Still on vaca, decided to go here for dinner. Wish I hadn't. It was semi empty. We went about 6pm. Our waitress , leesa was ok. I'm a stripes member so we got the free chips and salsa. Chips were so stale.. drinks were watered down. We did the Fridays three for all. Fried cheese, boneless bbq wings, and loaded potato skins. Very tasty. I had the petite sirloin, medium rare. Loaded mash potatoes and broccoli, everything was good except the broccoli. It was brown and a little to hard. Bf had a bacon cheeseburger, with fries. He enjoyed it.

Visited TGI Fridays while staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge. I was pleasantly surprised to see the new modern look of this restaurant. A nice upgrade to the classic cluttered Friday's look. Waitstaff was great and the food was as well. I would return again!

Fellow Yelpers, 1.5 stars This Friday's is in a high tourist population area. This place has a lot of issues with service. Food not bad or different then Other Friday's but expect to stick around for a long time. I was really disappointed in my last visit when asked for a side of JD Sauce ( Jack Daniels sauce ) for the first time I was told that's a .50 cents extra. It through me off but I excepted it. Now waiting for the sauces for about 10 -12 minutes was getting a bit aggravating especially because I was charged for it. Finally it comes out. Food is now cold at this point but oh well. Bar tenders seemed to be a bit miserable with the people they were taking care of. They didn't hide it especially by telling the locals that they were annoyed with specific people. On a good note happy hour specials for the bar area are half priced appetizers and 3 dollar drafts. They also have a few different specials for each specific day of the week. I'll come back for the happy hour. But that's about it. The flatbreads are really good here.

Went to this Friday's and checked my bank account the next day- noticed the waitress helped herself to an extra $10 on the tip. After poor service and some attitude during the meal, I was shocked to see the extra $10.98 added to my charge. Only eat here if you have half the afternoon to spare, and also pay in cash so the waitress doesn't take anything from you they didn't earn. Since the incident I have been ducked by management to rectify the situation. If I could give them less than a star I would.

Awesome food, I had a delicious Jack Daniel burger. The burger was juicy and hot! The fries were made perfectly and the service was quick. The restaurant was just re done and the decor is beautiful, it's not loud and perfect for families.

Walked in and they said it would take 15 minutes for a table of four. We waited and saw many open tables cleaned ready for people to sit (not at the bar). I walked up to the hostess and pointed this out. She stated due to the kitchen being backed up that we could not be seated. I told her it would be better for us to be seated so we can sit down and order drinks but insisted we wait. After waiting 20 minutes looking at clean tables we walked out and went to Chili's. I told a manager on the way out that we were leaving because of the reason the hostess gave me and he simple said "ok" and didn't seem to care. Don't even visit this restaurant. Even if you are seated... I would be worried at the food quality if they are purposely not letting people sit down.

Food was good but service a disaster. The long island was more a sprite drink with a splash of something. Maybe is because a tourist area and they don't care to much for doing the best service.

Smh where do I start. We went in on a Friday night at around 8. It was packed but we expected it to be. They said the wait would be thirty minutes ok no big deal. We waited and was seated by an out of it waitress. The waitress was kind of rude telling us how long she had been working that day and she's tired. Ok then go home. Anyway she got our orders and took forever with the drinks. We ordered at least 4 drinks before the appetizers even came out. Smh the food took a hour from the time we were seated and the best excuse was oh were packed. Not my problem hire more staff ppl need jobs anyway. The empty glasses sat on the side of the table for about 15 min before she noticed. So at that point we just got to go boxes wrapped our food up and left. Not to mention I was on my first date so that was horrible.

Ordered a black bean burger & when it arrived I cut it in half & it was beef. I flagged the waitress down & she seemed unaware of what a black bean burger was even though I had ordered it 15 minutes prior. I explained it was a substitute for the beef burger. Manager comes to the table - explains they threw out the black bean burgers at the direction of corporate. Yet it's still on the menu. Expected me to just eat the beef burger & not notice? ! There is basically no other choices for vegetarians if they want something other than salad! You don't just substitute beef for a vegetarian!!!!!

