Pizza is really flipping good. The ambiance inside is not so well. I will surely be doing takeout from now on because the dine in is a mess. I dont want to hear the cooks convos and i dont want them listening to mine. Food is solid though. 5 booths inside but i wouldn't recommend it. Take out only in my opinion.

What a shame they can't get an order right over the phone. My God, how many times and different ways can you repeat the same Damn thing before it sinks in to your brain?! Don't bother ever getting anything delivered from here because it most likely will be wrong. If you want good pizza go to Dominics in Renaissance Commons on Congress or NYPD at Lantana/jog or NYPD at Gateway/Military. NYPD is better anyway! I'll never go back again, I've had it with their screw ups!

I was pretty shocked with the quality of the pizza I got after reading all the five-star reviews on here. it seemed overcooked and needed a lot more sauce. the cheese was sort of coagulated and chewy, it basically tasted like leftovers that had been microwaved twice. I really wanted to like this place, A Bronx Tale is one of my favorite movies ever, so I came in with a good attitude, especially after reading all the good reviews. Unfortunately, I don't think I'd give the place another chance. I almost feel bad saying it, but it was a $19 mistake.

It's not the tops in atmosphere but the pizza is quite good. I've eaten here two other times and had pasta. Sitting at one of the few tables, I saw streams of people come in for take out pizza. Finally, had some tonight. A nice mix of sauce, toppings and crust. Crust was just crispy enough to hold the toppings but neither too chewy or crisp to eat. The red sauce is a little sweet and very nice. If you eat in, they bring hot garlic rolls to your table. Very hard to resist. If you don't want pizza, the pasta portions are huge and delicious. It seems to be a family owned business and they take great pride in turning out good food. They don't sell beer or wine but you can bring it in. You can get slices if you don't want whole pie.

Great pizza and great wings!!! Small restaurant. Order a couple times a month from them and always a great meal.

I tried A Bronx Tale on a Sunday night with a friend and his wife. They were doing brisk business despite it being the closing hour (open until 10), which is almost always a good sign. We ordered an extra large pepperoni between us, which was 18 inches. We were brought complimentary garlic rolls which was a nice touch. We all enjoyed the rolls, which were pretty good, crisp yet seemed to melt in your mouth after a few bites. The pizza was cooked perfectly, and true to style with a nice thin crust. Good quality ingredients. I liked their pepperoni in particular and they didn't skimp on it either. Their sauce is a touch on the sweeter side but not overpoweringly so. Good cheese and crust. Service was good, only one minor mistake when they thought we were taking out instead of dining in but was quickly corrected. The staff was pleasant. The place itself is smallish, in a not-so-great plaza, but as are most of the good local pizza places it seems. I thought it looked reasonably clean inside. Overall we each thought that this was pretty good NYC style pizza and compared favorably with other PBC pizza joints. I would definitely return to Bronx Tale.

WOW!! I stumbled on this place today out of pure luck as it was storming outside and I needed a bite to eat. I ca honestly say it is some of the best pizza I have ever had. All made fresh right in front of you in the open kitchen, with great attention paid to presentation and ingredients. Nothing greasy or sloppy, and everything super tasty and fresh. I sat in there for about 30 mins and I must have seen about a dozen regulars all come in. clearly this is a hidden gem in Lantana - my only regret is not finding out about this place sooner!

The pizza was way to greasy. Oil was puddling up on it. The sauce was not good. It was also expensive. Won't be going back.

Awesome pizza and subs!!!! We ordered the margarita pizza, traditional white pizza and a Philly cheese steak. Delivery was on time, friendly and food was hot. Will definitely order again.

As a New Yorker.. Its almost impossible to find good pizza.. But this spot does it better than the competition.. It may not be a New York Slice but it sure is close. I ordered a Pepperoni Pie, and some garlic knots (also known as garlic rolls.) simply put its worth checking out. Prices are not all that bad i guess but its one of my top 3 places for a slice, another place being pizza girls up north in downtown west palm. If your nearby stop by and try em.. (I called for delivery no idea how the actual store is) :)

Nothing to rave about, but also no complaints. This place is a nice, affordable option if you are staying at the Ritz and are tired of over overpaying for mediocre food. Some perks: free delivery, medium pizza was closer to the size of a large, eggplant rolatini entree came with salad, small spaghetti and garlic rolls.

Coming from Chicago and finding a place as good as A Bronx Tale for pizza and Italian food makes the move to south Florida even better. This place is the real deal and we drive from wherever we are, bypass a ton of other places just to get here.

I'm not much for pizza so I ordered 6 wings and cheese tortellini with chicken. The pasta was definitely bought frozen (understandably, but some of them were still a little frozen as I was eating) and the sauce was so thin that it seemed like the cook didn't reduce the cream at all. Presentation was nice, but I've been here almost 45 minutes and am still waiting on the wings I ordered. Not to mention the fact that I watched the hostess and cook touch ready-to-eat food without washing hands or wearing gloves, but worst of all, the cook dropped his tongs on the floor and continued to use them while drinking a can of coke and cooking. I will not be back.

