Excellent food and service; First time I experienced a true to culture Peruvian restaurant with top of the line staff; 10/10 would recommend and eat again!

Best Peruvian food I've had in Florida. We got the ceviche de pescado and Jalea mixta. I would suggest that for any two people coming here to share those entrees. Our favorites on the menu. The service was really good and prompt. I have been here before at a more busy time and service can be a bit slower. But the food never disappoints. They start you with cancha which is salted Peruvian corn kernel type thing. Really delicious. The ceviche de pescado which is fish in lime juice, onions, cilantro comes with sweet potato, boiled yuca and Peruvian corn. And the jalea mixta is a mix of fried seafood...calamari, fish, mussels, shrimp, yuca topped with red onions and tomatoes. I really like the yellow sauce it comes with as well as dipping the jalea into the ceviche sauce. I would also suggest getting conchitas a la parmasena which I have gotten in the past. It it baked scallops with parmesean cheese in sea shells. In the past, I have been with groups between 2-10 here.

Holy Mother of the Peruvian Gods! This place is fabulous. The food is without a doubt the tastiest, freshest and most loved morsels to enter the cavern in the middle of my face. It was bustling with a substantial wait list when we arrived on a week night, but seeing the latino families, mixed with locals and some "high society" types all carefully packed into this small establishment - that's gotta be a sign its worth the wait, right? You better believe it. Now having never been to Peru, neither considering myself extremely acquainted with Peruvian delicacies, I have little to compare with this experience, but the taste factor alone, makes me want to stand outside waving a banner saying, "Give your tastebuds a vacation and get yourself to Victoria's" (although maybe that could be taken the wrong way...) It remains true to that "family" feel, the servers are attentive, the manager is a great leader (we were privy to seeing as we were sat at the bar and the action was all on display for us.) The hostess was polite, and service was speedy, but not hurried. Since we were only two small bodies, we opted for the bar seats, there are only 4 anyway, but it was nice to have a view of all the business in the kitchen and the flat screen that had a good international football game on (that's soccer to the rest of you). We started with Chicha Morada to drink, as it seemed appropriate to start an authentic experience (similar to mulled wine, but made from purple corn) and it was yummy... paired with the fried yucca and peruvian cheese sauce. It was spicy, cheesy and flavorful. Then I ordered the Lomito Saltada, and my foodie friend the Ceviche Mixto. WOWZA. Everything was out of this world delicious. Portions were large and I made it a goal to cram as much as I could into my face. The Lomito Saltada was juicy steak strips, sorteed with tomatoes and red onions in a hearty brown sauce over fries, and side of rice - it was so juicy, even the veggies had a meaty sweetness to them, the rice and fries mopped up all that succulent sauce and flavor, making this plate every inch as flavorful as it sounds. As for the ceviche? Fresh, fresh, fresh! Wow, it was light, zesty, spicy, flavorful and packed with tasty seafood morsels. Boy what a night, I certainly left with a food baby, and would gladly go back for another. If this is an example of Peruvian cuisine, then it is surely waving it's flag with pride, flavor and love. Keep doing it Victoria's!

Pros: The furniture inside was wooden, varnished, cushioned. Place looked clean. It gives off a different atmosphere when compared to the scene you see outside the place. Lots of ceviche choices if you enjoy seafood. Ceviche appetizer was citrusy and spicy! Goat was Huge! Barely ate it all! Cons: It's in a plaza where you might not want to be in at night. Bad service. They sat me at the half of the restaurant where you have no view of the waiters. Waiter only checked on me once! Had to ask the hostess for water and the bill because the waiter did not even check if I needed a refill or was done with my meal. The place was not even filled up there was a total of 3 parties (1-3 person in a party) in the restaurant. Final word: Hesitant to go back but food was delicious. Might go back if they changed the waiter staff to a more diligent one.

Victoria's is a Peruvian restaurant located across the street from my house on US1, just across the street from "Downtown Lantana" aka three restaurants, a CVS, and the monstrosity of a middle-aged drunk syndrome that is The Old Key Lime House (woo-hoo, it's not NYC, but it sure feels like city living!)...cue the deflating balloon. Well, anyways, I've been here a couple times, and my last visit was simply great. The service was...good, except my waiter was not smooth, he was more like a chihuahua and less like a labrador; overly excited and jittery, not calm and relaxing. I give him props for waiting patiently for my dinner date and I to take so long to order. I have to get to know the girl before I decide to foot the bill or not! Just kidding, I only foot the bill for my mom... The atmosphere of the place is elegant, yet not stuffy and high class, but inviting nonetheless. It's always clean inside. The lighting is well-balanced, giving off a romantic vibe but also enough to make it a great place to take the family. A group behind me celebrated their grandmother's birthday and I pondered the inevitable demise of my twenties and the onset of long, boring adulthood and children. I also had a sudden urge for cake, and never to have children. I ordered the "Ceviche De Mariscos" which is a mixed ceviche, full of yummy mussels, scallops, and fish. The food was excellent, taste was there, but the plating was frustrating. My ceviche was served in a strange looking bowl that could double as tiny futuristic chair from the 60's. It looked nice, but towards the end of my meal I was fishing (no pun intended) my last morsels of seafood out of the bottom of the bowl. I would have liked it to be spread out on a plate, like the ceviche I ordered last time. This isn't bobbing for apples, lay out the goods for me on a plate. The portion was...a tad bit lacking, and the price is a bit inflated for what I ordered. All in all, I recommend this place to anyone who wants real, authentic Peruvian cuisine. I will have to revisit and maybe update my review. But for now, the decision stands!

The children of the family are spoiled and take no pride in the family business. They are low to preform and have no respect or take any pride in their father;s achievement. I can say this as I was there for lunch once waited over 10 minutes, no service, no menu, nothing and left with a bad tasted in my mouth. On another try with my son for dinner, the appetizers were so extremely super salty like drinking the ocean we could not eat them and ruined our taste for dinner. We have never been back and we could walk there from our home.

The restaurant is at the corner of a shopping center. From the moment you walk in, it becomes clear that this is a family ran restaurant. You will find multiple magazine and newspaper articles up on their walls. It has very casual decor and an almost "it's my aunt's living room!!!" type of ambiance. Our waiter was very nice and knowledgeable of the food they serve. Service was not fast but they serve very fresh food so it's totally worth it. Being a Peruvian restaurant, their specialty is Ceviche and other seafood but don't worry if you're a meat lover. I'm one too and the Lomito is delicious!!! And... Perfectly. Cooked. Rice. I'm a rice fan so excuse me but this is important to me. I'm writing this review at home and I'm now dying to go there tonight. Dang you Yelp!