I want to give this place zero stars. It was absolutely awful. For starters, the hostess say my family of four (includes an infant) in a booth, but then told us that we couldn't have a high chair where we were seated. He expected us to hold the baby during the meal. We were reseated and then ordered some chicken wings which looked questionable, but I ate them and did I ever regret it later. I ended up vomiting within a couple hours of getting home. They brought out my husbands steak dinner, but forgot to cook the steak? I would definitely not recommend this place at all. I would continue further up the road where there are better restaurants.

Service was mediocre at best. App came to table about 30 seconds before our meal. Server came to check on us about 10 minutes after we got our food. Too many little things to mention. This place needs a refresher course... how to wait on tables. To many restaurants in the area to ever return here.

We stopped in for dinner with the family and normally TGIF is pretty good but this particular one was lacking in service. We had to ask for utensils to begin with. Our burgers were good but Luke warm, also my wife and aunt both ordered a Chipotle Yucatan salad and it didn't seem fresh. The salads were suppose to have avocado and neither did. When we asked the waitress she kept saying I'll bring out extra (not extra it's included) when she came back she only brought out for one and not the other. Then we had to call her back to complete the other order. Bottom line it was not enjoyable at least this location compared to others. With so many restaurants around this area it's CERTAINLY NOT one to come back too.

Service was meh. Waiter seemed ok, but when order came out wrong, he tried minimally to fix it. Food is warm/dry. It's a tourist town so you get what you get.

We stood at the entrance of this restaurant for about 5 minutes, made eye contact with 3 waiters and no one came to sit us or even ask what we were there for.. Terrible customer service skills.. At least acknowledge someone's presence! Definitely will not be back here

This restaurant is on 192 (Irlo Bronson) right in front of The Super Target Plaza. We wanted a quick bite to eat before meeting a friend over at Downtown Disney. Oddly enough we frequently eat with that same friend after he performs at the Fridays up at The Crossroads. We were on our way back from Dundee, so we choose this location. We entered and checked in with the hostess and found out there was a thirty minute wait. We had just walked past the outdoor patio and saw only one table out of maybe twenty occupied, so we asked if we could be seated there (It was a beautiful evening), and she said she could seat us there immediately. Great! As she led us through the main dining room, we saw twenty empty tables of various seating sizes. What? There were 50 people waiting to be seated. I am not talking about dirty tables, they were made up and ready for guests. She seated us on the patio, and was it cool. They have recently done a remodel and does it look great! I never saw it before, but I have been on plenty of Friday's patios. This one was modern with a lot of wood and steel, a very modern look complete with a scattering of Flat screens on the inside walls. Our drink order was taken quickly and delivered just as fast. I have to say the overall service was pretty good. We ordered the taste and share Parmesan Meatballs, Corned Beef & Swiss Sliders, and the Black Angus Hibachi Skewers to start. I hate to say it but the meatballs were bad, I mean like no taste. They served 3 and we left one. The sliders were good and the skewers were really good. They are drizzled with the same peanut sauce they use on the pot stickers (one of my favs). For my entree I got the Parmesan-Crusted Chicken. I have had this at at least 4 other Fridays. It is served over tortellini. The chicken was cooked perfect, juicy and tender. I just wish I tasted something other than lemon and salt. It was crazy. I sent it back and the second one tasted the same. Would you think if the guest said they tasted nothing but lemon and salt you would back off a bit the second time? The pasta was the strangest I have ever had. Both times it was Atlante but it was tough and rubbery, like it was under cooked and then sat in a warmer for hours. I asked to speak to the manger, our server came back and said the manager wasn't available, but they had, had a lot of complaints on that dish and it was taken off the bill. Really? Maybe fix the problem rather than just comping it. Bottom line: Great new patio Good and attentive service Food left a lot to be desired. Many guests waiting for tables that are available for seating