More like 2.5 stars After walking past this little pizzeria on a Friday night and seeing how packed it was I knew I had to give it a try. I came here for lunch on Saturday afternoon with my husband and my mom. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a very friendly waitress. With only 5 booths in the restaurant I was glad there was one available for us immediately. The dining area is very run down. The booths all have holes that are not patched up. Just large open cracks and rips. Pretty uncomfortable unless you are wearing pants. The tables are covered with plastic table cloths that are ripped and frayed. We had plastic place mats on our table but we had to remove them because they looked like they were never wiped down. I could see under the booths across from us and the pile up of dirt, dust and food was not from the last customer or even the day before. It seemed to be from possibly weeks/months of not cleaning. I was pretty grossed out but since everyone was starving I tried to ignore the filth and focus on the yummy smells coming from the kitchen. Our waitress was very attentive and after taking our order she brought us each out a complimentary garlic roll. Not only were they HUGE but extremely delicious. We all devoured them and I was starting to feel like this situation was looking better. My mom ordered a slice of the meat lovers pizza. She loved it and it was enough to cut in half and take the rest home. It was that big! I had the Italiano 6 inch sub and again the portions for the price were insane! It was very good and I got 2 meals out of it. The best though had to go to my husbands chicken and parm roll. Seriously it had to weight at least 4 pounds and the chicken was so flavorful and it had the right mix of sauce and cheese. Not one ingredient over powered the other. It was enough for at least 3-4 people, No Joke! We left full, with left overs and at only $21.00 it was a steal. I don't think I will go back though. The inside almost made me loose my appetite and although the food was very very good, it makes your mind wander into thinking about the cleanliness of the kitchen. Not something I want to think about before my food is served to me. They offer delivery and I have to think that all the 5 star reviews are based on that. Had I only had their food at home my review would be way different.

Some of the best New York pie you will find in S Florida. Might not be the most beautiful restaurant but who cares. Slices are humongous and the prices are decent. Lunch special 2 Huge slices and a soda 5 bucks! 3/13/15 Update. The last 3 times I have eaten there the pizza has gone way down hill. Very greasy, limp and just not the same. Same owner just not good. Won't be going back.

LOVE this pizza!! They have a lunch special for 5 bucks you can split with your mom or a friend! You will both leave full in your tummy and your wallets! They have good salad. Their mozzarella sticks are gigantic!! Love the owner Christian, he makes it warm and friendly.. nice little spot for a lunch break. I wish they would offer a more affordable weekend special. But this place is yummy!

Wow, just wow, simply outstanding pies. Had a margherita last night, it was absolutely spectacular. The sauce was excellent, dough was perfect (just the right amount of softness inside, perfectly baked bottom) and just the right amount of cheese. They're definitely using high quality ingredients and know what the hell they're doing. Seriously, just stop reading these reviews and head over there already!

I'm going to keep this short and sweet, if you're looking for some solidly delicious pizzeria fare A Bronx Tale has you covered. Best bang for your buck too. I don't think I could top Greg K.'s description of their pie. He pretty much nailed it. I'll have to revisit this review in greater detail in the future.

Delicious huge slices of pizza. Very disappointed to see that not one server or food prep person wears gloves. Its pretty gross to watch the staff pick onions and olives from the container with their fingers and the same person then takes money from customers.

really really good classic NYC style greasy floppy slice. my favorite in lantana, LW, WPB area. try the meatball roll if you are hungry, you will need a nap afterward but it is worth it. really well seasoned sweet sauce and a buttery crust. special takeout deal on monday and tuesday-

Love the food, but good luck getting an order right! The young lady taking the orders does not seem to understand English even with her total Caucasian look. Very rude people. With a customer oriented Philosophy thus place would rock. I'm from Yonkers and the pizza guys there are friendlier and smarter.

Went in here despite the first review. Excellent, giant slices of pizza, very NY. Clean place, quick, polite service. Inexpensive. I'll be back many times.

We are from NY and decided to give this pizza place a try and I have to say this place is excellent! We ordered pizza and chicken parm with a salad and pasta. The sauce tasted homemade and everything was super fresh. Go here and you will not regret it!

I'm from NY so my pizza standards are exceptionally high. The quality of pizza at Bronx Tale is amazing. We usually get the Casanova pizza, which has chicken, spinach, ricotta, & sundries tomatoes. The crust is crispy just how I like it, and the order always comes out surprisingly fast - especially since they have to prepare the chicken & spinach before adding it to the pizza. The staff is always very friendly & accommodating. The only time I had to wait was when I showed up 10 minutes earlier than they said to (I was already out & it's on my way home). The only complaint that I have is that they don't accept American Express. Their wings are heavy on the sauce - I got the honey bbq ones - & they're also completely delicious. You don't even need the bleu cheese that it comes with on the side. It's a pizza joint, so don't expect to go and sit there to enjoy the atmosphere. It's definitely a take out kind of place. It's not dirty or awful - it's just that it's small. Just don't expect the experience of an Italian restaurant. I've been there 4x to pick up pizza so far, and plan on ordering from them for as long as I'm living in this area. It's hands down my favorite pizza in the area.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
