Just walked in and they are telling people 30 to 35 minute wait, but there are over 6 empty tables that they are not seating people at. Will revise when we get seated and eat. Got a booth in the bar area after a 10 minute wait. The food was very good and the Server (Jon) was very attentive.

It was just starting to get busy when we arrived. We didn't wait long to be seated, and the service we experienced was way above average especially compared to some of our recent Chili's experiences at other locations. Both the dishes we ordered came out perfectly. I usually order the steak fajitas, but this time ordered the trio because I had an e-coupon code. It was very good. Our server was very nice. We wish we lived closer to this Chili's because the ones near us rarely deliver on both food and service.

The place is lacking the minimum cleanliness required for a restaurant. The dessert was burned so we had to ask for a replacement which was also burned. I'm not sure what is going wrong with the management team.

I mean...it is Chili's, so you can't judge much on the food or decor. My rating is based off of service solely, which seems to be the affecting issue for most ratings. I'm usually one to sit at the bar, which I did at this location...the bartenders seemed to hate life. Maybe it was an off day for them? Either way, terrible attitude, timing and overall feel from the ladies behind the bar. Again, it's chilis...two for one, so, I will be back. Hopefully just with different bartenders.

Walked in and didnt have to wait on a Sunday afternoon. Appetizer and food came in less than 20 minutes and the jim & coke was awesome. Brittany was very nice and took care of us.

Ever since the new decor was put in place, the ambiance and the service has gone down substancially. The food is ok, overpriced but enjoyable. The first time I went since the remodel I noticed the staff was rude and desangaged. I even noticed 2 families walk out because there was no host in the front. The waiter forgot our drinks and they all look kind of misserable. Im not possitive management changed, but all I know is that I won't be going back to this location.

We usually enjoy eating at Chilis but this one is so bad. Very dirty. Food subpar. Kitchen slow. Very unfortunate.

Considering I've been many times when I visit family and typically order a burger I haven't been let down. However it now is apparent that it's unwise to stray from the generic set up of food fares. Today I decided to be different and order a medium rare 6 oz sirloin, sounds pretty fair sure. It came seared and raw on the inside. Had to ask another server to find our server since we didn't see her since she had been absent since appetizers. (We were even trying to order more appetizers but gave up.) Sent it back since I can do rare but raw is a hazard I'm not risking. Manager brings it out and it's barely rare. Cut into a thinner section after he leaves and it's still raw. I don't know if it was just an off day but I won't risk trying more than the generic fajita and burger fare this Chilis can provide. (3 stars because aside from this case it really hasn't been garishly bad.)

Stopped in for dinner tonight before some tax-free shopping at The Loop & all was well. Ordered their 2 for $20: appetizer & 2 meals deal and it was great. Some good choices on that menu including the chicken fajitas and the Cajun chicken pasta (although it's more a slightly-spiced alfredo than true cajun). Being a big chain, of course they weren't perfect. I ordered rice & beans with my fajitas for $1 and they didn't bring them. Totally forgot about them & didn't miss them until the bill came with the $1 charge for food I didn't get. Also, we sat near the server stand & waited a few times while our waiter made the schedule for next week with someone. During dinner on Friday. At 6pm. Not really the time to take a break & do that.

Food was good. Overall experience not that great! Specially when they brought is about 5 different sets of silverware, and every single time we opened them (they come wrapped in paper napkin), silverware was dirty with chunks of old food stuck on them. Waiter's solution? He said he could not wash them himself so he brought plastic knives and forks. 10 points for creativity, -10 for his answer. Call me a picky customer if you want, but dirty silverware just won't cut it for me.

How anyone can give this chain junk food more than 2 stars is beyond me. As a chef and long time restauranteur. This particular location is notorious for being slow to serve and consistency is foreign to them. I know that everything in that kitchen is portion controlled so anyone can deliver a consistent product. Yet, every time I go it's always different. I usually order the fajita trio. It's never, ever, ever consistent. You are better off exploring non chain restaurants. At least the owners care.

OK, being fair: our last couple of visits rank as "A-OK" more than "Meh." You have to know going in it will be loud - it is part bar. And it will be busy -- see "part bar" for reference. Our trick now to reducing waits is to use their "call-ahead" seating, with which we've admittedly had mixed results. (When you're 20 minutes out, and it takes 10 minutes to get through to the podium, it almost defeats the purpose.) We've also learned to ask the server to pace the meal, i.e., don't put the appetizer and entree orders in at the same time, lest they come out at the same time. Hint to servers: this can mean a bigger check. This time, we had time for two rounds of adult beverages because we had time to enjoy the appetizer before the main course. When the appetizer and entrees come out together, we have time for one round. Bigger check, better tip. Chili's does offer a decent "lighter options" sub-menu, which can help if you're trying to watch what you eat but still enjoy a meal out. There is a trick, though, in that some of the items are listed elsewhere on the menu with heftier sides (like mashed potatoes instead of steamed broccoli). If this is "lighter" category is what you're ordering from, be sure to call it out to your server so you get the healthier sides. If that's your thing, that is. We do wish there were some simpler dessert options. While the over-large molten cakes are their signature, we might have fewer regrets with something less over-the-top to end our meal.

This is the sort of food that people who haven't had real food think is tasty. Bland. Very expensive- $16 for fajitas with cheap undercooked beef, bland over cooked white meat chicken, and a few tiny tasteless frozen shrimp with over cooked stringy green peppers and onions. Add some black beans, stale rice with a little frozen corn niblets thrown in for color, and small spoonfuls of salsa and guacamole for an extra buck, served with stale factory tortillas. Do yourself a favor and go north into town for some real Cuban or Mexican food. Or try the Chipotle in the same mall.

I have definitely had better service at other Chili's. Our waitress seemed to have an attitude and was purposefully neglectful of our group (9). She seemed annoyed when we didn't all order alcohol, but lightened up a little when we ordered our food. I hesitated to leave the "suggested" tip, but couldn't bring myself to leave less. Fortunately, the food came out quickly once she finally took our order.

I was just there. I was provided a seat. Party of 1. I sat there for 10 or more minutes without being acknowledged by the wait staff. So I walked out and went somewhere else where I was immediately serviced. Second bad experience at this Chilis! Avoid it!!!

Wish I would have read the reviews before going...waitress was nice but slow!..service long!...food gross...chips for the chips and salsa stale! And I've been up all night because of the flips and turns my stomach is doing!

Whatdya get when you fill a eating place (not a restaurant) with a bunch of "tweenagers" with minimal training and little or no interest in YOUR experience... Now, wrap that - in the bag of lettuce, frozen crate or sauce poured from a carton ? I will never darken the doorstep of the ChiliFridayorisitRubyTuesdayApplebeewithOliveGardenLonghornroots...

Waited for 15minutes and didn't even get a drink. Clearly they are not interested in providing a good experience for their patrons!

Not impressed by Chili's, it use to be good years ago but these days it has lost out to other restaurants. This particular visit was just awful. Was sat at a table that had obviously been used by a family with small children as there was food and crayons all over the floor. Ordered soup, never got it. Ordered boneless buffalo wings, got them cold. Partner ordered chicken sandwich and the slice of tomato was rotten. Over all not going to ever come back and I would not suggest anyone waste their money at this location.