It was one of the few times we've been in the area and were relying solely on Yelp to find a restaurant for dinner. After reading the reviews of literally dozens of restaurants in a ten mile radius, we decided on Victoria's based on the consistently high ratings. We are big fans of Peruvian cuisine and were craving fresh seafood, which we were not disappointed. Victoria's is nestled in a small shopping plaza just west of Federal highway. They have two restaurants in the plaza, one is their more casual Peruvian style rotisserie chicken restaurant and the other is the main Victoria's location. There is plenty of free parking in the plaza's lot. We had little expectations having almost no knowledge of the area, but were pleasantly surprised by the ambience upon walking in. The restaurant isn't upscale, but it isn't entirely casual either. It's a nice place to bring a date and they have a small wine list, as well as a few imported Peruvian beers, to accompany your meal. We opted for the Vuelve a la Vida appetizer - a small mixed seafood ceviche served elegantly in a martini glass. It was delicious, very fresh with a great flavor. We ended up eating the marinade by the spoonful long after the seafood was finished. For our entrees we ordered the Lomito Saltado, which is strips of beef stir fried with onions and tomatoes, served over fries with a side of white rice, as well as the Jalea Mixta, another Peruvian staple of fried fish, calamari, shrimp and mussels served with fried yucca, pickled onions and tartar sauce. Both portions were more than enough food for two, yet so delicious we ended up eating off one another's plates and finished both entrees. We ended our meal with an espresso and coffee with milk, I don't say cafe con leche as unfortunately it was a bit weak and more "American" style coffee than Latin American, yet is the only complaint I have with the entire evening. Service was impeccable throughout the meal, they were incredibly professional and we were never left wanting or having to ask for a thing. They anticipated every single detail of the evening and all staff worked together seamlessly to ensure our needs were met. The bill came to just over $60 for two, including one alcoholic beverage and a large sparkling water. It was a great value for the quality of food and service, if only we lived closer to come back more often!

The food is to die for! From the leche de tigre to the seco de res, everything I've tried has been amazing. The service is top notch too. Great for families, special meals, or if you just want to treat yourself to some amazing food!

I've been coming to Victoria's for a few years now. The food has been good and consistent. The service flow has been exceptionally slow for as long as I can remember. I only get two things when I come here. The lomo saltado and the milanesa. The lomo saltado is very good. In fact it is the best that I have found in Palm Beach County. They use a decent quality meat here which I definitely appreciate. The sauce is flavorful and plentiful. The milanesa is always a generous portion. It is breaded and fried just right every time. It is served with rice, salad and french fries. My wife enjoys the ceviche and the arroz con mariscos here. If you want to take it easy and enjoy good Peruvian food you can't go wrong here.

My Peruvian friend took me here one time so far. It was his birthday. I ended up treating him and his family and my wife. The Cerviche here is AWESOME! They speak spanish of course, but I love Spanish cooking esp from Peru.

I was in town for a medical school interview and decided to try some Peruvian cuisine, which is something that we don't normally have in the SF Bay Area. Since I was eating alone, I decided to sit at the bar. I started off with ordering a sangria, because why not. It was absolutely delicious by the way and I wish I could have ordered more, but of course I was driving so I didn't want to risk it. After perusing the menu, I initially wanted to order the lamb stew but unfortunately they had run out. So sad! So instead, I ordered the Peruvian seafood fried rice which turned out to be an AMAZING choice. The rice was seasoned SO perfectly. Every bite just had amazing savory flavor. Also, there was a LOT of seafood in my dish. Half the dish was made up of calamari. There were also mussels, shrimp, and prawns. This is the first time that I haven't had a restaurant give me more rice than seafood. It was such a good deal. The waiters also had me try some salted/dried corn kernels which were pretty good. They're kinda the Peruvian version of bar peanuts. Overall, I loved the place and I wish I could go back with my fiance to try some more. Let's just hope I get in to medical school so I can have the opportunity to be in Florida again!

I am a big fan of this place. I have come here several times and every time I always leave with a very happy stomach. Today I had the sopa de res and pescado a lo macho. The sopa de res was good, not my favorite but still good. The leche de Tigre is always delicious here so I do recommend that or if you want the full blown thing the ceviche is highly suggested. Perfectly prepared with a great spice, served with sweet potato and Peruvian corn. The pescado a lo macho is always a great dish. One of the better creamy sauces I have tasted for this dish has been here. The portions is big enough to share for sure. The service is always fantastic. It's family owned so they are always very attentive.

Fantastic little place. I get the bistec a LA pobre (spelling may be wrong, the steak with an egg). A little pricey, but not enough to deter me from coming back. The roasted corn nuts on the table are fantastic. The people I went with got the ceviche (not my thing), they said it was really good. Staff is very friendly and attentive.

Peruvian cuisine is one that I can usually get myself into the mood for, since there's such an array of dishes, ranging from light selections like ceviche to heavier plates that constitute larger portions of meat and carbohydrates. After 4 nights in Florida and having sampled a number of cuisines, my bf and I decided to go for Peruvian and found Victoria's on Yelp. It was located in a part of town we've never heard of - Lantana, and only a 20 min drive from our hotel. The neighborhood seemed a bit run down and 'ghetto' for a lack of better words, but Victoria's stood out from the little outdoor mall it was situated in. We even discovered after pulling in to the lot that there was another Victoria's at the corner that specializes in rotisserie chicken. This place has got to be good... The restaurant looked cozy. We were seated shortly and presented with 2 glasses of water and some toasted kernels to munch on. First thing I noticed unfortunately was something green and leafy near the rim of my glass. I think it was cilantro. Having said that, I ordered an iced tea and didn't drink the water. Along with that we also ordered the ceviche mixto, picante de camarones and bistec a lo pobre. The ceviche was fresh and very appetizing and my shrimp was creamy and delish, not overly done and gave off a perfect crunch. My bf's steak was cooked and seasoned pretty well, but it could've been topped on a smaller bed of fries. The portions were very generous and all the dishes were fairly priced. It was a great meal despite an extra leaf of cilantro garnish that I didn't request. We do suggest that they add rotisserie chicken onto the menu because the selections really did lack poultry. Why not, since they're being prepared right around the corner? Nonetheless, I would return when I am in town again and craving some Peruvian.

Excellent! When we first showed up to the shopping center and it looked a like a normal place. Was very surprised this great restaurant was here. When we first walked into the restaurant all the small tables were occupied, it was just my wife and I and needed a small table. They did have big tables of 6 that were vacant, which in a lot of restaurants they will rudely have you wait for the next available small table. They immediately offered a bigger table for just the two of us, which we gladly took the table. David was are main waiter, he was great. The whole staff spoke ENGLISH!!! We did notice a lot of staff helping with putting water on the table and others constantly coming by to see if you were ok. Not once was my water empty. I loved the fact they had a lot of staff. There was not much of a wait for any food or beverages. It was really quick!! The food was excellent!!! We had the Leche De Tiger and Ceviche De Pescado they were quite appetizing and filling for the both of us. The Diet coke was from a can so the bubbly consistency was there with the soda pop. For dessert we had an espresso (great tasting) and an American style cup of coffee (Not bitter, brewed just nearly perfect). We were told the coffee was Columbian by the Manager Angel. I will definitely go back !!!Many thanks, great restaurant operation. This should stay open forever.

