Upon entering the restaurant we were promptly greeted by Danny who took us to our table. He offered us our menus and took our drink order. Upon returning we asked him what his favorites were and he was quick to mention how much he enjoyed the pizzas and the Chicken Parmigiana. As we continued to look over the lunch offerings he brought us bread and Italian "butter". (olive oil and seasonings) We decided on an order of the Mozzarella Carozza to start with came three generous pieces golden brown toasted mozzarella and a delicious marinara for dipping. For our entree we decided to trust Danny and we chose the Pizza Rustico sans the green peppers. We were not disappointed. The pizza was fantastic. I can't believe it took us this long to visit Pacino's, we will definitely visit again. I am excited to explore the other Italian entrees they have to offer.

I really loved this place. We were invited here by some friends and we were excited to try a new Italian place. As soon as you walk in your immersed in an entirely new environment. From the friendly staff to the beautiful decor. The quality of The Food was excellent and the price of the meal was very reasonable. Will definitely be returning.

Skip the appetizer the bread and oil mix is amazing. My son (off the adult menu) had the spaghetti bolengese and it was so-so at best. Reminded me if what my non Italian (we all cant be winners) makes in 20 minutes before a kids baseball game or something I had pancios special which had chicken, meatballs, sausage and more and it was amazing. Would highly recommend it. We will go back when we are in town next for the bread and the dish I had. May want to sneak a few cans of coke in because refills were slow by the way.

My family and I had dinner tonight at Pacino's. When we entered, the atmosphere was nice, although a little dark. We were seated quickly and our waiter took our drink and appetizer order almost immediately. Right after our appetizer came, a woman came and wanted to take our picture. I thought it was kind of weird for her to interrupt our meal, but we let her. I was hoping it was a complimentary photo, but I had my suspicions they were going to try to sell it to us. Sure enough, a few minutes later she comes back with a 5x7 copy and tries to sell it to us for $12! I can't imagine that anyone would buy a picture of themselves seated at a table with other tables and customer's in the background. I politely declined of course. The food was mediocre. We started with the calamari, which was pretty bland and unseasoned. I had the linguine with clams and red sauce and chose the house salad. The salad came swimming in dressing. The linguine with clams also was unseasoned. It was a mixture of a few small clams in their shells and loads of canned clams (kudos for them being generous). My wife had the frutti de mare (assorted seafood over linguine). Hers was also not seasoned. My son had the kids cheese raviolis. Normally he devours ravioli, but he barely touched them and didn't like the way they tasted. At the end of the meal, I received the check and it was incorrect. Upon ordering, we had presented our hotel key card and were supposed to receive a 15% discount, but the check only reflected 10%. When I brought this up to the server, he said no, that it should be 10%. I fortunately had taken a picture of the menu in our hotel room's guest directory and showed that it said 15%. The waiter told me that he could not change it. I had to wait 10 minutes for the manager to fix the error and have the new check given to me. There was no apology for the mix up or the long wait. Given the cheesy photo sales attempt, the mediocre food, and them trying to give a smaller discount than they advertise, I would not recommend eating here.

I found the food just slightly better than average with prices more than average and hardly justifying the quality of the food. I did hit an exceptionally good dish however, which was the roasted mussels appetizer. The drinks are reasonably priced and it's a nice place to stop by for a late night drink.

I was so happy when they said they had gluten free pasta. My husband loved the bread basket and oil. The scallops in the pasta were good. My husband liked the pizza. The waiter was nice. A woman was taking pictures of guests. She took our pic and tried to sell it to us. The atmosphere and the food was way better than Olive Garden. theglutenfreetraveler.com

The only thing good was the bread had the chicken Parm the spaghetti was mushy the chicken was not thin sliced or fresh it looked like and it tasted like a frozen chicken I had the eggplant parm same thing they claim to have fire brick oven pizza it was not crispy and it was $12 for a personal size pizza shameless now that's not Italian Maybe if you're not Italian and not expecting much you can try it

We were here six years ago and it was excellent. We just tried to go back for lunch this afternoon, but it was closed until 4:00 pm. There were several signs out front advertising they were open for lunch. We ended up going back around 5:00 pm and found it to be understaffed as our waiter was running nonstop to keep up with three large parties. He did his best and we got everything as we ordered it. The food was nowhere near as good as it was six years ago, nor was the overall atmosphere.

