Came here for breakfast before heading to Lego Land. I must say they get pretty busy but the service was fast and courteous. The girls made sure to smile and greet the customers with a nice "Good morning!"

Very centric location, establishment is in a large plaza openly connected to the rest of 4 stores in plaza. Very convenient! Staff at Dunkin's very friendly and very apologetic when explaining to the customers that even though it was only 10:30 a.m., they were already out of everything but donuts and coffee. Big disappointment! My children were not able to have anything to drink with their bagels or donuts since they are too young for coffee!

Fellow Yelpers, This is the just the case of POOR management, ownership, and lack of caring. Because the location is great for foot traffic. However they re always out of everything and the place is always completely filthy. Workers fighting and talking bad about one another on a regular basis. Cold items such as milks and other dairy left out and not properly stored items as well. I would recommend trying a different location.

Kringle service. Took 12 minutes to receive my sausage bagel and egg. And then I got a croissant with sausage and egg instead! Would NOT recommend this location.

This place is a D.D. and Baskin Robins combined. My family went to this place for Baskin Robbins one day and all the ice cream wasn't even the right spot. The guy behind the counter was wearing a Rasta cap. The next day we'd thought that we'd try the wonderful strawberry frosted doughnut and the ice cream WAS in the right spot but we wanted doughnuts. We got to the counter and the old, grouchy lady asked very rudely if we had any drinks. The register beside us had a pregnant customer with kids and asked politely that she needed a dozen of doughnuts. The other guy asked if she was getting any drinks (again rudely) and she said yes but I haven't got there yet, and they didn't serve her until she got her drinks. Overall, the doughnuts were good.

Very dirty but understand it gets busy. Did have to tell the staff to lay off xtra caramel on my ice coffee but otherwise was just like home. This place is connected to wizard gift shop which makes it very easy access.

YESSSS. DD. Okay, it's not the greatest thing ever but I miss it since it's not on the West Coast. Yes, it's hella sugary but it's a great treat for something to have once in a while. I was kind of annoyed when I had asked for a mocha latte and the guy looked at me like I was crazy. So I guess they discontinued it... whatever. DD is a great stop for a super sugary coffee that you probably wouldn't want again... but it turns out you're addicted.

What can I say? I got what I want from very kind staff and didn't wait too long. When it comes to Dunkin' and places like that....that is exactly what I want.

This D.D. was in a strip mall opposite to a bunch of hotels and next to a big gift shop. It's a large D.D. howvever there aren't many tables inside. What irks me about Dunkin Donuts is they don't have a "fixins bar" where you can add your own concoction of cream, sugar and other goodies to your coffee.... instead you must rely on the person behind the counter to get your coffee just right... A tall order for me. They seemed to take their sweet time when I was there last week - But anyone who has had D.D. coffee will attest to the line you wait in being well worth it.

Being from California you dont see DD on every corner. So when on vacation, I noticed Florida has DD so I had to try it. After a great week here in Florida, on the day im going back home I had the worst experience. First there were a lot of foreign people ordering so I waited patiencly because you have to expect some confusion. All though i was being patience, the staff was not. They were trying to rush the customers which made more confusion. When i got to register before the cashier asked for my order I had a lady ask If i wanted any drinks. Then i had to repeat my order to the cashier. As I ordered and combo including a plain bagel another employee told me they have no plain left and if i would like a different style of begal. Following that a lady with a piercing on her cheek asked me very rudely "what do you want" as if her job of putting donuts in a box was hard. At that point i can't believe I even paid for anything. She also made my iceed coffee which was half a cup of sugar I drank out my straw. The cashier apologized and looked embarrassed of her job. Never going to DD again.

Being from the north east I had to get my Dunkin'. I gotta say, the quality was exactly the same but the service (compared to the north) was amazing. Extremely friendly staff.
