Came to visit a friend who works in one of the offices in downtown Kissimmee, and he brought us smoothies from this place. It was strawberry banana, and pretty good. I had no idea they were even there, so will definitely go in and give it a look oneday for lunch

Eh, I looked forward to coming here on my wanderings downtown. The staff was helpful in explaining options, and some were friendly. The food was decent, and there is a kids meal choice, if you ask. My girls really liked the Palm Beach smoothie. I had the wrap of the day, chicken, which was filling if not particularly flavorful. On an unrelated note, I found it odd that there was no restroom in the restaurant.

Ordered a carnitas wrap and I got a messy flatbread. Not very appetizing. Kind of surprised being that the manager is the one who made it. I was the only one in line so it's not kike they were busy.

Ordered the Mediterranean Salad, very fresh. However I had to ask for just a little bit more dressing. Not enough dressing for the salad. They said I had to pay .30 cents for the dressing. I even showed them how dry the salad was. Still had to play!!!! I WON'T BE BACK!!!! To many lovely restaurants in this area.

We were in the area visiting a local landmark and were able to walk to Nature's Table and enjoy a great lunch. They have a great variety of options including soup, salads, rice bowls, wraps, paninis and more. They also have delicious smoothies! We were greeted promptly upon entering and the staff was very friendly. We were dining with a vegan with multiple food allergies and the staff was accommodating and kindly answered all of our ingredient related questions (they even have a printed list of gluten free items on the counter when you walk in). The nice thing about Nature's Table Cafe is that they make all of the wraps, bowls, etc to order so you can easily change the ingredients to include less of what you don't like and more of what you do like. The booths were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and everyone enjoyed their food. This would definitely be a regular lunch time stop for me if it was in my area.

Makes a big deal about advertising "100% Fruit Juice" on their menu. I had some and got sick. I took a look at the ingredients. HARDLY! If I were a lawyer, I would sue. Filled with preservatives, chemicals, and a whole lot of crap.

After a long work day, I decided to pop into this downtown Kissimmee cafe and grab a light afternoon lunch. I was greeted quickly and courteously by a nice gent behind the counter who immediately took my order - a spicy buffalo chicken wrap, tuna melt on multi-grain bread, order of broccoli salad and a drink. Spicy buffalo was wrapped in a lovely spinach wrap and blanketed with fresh veggies, then splashed with a house sauce that had a nice "kick" to it. Tuna melt was rather average but quite enjoyable. Broccoli salad was super and I would certainly make a beeline to this joint just to order it again. Staff was friendly and chatty, which I like. They actually seemed interested in making my experience enjoyable, even though I was just grabbing take-out. Couple the good food and friendly service with their location (in the heart of the really cute downtown Kissimmee) and you have a winner.