Good fried calamari. Pizza was ok. Pasta was good. Very nice inside. Overall could've been better food but in a tourist area wasn't bad.

This review is a work in progress, as I am currently waiting on my food, but have been in the restaurant for a good 25 min already. It took us 10 min to get recognized at the bar, an empty bar mind you. Once we ordered drinks, which our bartender immediately screwed up, we started think abandon ship, but we're so hungry, and had already left another dirt pile, so we decided to go all in and hang out and hope for the best. So far, bad choice, we should have ate at the checkers across the st. The bar tender is terrible, and she seems more concerned with the obese man at the end of the bar, who seems like either a complete regular, or an employee. We finally got our food order in about 20 min in and are dutifully waiting. After reading all the other reviews I don't have high expectations, but I also try to keep the faith. Update. Food delivered, wish it hadn't been. When you are able to mess up ravioli and eggplant parmigiana, you have serious issues, and need to reconsider yourself as a restaurant. I've never seen water as the main ingredient in a pasta sauce, not even in a can of chef Boy r dee. But yet, here we are with a liquidy mess. My eggplant parmigiana cheese was Kraft singles placed over burnt eggplant. My wives ravioli was store bought and mushed. Disaster. Please avoid at all cost, unless you're a glutton for terrible service, and even worse food. I would have been better off with a 6-pack of bud light and Chinese take out.

I shouldn't be surprised that in a tourist town, where no one is ever a repeat customer, that the meal would be phenomenally disappointing. From the poor wine selection to the sad salads to the watery manicotti to the beyond soggy terra miso everything was inferior to grocery store frozen food. Makes you appreciate a decent meal.

My boyfriend and I went on a date there a couple of weeks ago on vacation. There was good and bad. Our waitress and the atmosphere was nice. The bread is great. The appetizer we ordered was a combination for 2 people with fried cheese and tomato sauce, fried calamari, and bruscetta. It was all delicious and a lot of food for the special price, which i believe was around $12. We actually thought we should have shared an entree or not gotten one at all we were so full! My boyfriend ordered the Veal Limon, which sounded similar to Piccata, which he'd never had but I have. It didn't have a lot of flavor and the lemon and caper flavor were lost in this dish. He said it just tasted like it was missing something. The veal was pretty well cooked, and the pasta was yummy as well. Just the sauce was lackluster for us. He threw some pepper and salt on it and said it was better. I ordered the Shrimp and Scallop Penne, which was decent. The sauce was alright, again, felt like it was missing something. The shrimp were delicious and cooked well. The scallops were overcooked and slightly hard. Not enough to make an issue of, some were better cooked than others. The penne was delicous and al dente. We both agreed both of our pastas seemed homemade and were great. Overall, it was decent, huge portions and a nice experience, but nothing extra special. The boyfriend put it on par with Carabba's.

Me and my wife brought some friends there from out of town. The greeting was good, the service was good, the food was good except my friends steak was over cooked, but then the floors were very slick and not sure why. All I all it was a decent place but nothing to rave about

We had driven past this restaurant for many months and, on a fluke, went. We never paid mind to it because it is in a strip mall and you miss it if you weren't looking for it. We were sat immediately and server came right over. It took us a while to order because everything sounded great. Had mussels for appetizer and steaks for dinner. It took less than the time to wash your hands to start getting food. Everything was amazing!!! Mussels were delicious, minestrone soup was out of this world, the bread was hot and dip for bread was flavorful. The steaks were perfection!!! Prices very reasonable. This is now our #1 go to for steak!!!

