Juice Paradise Cuban Cafe Menu

Diabetics at Jamba Juice:

Eating good food at the right time can control your blood sugar, also stop you from craving wrong sort of food. Jamba Juice offers drinks in three separate sizes: 16, 24, and 32-ounce. You can choose the lowest serving size and cut down on sugars and calorie intake. If you're diabetic and concerned about the sugar intake, then you can opt for the smaller 9.5-ounce smoothies available for kids at Jamba Juice.

Foods to Avoid at Jamba Juice for Diabetics:

Jamba Juice is primarily known for its highly satisfying and nutritive smoothies and juices. Almost every smoothie and juice item on the Jamba Juice menu contains sugar. Diabetics are recommended to opt for smaller serving size while ordering at Jamba Juice. Also, avoid opting for creamy treats as all the smoothies offered in this category contain a load of sugars.

Keep the sugar content below 50g per meal at Jamba Juice and ensure that you don't follow it with a heavy meal. A small size regular smoothie is equivalent to a meal for everyone. Classic smoothies at Jamba Juice are also heavily loaded with sugars. Stay away from that section if you are a diabetic.

By far... the Best Latin breakfast in the keys!!! We love this place and eat here on our way down to key west and on the way back!! Every time!! Never a disappointment. Close to hawks cay if you r staying there and almost across the street from the turtle hospital.

  • Sendmeinfo R.

Juices were really good. Veggies few option but non-veg was amazing. Really good taste.. Worth trying lunch while en-route Keywest. Staff was really nice to us.

It's a crack in the wall small little restaurant ! Excellent breakfast and Cuban coffee with milk and Cuban toast is always included in your meal . Ohhhhhhh don't forget seasoned ff too. Service I good . U will enjoy it. I had the scrambled eggs with Swiss cheese , ham and onion . Yummmmm traditional Cuban scramble .

  • Alex L.

The Cuban toast and cafe con Leche were good but the ham Croquetas were cold on the inside. Service took a little long. Not very friendly staff and yes, they add a 20% tip which is not really deserved. I don't think we'll return.

  • Mel C.

I really enjoyed my lunch here. I got the ground beef entree (forgot the name). It came with beans, plantains, and rice. I also ordered a Guava juice which was really refreshing and not too sweet. Price is super reasonable after paying $20+ for seafood entrees around Marathon. They have outdoor seating with dominos.

BEWARE. Barista added high gratuity without asking, using Square register to my bill for counter service!! I really like this place. The food is good and juices fresh and prices reasonable. Just be careful as the new square cash register can auto ad tips to cash and credit card receipts. She gave me my change and it was obviously short... No receipt... Asked why I didn't get correct change.. gave me a receipt and told me it was auto gratuity... Really.. For counter service??? WTF?!? Totally unethical. I posted my receipt in the photos section so you can see proof. Other receipts on the counter did not have auto gratuity added to them. They don't do this to the locals apparently... Nice hospitality.... I filed a complaint with the Marathon Chamber of Commerce.

So wanted to like this place as its cuban and love their flavors/lifestyle but it was disppointing. The food is defintely poor quality, the bread was crumbling ..eggs were flavorless and the meat was not great. The only redeeming factor was the cofee, we could not finish and had to dump the food.

  • Meridith Z.

Maybe I'm spoiled coming from an area where Hispanic food is plentiful, but I was pretty underwhelmed by this place. The juice was obviously the shinig star. Fresh and good portion for the money. Eggs and hash browns were the same as I get at the diner at home. I saw the cook come in with a box of idahoan potato shreds and a pancake mix box. The bread was actually the other good part. Buttery and crunchy. They give you half a loaf. Delicious. Also had a beef empanada. Where's the beef? Not in the hollow pocket that's for sure. It was flavored well however. Solid 3. Service was good and food was fast . Parking sucks.

  • A.D. L.

Man oh Man this place is good. 10+ flavors of fresh squeezed juice, amazing coffee and breakfast was delicious. Wish I could have had lunch too.

  • Justin P.

