Healthy Meal suggestions for Logan?s Roadhouse

My family and I were looking for a place to go for dad's birthday. We are from out of town and at first went to a restaurant that ended up being a little less than we expected; so we decided to check out Logan's. Upon walking up to the entrance I thought we might need to find another place again, but we decided to try it out. We requested patio seating which seemed like quite a big deal for the hostess, and to say the least, her negative attitude almost made me want to leave. Then our waitress Rachel entered the space and really turned it around. She was informative, genuine, and patient with our big party late at night. The food was great (really nice selections) and the drinks were delicious. The staff even came out for a cool birthday greeting (staff seemed really nice). Left full and with leftovers. Affordable, comfy, and awesome. Check this place out!

I've decided to stop in for a late dinner after work a few nights ago. We arrived about 10 minutes before the restaurant closed. I know it's not good to arrive before closing, but I wanted a quick meal with steak & chicken. My pet peeve with restaurant hours is if they do not want customers coming in before closing, they should make their closing hours earlier to prevent customers coming in. I think being part of the closing staff you should expect to stay later then expected for last minute customers. In experience of work, I have always learned this rule & I do not get frustrated with customers about it. I understand it it late and you want to go home, however, it is your job and the restaurant hours clearly posted you are still open till a certain time. I think restaurants should inform customers about not letting anyone in or having a limited menu near closing to help prevent customers coming in. So on these notes, I have experienced the worst service in my life!! The server was rude, never smiled, rushed me during my order, didn't offer any peanuts, and didn't get my order correct. She didn't give me butter for my sweet potato. I know I was wrong for coming in at the last minute, but I was going to leave a great tip to make up for the trouble. However, with the way I was treated, I didn't leave a great tip. The food was not great, prices were ok, and the employees were awful. I DO NOT Recommend this place. If a restaurant wants to close early, then change your hours! Closing employees need to be taught that they maybe required to stay later for unexpected reasons. I now know why this place never has customers visiting this place day and night. I will go to Texas Roadhouse or Ale House next time. Awful experience and quality food.

Eight colleagues and myself are here for a business lunch and we are waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting. The staff seems more interested in gossiping instead of taking care of the guests. Had to go up to the bar to retrieve our server, a young lad that needs some training. Hope the food makes up for lack of service. Still waiting. Well we just got rolls! That's a start!

I travel all the way to Florida and I eat at Logan's? I usually want to eat at local places, at least restaurants I don't have back home. But one person in our party suggested it so there we go. We were seated quickly, which usually is not easy in a touristy area during spring break season. I got ribs, and they were good. The sides were above average too. Just a typical Logan's Roadhouse experience. Nice service. Decent food.

I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to warn anyone else who might be thinking of coming to this particular Logan's. One of our favorite chains, clearly location is not up to par with any other we have ever enjoyed. Let's just say the service was confused and the food was cold. There are plenty of choices in the area. My suggestion is for anyone reading this to choose someplace else.

We went to Logan's because many of the locals in Orlando referred us there for dinner. I can see why! The prices were great for a steakhouse. $21, got you enough food for two people. They have their famous Logan Ice Tea (lemonade and tea blend), which was very delicious. The customer service was great! We were celebrating my nephew's birthday (his name is Logan!). They didn't do the song and dance stuff there, but the server provided him with a cup that said Logan's Restaurant on it. That was good enough for him (He's only 10:-) Their menu isn't super huge, but the few dishes that they offer, are cooked to perfection. I would strongly recommend going to Logan's Restaurant in Orlando, FL.

I wish I could adequately explain my love for Logans. Although there is a million and one more expensive and fancier steakhouses, I always end up wanting to go here. I am usually not one to review a restaurant chain so highly, but its my go to place in Orlando. The Bread- OMG the bread! Buttery, fluffy, delicious little bits of cloud. I love how it doesn't fill you up before your meal. The Tea- Sweet Tea done right! The entrees- I have had different cuts of their steaks as well as the ribs and I have never been disappointed. Although maybe not as flavorful as other restaurants, they are cooked perfectly and seasoned in a very simple way, which is refreshing. The ribs are right before that "fall-off-the-bone" stage where they should be and the sauce is not overpowering but rather complimentary. The sides- french fries are awesome (duh!), but their other sides impress as well. Their sweet potato is topped with brown sugar and marshmallow and my mouth waters just remembering it. Their salad portions are generous and the dressing for the caesar salad is one of the best. Rice is also cooked perfectly (Which is, surprisingly, not a common occurrence.) Service- always friendly and very helpful! Price- Cannot be beat. You will be stuffed and will not have to break the bank at all. After a day at a park paying $20 for a small, unsatisfying meal, this is definitely a relief.

Plus: free peanuts and great yeast rolls Minus: the bland flavorless steaks. Host staff that can't be bothered to think more then one step at a time. Best advice go to Ale House or Longhorn.

I found this place last year on my vacation in Florida! I'm so glad I did. They had amazing prices like 2 dinners for 13.99 how do you beat that?!? And they are like Applebee's quality if not better! I got one of the most tasty burgers I ever had and I eat burgers everywhere I am a burger fanatic! I am booked to go to Florida in April 2014 and surly I will be going here can't wait!!!

Food sucked. They are trying to be Texas Roadhouse but missed the mark a lot. The bread was good. My kids didn't like their meals so there went almost $20. I had some teriyaki steak cooked wrong and the teriyaki tasted awful. I had to scrape it all off and load on the A1. Never again.

The mango ice tea was amazing. It comes to the table in a big mason jar that is shaken in front of you. Lemon slices and mint leaves make the flavor pop. Loved it so much, I got one to go. You have to try it. Server was a sweetheart.

Horrible service, disgusting food ! Canned mushrooms, steak had no flavor. Went to the bar to get our beverages because the server disappeared. Save your time & go to Texas Roadhouse!

It's just what the description says, A-okay. They have a reward account, they send me emails and coupons, they are nice and slow during lunch, aaaaaaahhhhhh, I can relax without anyone yeehawing through the restaurant for yet another birthday. Food is decent, prices could be a little lower but then again, I'm poor. So, I say GO! treat yourself to a nice steak every once in a while

This was one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I've had in quite some time. I'll be surprised if this location stays open much longer with how awful it was. I arrived with a group of 8 of us at about 12:45 on a Friday. There were few people in the restaurant which we were excited about because we thought we'd get faster service. It took about 5 minutes for someone to finally greet us and when they did, we explained we had a big group and that we'd prefer a table. The server acknowledged the request, and then walked us to a booth. Thankfully it was the bigger one so we all fit (albeit, uncomfortably) but this was the first red flag. The server didn't return for almost 15 minutes. When he did arrive, we ordered our meals in hopes to speed things along. One of the guys in our group began a timer once we ordered just to see. 50 MINUTES LATER... They deliver our food. I ordered a steak salad and it was missing the steak. They brought the steak 5 minutes later and it was cold and severely overcooked. Another persons grilled shrimp were so old and overcooked they had to be returned. Another person had a wrong order and that had to go back. All in all, this was a mess. The server was in the weeds with our one table, they kept making excuses but then cold food is delivered. We never were offered refills on drinks. No one was bussing tables, including ours which the server left, even when we stacked them for him. Just a very disappointing experience from beginning to end.

The staff is very nice. Service was good. Food was 'eh'. I had a steak salad. The steak was chewy and tough mostly. I think I got 2 decent pieces. The salad had that refrigerator taste, and mostly iceberg. The cheese sticks had a odd seasoning that I didn't really like. All in all, probably won't eat here again. Nothing really wrong with it just not to my taste.