The pizzas are awesome. They come in personal size and are cooked in a brick oven so they have a thin and crispy crust. I ordered The Frutti de Mare and it was excellent. Sauce was fresh and flavorful but without overpowering the delicate seafood. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because of the dessert. I ordered the tiramisu. It came in a great presentation but it tasted very plain. None of the typical coffee, chocolate, and khalua flavors where there. Completely bland. Fast and friendly service. Portions are big. Good ambiance. I would definetely recommend this place.

I don't know about this place. Seemed liked mixed reviews but saw some really liked the place so we thought we'd give it a shot. Almost no entrees were under 15 bucks and went up from there. Just having unloaded a lot of cash at Disney, we opted for lower priced items. My wife had a salad and bowl of soup with no complaints. My daughter had commercially produced and reheated chicken strips... Which were pretty tasty. The bread and oil they served were really good. And the service was decent. As far as the simple spaghetti and meatballs I had- terrible. The marinara was good, but the noodles were way soggy- floating in water almost, which watered the sauce down. The meatballs tasted like they were made from overmixed 70/30 with flour instead of bread crumbs. Think of gritty, floury "meat" like you'd get from Taco Bell- only more bland- compressed into a ball sitting on this soupy concoction. For 15 dollars, I expect the pasta to be better than what I get from a can at home. More than that, I could have produced a better meal for cheaper in our hotel room with a microwave and a coffee pot than what we ate there... And it would have tasted better. To top it off, we were then given a card holder that had a nice narrative about why we should tip the "internationally accepted gratuity" of 18-20% or something like that. I tip well... But it is still a gratuity- not an obligation, and definitely not something I need a lecture on. I like supporting local businesses, but wish I would have just stuck with a chain restaurant on this day.

Visited after a full day at Sea World and hadn't had time to change clothes. Very warm welcome irregardless. The feel of the restaurant was authentic Italian. They had a good variety on the menu. Our waiter was old school and EXCELLENT! Oh the food....wow....absolutely delicious. I had Manicotti and it was the best I have ever had anywhere. My Boyfriend swooned over the lasagna. Fresh bread with herbs and oil. All yummy. With drinks it was less than $60 for the two of us. If I were staying in Orlando longer I would go back. ..but will have to look forward to the next time.

First let me say the customer service here tonight was more than 5 stars! The owner should be proud of his manager and his wait staff. This was the best dining experience I've had in a long time! The food here was also delicious. For once a steak medium well was actually medium well and the shrimp and scallop pasta was awesome. I would come here again for the customer service alone, but it helps that food was delicious.

We are, perhaps, spoiled by living close to an epicenter of Italian food in America (the Arthur Avenue section of the Bronx in New York City), but this was absolutely some of the worst Italian food we've ever eaten. The bread was microwaved hot, and cooled off and became rubbery almost instantly. The salad dressing was strangely too sweet - and only the house dressing is on offer. The "Alfredo" sauce on the cheese manicotti was utterly bland, and barely distinguishable from besciamella. The tomato sauce on the meat cannelloni was at least enlivened by the natural acid and sweetness of the tomatoes themselves, but my husband's Bolognese sauce was, if possible, blander than my Alfredo. We were the only table seated in a section behind a wall - we could not get our waitress's attention unless she happened to wander by, or we got up to find her. When we asked what her favorite Items on the menu were, she couldn't tell us without looking at the menu - which means she either doesn't know what the restaurant makes, or never eats the food herself, neither a good sign. We cannot recommend this place at all.