Great Place. Sister and i came here for lunch. Service spot on. Roasted Corn on the table was addicting and delicious. We had the Ceviche and Tamale for apps. We ordered the Ceviche Medium spicy....and it was point on!!! Usually I over order on spice because I can handle more than the average person and it usually is underdone. I ordered medium because of my Sister that was with me...and it was Spicy perfect. The Tamale was right on with DELICIOUS onions spread over the top. We both ordered Seafood and rice for lunch. She had the yellow rice (Paella Style) and I had it with the fried rice. Both were good, but fried rice should remain in Asian restaurants, so in the future go with the Yellow rice...it was awesome! Great Place and we will be back for more!

WOW!!.....Peruvian cuisine at its finest. A friend told me about this place and im soo glad i decided to take the drive to Lantana see what its all about...its located in a plaza with plenty of parking. Every dish was on point and flavorful and ample amount...the prices are very reasonable as well. I tried the "Ceviche Mixto" - A mix of seafood good ness in a nice spicy sauce ( i had mine extra spicy and it was awesome "Jalea Mixta" - Deep Fried platter of seafood incl. calamari, oyster meat deep fried and fish served with 3 sauces....this was definitely a dish to come back for. "Verde Con Bistec" - Our server recommended this pasta dish, its a skirt steak with basil pasta....so yummy and the steak was cooked perfectly.

Went here with my family and we all loved it. The prices are great, and the portions are huge. The ceviche mixto was a good sharing size for four, and very tasty. The soup entrees are about three-bowls large, and the seafood entrees were enough for two to share after the ceviche. Everything was flavorful as is expected from Peruvian cuisine. When we walked out we saw that there was another Victoria's Peruvian restaurant a couple of doors down that does the Peruvian grilled chicken - I'll have to try that next time I'm in the area.

Good Peruvian food, generous portions, friendly service. My husband and I are very picky when it comes to Peruvian food - he is Peruvian and we have traveled to Peru many times and had some really fantastic meals there. So after moving to WPB from Miami a few months ago and receiving several recommendations for Victoria's we gave it a whirl. We ordered a pitcher of chicha morada (good, about 2x the size of an average carafe in Miami), ceviche de pescado (good and again, about 2x the portion of the average place in Miami), tacu tacu de mariscos (kindly prepared instead of tacu tacu de lomito). We plan to return!

This was my first time at Victoria's and it was a great experience. The service was great Luis is the best! We started with the Chicharron De Calamar calamari lightly battered and deep fried along with the Conchitas A La Parmesans, baked scallops with a slice of shrimp, sliced of butter and fresh lime juice topped with parmesan cheese which was off the charts good!! For my entree I had the Jalea Mixta which was an amazing assortment seafood & fried fish peruvian style which was also incredible. the servings were enormous i could have fed a family of 4 with my Jalea Mixta! We also order the house fried rice which was some of the best tasting fried rice I have eaten!! Great place and I am looking forward to my next time there!!

Victoria's is worth the drive no matter where you live. Yes, you heard me right! Get in your car and make that special trip to enjoy some amazing Peruvian food and outstanding service. I heard great things about this little restaurant located in an older strip mall. I have actually recommended this spot several times before when neighbors and friends were asking me for local spots to get Ceviche. I had not tried Victoria's before but had the feeling it wouldn't disappoint. I was lucky enough that one of the people I referred brought me an entire dish to go of the Lomito Saltado. Even as a To-Go order it was beautify presented and enough that my husband and I split it for dinner. The moment we finished it we both looked at each other and asked "Why?" Why had we waited so long to head over there? Last night I got the pleasure of dining there with a party of 3 and we all left with the same opinion. AMAZING FOOD AND AMAZING SERVICE. We got there at 6:30pm and it was packed. Luckily the wait was only about 20 minutes. The hostess showed us to our table and immediately a waiter came over to answer our questions about the menu and take our drink orders. I had a glass of the house pinot grigio at $6.00 and I was impressed at the generous pour. I was a total busy body checking out all the other tables and what everyone was eating. The special of the night was a whole fried snapper which looked and smelled divine, but since the men I was dining with wanted steak I knew I'd have to try that another night. I went with the Jalea Mixta (check out my pic) and can I just say "WOW". The boys were jealous at my mound of beautifully fried seafood. Good thing it was enough to feed an army cause everyone wanted a piece. The dish had the best mix of seafood too. Calamar, shrimp, fish and fried mussels. The mussels were insane! Each was fried then placed back in its shell and arranged around the plate. Nice touch! Under all that seafood was the best fried yuca I have ever had. I usually only eat boiled yuca but this was worthy of a switch over. Hubby got the Bisteck A Lo Pobre and it was gorgeous too. The steak was juicy and cooked to a perfect medium rare. The plantains were sweet and creamy and the over easy egg was the perfect side item to dip the steak into. Service was fantastic and and I have to admit I don't even know who our waiter was because every single employee there was at our beck and call. Never did we have to ask for a refill on waters or soda (can only) or have to even wait for the check. These guys were on point and made you feel welcome and that you were important. I was really impressed at the team work. I can't wait to get back over to Victoria's and try everything they have on the menu. Good thing for me it's right around the block but even if it wasn't I would make a special trip. IT'S THAT GOOD!

the BEST Ceviche!! What a surprise this place was! We had stopped by once to try it because someone in passing had mentioned it - it's located in an out-dated and not so nice strip mall behind the railroad tracks. They were closed the day we stopped by - and based on the outside appearance, we left and promptly forgot about it. Ohh, what a mistake. A couple months later we were craving ceviche and of course turned to Yelp. The reviews for Victoria's were great - so we tried again. So very glad we did. They were very busy and we didn't have a reservation but they were so nice - handed each of us a glass of sangria and said to wait - they would find space. A short time later we had a table. We both ordered ceviche and could not have been happier. Everything was fresh and had a good punch of spice. After our entrees we were debating between two different desserts - placed our order for one and the server brought out both. Said the second one was too good not to try (and I forget the names - will update next visit). In any case, he was right - it was not a desert to be missed. Already thinking about our next visit! A must try.