Our family loved our breakfast this morning at the Juice Paradise Cuban Cafe. Three of us enjoyed various egg dishes - they were all delicious and the hash browns were also great. My wife and I had the Cuban coffee which was a nice treat. The juice was also super fresh. It was a late breakfast so our one son had a pork sandwich which he also enjoyed. The people working there were all pleasant and helpful. The customers were all a nice blend of locals and tourists. The decor isn't particularly notable, but don't let that stop you from sitting down and enjoying a great breakfast!

    (5)
  • Kami M.

I got the paradise omelet that came with the Cuban toast and the Cuban coffee. I also got a soursop juice. The omelet was decent. The Cuban toast was decent. However, the Cuban coffee and juice were amazing! This food took a little long. I hear the lunch is great though!!!

Awesome place, Bring some rum to add to your fruit juice! Food is legit awesome and they are very friendly! Try the Mamee juice! You can get out of here full and satisfied for about 8$ That's with a juice and sandwich.

  • William W.

I stopped in for breakfast sandwiches (egg, cheese & chorizo) and a Cuban coffee. Something about the sign made me want to give it a try and the people here did not disappoint. Also picked up a piña-mango smoothie ($4)...also delicious. Definitely worth a drop in.

  • Benslie B.

We stopped here once on the way to Key West and again on the way back because we loved it so much the first time. The juices are unique, fresh, and flavorful. We tried the watermelon, soursop, and sugar cane. I especially loved the soursop, and was not a fan of the sugar cane (I think it was a personal taste preference more than any fault of theirs). We also tried the midnight sandwich, which was very, very good. It was packed with flavorful, juicy meat. Finally, the cafe con leche here is unbelievable. We drank a decent amount of Cuban coffee in our time in the Keys, and this was our favorite. Juice paradise is definitely worth a stop if you are in Marathon or heading through it!

Authentic Cuban food and an awesome service: we went to have a late lunch and we end up dancing 'Nadie te lo quita'. 100% recommendable! Gracias!

  • Brett Z.

I'd say don't trust the reviews, or maybe I should try lunch here, but breakfast was a complete joke. And, if you're concerned with cleanliness, the woman preparing my order had a runny nose and rubbed her palm up against her nostrils to push it back in, then go on to make my juice, umm, no thank you. Btw, I based my review off of the food only and not the disgusting action and attitude of the rude woman behind the counter. Denies has better breakfast.

  • Carol H.

Hole in the wall place, breakfast was good but not very "Cuban". Was going to order empanadas but saw they were pre-cooked And sitting under a heatlamp so did not bother. Had to stones (fried green plantains) instead...pretty good.

  • Lauren M.

We came here for breakfast and coffee when staying at Tranquility Bay Resort! The Cuban coffee was delicious and a perfect start to the morning! We also had the guava and coconut pastries which were very fresh and tasty! We were bummed to see they were closed on Sunday because we wanted to try more!

  • Jason L.

Good, fast, authentic. Stopped in for breakfast and had a truly flavorful beef omelet and it came with a side of good buttered Cuban bread. The coffee is great but be sure to specify how much sugar you want. Very affordable. Proudly women-owned and operated!

Great food, had: Pork rice and beans - crispy and porky Tamale - nice Ropa viejo - pretty good Accompanied by mango and watermelon juice. Numerous desserts. Friendly people, would go again

Amazing fresh fruit juices .. I tried the guava juice.. Empanadas were great as well..

  • Danielle J.

Didn't eat here but I bought iced coffee and smoothies. They said it's actually juiced, but it was just fruit extract. Not very good and the coffee was below what I expected as well. The food looked decent but a bit over priced.

    (2)
  • Diane H.

For sure the best coffee ever!!! I have to stop for more when I pass it again tomorrow. So many fresh juices to choose from also. I love anything mango. Sadly, due to my diet I couldn't try the pastries but breakfast was just OK. Can't do too much to eggs.

  • Tim A.

