We spent a week in Kissimmee and Carrabba's saved us so many times!! The food is amazing, the service was always stellar and if you like Peach Iced Tea I highly suggest you order the Southern Peach Tea. The single most delicious alcoholic drink you've ever dreamed of. We ordered the Zucchini Fritte which were fantastic. Also I ordered the Sogno Di Cioccolata "Chocolate Dream" several times and it's made of chocolate perfection! This is just a great place to grab dinner, sit on the patio and eat, relax and chat.

Another awesome night in Florida. Ended it with a night out at Carrabbas. Initially, we weren't going because it seemed pricey. We went anyway. I'm very, very glad we did. We got there about 6:30 and it was a decent crowd for a Friday night. We didn't have to wait. Our waitress was fantastic. We started with a free appetizer, since we showed our room key. We had the crab cakes. Small but tasty. It was happy hour so we got 2 for one mixed drinks. Vodka cranberry, he got vodka tonic. Too much ice but nothing unusual. I had the rositto with scallops, shrimps, fish, clams and muscles. I was not dissatisfied at all. Yum. Went great with the warm bread and olive oil and herbs. He had chicken fettucine. He loved it. Of course we had dessert. I had the banana nutella panini. Omg so good. He had some whipped chocolate mouse..so good. We left full and satisfied..good end to a great vacation.

Extremely disappointed in this Carraba's. Used to love their food and would go at least once per month. Went here during vacation and ordered Pasta Carraba. The linguine was mushy, the Alfredo sauce was lukewarm at best and with little time, I had no opportunity to rectify. Service was OK

This was our first time at Carrabas and we will NOT be back. I ordered the tomato and mozzarella salad which was not edible as the tomato was very overripe. The experience unfortunately got worse, the kids food was cold, the starter soup was terrible and my Veal Picatta was drowned in butter. The only redeeming thing about the meal was the service from Kailey (even though she forgot the wine we ordered) and the diet coke.

I will give this place 4 stars because of the exceptional service that we received. Having never been to this restaurant chain, I was thinking it was like the Olive Garden. But I wouldn't put it in the same category. Yes it is an Italian restaurant, but it doesn't seem like their main focus is pasta. They have a meat, pizza, and pasta section of about equal size and there is no unlimited salad. My wife and I both had the Price Fix menu. It consisted of a choice of an appetizer (mostly salads, but a couple other items), a chicken dish (cooked with different ingredients), and a desert. I had the chicken and arugula, and my wife had a chicken stuffed with mushrooms, cheese and prosciutto. The meals were both very good. I think I preferred my wife's dish over mine, but nonetheless I was satisfied. The desert I was a little disappointed with because it comes in some small shot glass (bigger than 1oz though, but not much), and it was more like a desert sampler than a desert dish. What made this place nice was the waiter. I can't remember the name but he was a young guy, very well mannered. I was parched like you wouldn't believe, so I was swigging down iced teas like it was going out of style. The guy noticed this madness up and was on the ball in giving me refills. He knew he would have to be coming back often at the rate I was downing them and did so. The decor of the place was nice. Although we got put in a back room, which was a little quieter than the main area, the main area you can see the kitchen and the oven where they cook their pizzas. Give this place a look if you're in the area.

Visiting Orlando, we wanted to try an alternative eastcoast Italian restaurant chain. My friends and I had to request a different table to dine at because the area, possibly the carpet smelled like vomit. Once we got situated, we had an unimpressive meal, and the prices were reasonable. I have to give our waiter credit for admitting the shrimp was frozen when I inquired.

Oh my, I loved this place. My daughter & son-in-law took me here as Carrabba's is their favorite Italian place to go in Phoenix, Arizona, Our waitress was very friendly and helpful, she answered all my question about what was in the different dishes. I had trouble deciding what I wanted as there were some really good choices, I ended up choosing the pumpkin butternut squash ravioli which was so good, it could have been on the desert menu. Since this was on the appetizer list the waitress recommended adding a side of pasta & salad. The prices were very reasonable for excellent food & service. I don't know if they have a Carrabba's in the Portland are, but I plan on checking. The fresh herbs & bread was wonderful.