First time eating Peruvian cuisine. We did have to wait approximately 45 minutes to get a table but it was extremely busy during the season. Saw an old friend so didn't mind the wait. The atmosphere inside was casual and they have approximately 17 tables. Our waitresses was very friendly and took time explaining the menu and dishes although English was not her 1st language. I believe that seafood is their specialty but we were not in the mood for fish. I had the Tacu Ticu which is like crispy rice and beans topped with skirt steak with onions and tomato and fries in a soy based sauce. My wife had the green pesto linguine with skirt steak. Both dishes were fabulous with lots of flavor. We split a desert that I do not remember the name but it was recommended by our server. It was a great recommendation. Perfect sweet with Cafe con Leche. We will definitely be going back.

Went to Victorias on 2/21/2015 There are two locations within the same plaza. The location furthest to the left is the geared towards a takeout atmosphere. Also the menu has majority inferior cuts of meat such as heart, kidney, tripe etc... The dine in restaurant further to the right of the plaza is more to my liking. Our waiter was Angel. He was extremely respectful and attentive. Soda refills are not free, they come in a can. The lemonade clearly freshly squeezed. My husband and daughters loved it. Children ordered pasta and the pasta sauce was wonderful. It tasted as if there is a chipolte chill flavoring in there which gave it a unique ting. The calamari was fried to golden perfection not rubbery what so ever. Yuca on the side was not tough and cooked properly. The sauce served with it was unique and clearly not out of a jar. Husband and I both ordered Bisteck A Lo Pobre - skirt steak pan seared, fries, fried egg, and plantains. The meat was tender and had a lovely sear. It was slightly over salted. Plantains were oily.If you do not like your eggs over easy ask for the yolk in the center to be fully cooked. When broken, it will leak yolk all over the fries on the bottom turning them soggy. The rice was a little over salted for my taste it tasted as if there was a chicken bouillon cube put in there that hadn't been fully dissolved. The bathroom smelled fresh and clean but could had used some tidying up near the toilet. For two adults and 2 children out bill came to $80. That's for 2 pastas for the kids, 2 main entrees, 1 calamari appetizer, 3 lemonades and 2 canned sodas. Therefore the prices are on par with what a seafood place charges. I do feel it's over priced given the cuts of meat used hence the 3 stars. If it was priced based on cuts of meat used I would had rated 4 stars. However, if you want to try authentic Peruvian food this is the most authentic place I've found locally.

My husband and I are from two different parts of the West Indies so you know we definitely love our food. We are definitely are all about flavor and spices and can say that we do not just stick to our normal every day curry. This restaurant was amazing and the staffs was even better, our waiter was very knowledgeable and even have several recommendations per our desire. I actually had sangria and it was out of this world. This was the first time for both of us to have to Peruvian food and we do not regret it without a doubt. They have a lot of selections and I believe anyone could find something from here, whether it may be served hot or cold.

Victoria's was highly recommended to us and it lived up to everything we hoped for. The civeche, jalea, rice, and sangria were fabulous! Ok let me start by saying that I really liked this place. The ambiance was clean and very nice, and the staff was friendly. If you have a large group (more than 5) make sure all of you arrive at the same time, as they will not sit less than 5 people at the table ...they will wait for at least 5 people to arrive to get a table for you. Before you order the waiter will come over and ask if you want to hear the specials, we said yes and it was a mistake since we already knew what we were going to eat...he will talk for like 5 minutes non stop, it was kind of funny! I ordered the ceviche and it was spicy and delicious exactly how I like it! I had a great experience and will definitely come back for more!

OMG. I can't tell you enough about this place. The place is always packed, and with good reason. Their food is nothing short of amazing. Prices are really good to for what they are offering. I got the tamale as an appetizer. It was delicious. It had these beautiful marinated raw onions on it. I then had the paella. It was a wonderful melody of shrimp, mussels, octopus, and scallops I had on another occasion had a chance to have their short ribs. They are so good. I mean fork tender, melt in your mouth good. You will not be disappointed here.

The food was amazing!!! It's a small place in a strip mall. You would never imaging that it would be so good!!! I had the ceviche mixto and it was so good. It was entree size with just the right twang of lime. I'm so full. We also had the arroz mariscos (seafood) that was very yummy. The plates are a great portion size and perfect for sharing and taking home left overs. Definitely coming back.

If you've read my earlier reviews, you low. Peruvian rocks my world. Hands down one of my favorite cuisines, and thankfully growing in popularity in the US. Victoria's doesn't disappoint on any level. The food, marvelous. The location, central to Palm Beach and pleasantly appointed. The staff, attentive, friendly and courteous. This will be my new 'go to' for 'loom saltado, papas a la huancaina, ceviche', and all consumables of a Peruvian nature.

We love their ceviche and pretty much everything we've ordered here so far has been delicious!! No complaints, only compliments!

Great Peruvian restaurant. I ordered the basics: ceviche mixto which I asked for spicy and yes it was spicy. Very good. Papa a la huancaina was good also. I always wish they served more sauce no matter where I get that dish from. The breaded chicken filet was ginormous and very tender. Will definitely be back to try their chaufa and anticucho.

Friends and family have been telling me to try this place out. We finally did! We went around lunch and was seated quickly. Some of us in our party were newbies so the waiter took some time to go over the menu. I ordered the skirt steak with rice, egg, plantains, fries. Yummmmy. Others ordered the "stew"- very good. There was a Bottle of wine on the table -----Peruvian flavor. Overall service was good and food was excellent.

I have only been to this restaurant once and only tried one dish, fish ceviche, and this is enough to rate it with 5 stars. I know Peruvian food very well, and I feel you can judge any Peruvian restaurant by how they make their ceviche. Most of the time, if their ceviche is good, then the rest of their dishes are bound to be good. I have to say they really know how to make a good ceviche. It's got right amount of heat/spice, which you can modify based on your taste. But most Peruvians tend to eat their ceviche spicy. Also it's served with Peruvian corn, which is not the same as the corn you get in your grocery store, and it makes a difference. I also was so excited to find 'lucuma' ice cream, which is made out of a fruit that comes mainly from Andean regions and not many local places here sell it. I'm definitely coming back to this restaurant to try other Peruvian dishes.

I came back withy son and we shared a goat dish, a spectacular marinated fish, and tiradito which was spicy perfection. They double team service with a young and very enthusiastic wait staff. Peruvian is still pretty exotic for non Peruvians but it's such phenomenal cuisine done well here that you owe it to yourself to ask about items on the menu that may be more of an adventure. It is a culinary journey you will find worthwhile! The remodel is done, clean, pleasant and modest. This isn't your tony Palm Beach or Boca eatery, especially in its run down strip mall, but do not let exterior appearances stop you. The magic happens with the first bite...

