Their poor customer service is legendary and their food has been hit and miss over the years; sometimes really good, sometimes just wrong. But when they answer the phone, tell you they're really busy but will try to take your carry-out order and then leave you on the phone for 20 minutes, they lose all stars. You're a restaurant and you don't want our business? Look at the phone number - we're locals and have an order history with you. Not anymore.

I'm from Connecticut... the Chili's at this location is definitely not up to Connecticut standards... The food was atrocious the service was nonexistent the table sticky and I still left a 15% tip avoid this place at all cost!

Terrible customer service. Went in for Togo food and several servers walked by with their heads down looking like they didn't want to be bothered. One waitress finally came over and said she thinks the Togo person might have left and we can go ask the bar if they did. 2 seconds later, someone who I think to be the Togo person came over. He was really nice, apologized, suggested items and took our order. While ordering I noticed a girl touching and throwing someone's fries in the kitchen. ( short blonde hair) and a few seconds later a guy grabbed a fry from someone's plate. I couldn't imagine what would be done to my food, so I had to cancel my order.

If I could give a negative rating I would. Last night we ordered to go and selected for it to be brought out to the car. After sitting in the car for nearly 20 minutes I went inside and stood at the to go counter for another 5 minutes before I was finally hollard at to go to the bar for to go orders by someone who I believe was a manager. I told her I had an order curbside and I had been sitting and she said we don't do that go to the bar. I explained the situation again to the bar tender who did a half butt job of making sure my order was all there and the complaint fell on deaf ears. When I got home I realized they put a cold salad in with the hot food which made it warm and wilted. The nachos we ordered were soggy and cold from sitting on the bar for 25 minutes under a cold salad. I will not return to this chilis unless I am contacted by their gm.

Showed up today at 2 pm after taking a break from Disney with my family (seven of us) for lunch. The restaurant was half full and the manager told us that it would be a 20 minute wait!! There was no one else waiting! Said there weren't enough waiters? Ridiculous - I took my $120 and spent it somewhere else for lunch. Hope the owner is reading.

So we walk in on a Monday night and I can count at least 10 open tables. The gentleman who was not standing at the front when we got in asked how many and I said 4. He said it will be about 10 minutes. Seriously? The place is empty. OK, we were starving, so we waited. We were then seated in the "kids" section. You know the part of the restaurant where they put screaming kids and the elderly. Yeah. So after sitting for 10 more minutes I flagged down a server. He was not our server, but was nice enough to take our order. To save time, we ordered drinks, apps and everything all at once. Oh, and FYI, the kids menu is a photocopy of an actual menu.. My 2 for 1 Margaritas came out filled with ice and barely any liquid. I told the server and he said that's just the way they were. FML. Onto the entrees that took an additional 45 minutes. Do you see a pattern here? I ordered the chicken fajita..really just as average as you can get. I really hate chains, but this just reaffirms why. Not they are all like this one. There is no pride in ownership and the food usually sucks. This Chili's will keep me away from chains for a long, long time.

I am being generous with the one star. This place has zero concern for the customer. Party of three waiting for a booth. The hostess tells us, that a both would take five minutes and walks away from her station. In walk three people into the restaurant and the bar tender comes from behind the bar and ask how many? The answer, you guessed it three. And the big surprise he sat them in a booth right away...our booth. A few minutes later the hostess comes back and bicker with the bar tender and just apologizes. Lady sorry does not fix the fact that the bar tender did not have any business at your station that was left unattended. Called for a manager and never came out. Awesome leadership... Not. This is supposed to be a tourist area but the locals do not appreciate that and is a real shame Kissimmee, cause it really is a great area.

I usually go into places like chilis with pretty low expectations. I worked at a chilis for many years so I understand the food quality and what to expect from a place like this. I'm not sure if this location is a franchise or not, but it was just horrible. From the service to the food presentation to the taste, just ew! I always order a margarita, queso dip and a quesadilla explosion salad. Being that this is always my order, I've come to know what to expect, but this meal almost seemed like it was someone trying to replicate (unsuccessfully) the chilis' recipes. The queso dip was like warm and thick. The consistency was grainy instead of creamy and it just didn't taste good. The quesadilla salad was thrown onto the place and looked like someone had bumped the plate or almost dropped it or something. The chicken was thick and rubbery. I know this place is in tourist central so maybe they don't have to pay much attention to quality on account that people will come regardless because they won't know, but we definitely won't be back here! The chilis on I-drive is much more consistent! It's a little more of a drive, but it's worth it.