1/28/15 Arranged a group dinner for 20 people for a work sales meeting. I was somewhat concerned about this restaurant because the reviews were not great and it looks pretty touristy from the outside but it was within walking distance from the hotel where we were all staying. I just went with it mostly for convenience. Stopped in a week earlier and spoke with Dimitri to select the menu and make the arrangements. Dinner was last night and it was excellent in so many ways! We had a private room and 3 servers who were very attentive and fun! They really went out of their way to make sure we had an enjoyable experience. Thank you, Leo, Xavier and the other server- I don't recall her name (sorry!). I don't understand the reviews about the food being poor quality; all of our choices were very well prepared, generous portions, and truly delicious. The penne salmon was the group's favorite but the chicken parm and lasagna were also very good. This is a reasonably priced restaurant with a nice, casual ambiance and fantastic service. Thank you so much for providing our group with fabulous food and customer service!

Waitress was very arrogant and not friendly at all. Made us feel like we did not fit in. Since we are vacationing here we decided to take our family of 10 out to have a good time 4 adults 6 kids. Don't go there, only if you like to act like high class and like to spend a lot of money for very small portions of food, then you should visit this place. We did not order appetizer nor did we order dessert. Since we were two family we asked for separate bills. We order 4 dinner for the adults and 2 pizza for the 6 kids. The waitress did not advice us that the pizza that cost $11 were personal pizza, kids were still hungry we were still hungry and our bills were $100 each totaling $200. Not happy at all. And they call themselves a family restaurant.

The first thing I noticed is an indistinct odor. Not some amazing Oak Grilled Steak but more like a dumpster was nearby? We followed the hostess to our table which was right in front of the kitchen, which I happen to enjoy. I must be getting used to the funky odor, since I didn't seem to mind it anymore. I started the meal off with a Trio Appetizer featuring the Bruchetta, Fried Calamari and Fried Mozzarella. The Bruschetta bread was toasty but the bland-watery tomatoes, which I will now refer to as Blah-matoes barely made it down. The Fried Mozzarella was unique and actually the best thing all night. Poor lil' Calamari sacrificed for this? Crunchy, overcooked nuggets that were more like pork rinds than this savory Italian menu staple I've come to enjoy. We ordered a couple Absolute' Tonics which were served in a oddly small rock glass. I set the menu aside, because quite frankly, they had me at "bruschetta". We were starved, and it wouldn't be the first time I ate something anyway, when in a similar state of mind. This pretty great looking Oak Grill screams pizza to me, so we order a couple Margarita Pizza's. Cant screw that up right? One word. BLAND. The tomatoes which appear to be in every dish on the menu are so waterlogged the tomato flavor is nonexistent. it looked pretty good until you get that first piece and then all bets are off. 1-Trio Appetizer 2-Absolut Tonics 3-Water Sliced Bread with Dipping Oil 2-Margarita Pizza $58.00 USD $12.00 USD gratuity because we felt badly for the waitress. This is by fare on of the worst meals I've ever had. Well that and that nasty Crab Shack over-salted seafood catastrophe. For 1/2 that you can enjoy a spectacular meal at PF Changs. Needless to say, save your money. It looks like a fun place from the outside but you will be crying on your way out.

Had a business dinner at this establishment. Great staff our waitress was extremely knowledgable about the menu and was very pleasant Unfortunately the food was very poor quality. Had the linguini carbonara. . .delicious. Very quaint restaurant. . .with great view of the oven for pizza and baked dishes. Bar area is nice and the lighting is set to romantic. Because its near Disneyworld, you get extra amenities like a photographer to capture the moment. Has its own wine room to sample and private areas to include an upstairs loft area. The staff is very efficient and friendly.

The food was horrible, our pizza was not cooked, they claim to provide wonderful Italian food and we did not experience anything of the sort. We ordered the mozzarella and tomato salad for $12, we received 3 mozzarella and tomatoes with iceberg lettuce on the sides, the chicken parm had little flavor. It was poor quality for something that is easy to make. Next, we were asked to take a family picture, (if you decide to go say no to the pictures) then were expected to buy the photo for $20. This place is horrible, they try to squeeze every cent out of you for poor quality food. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Ordered fettuccini Alfredo... Received penne Alfredo with shrimp and chicken? Service was great though. Chicken parm was not that great, ate half. Garlic bread pizza and bread was awesome! The great service by waiters and beautiful restaurant was offset by wrong order and bad chicken (tasted and smelled bad).