I've never had Peruvian food before, but this place was outstanding. Their spicy sauce and pesto were amazing with my mahi mahi. We chose this restaurant based off Yelp and I agree with the high rankings 100%. I will definitely be back!

Whenever I travel for business, I look for two things: Ceviche and cigars. Well in Florida I'm always sure to find both. I saw Victoria's had rave reviews so I decided to try them out.... You know the saying "you never get a second chance to make a first impression". Will this couldn't be so true!! I walked in and was greeted rather warmly. I was seated and ordered my favorite.. Anticuchos and ceviche mixto picante. While eating I noticed roaches crawling out of a picture frame I was sitting next to. NEEDLESS TO SAY......... I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK THERE!!!!! THAT IS ALL!!

Located in what can only be described as a relic from the past of a strip mall, Right alongside the train tracks and surrounded by consignment stores (read - Estate Sale items for sale). You know a restaurant is good when it relies on its food for its clientele and not on its location! I went to Victoria's with my In-Laws who spend their summers in Ft Lauderdale and have lived in Peru. They've been going to Victoria's regularly for the past few years and have seen it expand from a small eatery to a full fledged restaurant with a bar license and renovated interiors. The expectations were high since i'd heard rave reviews of this place from them and my brother-in-law. Who is a fellow foodie and said it was as good as the stuff he'd eaten in peru. Which is a tall order since peruvian cuisine relies heavily on fresh ingredients many of which are indigenous to the region and tough if not impossible to get in N.America. The drinks are worth the money since they give a generous pour. The reason to come here though.. is the Ceviche!! It is sublime. It's soo good that my go too starter is the Leche de Tigre - The juices from the ceviche along with a few pieces of fish. The Ceviche is the best i've had north of Mancora. Devine! All the different types of Ceviche's are worth it. If you have the heart for it i would go for the Anticuchos. Typical served as street food, at victoria's it's elevated to a finer presentation and a few sides not typically served. Though the flavors are all there and spot on! The specials almost always includes sea bass that can be prepared in multiple ways and the sides can be substituted. The lomo saltado is a beef dish in a vinegary soy sauce based gravy that is a fusion dish with strong asian flavors and representative of the big japanese influence. I have tried it and it is good and authentic but the flavors and more akin to asian food and personally i would rather have another plate of ceviche. Have i mentioned how much I love the ceviche ;)

Amazing food! When they are busy just be a little patient someone always comes around the tables to see how your doing. You won't have the same server in one sitting- they all share tips so they will all come around to serve you.

I been to Peru and my expectations were rather high. We got there at 7:30 the place was almost empty, at 8 it was FULL!! Not just Latinos, 1/2 of the patrons didn't speak a word of Spanish. Service was excellent, sea bass with passion fruit sauce was impeccable and merenge dessert can compete with Russian cake Kiev. You know you are in the great place when you see the full attention to small details. Even the marinated onions were superb! The corkage fee was $10 fro 2 bottles! The Peruvian version of Tre Leche wasn't that exiting, but still overall impression is - "I'll be back!" Definitely was worth the trip from Boca .

When visiting a friend of mine in Lantana, she took us to this restaurant, where she is clearly a regular. We had a larger group for dinner (6 total) so we did call ahead to make reservations, but it was probably unnecessary for a random Sunday night. Our server was very friendly, and helpful with menu item suggestions. The food is excellent. Heaps of fresh seafood, huge portions (I strongly recommend sharing), and awesome dessert options. We got a few ceviches for the table (don't miss this menu item!) which have a hint of a lime juice base (yum!). As for drink options, this restaurant serves beer and wine only. They do make sangria but it's definitely not the best I've had, but at least they make it!

The pros: It's awesome, fresh, fresh, fresh, interesting food. The Peruvian menu has something for almost everyone (Well, not really for spoiled children who only eat chicken fingers and french fries...but other than that...). I have never been to Peru; but I hope this is what it's like! I do not even care that it's in a strip center--the space is still very charming and romantic. (No lie, it is...something is transformationally genuine here...) There's always a slight wait because so many people want to eat in the small space. The service is impeccable and lovely. I have twice now had the seafood ceviche. Heaven on earth. But there's lots to choose on the menu. The cons: Can't think of a thing...

This place is AMAZIng. The cerviche mixta is the best I've ever had. Perfect blend i" of citrus& spice. Fish perfect. The service was fabulous. Very family type place. Crowded on a Wednesday night. The portions are huge. We ordered the cerviche & Frito jalea mixta and the two dishes could have fed 4. Very big delicious potions. Big menu- they serve lunch and dinner. We might even come back tomorrow !

I'm not sure why this place has 4.5 stars to date. That wasn't my experience. In fact, I"m laying in bed sick. I had a weird fish dish, cured in lime with some beans and plantains on top. My buddy had the same thing. I woke up in morning, coughed, and felt like my chest was on fire down the throat and esophagus. It got worse through the day and moved into some bad fever by that night. I tried to eat it since I bought it, but the dish wasn't good. The rest of my party ordered various dishes, all of which seemed like it was fried. Not the healthiest place on earth. The staff was a little gruff and there was zero atmosphere, like what you might expect in a strip mall which is where Victoria's is located. My buddy just texted and he has come down with the same thing. Burning chest and feeling like crap. It had to be the fish. I can't recommend Victoria's, sorry.

I had the Tiradito Especial and my wife had the Tallarines huancaina con bisteck (almost like a slightly spicy Mac and cheese with a little of the aji amarillo sauce mixed in). Both were _excellent_ and made me wish I was in town for more than a day.

Have you ever had Peruvian ceviche? If not - you really need to get on that. Superbly fresh fish marinated in lime, served with plump corn, yuca and sweet potato. Victoria's offers this amazingness and they executed it very well! The service is also so friendly and I love the family owned feel - it is like you are in their dining room eating. I am so excited to find that there are Peruvian restaurants in Palm Beach and will be back again and again to get my fix.

Best restaurant. Victoria's food is amazing as is their service. I'd say it is my favorite restaurant for sure. I take visitors from out of State every chance I get. I cannot say enough good things about the place. You're in for a treat. Don't let their location put you off (small strip mall). Victoria's is well worth your time.

My husband and I love their traditional Peruvian cuisine! The entire staff is always amazing and we enjoy dining in, even when we're sitting at the bar. When we're craving ceviche oceanside: we order to go, pick up and drive 5 minutes down the street to Lantana beach... perfection!

I love this place. After a trip to Peru, I was hooked on ceviche and was on a mission to find the best ceviche in south FL. So far this place is my #1 choice. I have not tried any other dishes here b/c I can't pass up the ceviche so please take my review with that in mind. Service is relaxed but good. Decor is nothing brag about. I come here for the ceviche, period.

