Ok, so I'm not gonna lie, I used to drive right past this place to a DD that's 10 minutes away, because it being in a gas station kinda creeped me out. Generally speaking, I've never seen a clean gas station restaurant of any sort that I can recall. One day when I was getting gas I noticed they do actually have a drive-thru! It's behind the building, so if you don't see the teenie tiny sign, you would never know. I decided to take a chance and give it a try, hoping for a good experience but not expecting much. I have to say I wish I would have tried it sooner! The coffee was fresh, made exactly how I asked, and not watered down at all (iced coffee)! To top it off, the cashier was very friendly, and when someone appears to be enjoying their job, it just kinda makes the whole experience nicer, you know? This is the first review I've written for a "corporate" type business, although maybe it's a franchise? But I wanted their rating to be accurate, because now I'm a regular at this location, and I've had consistently accurate, quick and friendly service every time- a rarity in the fast food business for sure. Oh, and I did check out the inside on my second visit, spotless! Very pleased :)

Boy boy boy. This was the worst damn service I've ever received at a Dunkin donuts. The girl tamera (I think that's how you spell her name) was soooooo damn rude. She didn't say hi, she gave my niece and I the dirtiest looks when we walked in. Her character was very dry and did not have a helping attitude for someone who works in customer service. And the killer was when I went to drink my coffee they did not make it the way I wanted it which they missed putting the caramel in it. So I go ask Tamara did you guys put caramel in my coffee and her exact words were "i don't know I didn't make it" then she yells AMANDA DID YOU PUT CARAMEL IN HER DRANK. Then Amanda comes out and says I'll give you some in a cup and did not ask to remake my drink. I'll be screen shot this review and send this to corporate because this is so not cool. Especially for my family who was there for the first time to Dunkin Donuts and said they will never be back because of this service. Hopefully the manager sees this and fix this within his/her establishment.

Was there a few days ago. Stopped to buy gas and seeing a DD, I thought I run in and get my husband a coffee as he pumped the gas. Well, I went in and was greeted friendly enough but that was the end of the pleasantries. I asked for a medium regular coffee with half and half. The young man behind the counter looked at me with great surprise (as if I asked for the Crown Jewels) and said they had no half and half! I don't even think he knew what it was (remember this is a coffee place) but he offered skim milk! In coffee? I thanked him but no thanks. I am not paying DD prices for coffee with skim milk. I have to say, this is the second DD I have found in two states (north and south of the Mason Dixon line) which failed to have half and half. What is that about DD?

What makes a Dunkin Donuts located in a gas station five stars? The sign in the bathroom. Yeah, seriously. You see, I'm a frugal girl. So when I see a sign that says "Free coffee* If this bathroom is not SPOTLESS, your coffee is on the house!" So I turned around, hoped and prayed it would be a nasty gas station restroom like all the other ones I encountered on the way there. No dice. It was absolutely spotless. I toyed with the idea of messing it up but then thought about the whole morals thing that I like to think I embrace. So I ordered my coffee, paid for it and it was up in a hot minute. Nothing like some quick, damn tasty coconut coffee from DD at 6am. Plus, they spelled "your" correctly, I love grammatically correct coffee places. And that's why I keep running on Dunkin.

First I get a lecture about how the hot latte's are made and all they have to do is push a but-un. Yes, but-un. Not button! I asked for two chocolate cake donuts and once I got to the office, found them upside down in the bag, with the chocolate stuck to the bottom, none on the very stale donuts and no tissue. I guess they are timed on the drive thru because it was evident this was just thrown in the bag. I'll be trying another Dunkin a few miles down the road. It's out of the way, but I've had way too much poor service at this location for the past 3 years.
