Horrible service.. Wait 20 minutes for a toasted bagel.. Look at your bill carefully.. They charge me $6 for a couple munchkins!! Workers here don't know what they doing and not clean!!!

Went inside yesterday since the drive thru was full and only one person in front of me and still waited 15 minutes to be served. There were like 3 people working everything and the person taking orders was doing all the drinks. After finally getting served there was like no good options for donuts left and when I turned around there was like 10 people in line behind me waiting. NEED MORE EMPLOYEES!

Service sucks. People took forever then messed up 2 of our iced coffees by using the tea machine to make our drinks. Then threw a fit when we asked to have our drinks fixed. Workers moved like zombies.

At the time of this post, there is only one other post and it was not good. I just left this DD and found it to EXCELLENT. Clean, friendly, fast and efficient. Perhaps Yanet was not in a good mood on her visits. Perhaps she is one of those people that are over critical and hard to please.

My husband and I walked to DD this morning, great food and great customer service. The place was extremely clean and the food was fresh. We ordered a dozen donuts to go after finishing breakfast and they bagged everything so it would be easier to walk back.

Really awful service AGAIN!!! last month on the way back from key west we arrived at 8:45 the guy there said they were already closed, when in fact they close at 9, today went again to this dunkin donuts and upon asking him which one was the latte he Answered pissed off "I just told you", awful service

I agree with Kevin S. I also had reservation about going here but I have to say the staff that was here in the morning today was absolutely fantastic!! Kudos to them for fast friendly service. And if this place is as bad as others have only given a couple of stars, then in my picture why is there such a long line? Good for the coffee, the latte, and the doughnuts.

It would really be 2.5 stars for this location. Because only half the time they get your order correct. I use to go here every day until they frequently got my order wrong.

Was concerned this was going to be a very bad experience after I read a few reviews here on Yelp. I'm glad to say that I didn't have anything bad to comment on and my wait was no longer than it would have been elsewhere.

Worst service ever, this place is always understaffed and managers there do not know how to step up! Waited 1 hour yesterday, 2 groups left to serve and the "manager" by the voice of his employee ask us to go to the drive through....really???

A little busy every time I come here, but service is great, hash browns... Yummy as always! They have drive thru.. Very comfortable. It shares the place with a gas station. Ice latte is my favorite... Of course no sugar!!!!

Waiteted in line for 10min and it would have been additional 10-15 regarding the "velocity" of serving... ridiculous! We canceld waiting or course!

This place is a joke. I figure some idiot up North just figures it will run itself. Nobody has a clue what there doing in here. Waited 10 min at the counter on morning, only 1 person waiting besides me,noticed the Drive thru moving a little faster( note there were 5 employees working) - Drive thru then messed up a 1 sandwich order!!Wow- don't go here for anything