Came tonight with my son to eat at Victoria's. I read the reviews, expecting some really good Peruvian food. I'm sure the food is great, which is why they received excellent reviews, but the hostess at the door was horrendous. As soon as we walked in, she told me they had no seats available and that everyone walked in at the same time. I have been going to restaurants for several years of my life, in various states and never once was I told this. I asked her how long the wait would be, she said she didn't know. What kind of a hostess doesn't know how much time will be until the next opening? I asked her again, she told me 25 minutes. Mind you, there were two large tables with empty seats which I asked her about, she said they were reserved. I have never been to a restaurant, even ones that are Zagat rated and on the weekend, that only works through reservations are so busy they can't seat anyone else on a Tuesday night. 25 minutes later, I saw a family of 4 walk in and were seated. I walked back inside and asked the hostess if she has a table for two, to which she repeated no. Speaking to her like the idiot she is, the manager came over and said everybody walked in at the same time and several of them had reservations already, we can wait at the bar if we wanted to. What kind of an idiot do you think I am? I'm sure the food is great, but they could do a MUCH better job at customer service. Put your nose back down and treat people with respect and intelligence.

Stumbled on this spot by chance. What a great place! The restaurant is cozy and clean, the server was very attentive and professional, the food came quick and was delicious. The portions were big as well. Prices are very reasonable for the experience. Can't wait to go back. Would not be embarrassed to bring friends and family in town to this place!

The food here is delicious! By far some of the best Peruvian food we've ever had. The restaurant is a small storefront in a strip mall but don't be mistaken by its location. Our group of 4 was seated right away. We ordered the ceviche mixto and ceviche de mariscos for appetizers. They were both absolutely delicious. The ingredients were very fresh. They use just the right amount of lime juice to make the dish really tasty. My husband ordered the Parihuela. This soup is massive. It's a full meal. It can also be ordered as an appetizer for a large group. The soup base was very flavorful and the ingredients were a great combination. My BFF and I both ordered the arroz con mariscos. They called it a paella. It was very delicious and a very generous portion. Most of their dishes are family style portions. We also ordered an arroz chaufa con mariscos. This is the same as the paella but the rice is fried. Also delicious. We ordered a pitcher of sangria and it was delicious! I finished my first glass before my entre got there. Almost wished I ordered another pitcher. Unfortunately we didn't leave any room for dessert. We loved this place and would definitely go back the next time were in Fort Lauderdale. It was a 50 minute drive but well worth it. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable of the menu items. All their recommendations were right on point.

There was no hostess station, so it was very confusing to know if we were to seat ourselves or wait to be seated. We were greeted by one of the waiters a couple minutes later and shown where a table was we could sit at. Not taken there, just pointed to it. Many of the tables are too close together. It was difficult to navigate our way through them to get to our table in the very back corner of the restaurant. Our waiter made a couple of suggestions regarding an appetizer. We got the Ceviche Mixto and were very impressed. Best ceviche outside Peru. For our main course we got the Picante Mariscos, another suggestion from our waiter. Wasn't as impressed with this dish. It was very flavorful, but the shrimp and squid were severely overcooked and very rubbery. They seemed under staffed. We saw only three waiters for about 15-20 tables. They were running quite hard to keep up and the service suffered greatly as a result. We had to ask to have our water glasses refilled. My glass sat empty from before our meal was served until we left. Our waiter told me on two different occasions he would fill it and never did. We were not asked if we wanted dessert or coffee or anything else. We were just presented with the bill. What we had hoped to be a great reminder of our trip to Peru and the wonderful experiences we had there, turned into a meal to forget! With all the rave reviews our expectations were high. The reality did NOT live up to the expectations!

The location of this restaurant is actually in a shopping strip in Lantana, FL (not Lake Worth, FL). Besides this technicality, all the info on here is correct. This is authentic, flavorful Peruvian food. I've heard from Peruvian friends that this is the best Peruvian restaurant in Palm Beach County...all other Peruvian restaurants are disappointing. Victoria's restaurant is comparable to Ceviche 105's ceviche in Miami! Here, we had their ceviche, pollo a la plancha (grilled chicken breast) and their homemade cherimoya and (I can't remember the other ice cream...but it reminded me of mamey) ice cream. Their ceviche is made with fresh chunks of raw fish marinated in seasoned lime juice, mixed with a blend of Peruvian corn, thin red onions, and garnished with slices of sweet potato and yuca. We ordered it "medium spicy"...which may have been a little spicy for us (but then again we don't eat a lot of spicy foods). Our chicken was tender and came with a healthy serving of hot, freshly made french fries and a house salad with a creamy homemade salad dressing. We ended the night with their delicious homemade ice cream. The two different flavors went nicely together...but I think I preferred the orange colored "caramel-like" flavor. It's located next to a shady looking convenience store, but this restaurant was pretty full on a Wednesday night with customers of all ages! The decor is simple. The service is great and has the warmth of a family owned restaurant. We look forward to trying the tiradito and other items on the menu. Note: There are a lot of fried foods on the menu; if you are in the mood for healthier cuisine...go with the ceviche or tiradito! Our whole meal cost a little over $30 (no drinks ordered).

So I'm pretty excited I have found Peruvian since my move out of Miami to Delray. I was seriously craving some in my life and I think I found the spot! This review is based on take out, so that needs to be said first, but here it goes. Food was pretty good and affordable. My bf and I went with the staple Tacu Tacu solo, which has been the center of my cravings. The price was definitely right, and it was generally delicious and made the way it should be and I like, with the exception I like a salad of red onions, peppers, and whatnot to add to the Tacu Tacu. This order didn't come with one, which was a serious let down. The huanquina (sp?) sauce here was pretty legit, and the papa de huanquina wasn't disappointing. We also got the tiradito with 2 sauces which definitely got scarfed. Overall, def returning for our Peruvian fix again. I am dying to try their Jalea!

Generous portions and delicious ceviche (had the mixed seafood one). I had the goat stew which was pretty good; it's a big chunk of meat rather than small pieces with bones. The prices were good. I would definitely return just for the ceviche if I'm ever around the area again.

I've been to Peru many times, so my expectations are set accordingly. This place has very good food and a nice and friendly atmosphere. The tacu tacu with lomo is excellent and is my favorite. The ceviche is also very good and you would have to go to Miami to get better. Other dishes are also good and consistent.

