I really can't understand why it takes so long to get your coffee and food at this location. I also can't understand why the last three times we went the order was wrong all three times. I love Duncan Duncan donuts and sincerely hope they get there act together at this location. I like their coffee better than Panera.

Who doesn't love dunkin donuts?! This place is just great! Their donuts of course are the best part, they are so sweet and light, unlike Krispy kremes. Then there breakfast sandwhiches are warm, almost like a comfort food. Their has browns are like mini potato pancakes! As for coffee all I know is what my friends have told me because I don't drink coffee but as they say America runs on dunkin :)

I was lost. Where do you go for directions? Dunkins! You also go there for great donuts and beverages and that (aside from directions) is what I took away from here. Kat seemed to be a new hire but w/a bit of help she cleared out the long line that had amassed. The donuts were fresh and their fresh brewed tea was even better! Current health inspection: 0-high priority, 2-intermediate & 1 basic violation

I recently began working in the Celebration area. One of the first things I did was to seek out the nearest Dunkin' Donuts. I went to this one for the first time earlier this week and got some great pumpkin-flavored coffee. The woman who took my coffee order was very pleasant, maybe to the point that she was overdoing it; she asked such questions as "And how are you doing this fine morning?" upon greeting me and "How's your day so far? Good?" as she gave me my change and coffee. Nice person, though she may want to consider trying some decaf. Just kidding! She can take my order anytime. As I was getting into my car to leave, another employee who was hanging out outside suggested that I smile (I didn't realize that I looked like Ebeneezer Scrooge). Only after I have that delicious pumpkin-flavored coffee, my friend.

This Dunkin' Donuts is very convenient, but usually pretty packed with tourists. The one down the road tends to be less busy.

It's true, tourists make this DD very packed during weekend mornings. Anyways, story time! As an occasion coffee drinker, I was completely turned off by their use of granulated sugar in ice coffee. Why? Because it doesn't dissolve very well in cold drinks. So when I ask for melted sugar, they claim to have 'discontinued' the melting of sugar in DD stores. Really? That's complete BS considering that another one less than a mile away (5341 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy) understands that customers don't enjoy sucking up sugar grains while sipping on their iced coffee. By the way, if you lied about the discontinuation just to get me to go away, I'll find out and call you out on it. And even if it's just your store that does that, it's tourist-trapping and ruins your overall brand reputation. Sugar in cold drinks. Smh. -__-

Placed a large carry out order 1.5 hours before pickup and they did a great job having everything ready for us and being pleasant in the process. Did the same thing at a previous Dunkin' Donuts in the area the prior year and it was terrible. This location is a great location and very convenient.

Went in to make an order 1.5 hours before they closed and they "had no food". I can get over the meager donut selection this late in the evening; however, not wanting to make a grilled cheese is unacceptable. If I lived here I would not return.

This place is as close to a New England Dunkin' as you can get. I have been to a handful of DDs in the Orlando area and their offerings are just... off. I think it might be the water. I don't know. The drinks and donuts here are spot on like the ones at home. I typically stop in here on the weekends and I've never encountered so much as a line.
