers are pretty friendly and of course the food is excellent. I would highly recommend the Steak fajitas as an entree. It brings three tortillas and a plate with lettuce, guacamole (if requested), sour cream and pico de gallo. For dessert, the Molten Chocolate. It is the BEST dessert out there. Enjoy!

Visit to "Old Navy" 50 % off sale ... Done Visit to "The Container Store" (Next door to Old Navys" .. Done Deciding where to spend quality time with my sister ... Difficult So we went to Chili's :( No one to greet us at the door, we ended up ordering from the bartender and some dude sweeping the floor. The waitress who brought us our appetizer was nice and smiled, the drinks and appetizer were ok; although the chips were really greasy and the cheese looked like beans. Spending time with my little sister was the best part of this experience. "Chili's by Dadeland Mall" needs to be improved ... So long

I'm not a big fan of chili's. I think they have great potential but my food never comes out right (too cold, not with the rest of the group's food, or wrong order), and the service is lacking. I like the idea of 2 for 1 drinks, except they come out together so by the time you get to the second one, it's completely watered down. I'll only go here when other people ask me to meet them here.. Not really a place I recommend. I will give them 3 stars though, because their molten dessert is awesome!

If I could give this place a zero I would. Ordered two margaritas and when we got them they tasted like soda and were missing all the trimmings of a margarita. Told our waiter who quickly took them back before we could say just cancel our order, so I ran after him to the bar where I stood behind him to see him just re-pouring our awful drinks into a new glass. When i confronted him he didn't even care. Went back to my table paid my bill and didn't even waste my time talking to a manager. Will never go back there again.

I have been on other chili's and I usually give then 5 but this one doesnt deserve it...service too slow ...the waiters cold and serious no friendly at all...are food took long time and they have a gap of 5 minutes to bring the rest of it... we were a party of 6 they bring 4 of it and we have to wait for the rest of it.kind of disappointed ...good food do!

Pretty much your average chain restaurant except SLOW! We were shopping in the area and it was the closest restaurant. Thinking we'd get a quick bite we decided to eat lunch here. It took forever and we ordered relatively simple menu items. It was cheap but not the best food quality. I prefer the chicken at Chicken Kitchen. The waiter was a nice guy but seems like his other tables were on the other side of the restaurant. We probably won't ever come back again - not because of the experience but because there are better options in the area.

Don't know why my wife and kids and I kept coming back here. I guess we were gluttons for punishment, figuring that every bad experience was a fluke and not representative of the good food and service we usually get at other Chilis. First, if you come with kids expect to be seated in the obvious "family area" and expect to be ignored by the second string servers. I wonder if they use tho area to punish the poorer performing servers until they prove themselves worthy. Anyways, expect to wait to get your drink order taken. A lot. Food orders will take even longer and will arrive undercooked, dry, or blatantly left to fester under the heat lamps too long. The longest wait will be the one for the bill. I don't know what takes so long to get rung up, but it certainly seems longer when you have impatient kids who were force to spend an hour and a half here in the hard booth seats. Don't be fooled- this is not a real Chilis. It is a place of torture and sorrow.

Ive come here plenty times and I've always gotten good food and good service. They have a wide variety of menu options which I appreciate and their drinks are pretty well made. I've come with a group of 7 and with just two and I've always had a great experience.

Horrible service!!!! 3rd visit and we got bad service from both times from the same waiter!! On the receipt it says his name is NOE. He took a very long time to take our order, didn't refill drinks, didn't come by to check on us. It took 40 min to get our lunch out. It came out after I asked for a manager and even the manager said that our food was just sitting there! I paid for guacamole and he brought a tiny speck which I though was ridiculous! He said I can bring you more- so he did and then CHARGED me again! The manager came and apologized , he said he didn't know why it would take so long. And offer to buy desserts. It was a party of 5 so I would think at least 2 desserts for 5 people but NOE very rudely said only 1 and we can share or I can buy another one!! Making me feel embarrassed like if I couldn't afford a 2nd dessert. We were not going to order desserts anyway. Manager never came back but that is ok neither will we!!!!

Happy Hour from 12 to 4pm on Sundays. Two for one drinks and tasty appetizers. I had the Fire Grilled Corn Guacamole served with fresh guacamole, cilantro, house made pico de gallo, fire grilled corn and jalapeños. Served with tostada chips and salsa. Very tasty. Good place to watch the game. This ace has big screen televisions around the bar area. The servers are attentive and polite.

This has been by far the worst service i have ever gotten in restaurants in my life. Since we came in there was horrible service, there was a kid that threw up. Then after 30 mins of staring at the puke they sit us down. After that our order the of fries where practically frozen and disgusting. Everyone has an attitude in here even the manager. Dont come here

Parking was fine even though it's in the garage. Chilis actually pays for it, which is nice. I used the No Wait app didn't wait in line, it was pretty true to the time but we did however wait at our table until I finally flagged one of the servers who is assigned to our table. I didn't want to flag a manager, a server is a nicer way ;) The server immediately attended us, it was her area but not her table.

I am a current customer and have always been appreciative of their great customer service, but I was recently there 2 weeks ago with my boyfriend and let me tell you horrible service!!!! My boyfriend and I just couldn't believe it!!!! We were totally ignored after making our orders... It's like we were never there... We ordered the Chips and Guacamole sauce and unfortunately their chips were cold and the corn-guacamole sauce tasted funny... so I asked for another one... You would think that for being a loyal customer they would treat you better, Boy was I Surprised?!?!!? Definetely not even close to a good dinner that day :( hopefully next time, if we decide to go there, they will do a better job overall and be more attentive with their customers.