My only other experience with Peruvian food is rotisserie chicken (and I'm a big fan of that). I'm not a big fan of some other South American food (churrasco and other "here's a giant plate of meat" type). But I found myself at Victoria's and boy am I glad I did. We went for lunch and split two mains: mixed ceviche and a skirt steak dish. Both on the recommendation of our waiter who, overall, did a great job in a very busy restaurant. First came the ceviche. It was sharp and tangy with a mix of some white fish, mini octopus, squid and shrimp. It came with a couple of pieces of boiled yucca (which were neither exciting nor distracting) and some cold sweet potato mash, which, after an initial taste, I ignored for about half of my portion (big mistake!) While I delighted in the ceviche at first, adding a little sweet potato to each forkful put it over the top. It mellowed out the super tang and heat transforming it to a work of art. If you do nothing else, eat the ceviche WITH the sweet potato! Our other dish was skirt steak served with lots of sauteed red onions, a couple chopped tomatoes on a bed of very flavorful rice and beans. I know skirt steak is the hot thing these days but I'm generally not a fan...unless it's done like this. Even my GF who doesn't like onions (and there was a pile on this dish) loved the dish. They also had Peruvian beer (Cusquena)! Modest prices (figure ~$15/entree) plus great food and service make this place 5 star.

Having been a regular at Victoria's for some time now, I can say that this hole in the wall appearing place is one of the best restaurants in the Palm Beach area. Their ceviche and tiradito is just simply amazing. The quality of food is high and the portions are huge. The restaurant is on the small side and if you get there around dinner time, be prepared to wait a little bit. Usually, I get the bistec or the pollo a la plancha as an additional dish but I would go with the ceviche or tiradito as a go to dish.

It's in a strip mall but don't let that scare you off! This is a very quaint, well done restaurant. Very authentic, I am pretty sure the kitchen is all Latin - I know the owner was. You walk in and you instantly transported to a small restaurant in Peru. You are greeted by a Hispanic gentleman who offered us any table in the house. The walls were decorated with Peruvian influence paintings and trinkets. One TV showed all of Peru's glory and the other - what else - but soccer (Or futbol). We ordered and received our drinks in an instant. I ordered an Inca Cola - it was delicious. It's a Coca-Cola Drink made for Peru - and it's bright yellow and quiet sweet. The food was also amazing. The menu had something for everyone and because they are so family flexible you can have most any dish tailored for your dietary needs. I ordered a fish platter with shellfish and some yucca. It was just delicious, the sauces on each platter (my hubbys and my mom's) were over the top with flavor and just authenticity. You cannot find these types of sauces anywhere. The food was great and if I lived closer this would be my restaurant of choice. Check it out if you are the area - it's worth the teleportation to Peru!

Took friends from out if town for the good food and service and we were not diss appointed. Our server, Angel, was great. He answered questions with smiles, catered to the wishes of our ten yr old guest with grace, made recommendations. The various dishes ordered were shared around the table with no problem for an extra dish. Chicken, sea food 2 ways, a beer tasting, all was superb. And this place is in my neighborhood! Great staff and chef at Victoria's, you should go.

If you like ceviche, they offer both ceviche and a version of ceviche with yellow pepper sauce called tiraditos especial. I kept eating the tiraditos off my husband's platter. My goat stew was good, his tiraditos were heavenly. The shrimp in yellow pepper sauce, picante de camarones, were amazing.

Victoria's has the freshest ceviche (made with seafood and lime juice) I have found in Palm Beach County and at less than $14 a plate it is worth the trip to Lantana. They also have an amazing dessert called Babarrua ($3.25) which is sort of like a really wet piece of angle food cake with prunes in it and all topped off with a caramel tasting sauce. I also adore their Chicha Morada drink ($1.75 a glass) made with purple corn. The staff, all family members, are exceedingly friendly and helpful when it comes to explaining the dishes.

Amazing food, amazing service! Victoria's is a wonderful family run business, the father runs the kitchen and the sons are the waiters. The sons always remember us, even if we haven't been there in a couple of months! When we do go there, we always bring home another meal, so it is also a great value! The tacu tacu is amazing!

It was my second time at Victoria's and both time the food was amazing. I had ceviche the first time and the dish was so fresh and flavorful. I had the Parihuela (or something spelled like that), It was a very hearty seafood stew. It was probably the best seafood dish I have ever had. I loved it. This is my favorite restaurant in this area

After coming back a couple times with friends. I had a much better experience. Their ceviche which was really good, but it's too much for a meal so now a days I just order their Leche de Tigre. Their lomo saltado is also really good. Ingredients are always fresh and the atmosphere is great =)

Went with an older couple from Palm Beach. They loved it. The two brothers were very helpful, funny, and friendly. They are expanding and for good reason. We agree the Shrimp Cerviche was really tasty. Our friends (locals) will be back with some of their friends.

Just quickly, this place is great! Amazing food, nice family owns it. I had cobia seviche, yucca, yams, pound cake tres leches, cerveza. Cousin Susan had goat stew. Might go back tonight--it was that good! Susan and I were the only Gringos there--always a good sign. The owners were helpful, charming, and excited about their restaurant. The rich white folk from Palm Beach, which is 2 minutes away over a short bridge, are CRAZY to drive past this unassuming place, on their way to wherever rich people go for dinner.

This is one of the best Peruvian restaurants that I've been to in Palm Beach County! I took my girlfriend to try Peruvian food for the first time and she loved it! We're both spicy food lovers so she tried the aji de gallina with spicy sauce on the side...delicious! I tried the ceviche. It was almost identical to that of Peru. Very good and of course I had to add some spicy sauce. Service and food quality was excellent and will definitely visit this restaurant again.