We had a party of thriteen people, so we called ahead. The staff greeted us upon arrival and said the wait would be 30 minutes. It was only ten minutes when the pager went off, so we were ecstatic. They sat us at two adjacent tables, effectively splitting up our group into 7 and 6. When we asked about one large table, they said it would take another 30-40 minutes. We passed on that idea. The food was tasty and typical Carrabbas except in one way...portion size. Two of our "large" size chicken parms were smaller than small size at the Carrabas I've been to in other locations. We all felt as though we had been given "tourist" portions at regular prices. The servers fetched extra pasta for us because they agreed the chicken was small. The servers were excellent given the size of our group. The bill was over $300 since there were multiple adult beverages consumed. Overall, it was a good experience except for the group splitting and portion sizes.

I went to this place on a trip to Disney and was expecting the same consistent food that I have had at many other Carrabba restaurants. I would have to say the best part of the meal was the fresh warm bread with the olive oil. I had the lasagna which is one of the easier things to make besides the spaghetti, but the lasagna was over cooked and just didn't have the flavor I was expecting. I also had a ceasar salad for my side and it was ok. Overall I give it 3/5 stars.

On our last night visiting Orlando we wanted to eat somewhere special. Our decision to go to Carrabba's was based solely on other Yelp reviews which rated this restaurant highly. And they were right. What a delicious meal. It was so good I wanted reenact the ancient Roman custom of throwing it up so I could eat a new meal (I didn't, don't worry). Even my picky eating daughter licked her plate clean! I highly recommend the Pollo Rosa Maria by the way.

On our vacation we went here twice. They were able to seat a large group with a minimal wait. The wait service is excellent. The food was very good. A good selection of wine too. If you're staying at one of the resorts on 192 this is a great place to eat.

My husband and I stopped in here for an early dinner. It was our first time visiting a Carrabba's but we were out shopping and were hungry. They opened at 4pm which is exactly when we pulled into the parking lot. The hostess immediately brought us to a table. The only complaint (and the culprit of the missing star to make it 5 stars) was the smell of a bar that had just been attempted to be cleaned...a mix of cleaning fluid and booze or something...not appealing. The atmosphere was very nice and everything did appear clean. The waitress Brianna was friendly and helpful with selections. After we ordered our drinks, she even informed us of the 2 for 1 beers during happy hour...this did make us happy! I ordered one of the specials, pesto pasta with salad. My husband ordered the chicken parmesan with a salad and a small side of fettuccine alfredo. Both were delicious and came with warm bread to start. With both meals and 2 beers each, the total came to $36! A bargain for the quality of food, service and atmosphere. We will definitely be back. Forget the other Italian chain restaurants! Go to Carrabba's!!!

Blackberry sangria is fantastic. Service was better than fantastic! Salad was very good. Pizza for kids under 5 was a lot but good for lunch the next day. They brought hot fresh baked bread throughout the meal to dip in olive oil. Lobster ravioli was perfect. Adult pizza was crisp and light. Just the right size. Manicotti was cooked perfectly and large enough for the wife to take some home. Very busy place but did not wait over 10 minuets and the service was more outstanding than the food!

Lovely restaurant, very good food and a somewhat more relaxed attitude than in other restaurants in this pricerange where they sometimes try to get you out the door a.s.a.p. We tried different items on the menu as we went there about 3 times during our last vacation. We can recommend "The Johnny" which is a sampler of 3 items. The white grigio housewine is good and so are the kidsmenu's. The pepperoni pizza's for the kids were very tasty.

  • David L.

Prices are only 50 cents more than at home than at home for chicken Marsala and chicken Bryan. Kids menu was little more expensive than normal. I don't know if was our server or the restaurant but the service was slow, but we were seated pretty quickly.

