My boyfriend and I have been here 1 time and there isn't a day that goes by we don't talk about this place :)) we live in homestead and went for a weekend over there to stay at that award winning whatever... The only good thing about our vacation was mannys chophouse!! It was awesome!!! Tif waited on us and she was awesome!!! Thanks mannys! Hope to come back soon :)

The wait was pretty long, due to our pager not working. However, the food was fantastic and the service was topnotch. George was very apologetic and professional. We look forward to going back.

Have now visited this Manny's location twice, after several visits to Lake Wales and Haines City locations. The negative: building and parking lot way too small. A huge problem if you don't arrive by 5:30 pm. Any time after that, expect a long wait...even on week nights, with cars circling lot and crowds waiting outside. Interior too loud. On first visit were seated in a room where tables are separated by salvaged window frames, but most panes missing glass. We could hear every word spoken by the party of 4 at adjoining table. Extremely annoying. On second visit were seated at a table with no adjoining table, but interior still needs some noise reduction materials. Maybe it's done on purpose to move customers along, but not a calm or restful dining experience. Like eating on a soccer field...while game in progress. The positive: the service and food are consistently good and large portions. After having been open a few months now, this location's staff operate like a well oiled machine. Friendly and efficient. The house salad, rolls and steak are the usual excellent that we've come to expect from other locations.The prices, especially on BOGO nights, are fantastic. The fajitas are 5-star. Takeaway: go for the food, not the atmosphere. And get there early.

After three dirty plates and a dirty cup I finally get clean dishes.... I ordered the porterhouse, at $22 I was hoping for a home run but it was a strikeout... Frustrated I asked for the manager which seemed to care less about the dirty dishes and way under par steak. I don't recommend this place maybe they are working out the kinks who knows. I have heard the other locations are good.

Went there for my birthday dinner and WOW ..this place was crazy busy! I sat at the bar with a group of friends while we waited for everyone to arrive. The bartenders were on top of it, we didnt have to wait for drinks even though it was packed, that sure helped time go by quickly. The atmosphere was so fun and vibrant! Our party was of 9 and as busy as it was, I was again impresssed with the service, our waitress was awesome, food was delicious, prices very reasonable, and I cant wait to go back, it is offically my new favorite spot! LOVE!

Had dinner here last night and was definitely an exercise in patience. We called ahead to inquire about wait time and we're told to come on down. On arriving, parking lot was packed and line running out the door. Hostess handed us a pager and stated it would be a half hour wait. Fast forward to almost an hour and a half and we finally were seated. It was over five minutes before our server finally came over. Drink order in, a couple of iced teas with lemons. Eight minutes later, tea arrived with no lemons. After informing server, he left in search of lemon and returned five minutes later. He dropped the lemon off and was about to dash off again when we had to stop and tell him we were ready to order. From that point it was over thirty minutes later before we finally received our food. No explanation or apology was given. Food itself was mediocre to okay. Rotisserie chicken was bland, ribs were tender but under sauced, salad had too many big chunks of lettuce. After the meal, the server took the dishes, made no offer of dessert and it was another struggle to get the check and then get the server to come back and take it. Overall, wait times for EVERYTHING made this a no-repeat.

Have been going to Manny's Haines City for years. Between being overfed, then going at happy hour getting two good drinks between 4-7, then receiving the bill to try and figure out how it could possibly be that inexpensinve.... Just love Manny's! Endless salad and those hot rolls are the best!!!

Just left this place and I was very disappointed it was awful.A couple of friends and I sat at the bar and ordered a drink as we waited to be seated to a table for dinner.The young ladies were very nice.And then that's where the fun stop we first had to ask for another table (table right in front of the doorway to the kitchen) 2nd Please check your silverware!!We all had dirty utensils.3rd the chicken wings tasted good but were not done!!(bloody)Wow!!!! The experience was so bad I was about to cry because I begin to feel like I was making their( restaurant workers) night bad..... And I was the one paying for this!!!!! The manager told us sorry for the dirty utensils the waitress just act as if she really hates her job and never even smiled. I'm so blowed I spent $50 and had a miserable experience.Note: I have waited for months for this restaurant to come to Lakeland I had a great time at the one in Haines City.Buyer Be Ware..One star for the good onion rings

Very loud. The crowd was one thing but they had a blower fan on a shelf in the overhead. Why? Call ahead is not worth it in my opinion. Steak was not seasoned, broccoli was mushy and discolored. Chicken was dry. Service was not very good. Manager had to clear appetizer plates after our meal (we stacked them ourselves to make room for meals). Onion rings were great. I don't get all the hype about Manny's. Bobby the manager was very nice and came around asking how the meal was. I was honest, not terrible but we were disappointed. Grillsmith is a better option if in the Lakeland area.