I'm not sure what Peruvian food is really supposed to taste like so I ate at Victoria's Peruvian Cuisine in Lake Worth....Having eaten there, I'm still not sure what Peruvian food is. I must admit that my expectations are always low when I eat at tiny restaurants in strip malls that paint slogans like "try our delicious food" on the inside of the glass window. I was truly hoping Victoria's would be a pleasant surprise - it wasn't. The small restaurant is in dire need of a face-lift and remodeling. I know times are tough, but a couple cans of paint and some elbow grease on a weekend can go a long way to making a patron feel good about taking a drive to a restaurant. Instead there are several flat panel televisions looping Peruvian tourism promotion videos including footage of people cooking food in what appear to be dirty clay bowls. I could only hope this restaurant was not going for that level of authenticity. The attempt at ambience was nothing short of strange. Other than the decor, Victoria's is inexpensive and the waitstaff may have been some of the friendliest I have encountered in quite some time; they would probably do very well in a different restaurant. As for the food - it had it's highs and lows - mostly lows. The beef heart appetizer was outstanding. I have consumed my fair share of offal in Germany and love the pho restaurants found in parts of northern Virginia and Washington, DC, so organ meat and I are no stranger. It takes a special touch to address the texture and often gamy qualities. Victoria's hit a bulls-eye on this one. In hindsight, I wished I had just ordered two of the beef heart appetizers as a meal. For dinner, my wife ordered a type of Peruvian paella - a yellow pepper sauce over yellow rice with shrimp, calamari, and green-lipped mussels. My mother always told me to keep my mouth shut if I have nothing nice to say. Sorry Ma' - gotta do it. The dish in general reminded me of a salt-lick. I'm no different than most people - I like salt - it's useful and goes very well with pepper. In this instance, however, I was feeling a bit like a deer. The shrimp were freezer burned and horrifically overcooked with a pasty core that can only be achieved by thawing, refreezing then simmering for far too long. Similarly, the frozen calamari had been cooked to the point of oblivion and the mussels were tough and very fishy. Very rarely do I enjoy frozen seafood; old, refrozen seafood is a nightmare. The rice itself was fluffy. (See, I said something nice.) I tried to be more adventurous with my meal. While living in London, I used to frequent an Indian curry house called Khan's which had the most amazing curried goat (and horse) - sorry equine lovers. I figured I'd give it a shot. I ordered braised goat in a yellow pepper sauce with beans and rice. I will admit that I ate most of it even though it probably should have been braised another 30 min - it was still a bit on the tough side. Once again, this chef loves, and I mean LOVES salt. In the days before refrigeration salt was a fantastic preservative and one of many spices used in a heavy-handed manner to disguise the flavor of meat that was on it's way out the door. Last time I checked, most restaurants have refrigerators and hopefully use fresh meat (with the exception of some Moroccan delicacies); this chef needs to lighten his touch. I could taste hints of the strong goat flavor but the salt masked any flavor of yellow peppers. We did get to bring a nice bone home for the dog - he didn't complain. We enjoyed a couple different Peruvian beers and a house Merlot that was surprisingly pleasant. We skipped desert but we did purchase a soft caramel filled cookie to go. They sold them individually wrapped and housed under a cake dome on the counter (not so classy). WOW! I have no idea what they are called but I was almost ready to drive back just for another damn cookie. THAT was a serious cookie. Was I impressed by Victoria's? No. Would I go back? No. (well maybe for another cookie). If not for the fact that our check was about $40 I would have been irritated. Instead I chalked this one up to an attempt at a learning experience. I was hoping to discover what good Peruvian food was like; I think that lesson remains to be learned some place else. In hindsight, I wished I had eaten at Bohio, the Cuban dive in the parking lot only 75 feet away. Now that place is a gem I'll talk about another time....

Don't let the exterior of this place fool you. It is in a rundown plaza, but as the saying goes - don't judge a book by its cover. I'd like to say stay away (so I can get a table), however I'd be doing you (and them) an injustice. I may not know what Peruvian food is supposed to taste like, but that doesn't matter - the food is excellent and fairly priced. I can't add anything else that hasn't already been said. Give this place a shot... you shouldn't regret it.

Fantastic! Refreshing and the really meaning of the word, "ceviche." However, the category on Yelp says Spanish when Victoria's is clearly, Peruvian. An oasis in an odd neighborhood worth driving to from wherever you are in South Florida. Yum!

What a great find. The ambiance is down home, the food authentic, the service friendly and efficient, and best of all, the food is fantastic. What more could you ask for.

I am not too familiar with Peruvian food. However, I can tell when something tastes Americanized. Specializing in seafood and offers dishes I've never even heard of, this whole-in-the wall is amusing. They play very funny "Cumbia" music. It kind of makes me feel as if I'm eating in a hut in the middle of a Peruvian village. We ordered chichhrron de pollo which was great. Fried but not greasy and too much batter. The soupa de carne was good and four times the size of a regular soup portion. It was spicy and creamy at the same time with beef, potatoes, and pasta. The skirt steak was probably the best I've had at a Latin restaurant. Staff was attentive. Not the best location or nicest decor. (Although you can tell they tried). Definitely the type pf place you go simply to have a good meal.

They have opened the expansion! The shrimp ceviche is still the best.

Title: Fantastic "Hole-in-the Wall" This restaurant is a celebration of food. If you want romance and atmosphere, skip it. However, my party of three had one of the most memorable meals here. It is a family run restaurant; the two brother run the front and the parents cook in the back. We had two appetizers, three entries, two desserts, a bottle of wine and three coffees, the total came to $100 (including tax and before gratuity). The Shrimp Ceviche is to die for, but everything was cooked to perfection and wonderful . The food was very fresh and savory. The place is small, maybe 10 tables. If you plan on going to this place on the weekend, either get there before 7:00 PM or arrive after 8:30 PM. You still may have to wait outside, but it's worth it. They only take reservations for parties of 5 or more. The service was tag team style and both brothers were warm, friendly and informative. We will definitely be back. The restaurant is a little hard to find. The address should read 111 South 3rd Street Lantana FL 33462. It is in a small strip shopping center called Lantana Center (Kwik Stop - sign lit at night) behind the free standing El Bohio Cuban Cuisine restaurant.

I'd like to tell you that this restaurant is horrible...but only so that you won't go too often and take up all of the tables...but I can't. truth is, we can't get enough of Victoria's!!! We were introduced to this fabulous restaurant by our Peruvian friends - they claimed it was as authentic as Peruvian cuisine could be. We were not disappointed with this recommendation...we went back 3 times in the first week! Their ceviche pescado is amazingly fresh and has the right amount of spice and citrus; their arroz chaufa has great flavors (get the mixed seafood...it's perfectly cooked!). My wife's fav dish is Lomito Saltado...skirt steak perfefctly seasoned and cooked in a nice light gravy, french fries, onions, and white rice. My fav is Seco de Res...oxtail stew...yes folks, the meat literally falls off the bone. Again, a little french fries, onions, tomatos, and rice round out the dish. the staff is second to none...they are willing to explain dishes and help you make choices. And make sure you have a little wine and a Peruvian beer along with your meal...Cusquena is the beer I go with.

I was taken to this place 2 weeks ago because I love Peruvian food. From looking at the plaza and the front of the restaurant and it's location I thought oh no. Bottom line, THE FOOD AND SERVICE WAS AWESOME. I can't wait to go back, and I would recommend to anybody who wants authentic Peruvian food.

Fantastc! Every dish surpassed expectation. The ceviche was divine. Tangy and tender, the seafood was the perfect start to a memorable meal. The goat stew, the mariscados, the rice and beans, and of course the Tre leches- everything was tops!

I went to Victoria's because I wanted to try Peruvian food. I had heard great things about it and planned the visit as a birthday treat. Generally the location was drab and the decor ordinary. The food was better. I had steamed grouper in a peppercorn tomato sauce with rice and yuca. The side dish was too starchy, the rice was nice and fish was just lovely. It was properly cooked and delightful if FAR TOO SALTY! Next time I'll ask for no salt if I dare risk it again. The toasted corn nuts served before dinner were light and again LOADED with salt. I had a fish egg drop soup that was delicate, tasty and too salty.