We're regulars at this location. Excuse me, we WERE regulars. We just came in and grabbed a tall table near the bar where we stayed for an entire 10 minutes (WITH a stopwatch keeping track) before getting up and walking out. Not ONCE did someone come by our table to introduce themselves or say "I'll be with you in just a moment". Two managers and 8 waiters/waitresses walked by us, made eye contact, and kept walking. Some were just standing around, talking to each other or catching up with one of their bartenders who was off today and came in to eat. I wrote a much better review not long ago and it irritates me to say that this place has gone downhill fast. Definitely not coming back here. We'll take our appetite and money elsewhere.

Went recently to this chili's at the request of my brother since he loves it but I could tell from the moment we walked in the service was going to be -_- meh. The hostess wasn't too friendly just blase. What happened to Hi! How are you? Welcome to chili's. Like any good sever/host knows in the hospitality business. But nope it was just like whatever to her. Having been a sever before at other places I am very discerning when it comes to good customer service especially since as a family we love to dine out. But we had to track down our server several times. They have these like ipad stations on each of the tables which my brother and I had a blast playing. It is amazing how the game of Life (not being literal talking about the actual game of board game called Life) can be so entertaining when service is poo. Though what shocked us was that they charged us .99 to play the games though when we started playing on it it said we had unlimited access. Not cool:/We got the 2 for 1 drinks for each of us but even those margaritas were -_-. Very much tasted like a sour mix not a real margarita. I guess I am just spoiled since my brother bartends. But besides being there having a good time with my brother, this place has gone down. It was so great when it first opened a few years back but now it's -_-. I had pity and gave them another star but that was for the chips. Those never fail to be amazing. If they made chips in heaven, those are what they would have. But even Heavenly god chips can't help this place get more than 2 stars.

Worst food ever and u also get towed why it's so weird today was a stressful day for me I had taken me my husband and my son to dinner I parked in the parking lot where the BrandsMart USA.Chili's was popping but the staff is rude our waitress was mean and our food was even worse yuck and then we walked out wanting to go to Cheesecake Factory across the street but we realized we got towed what a bunch of idiots don't go here

Parking can be an issue at this location but lucky us we found someone pulling out about half a block away. Located directly across from Dadeland Mall. It was National Margarita Day and we had to stick with tradition so we chose to come here for their 2 for 1 everyday margaritas. Are they great margaritas? No, but we drank nine between the three of us with unlimited chips and salsa. I enjoy coming here for the chips, they are super thin, salted and always fresh. The salsa is thick and slightly spicy. Hubby ordered the rib platter, rubbed in which he was not crazy about. Daughter had the chicken tacos and they were awesome. I chose the shrimp spicy tacos, excellent choice. Our server was so on top of his game. It was very crowded and he kept refilling our drinks, checking on us, giving us tremendous service. Chips, salsa, margaritas all day everyday 2 for 1, good food, excellent service, with reasonable prices yes I will visit again. Now if only Bayside could take some direction from this location, ugh awful place!

Chili's is a solid go to when your group can't decide what to eat. Went there with a few of my friends for some dinner after playing basketball today and thought the food was good as usual. The service can be slow at times, but if you're around good people it doesn't seem to matter much. You also can never go wrong with 2 for 1 drink specials. Free Parking with validation included.

The regular service is great, but why oh why is the take out system designed so horribly? They counter for take out is tucked away behind the bar so no server ever sees you waiting for your food, and you have to bother the bartenders to get noticed, because for some dumb reason, there is only one person working carry out and he's way in the back of the kitchen, instead of somewhere he can keep an eye on the counter. Too bad this bone headed design ruins an otherwise fantastic food service

Had dinner here today and it's been awhile. Kinda of crowded because of the World Cup, understandable. We were seated quickly, but service was okay since it was busy and the kitchen was probably slammed. My son notice these new game pads that were on the table, he quickly started playing with it. That killed some time and manage to get him to wait for our food. Food came and it was ok, I had the fajita and my wife and son had the pick 2 for $20. Food was ok, and when I ask for the check, our server pointed to the game pad. We look at the game pad and and saw our charges and notice there was a .99 charge for the game. It's not the .99 that I was angry about but there was no sign or anything. Plus paying on the machine, my receipt was jam and I got nothing. Patron beware, don't let you kids play with these game pad unless you want to be charge for it. I might not be coming back anytime soon.

I am currently going on 20 minutes of waiting to take my to go order. It's was supposed to be ready for pick up at 9:01 it is 9:21. The food is what you would expect from Chilis. Totally average. But making me wait for an hour from the moment I placed my to go order is UNACCEPTABLE! I would have just gotten off and eaten somewhere else.

    (4)
  • Sebastian E.

I don't care how convenient this location is or how late it stays open, I'll never come back.

great two for 1 options. food is greasy but that's normal for chilis. sit at the bar and have shannon, Priscilla or Brian take care of you.

    (3)

So long

Overall OK. Parking is a little tricky if you have never been here before. Service was extremely slow and we NEVER had drinks refilled. Food was tasty but it took way too long to come out. Our waitress was M.I.A. for most of the visit and we had to continuously flag down other people to find her.

  • Haronyd M.