Although it's Sunday memorial weekend I'm just wondering how a chain like chilis is out of salad mix, corn and as the server said "we are out of many things". The manager stopped by when I asked for the corporates phone number. The manager Mervin stopped by and his excuse is it was busier than anticipated. We guess what I'm on a strict food regimen and salad is one of the only things that I can have. Well I guess I can't eat because a big chain restaurant like chilis is out of salad mix. Epic fail. They should be ashamed of themselves and closes the doors.

Poor service, bad quality food, terrible wait time, just an overall bad experience. The server, Lion (?) was very apologetic about the delay, but seemed to forget everyone's order... I had a 15 people group celebrating a birthday for one of my co-workers, and every single one of us complained about the quality of the food. Some was cold, some was late, some wasn't even there! Disappointing experience.

On vacation at Disney instead of spending $100+ for a meal at the park we came to the local chilis for dinner. Our server Omar was great waited roughly 10 min to get seated even though there were plenty of empty tables, not sure why. They had a guy making ballon animals for the kids which was pretty cool. Got a giraffe and a unicorn for a $3 tip. My trio fajitas was delicious. Sizzling hot and with flavor. The 2 for $20 half slab of ribs was perfect also made to order. Will come back again next time we visit. Paid half of what I would of spent at the park and walked out STUFFED!

Terrible customer service....went in with a friend to grab some drinks and a bite for her. Was completely ignored by my server in the bar area, a food runner actually ending up taking our order ..upon ordering I decided I might be hungry too ,so I took a look at the menu they had a 2 for 35 deal that included two margaritas since we had already ordered margaritas I asked our server if we could do the deal because we did not order the EXACT margaritas [ours were actually cheaper]. I asked to speak to the manager and all he did was refer me to the day manager, tina . We decide to leave .I have worked in hospitality for 20 years and thought the customer service was insulting ...also it seems chili's has had a "revamp" and prices [at least for drinks ] were greatly raised.

If possible I would give it a -5.......Couldn't imagine a mor horribly run dump. When there after a day at Disney. I know k ow from experience the water in the area taste horrible, I would think a restaurant would at a filtration type system to help the taste. Not here!!!! When asked why manager said we could purchase water for $2.50 a bottle.....we were a party of six so the tab w/ tip would be close to $150 total so you would think she would comp some water...Nope Then we went to order and come to find they didn't have ANY pasta, mashed potatoes, broccoli and a couple of other items...tried to order anyway, someone ordered a flat bread of some sort and was then advised they only had 1/2 of one...... We ended up walking out. Absolutely a HORRIBLE experience here!!!!!

Go to a McDonald's. Sat there for five minutes when we were told that we would have to move because there was no service for our table. There were open tables all over but the waiter couldn't walk the extra ten feet to service our table we wound up walking out.

If you sit in the bar area you get free chips and salsa... that's about the only redeeming quality. This is a chain. You get served fairly quickly and it fills your belly. If you want noisy, mediocre fried food... this is your joint.

Arrived late afternoon while we waited for our hotel room to be ready. The place was dead (maybe 5 parties). We had a party of 6 and my husband and I ordered a Long Island which took nearly 20 minutes to get the first drink and it came when our apps arrived. Once that one came out we ordered another since the first took so long. No luck; the second round didn't come until we were finished with our meals. The food was good and service except the bar was just above decent. Absolutely nothing to write home about.

Awesome food. We had to wait quite a while for someone to notice us at the hostess station. There weren't many people but the staff was rushing around anyway and it was difficult to get a hold of one the entire meal. There was a guy there making balloon animals and singing for the kids. He was great but it got a little old because i kept getting swiped by the balloons. All in all i had a great time and yummy food but it was very loud and the waits were long.

I am from Puerto Rico and my favorite restaurant is Chili's so While in Orlando I went to a local Chili's Grill & Bar on 02/09/2013 and my server was Ashley this young lady was very pleasant and very professional and did every thing possible to make my experience the best I could have, I can say it was the only good thing that day the food was very bad I had some babie back ribs They tasted like reheated ribs, nothing was at the quality like the Chili's I visited in my home town in Puerto Rico even the price was better in Puerto Rico. The only good thing in this Chili's Grill & Bar is the service I received from the server Ashley

Waited a very long time after being seated for a waiter to even come over. The kids menu were just a photocopy on plain paper.Waited a long time for our food to arrive and no one in our party of 7 were pleased with the quality of food. As others noted, drinks were all ice. Have been in other Chili's & this was far below par, poorly managed Assuming they were busy only because there is nothing else around. Not recommended.