Evidently, great Cuban food (and juice!) does not stop at the Miami-Dade county line. I don't know this place gets this quality of ingredients and can still stuff for dirt cheap, but they do. All the juices, and anything that can be made from them like the smoothies, are slam dunks. I am particularly impartial to the pineapple juice. The breakfast food is also awesome, and the portions are ridiculous. Those looking for authentic Cuban food, as well as those who don't want anything too adventurous, will be pleased with their options. I don't usually comment on aesthetics, but the owner clearly has a good eye for local art and I loved checking out the paintings on the wall.

  • Charles N.

Great little spot right before you hit the 7 Mile Bridge. Good quality Cuban food, reasonable prices and convenient if staying at Tranquility Bay resort across the street. Like the adage goes, follow the locals to know where to go, as this place had them lined up daily - and I should know, I was there daily. Highly recommend the Cafe Con Leche and a pastry for breakfast and their sandwiches for lunch.

  • Beth E.

Omg- this is a diamond in the rough with awesome food!!!!

  • M L.

Just finished up brunch here...and oh my gosh. So delicious! My husband and I hadn't tried Cuban food before, so the ladies working picked out our meals. Very good choice! My kids had smoothies that were also very tasty and refreshing. Will be back before we leave!

  • Shepherd W.

I don't know why this place gets a $$ rating for its prices. I had a pork + rice + beans dish for around $7 or 8 and the portion was very generous. It was also very, very delicious. Pork was moist and had a lovely lemon or lime zest to it. They said it came with your choice of 3 small sides but I just asked for rice and beans and the sides were definitely NOT small. I'm a pig and found the serving size to be very satisfying. The guava juice was also good, as was the guava pastry (kinda like a Danish). My wife also ordered one of the breakfasts and she also enjoyed it very much. Her breakfast, my meal, 3 fresh guava juices, 1 guava "Danish" and a coffee came to $25 which, IMO, rates a single $. BTW, contrary to an older review here, my wife's breakfast came with hash browns, not fries. Perhaps they've changed the breakfasts? Or maybe some come with fries? I dunno, I can only comment on our experience. If I lived in that area, this place would be a regular go-to place. But, alas, we fly back to Canada in a few more days.

  • Joel M.

This place looks like a dump but it is the real deal. Go in and be amazed. Juice.... incredible, empanada.... incredible. My wife and I order steak in tomato sauce and fried pork chunks. Both had incredible flavor and spot on Cuban flare. Skip IHOP and try something authentic on your trip!

  • Jeff M.

Very local, Great Juice! Good sweet plantain. Enjoyed my food Very small and very fast service.

    (4)
  • Lissy L.

I'm sorry, but if you had breakfast here you know that it's the worst! The 2 stars I'm giving it's for the juice and because the staff was really nice, the eggs were less than ok. 3 bacon mini straps and the fries were stale and old. A $30 breakfast!! Definitely not coming back. For $20 I would have had a full breakfast buffet at the hotel we are staying. But my husband wanted to come here. So I pleased him.

    (2)
  • Mark G.

I honestly felt like I was in a different country eating here, and I mean that in the best of ways! We were staying across the street @ Tranquility Bay, and I had breakfast here nearly every day. It's a dive, I'll admit (but I like that). The staff was friendly, and eating out on the porch was great. Cafe con Leche was superb. Whatever cuban sausage they had in the eggs was terrific. This place is definetly not for everybody, but if you want to really fell like you've gone off to the islands, this is your place. And affordable? Si! To the guy who thinks Denny's (learn to spell, tool) is better, please stay there.

  • Nikki Z.

BEST COFFEE EVER! This super tiny hole in the wall place is located directly across the street from the highest rated resort (Tranquility Bay) in Marathon Keys. Due to it's appearance, one would not think much of it and pass it over for a nicer place. DON'T DO THAT! We first came here for the Fresh juices they make. Guava, Mango, Sugarcane, etc and u can mix n match them anyway you want. But what really is a gem here is the Cuban coffee and these little individually wrapped Sweet Potato treats they have in bins next to the register. I have not had such a rich, creamy, Delicious coffee as I had here. I had 2 cups a day. The Sweet Potato treats were amazing as well, and consisted of sweet potato and sugar, then formed into a square and sprinkled with powdered sugar. I brought about 7 home, and alas, they are all gone:-( Definitely will be coming here everyday when back to The Keys!