While this review won't represent all Carrabas, I am reviewing the experience I just had here. We stopped in for a quick lunch because this location is open Saturdays and Sundays for lunch. The parking lot was almost empty. The second we walked in the door we were hit with a foul odor. My boyfriend described it as a dirty wet dog. I thought it smelled like the places had been mopped with a mop that had sat in dirty water for a week. Most of the staff was sitting at the bar and looked at us like we were intruders. There were already customers so it wasn't like we were the first ones there. We did get seated right away and our server came over quickly. We reviewed the menu and found that they didn't offer a lunch menu. Everything was from their full priced dinner menu. I can't review the food this time because we decided not to stay. We may go back again some time for dinner, but we won't stay if it still smells as bad as it did.

This place was great! The food was excellent and our server was awedome! He informed me about items not on the menu and advertised the happy hour, which alot of establishments wont advertise to get that money. AUTHENTIC ITALIAN FOOD! Not that crap olive garden serves. The food tasted like their was a granny in the kitchen and it was cooked perfectly and the veggies were fresh. If ur looking for great food at an excellent price you have to come here. And the prices really are great, im in the Marine Corps so I really dont have alot of money, trust me when I say the prices are beyond reasonable.

Three years after my original review and Carrabbas continues to wow us with their food and service. Our server went above and beyond for us yesterday. Besides friendly and timely service, I was having trouble deciding which flavor of their sangria to order...so instead of just telling me what her favorite was, she brought me a sample of each. All were delicious, but I decided to go with the peach. Everything else we ordered was perfect down to the pepperoni pizza my kids shared from the children's menu and the complimentary basket of bread with dipping oil. Thank you Carrabbas for being so awesome. Keep up the good work!

OK, so it just doesn't seem right to give 5 stars to a chain. But when the restaurant earns it, I have to give it. We have a party of 9 on a Friday night. Sounds like a long wait, right? Nope. 20 minutes. Also, they have call ahead seating here, so be sure to use it. Minimal wait on arrival, seated quickly and we were greeted quickly by our server. And then the fun began, because a different server came right after that and introduced himself. We chuckled a bit, but he explained that he and a partner would be working together on our table for the evening. So we figured two is better than one, right... well it got better than that. One took our drink order, the other brought the drinks, then the first was back with bread. They did a great job explaining the menu and were as confident as to say, "Once you taste Carrabba's, you'll never go to the OG again." All right, game on. The service kept on getting better. As our regular team kept our glasses full and constantly checked on our needs, our salads and soups came up, and another member of the team brought them to us. Our regular servers brought another round of bread and refills. Then when our meals came up, two more servers brought our meals. The food was always hot and fresh when they brought it. Never had anything stood under a heat lamp waiting on other parts of the meal... or on the server to come get it. The team worked extremely well together. High praise for that... the teamwork is rare, great job to the staff here! The two servers who were our regular guys were both very engaging and seamless in conversation with us. Really enjoyed having them and talking about the area. As for the food, I had the Pollo Rosa Maria which is available in both a small and large size. I opted for the small size, which was perfect for me. The asparagus was a small extra charge, but also worth it. Very tender. Might have had a little too much salt and pepper for some, but perfect for me. If you are watching your salt, or don't go for the pepper you might ask them to dial it back a bit. The chicken was moist and juicy, not underdone or overdone, but perfect. And I am a big fan of the basil lemon butter sauce and prosciutto. Healthy... maybe not so much... so don't ask, just enjoy. So good food, great service, great teamwork by the staff, a great experience. So yes, it is a chain, but this one deserves and earns 5 stars from me.

Absolutely great food and the service was phenomenal. Clearly is a popular place because it was packed at 6:30pm! We went for dinner and I had the Monday special that came with an appetizer or dessert, soup or salad and a choice of 8 different entrees. I had the shrimp and scallop linguini with vodka sauce and I devoured the whole thing! I wish I would have eaten more bread with it but I was trying to be polite. For dessert I had the mascarpone one with raspberries and it was quite tasty. My companion had the chicken parm and she got 2 huge pieces of chicken with pasta. She could only eat one of them. Great meal at a great price. Can't wait to go back.

Came here with my family while on vacation. I must admit the service was spectacular and the food delicious. I like that they point out to feel free and ask for substitutions/additions because the food is made fresh to order. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Since this is a chain that I assume most have been to, I'll just say that the service at this particular location is great. We were the only party sitting outside on the patio, and the staff was very attentive to the impending rain, coming out quickly to lower the shades to keep us from getting wet. Our server was very good too.