Been in Kissimmee a while, drove by the place all the time decided to try it. Atmosphere is ok, greeted right away by the hostess, took forever for waiter to come to the table. Waiter didn't even let me know his name, had the beverage order for the table except for my wife coz she was trying to decide, he walked away without saying I'll be right back. I'm a waiter and I'll have to say this guy did opposite of me every time I was judging his next move. When I asked for Togo boxes he grabbed them right away but went to the table next to me and packed their stuff. Got a bag for them but not us, said goodbye to the other table but ignored us as he was checking to see what kind if tip they left. The food wasn't a great presentation and the taste was ok. The chicken Marsala tasted more like a brown gravy. But unlike most places they gave u two breasts and a decent amount if pasta. Most places give u more pasta than chicken. I had the trio and it was ok, nothing to write home about. In a nutshell, tourist area flop, I wanted to goto tartantinos, but this restaurants menu online looked better and I'm sure tarrantinos is better. They almost got a two star.

This is our 2nd time to the Orlando area and we missed this restaurants last time... Unsure how since we stayed down the street from it. We found the restaurant flyer at out resort and decided to give it a try. We were so hungry from traveling and we hadn't eaten all day. It's a nice atmosphere and the staff was great. We had spaghetti bolognese, spaghetti and meatballs, and pizza at our table. Let's just say there was nothing left. The food was amazing... So we decide to try it again when we weren't as hungry to see if it's really this good. We came back 3 days later and the food was still amazing. We're sad we don't live close by bc this is by far one of our favorite Italian eateries we have been to.

As a tourist living around Kissimmee, this place is one of the best restaurants nearby. My friends and I knew this place was pretty fancy so we saved this place for our last night before we left. We came in with the impression of a romantic candlelight dinner-quite a lovely atmosphere. We had a nice waiter who provided us very informative suggestions with the dishes and gave us time to choose what we wanted to eat. The appetizers came out pretty fast. We ordered calamari and garlic bread and they were good. I ordered the Pacino's Fiesta, and it was definitely a very satisfying meal, especially for a meat lover. Pricey, but expected from a well known restaurant there. Pacino's a really nice restaurant and it is worth coming back to eat again. Did I mention that this restaurant has very good taste in music?

Family and I felt like pasta during our trip to Disney and found this place. The food was pretty good and portion were big but service was a little lacking although it may have been better later in the day. We made reservations at 4:30 which is half an hour after they opened for the day so maybe the service gets better later. All and all the food, price and portions are worth the trip.

Orlando's darn good Dinner Show Experience.... if you like these star legends - you will love the show. A rare experience - one honest attraction loaded with fun. Small, intimate not a bad table or seat in the Tavern and quite a delightful evening. The Dean Martin actor was awesome - all the others really good The Michael Jackson & Marilyn Monroe were special surprised -- Lady Gag and Adela filled some empty slots... Production shows of this type rarely have such good chow. The cast members are also the actual wait staff. The cast genuine energy is contagious and they deserves the rich applause they received. There are very few commercial moments. The entire experience was fun Years ago ran the same type of show at Windjammer Hawaii - The Rat Pack - beats my best efforts The girls were glamorous and the staff worked unstintingly at guest service - The Chicken Picata was tasty / needs capers - unlimited comp booz - loved it - no a wise idea Cute waitress Sarah and manager Mrs Lovell rate special notice and gratitude, both were very professional Went expecting a tourist rip off - I was wrong Mea culpa, mea culpa, mea maxima culpa Ideas: test videos of the great movies of these stars --- have a lady guest slowly / eye contact strip from the stars a REAL bow tie she can buy it and the photo with it....fun. Caution: Got lost - be careful a very close location - at Pacino's Eatery GPS et cetera P T Brent Visited May 16, 2013

