Worst experience I ever had at a drive thru. I just snapped and lost it on these fools. Not only did I have to wait over 40 minutes to get a large frosty, but I gave the girl at the Window a $20 bill and she gave me $3 and some change. Then they tell me to pull forward while they count the drawer??? Um.... No! I lost my cool. The manager counts out the drawer and the girl is short anyway!!! They short on everything, primarily brain cells! If the cashier can't count which is obviously the case, than she needs to be reassigned to a different position or go through training all over again. Was I irate? You're damn right I was! But after waiting 40 minutes for a Frosty, receiving $3 and change after giving a $20, then being told to pull forward.... Can you blame me?

It's good food, but if you're in any kind of rush and it's busy don't waste your time. I went at 2:40 pm on a Saturday and it took me 48 minutes from when I got in the door to when I got my food.

This fast food establishment was voted on a fast food scale. This newly opened Wendy's was delicious. I had a number one which was a burger with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, and condiments. This burger looked just like the photos. It tasted fresh. The fries were perfectly cooked and not over salted. The place looked modern and pretty nice for fast food. It almost feels like a lobby in a hotel. Overall it's is a good place for a quick meal when your on the go.

I usually never do reviews for fast food restaurants, but I felt like this particular Wendy's location made the cut. My family and I were departing Florida so we wanted to pick up some food for our road trip back home. This was one of the most irritating and worst experiences I've had at the drive thru. The lady taking our order was named Shawanda, and needless to say, she came off extremely rude and impatient. We were looking at the menu, and we weren't familiar with the menu so we took probably no longer than three minutes to look at what we wanted to order. It was somewhere around 9:00AM and there was no line at the drive thru either, so we weren't necessarily holding up any line at all and the restaurant had just opened. When Shawanda was responding to our order, she was clearly getting impatient from the second we heard her voice through the intercom, and it showed through her tone. We eventually pulled up to the window to finish our order because the order wasn't heard clearly. Thinking that our order would be clarified at the window, it actually wasn't. What we ordered was a #1 sandwich only, a #8 combo, and two #10 combos. Once we were finished with our order, I had asked her to repeat our order. She specifically said "a single and two #10s", and said the exact same thing a couple of more times when I asked her to clarify again. I told her that we had ordered a number 8 as well, so she added that in. We were asked to pull up to the front to wait on our order since it would take about 10 minutes. I looked at our receipt and noticed that there were TWO #8s on the receipt. So it turns out that there was already one order of the #8 on there, she just didn't repeat that when I asked her to repeat it for me. So I let that go and was not going to make a fuss about the extra order... More food for the road trip, right? But it wasn't until one of the male employees walked out to give us our order, that I became extremely agitated. I looked in the bags to make sure all of our food was there, and turns out we were missing that extra #8 combo that we were charged extra for. So instead of paying $25 something which was the original price, we paid $33.76 for a meal that we are missing. One of our family members was contemplating whether or not to go inside and address the issue, but we figured it's best to just leave and save the hassle. The only good thing that I can say in this review was that the food turned out great, we had no problems with the quality of the food; everyone enjoyed what they ordered. All I can say is that the service that was delivered to us was absolutely terrible and would not recommend this particular location to anyone if they are not wanting to deal with a disrespectful attitude and some possible mess-ups with the order. I'd only give this location one star if it wasn't for how well the quality of the food was.

Egh. Food was good like any Wendy's but that was about it. This place was located by a mini golf course mountain and a CiCi's Pizza. The bathrooms smelled like typical fast food restaurants...nasty. The workers were okay, and service was kinda slow. The worst part about this place is that none of the tables are ever cleaned and the carpet is very dirty.

I went to the bathroom to wash my hands whenever I first got to the restaurant and found that the bathroom was out of hand soap. I exited the bathroom and went to the front counter to report the hand soap outtage. The cashier informed the manager of the problem. He then looked at me and said that there was soap in the dispenser that is inside the handicap stall. I was speechless. First of all, I only entered the bathroom to wash my hands before I ate, so how was I expected to know that there was a soap dispenser in the bathroom stall. People wash their hands in the sink, so I expected the soap to be in the dispenser that is beside the sink. Second of all, what if someone was using the stall? Should I be expected to wait in line to get to the stall just so that I can wash my hands? They have signs posted that say that they care about cleanliness and my health and that employees must wash their hands before returning to work. Buy the manager couldn't be bothered to have someone go put soap in the bathroom. So, it begs the question, do they really care about cleanliness and my health. And how can the employees wash their hands before returning to work if there is no soap in the soap dispenser near the sink. Also, there was a huge spill on the floor near the trashcan whenever I entered the restaurant and it was still there about an hour later whenever I left. There was no wet floor sign up so it presented a trip hazard.

Ordered a chicken sandwich here ( grilled) and it came raw in the middle. I would avoid this place at all cost of you don't want to get sick !