Carrabba's is a classic when it comes to Italian chain restaurants. At this particular location, we had a great experience. We had to wait about 35' for a table (they had told us it would be an hour) so it wasn't that bad. Chelsea, our server was delightful. Very attentive and nice. Our food wee delicious but it didn't come at the same time. We didn't really mind cause we weren't in a hurry. However, when the manager brought our last dish (which wasn't on the menu but they made it anyways) he treated us to some desserts... JACKPOT! I'd definitely come back next time I'm in the Orlando area (the restaurant is actually in Kissimmee).

My wife and I had a gift card for here and we decided to do Take out last Monday. Their Monday deal is absolutely worth it. We got 2 apps, 2 main courses, and a cannoli all under $40. It was a ton of food. For being take out, the food's quality was still great when we got home. They have driver side service so I don't even need to leave my car. I've always had pleasant experiences at this location.

  • Michael K.

I would give it 5 stars pre-remolded. Just a little something missing. You get less herbs on your plate for your bread and olive oil. They don't even have the bottle there for you on each table unlike times past. The portions have gotten smaller but the price points have actually gone up. Hopefully the quality will stay steady. It's much better then an Olive Garden though for sure.

  • Kelly W.

We just went back for the first time since they redid the inside and it looks really nice. I feel like there's not as many tables as there was before. (I very well could be wrong through.) The food and the service was good. Nothing too memorable, but it was good. The bread and salads and food all came out in really good time. When we went it wasn't very busy and yet there were two parties of three waiting for a table and then we waited about 10-15 minutes, which I thought was a bit odd for a non-busy night, I'm sure there was a reason though!

Simple quality. The menu is relatively modest and each item is prepared with skill and diligence. The excellent staff make for a completely marvelous culinary experience.

  • Keith B.

Nothing will ruin a good meal faster than poor service. This place was incredibly poor.It took over 3 hours from the time we were seated until we were finally ALLOWED to pay. Nothing came at the same time...1/2 the table would get drinks and 5 minutes later the other 1/2. 1/2 the table would get the salad/soup, 5 minutes or later the other 1/2 would get their salads (their was 6 of us). Forget drink refills. I think you get the picture. This would have gotten 1 star had the food not been really good.

  • M. O.

While there have been times where the service and food quality have wavered a bit, the overall quality of the place has remained fairly high. I am a bit disappointed that they removed the bacon and caramelized onion flatbread, it was a favorite of me and my wife.

  • Scott R.

2.5 stars I have always been a big fan of Carraba's especially compared to the Olive Garden. However past couple experiences have been getting worse. From service to food has been lacking. Almost like they changed a lot of ingredients. I used to love coming to this restaurant. Now the thought makes me want to chose any other place before this one. I really wish they would go back to their old ways of doing things.

Return trip to this Carrabbas. Not quite as great as my last review but still good. We both had the combo dinner deal for $14. I had calamari, sausage lentil soup, and sirloin skewer. Sirloin skewer - meat was a bit tough, otherwise good. Wife had shrimp appetizer, spicy chicken soup, and chicken parmesan. She was happy with her choices. Still a favorite when we are here in Orlando.

Our family had a wonderful dining experience here. We didn't realize everything was made fresh from scratch. My husband is Italian-American and he thought the food was very good. We started with a chilled bottle of Pellegrino and a dish of lemon and lime wedges. I also went with a small bottle (1 1/2 glasses) of their sparkling blush wine which was quite sweet but very nice. Hubby ordered the bacon and caramelized onion flatbread as an appetizer and I ordered the spinach fonduta which came with the Trio d'Italia special. We shared and both were very good. As mentioned I got the Trio d'Italia special whereby you can pick three small portions: one from their wood burning grill, one from Italian classics, and one from signature pasta. Even though the portions are small it turns out to be a lot to eat. I picked the Chicken Bryan topped with goat cheese, sundried tomatoes and housemade lemon butter sauce, Mezzaluna Half moon ravioli with chicken, ricotta, Parmigiano-Reggiano and housemade spinach in tomato cream sauce, Amatriciana Cavatappi corkscrew pasta tossed in housemade amatriciana sauce which was very good. Hubby got one of the signature pastas. Penne Franco: mushrooms, sundried tomatoes, artichoke hearts and black olives, in garlic and oil with ricotta salata cheese which he said was excellent. Our extremely food-picky teenage daughter went with Caesar salad and their Fettuccine Alfredo and she was happy with it. Oh, happy day! Hubby and I ended with cappuccino which was my only complaint. I wish the cups had been larger.