Pacino's!! Hubby and I are in Kissimmee at least 2 times a year for about 3 weeks at a time. We've stayed right across the restaurant and never went over till recently and was pleasantly surprised! The restaurant is dim lit and romantic, the servers are just wonderful, and the food was really good. We had The Pacino flaming cheese, which was so good, salty, and stringy and great over the fresh crusty bread. I then had Shrimp & Scallop Alla Vodka 21.95 Jumbo shrimp and scallops sautéed in mama's famous vodka sauce, served over penne pasta. It was delicious! I loved it and will be going back to have it on my next trip to Florida. My hubby had Steak Pizziola 26.95 Seasoned tender beef tips sautéed in garlic and olive oil, topped with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese, then melted in the oven. Served with a side of pasta. He enjoyed his meal as well but did say he wished the tips were a little more tender. When in the area, try it out, you won't /shouldn't regret it.

This restaurant does not deserve a star! I will never go back to this restaurant. My uncle came into town and we went to this restaurant we had to wait over an hour for table. The waitress and hostess were extremely rude. The bathrooms were disgusting. The tables were unclean. The food actually was the worst food I ever tasted in my life and it also made me and my uncle and two of my friends sick! Thanks!!

I've been here more than 20 times over a 25 year period. I have tried many different dishes and have always found the food to be of very good quality. Every time I've been there the service has ranked anywhere from satisfactory to excellent. The one drawback to this place is that it is very pricey - it probably ranks in the 80th percentile or higher for Italian Restaurants in central Florida. It is right in the heart of the tourist corridor, so people from places like NYC and Chicago might not find the prices high, but we Kissimmee locals do. Years ago, they used to have animatronic puppets along the second level that my kids used to love to watch while we dined, but they took them down. Over the years, the décor has become more and more spare.

With all the flashy lights, I really hesitated going in but since there weren't many restaurants open late, we decided to give it a shot. The decor inside is rustic with brick oven and a beautiful wooden bar. It has an old time charm. Once inside and away from all the neon signs, it's very cozy. We ordered 2 glasses of Merlot, Garlic bread, Caprice salad, sausage and pasta premavera. Everything was delicious. I wish they didn't slice up my sausage and add marinara but it was still tasty. Glad we have left overs so I can eat more tomorrow. Our waiter Marcus was very polite and helpful. Everyone in the restaurant from the bartender to cooks were very friendly.

My boyfriend and I decided to celebrate our anniversary dinner at this restaurant. We wanted to try something new, but it did not please us at all. The place was almost empty when we arrived at 6pm, there was no one to greet us and had to wait 10 minutes for someone to seat us. The waiter seemed like he worked at McDonalds, he was rushing us and just was rude for an establishment such as this. (Almost as if he wasn't expecting a generous tip from us- so he didn't even bother to try) For the price we paid for our pasta sauce was watery, the veggies just didn't look fresh, the steak was decent. But overall presentation of the food was terrible. It looked like a plate you would together at a picnic, it was all over the place. Also, while we were eating, a family of 4 sat next to us and the waiter seemed more attentive with them than us. I couldn't wait to get out of there, I didn't even bother to finish my food. I had rather finish it at home. We still gave the waiter a 18% tip even though he did not deserve it. We are definitely not going back.

Visited this restaurant after viewing ICE! at Gaylord Palms. Service was quick and friendly. The food was authentic cuisine with very fair prices. I had veal piccata - oneof my faves - which was three large medallions done in a lemony, creamy sauce for only $16. Others at my table had chicken parm and veal marsala. All had plenty to eat and were very pleased with the prices and portions. Soup or a salad were included. Drinks were reasonable . I had the house Pinot Grigio which was not bad for a house wine. Being Italain and a pretty good cook, I can say they know what they are doing. I will be back. One caveat, refuse the camera toting fellow who wants to take your pic and sell it to you for $20. Guess they think everyone here is a tourist. NOT! Otherwise, I really like this place.