  • Susan G.

Empanadas with barely any filling, undercooked plantains, gross tamales....but the black beans were good.

    (2)
  • Radhika D.

I am concerned about the way breakfast was served. Styrofoam plates and cups, plastic cutlery - everything was disposable. This is abhorrent practice in 2015, when we should all know better. Styrofoam takes many centuries to break down, and leaches toxic chemicals into the groundwater as it does so. If disposable plates and utensils are truly necessary, surely biodegradable products could be used instead.

We love finding unique, local restaurants with authentic cuisine. Nailed that when we came here!! Went a few times in the few days we were in the keys. Empanadas and pastilles are amazing with a smoothie or café to sip along with!

Love love love their Cuban coffee! Breakfast is delicious and great value. We always go here when we are in town. YUM!

Excellent food at great prices. Went here many times during a stay across the street at Tranquility Bay. We had breakfast and lunch. Coffee is delicious and the food was surprisingly great! Will definitely come back again.

Delish! had cubano, pan con lechon, cheeseburger and papas fritas, so much food couldn't finish it and it was sooooo good. The juices were fresh and perfectly beef reaching. Definitely a place to return and try some more of the menu choices.

  • Chris J.

I give Juice Paradise 3 stars. It's a funky Cuban place that I had breakfast at today. The juice and coffee are great! The breakfast leaves plenty to be desired. The eggs were okay, the ham was basically deli ham cooked on the flat top, and the potatoes were FRIES, as in French fries that tasted like baked Ore Ida fries. Try something different for breakfast, maybe something more Cuban-it has to better than what I had.

  • Jayda W.

We were staying locally and looking for somewhere to have breakfast. Stopped in Juice Paradise and we weren't disappointed. Cafe con leche was excellent!! After breakfast we decided to try a natural juice (wide variety!). I went with the watermelon (yum!!!!) and my friend had the pineapple. Worth stopping in even for a cold glass of juice at $2 each!

    (5)
  • Lindsey H.

Don't let the name fool you, they are not just a juice bar. Juice Paradise whips up some amazing cuban food that from the line looked like it is enjoyed by many locals and cubans during lunch time. The place is a whole in the wall, but immaculately kept and you can tell that it is loved. You can order fresh juice- try the sugar cane juice, empanadas, plantains and even rope vieja... delish! Enjoy and don't pass it up based on name or first glance.

This became our morning spot during our stay in Marathon. Cafe con leches and tortillas every morning. The tortillas (omelettes) are freshly cooked with crunchy veggies and flavorful cheese. The Cuban bread is well toasted and the coffee is hot and made with care. Love the staff too. I think it is run by a mother and daughter. Both are friendly and brighten your morning (even at 7:00am). My wife is lactose intolerant, so she got a fresh juice instead of coffee and loved it as well. I believe it was mango. I snagged a couple of sesame candies on day one ;-)

This place is awesome for breakfast. We came after trying to go to a couple places in the area that were full or not serving breakfast after 10am. I'm really glad we came here since I'm often weary of places with so few reviews (which is why I want to support them by writing one). We ended up coming back the next morning. It's a small place that may not look like much from the outside, but it's clean, they have some comfortably-spaced tables, and there's a bathroom. I had tostada (Cuban toast with butter) and cafe con leche; both were simple yet done very well. The tastes I had of my sister's guava and cheese pastry and dad's chorizo tortilla (omelette) were great! Hearty portions--we discovered that because the breakfast entrees all come with tostada I didn't even have to order my own. Prices are super reasonable, especially considering they sell water for a normal $1 whereas everywhere else in the Keys is selling it for $2! Great service, too. Quick and happy. If I'm ever around again I'm definitely coming back.

Delicious Cuban, fantastic juices (try the tamarind), friendly service. Come!

  • Tabitha B.

Best veggie burger I've ever had. Loved the guava and watermelon juice, and the Cuban coffee was just spectacular. You've got to stop here if you're passing through. I wish I could go back to the Keys just to eat here again. They weren't open on Sunday when we left, which made us very sad.