More like TGI will never return! I really am that person that gives the benefit of the doubt where ever possible, but I couldn't pass up doing a review and it was impossible not rating this a 1 star. Upon arrival, the hostess has a couple ahead of us waiting....as she finishes taking a to go order on the phone. Yup! You read correctly, the hostess was taking a to go order, while 2 families waited to be seated in an empty restaurant (that should've been our cue, but we were starved and had to get on the road.) We finally helped ourselves to sticky menus, while waiting to get seated. We ordered, got our beverages and noticed it took about 45 mins to get our appetizers. Of course, with no plates. Why?! "They were just finishing being thrown in." That's right, they didn't even have enough clean appetizer plates to go around for an empty restaurant - maybe a total of 30 people in the place. The manager, thankfully, was pleasant after we asked to speak to him. After our food finally arrives, he offered two complimentary dishes - extra dishes. Yes, you are reading correctly again. They offered two additional appetizers of the same plates we just ate. I am not in the business of seeking free food at any establishments, but really?! This is your customer service tactic? What mentality! The food was sub par and definitely marked the time that I will pay a visit to any TGI Fridays. I really think if you can't service a small crowd, get your food out on time and you don't even execute quality at a satisfactory level, just do us all a favor and close shop.

Dropped in after a long day at Universal Studios. Went with a large group and even had a young child with us. There was no wait and the staff was more than willing to accommodate us. The service was quick. Food was great. Everyone got their meals quickly and correctly, which, when you have a large group is always a challenge. It was a pleasure to have great service and friendly staff!

Alright, so it's a chain restaurant and you'll find the same food at any Friday's. So, I was in Florida, visiting my sister and this area is so touristy and almost all restaurants in the area are chain restaurants, especially on this Highway. It's just a very commercial area. I kept feeling like I was on the land of chain restaurants. As we drove I saw Applebee's, Taco Bell, Cracker Barrel, Cici's, Chili's, Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba's Italian Grill, Joe's Crab Shack, Buffalo Wild Wings, Denny's, Sizzler, Ponderosa, Charley's Steak House, Ihop, Waffle House, Red Lobster, Pizza Hut, Perkins, Bob Evans, etc... I don't even remember how we settled at eating at Friday's. I guess it's because I never had a bad experience eating at Friday's and I wasn't in the mood for breakfast, seafood, this and that and so finally Friday's it was. When I got here I was very very hungry. The family ordered appetizers and we got wings, mozzarella sticks & potstickers. They tasted the same as in any Friday's but were good nonetheless. For my entree I ordered the Balsalmic glazed chicken caesar salad. It tasted like many caesar salads I had except that it had balsalmic glazed chicken. It was tasty & I enjoyed it. Not exceptional but delicious nonetheless. What stood out to me at this Friday's was the mojito & the service. I LOVE mojitos. It's one of my favorite cocktails. I tend not to order it at many chain restaurants because it's usually not done well but I was really craving one, couldn't decide on another drink and so I went for it. It wasn't the absolutely best mojito I ever had but it was way better than at many other chain restaurants. It might not have had the best rum or cane sugar. But the mint was decent, chewable, it wasn't too sweet (I've had the problem a few times) and I just enjoyed it. Everyone else in my family enjoyed their meals too. My mom and sister had the sizzlin' chicken & shrimp, while my sister's boyfriend had the sizzlin' chicken & cheese. Everyone finished their food, rare for us (we usually bring back leftovers from restaurants whenever we eat out) but we were all hungry and the food was pretty good. The service was great. Sure the place wasn't busy, there is quite a lot of competition around the area and maybe it was the time we stopped by in, not lunch time, not dinner time, some weird time in between. We came in last Sunday and our waitress was great. Very attentive and nice. She brought out our drinks & appetizers quick and made sure everything was good. I wish I could remember her name, so I could encourage everyone to tip her well! The ambience wasn't bad. The place was very relaxed. It wasn't loud. The music playing was a mix of indie, some 90s, some 80s post punk. Not bad. So if you're ever in this land of chain restaurants, this is a pretty good Friday's.

I recently had lunch with 13 friends at this restaurant and they let us move tables around and we hung around for 2 hours. The food was excellent an our waitress was exceptional.