Took my family there 3 times during our one-week family vacation to Orlando. Really loved this restaurant. All family members including the children truly loved everything about this place from the wonderful waiters:Javier and Angelo, the owners, the superb food. In particular, we enjoyed the steaks (the highest quality meat prepared perfectly), the pasta with bolognese sauce and the fresh salads. Oh yes and the delicious bruschetta. So glad we found this place.

My wife and I were staying at the Gaylord Palms and wanted to get out for a good meal. Chose Pacino's because of proximity to hotel. Service by Hector was very good. My wife and I each had a drink, split the calamari (which was good), each had a house salad (also good) and had a great penne pasta dish with sausage, meatballs and sausage (Pacino's Fiesta). I loved the meatballs and my wife loved the sausage. All in all a solid meal and a good reason not to judge a book by its cover as this restaurant is in between the Old Town Amusement park and some souvenir shops.

Rat Pack and Friends Dinner Show at Pacino's Italian Ristorante was a great time. We were able to go to the show tonight and was more than we expected. The Rat Pack delivered very well and everyone was having a great time. Then they brought out impersonators for Elvis, Adele, Michael Jackson and Lady Gaga and we were totally blown away. The food was good, drinks were non-stop and everyone in the audience had a great time. Audience participation was integrated into the show and the performers took the time to connect personally with the audience, making them feel special as the show reached a crescendo finish. Go and have a good time. The show was long and well worth the money

After reading various mixed reviews, we decided to give this place a shot. Yes, the neon lights outside can be distracting but inside there's a cozy feel. We had a caprese salad, Pacino's fiesta, and the gnocchi special. My fiesta was ok, the meatballs do taste like they may have come frozen. The gnocchi on the other hand was quite tasty. The dumplings do not appear to be homemade, but the sauce was what made the dish, buttery gorgonzola. My new bride loved it! All in all I can say it wasn't a bad experience, the prices were a tad high though. There definitely is better Italian, this place is a step above an Olive Garden I would say.

Authentic atmosphere and dishes that were very traditional Italian staples, good service and LARGE portions. Highly recommend the Penne Arrabiata with chicken if you like spicy!

The waiters are awesome, the food was awesome, and the price was reasonable. I had the Eggplant rolled thingys, and although a little bland, the marinara sauce helped. My husband got the Vodka penne and it was FANTASTIC. Couldn't wait to eat the leftovers.

This place is not that great. Sorry. While the service was good, the food was not too good. We left more than half of our plates. The sausage is not tasty, the meatballs tasted like it was store bought. Ive had wayy better italian food. =[

Very nice. Especially considering the location. Not that it is a bad area, just that there are so many family oriented restaurants around. This place had a great menu and great service that contradicts the local "kid friendly" aura that is rampant in the area...

Thanks!!

We were concerned about the glitzy frontage and whether it was a tourist trap, but decided to try anyway. We were really happy we gave it a shot as all four of our meals were wonderful. The glasses of wine were priced well for the size pour you received. Soup or salad came with the meal which were just average. We had the mixed grill, veal piccata, veal Parmesan and the manicotti. Our server was really helpful and did a great job. Most importantly is that the food came out nice and hot. Will definitely go back. It is now a month later and we returned. What a totally different experience. The veal Parmesan this time was horrible. Overly salted and seasoned, overcooked and little sauce. In addition, our waiter was horrendous. He took 15 minutes just to stop by and then never even asked if we wanted drinks, but wanted to take our food order. When we gave our order, food was out within minutes, which meant it was all cooked and just sitting around to be served. Our waiter never stopped by to check on us, and we had to finally ask the hostess to have our server bring our bill. Had this been our first experience, we wouldn't have gone back a second time, and most certainly won't go back again. There are too many restaurant choices to tolerate bad food and service.

Bad food and poor service; what do I say more?! The waiter (older man with no manners) didn't let my wife tell her wishes. He didn't speak proper and understandable English, interrupted her constantly, kids couldn't have Fanta because the machine was empty (too much trouble to fill it again), plates were pulled away before empty and signalled finished. We had a doggy bag before my wife finished her own meal etc. All reasons to advise you NOT to go there...