My wife and I arrived at around 3pm in the afternoon. Looking around the restaurant, we saw maybe 5-6 tables being used. We waited at the host station along with a party of 10 that was behind us, and waited, and waited, and waited until back in the corner I saw a waitress pop her head up and rush over. Apparently, a large group of employees had taken a break together in the corner. We were seated at a table with crumbs all over the seat and my wife asked for a towel or something to clean the seat and the waitress handed her some napkins...really??? The food was typical Chili's fare and was good but the service was horrendous.

this to me is a typical chain Chilis restaurant....you get your favs and they are typically good. The service was good...we ate at the bar.. did the 2 for twenty deal...appetizer (fried cheese sticks) and we got the crispy chicken cripsers and half rack of ribs. It was ok...all I can say is typical. nothing fantastic. but I will of course go again when i get the craving...

We used to love going to Chili's for their Fajitas but it's been a while so a few days ago we went to Chili's and what a disappointment!!! It was raining, and the place was crowded, so we sat at the bar in one of those high tables. Service was good in the beginning, everything seemed fine until we got our food and opened our silverware and it was NASTY! There was left over food (dry) so we tried to get our waiter to bring us another ones... a few minutes passed and we couldn't find our waiter... we went spotted another waiter and asked for silverware... our food was there getting cold and then we asked another waiter to please bring us some silverware.... then our waiter showed up and brought us PLASTIC ONES and said: "I cannot get you anything else cleaner, so here it is". PLASTIC ONES? are you kidding me?????????? I was not eating at Wendy's.... Anyways, the 3rd waiter brought us silverware that were a little bit cleaner, we ate but at that point I was discussed... my chicken was ok but the Fajitas was so much smaller then we are used to.... So the experience was not very pleasant and we don't plan on going back to that location again...

So this was the location of my second 'bachelorette' party -- just a friend and I having lunch the day before the wedding. Here is where I continued my education about margarita and the proper tequila to use -- Patron, will never had house again (learned that lesson at dinner). We just had appetizers and margaritas. The service was good, and the company was great. I really recommend the nachos and southwestern egg roll.

I'm normally a fan of Chili's, however, this location has a lot to be desired. Our server, Amber, was the saving grace of our dining experience, which left us with partially cooked southwest eggrolls and lukewarm corn soup. We waited at the front to be seated, only to find another party waiting as well, and they indicated they had been waiting for a few minutes with no acknowledgment. When the hostess arrived, she seemed harried and rushed, therefore rushing us to our table. Our server promptly arrived and took our drink order. Drinks as well as chips and salsa were promptly delivered. During the meal, drinks and chips/salsa were kept filled with great diligence. The kitchen experience has much to be desired. We were told by our server that the kitchen was backed up, and apologized for the wait. One appetizer, the southwest eggrolls, finally appeared with soup ordered by two additional dining companions. The chicken enchilada soup (one bowl and one cup) came hot and fresh from the kitchen. However, the southwest eggrolls looked sloppy and undercooked. One bite from the eggroll proved this to be true, and our server apologized (as well as acknowledged) the lack of crispness and cooked condition of the appetizer. Several minutes later, a new plate of southwest eggrolls arrived. We did not order an excessive amount of food for six people, yet parties seated after us received their food while we were waiting for ours. Once the food arrived, we received a salad, one bowl of corn soup, southern smokehouse burger, chipotle crispers, and two orders of chicken crispers. The two orders of chicken crispers came out hot and fresh, the chipotle crispers moderately warm, the southern smokehouse burger could have been warmer than it was delivered, and the soup came out cold with a skin on top. Skin on top of a soup, especially a creamy soup, shows that the kitchen scooped and/or prepared the soup well before its time. Not desiring another attempt with this mediocre kitchen, I sent it back, resorting to chips/salsa for my meal. In the defense of the server, she sent her manager to discuss this with us, who offered to cook the soup for us. If the kitchen was this dysfunctional, she needed to give a firmer hand to the kitchen, which was obvious as we heard her providing more direction/guidance to the cooks during our dining experience (aka screaming that could be heard from the dining room). Personally, my belief is that the kitchen staff is a bit lackadaisical without strong direct management, which was given to other orders, perhaps improving their dining experience, but not ours. If this is your first visit to Chili's and this was the only Chili's you ever visited, I could see how you'd hate this place. There are much better ones out there, including the Fowler Avenue one in Tampa, FL.

We sat in the bar area and our waitress stunk. Didn't come over once to check on us or fill drinks. Our empty beer mugs sat there while she walked by numerous times. Then, when she takes our check, it took her 20 minutes to return with our change. She didn't even apologize for the long wait.

Blech. My daughter and I went to this Chili's site while we were staying in Kissimmee for a 5k at Disney the next day. The service was VERY slow, it took our guy over 15 min to even come greet us and get our drink orders. We were about to walk out when he finally showed up. The food is mediocre, but it IS a chain, so it's average chain food.
