5 people working in the AM and they are always out of everything, even when I'm the ONLY one at the drive thru lol. This place is a joke. They double charge and mess up my order on the regular. The only good thing is the location, right across the street from my house.

I believe they have excellent customer service. Their coffee isn't the best. Other Dunkin's coffees are better in flavor. Their coffee is usually too bitter and flavorless. If I order an unsweetened coffee it should at least taste like the chosen flavor. Theirs just tastes black. Un-drinkable. Blehk

"Hello how hard is it to get two donuts, a breakfast burrito and 2 sweet teas right? Come on!" They didn't listen to what we ordered, when they finally gave us what we did order half of it was cold in the center. They also got rude when we asked for the right donuts and the breakfast burrito.

Donuts AND Ice cream! Sign me up. I love the ice cream cakes. Pralines and cream is my favorite cake. Lots of ice cream flavors and a frat variety of donuts too. They have a drive through which is great for a quick cup of coffee. I like the caramel latte, iced or hot. Good prices. The staff was nice. They have small dining area as well, but it bigger than most dunkins.

Terrible. The lady was in a rush to get us over with it so my order was wrong. The coffee had no flavor though I asked for a flavored syrup. She treated us like we were in a mass assembly line (when we started ordering our specific donuts, she cuts us short by asking how many donuts we were ordering in total--completely ignoring the type of donuts we were going to ask for, so of course after the rest of our food was ready, we had to go back and ask for said donuts). This lady's process made no sense to me.

Poor Customer Service & Representation of Dunkin Donuts--- Earlier tonight I entered the establishment at 9:57 pm, there were two children picking out their ice creams and dad was paying at the register in front of the donuts. While walking towards the register there were 3 employees working, then one of them yelled across the lobby towards my direction stating that they were closed and that the gentleman at the counter paying was going to be the last customer of the night. I immediately stopped and asked her to repeat herself because I thought I misunderstood what she said. She repeated again after that they close at 10 p.m. & I told her that it was just one order and I walked in at 9:57 p.m., which she then told me that they go by their clock. I asked for the Manager, because this was poor customer service. She stated she was the Manager, I asked for her name and she stated she had to finish with a drive thru customer and would provide me her information. She came out a few minutes later with a piece of paper and the name on it was "Denayzia", I asked who was the GM and she said they are in the process of getting a new one. I walked out very disappointed with the way this woman handled the situation, considering the other two crew members are learning from her. I will also be following up with feedback to Corporate Office, because I do not want this happening to anyone else. Will not return & will share my experience within my home subdivision in East Lake Park. Highly recommend Customer Service & Leadership training ASAP at this location, or this unacceptable behavior will continue & lose patrons.

I've been to better Dunkin Donuts then this one. Overall order was okay. They were out of sausage and said they wouldn't have any in stock for three days. Seems to me if all you do is breakfast maybe keep your breakfast food in stock. I also got a small peppermint mocha that was okay.

If you would like to waste your time, money, and calories, this is the place to go. I have had lapses in judgment that caused me to visit this place and I have regretted it each time. Don't make the same mistake I did, you have been told.

Within the past 6 months, I have tried this location twice, and twice I've driven off without an order. First time I asked for an iced latte...they said they were out of ESPRESSO BEANS!? Really? A well known-for-coffee shop out of coffee? So stupid. I also went the day before Valentine's Day, asking for an iced coffee flavored with caramel, and one of their special donuts for Valentine's. Had to repeat my order twice. After that, was told they were out of caramel, would I like mocha instead? So I asked for the Cupid's Choice donut, they were out of those too. How does a donut shop run out of donuts? Is it REALLY difficult to cut out heart shaped dough, especially when the next day is the day it's meant for. Forget this place.