The pizzas were really good and the chicken parmigiana was really good and the tiramisu and creme brûlée were excellent. Great service with a true Italian style, joke and attention.

We had the chicken Marsala and shared the calamari appetizer. Very good. The salad and bread was very good too. The waitress Lynn was super sweet and provided great service. Just avoid the annoying guy that tricks you into taking your photo and then returns 20 minutes later trying to sell you your own picture for $20. Hah, not everyone is a tourist buddy!!

Ordered for pick-up. Had a coupon for free desert with $25 purchase. I told the person that on the phone and they said ok. When I got there they said the free desert was dine in only but went ahead and charged me $10 for it and wouldn't take it off the bill. They also went ahead and included the tip in the price even though it was a party of 2. As for the food, it was awful. We couldn't even finish our meals even though we were starving.

Disaster. Paid 28 bucks for a TBone that was no better than cafeteria food. Steak temp was lukewarm and raw in the middle when I ordered medium. Cut thin and was full of fat and grizzle. I let the waiter know and he never acknowledged that the cook was made aware. Kids eat free is a lie. Paid 5.99 for one meatball the size of a pingpong ball and spaghetti for my three year old. My Peroni beer tasted awful like the tap was dirty. Really bad. Never again.

Great food, good service, but when we got the check, we realized that our server had dollar signs in her eyes for our group of 13. She upsold every one of our children on entree sizes (they were seated at a separate table). Totally not cool. After the shock of the final check and asking pointed questions, we paid (including the requisite 18% gratuity) and complained the entire way back to the hotel.

We had another delightful time at this Sicilian styke restaurant. The big copper grill allows you to enjoy the cooking as a spectator sport. It is fine for families and for more intimate visits as well. You just cannot beat the calamari and veal parmiagana. Lots of fun, warm and welcoming decor, great wine selection. A "must visit" in Kissimmee and a good departure from theme parks.

The waiters are awesome, the food was awesome, and the price was reasonable. I had the Eggplant rolled thingys, and although a little bland, the marinara sauce helped. My husband got the Vodka penne and it was FANTASTIC. Couldn't wait to eat the leftovers.

Very nice. Especially considering the location. Not that it is a bad area, just that there are so many family oriented restaurants around. This place had a great menu and great service that contradicts the local "kid friendly" aura that is rampant in the area...

Good pizza. Worst service. Server was busy talking to other server. First she forgot to give water then she forgot to give dishes then she forgot to pickup check. Welcome to Orlando .

Had a business dinner at this establishment. Great staff our waitress was extremely knowledgable about the menu and was very pleasant Unfortunately the food was very poor quality. I was unable to even eat my meal and others at our table all had similar opinions of there dishes Very disappointing experience

Stopped in after a long day at the parks. Brought in all the kids who were a bit rambunctious. The waiter was patient which I appreciated. I ordered the Ossa Buca for $20 and it was great! Easy decision to come back.

We stopped here after a long travel day and it was terrific! The dinner and service were on point, just the way we were hoping. The place has a nice ambiance and the staff are friendly, too. We will definitely come back when we're in town again. Thank you Javier for making our experience just what we had hoped for! The chocolate velvet cake was a perfect ending. =)

Stopped in while in town for a trade show. The place is quite nice and seemed a little out of place between cheap t-shirt tourist holes. The service and food were good. I would definitely go back.

Thanks!!

The guys both seafood vodka pasta that was fabulous! Our waiter was so helpful with our large group, lots of kids. Downfall... A guy came around insisting on taking our group picture and then trying to sell it to us. Annoying!

The waiters are awesome, the food was awesome, and the price was reasonable. I had the Eggplant rolled thingys, and although a little bland, the marinara sauce helped. My husband got the Vodka penne and it was FANTASTIC. Couldn't wait to eat the leftovers.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