Finally went to this restaurant the same night my honey and I arrived to Kissimmee. Once we arrived we were immediately seated and already a server arrived and introduced himself to us. We placed an order for drinks (came quickly) and appetizers (crab meat, which was pretty good). The food was pretty good. I had the: Champagne Shrimp and Scallops, which contained pan-seared shrimp and scallops with jumbo lump crab meat, mushrooms and roasted red bell peppers, tossed with tagliarini pasta (their home-made angel hair pasta) in their champagne cream sauce. My boo had: "Tag Pic Pac Tagliarini in our Picchi Pacchiu sauce with crushed tomatoes, garlic, olive oil and basil." With this dish you can either add shrimp or chicken. He had neither. The dishes were pretty good, reasonably priced and we were both full. For the Kissimmee area it was delicious food. But if you want fine dining, such as in a big city, Carrabba's won't cut it. But it is better then Olive Garden.

The food at Carrabba's is excellent for the most part. It is a bit pricey, but not too bad. It would have received 4 Stars, but we arrived and were told it was going to be a 20-30 minute wait. After 50 minutes, we were finally seated. If I am waiting that long for a table and it is over 20 minutes longer than your "projected" wait time, you should do something for your customer. Even a heartfelt apology would have garnered them a 4th star, but we received nothing, even after stating that it had been 40 minutes, 10 minutes longer than the maximum 30 minutes we were told. That being said, the Spicy Sausage Lentil soup is to die for! Keep it coming! I'd definitely recommend Carrabba's to everyone. Just make sure they don't have a wait.

I have eaten here before and was not happy about this past visit. Our server Aicha was fantastic, the bread was delicious, my sirloin kabobs were a disappointment, weird texture and tasteless, my husband had the pasta Carrabba and was disappointed as well, chicken was borderline undercooked, sauce was watery. I have not eaten at this particular one in a while and after this lunch probably not again.

It had been awhile since eating at a Carrabas.... And I am glad we returned! Service was great even though it was very busy (80 min wait, but we called ahead so only 20 min by the time we arrived). They customized an app for us, along with both our meals. We enjoyed ourselves as we were in no hurry and the server did not rush us out like some places will. Thanks for a very enjoyable evening.

This is a must if you are visiting the Orlando/Kissimmee area and are sick of bland chain restaurant food. Keep in mind that Carrabba's was a a small chain of 5 or so that was recently acquired by Outback. Fortunately, they realized that the appeal of Carrabba's lay in the quality of the food offerings. The place is packed for good reason. This is an A+ restaurant. The wait staff is great. Not afraid to give frank opinions on the food, down to the pros and cons of the three different chicken breast offerings.

Here's the deal. I wrote a review about the Carrabba's near MCO. The other review was for an 8 top of potential customers. This Carrabba's was near our Vacation Ownership Club (Timeshare exchange) in Kissimmee. This experience was totally relaxed, two for one cocktails happy hour, calamari with Ricardo Sauce (a buttery concoction with a mix of peppers). Okay, so we were really impressed, we ate there twice. First time: I had the mezzaluna stuffed pasta entree. Excellent!! My other dinner companions had Cannelloni and the dinner special, "The Johnny." A tasting of mezzaluna, filet of beef, and chicken with goat cheese sun dried tomatoes, and spinach (could have been basil). The second visit, was just as wonderful. It's a chain, but you really get a sense of home style dining.

HORRIBLE FOOD. DO NOT GO HERE. Calamari tasted like it was reheated. 5/6 people at my table disliked their food. I ordered the shrimp risotto and it tasted like they just poured tomato sauce from a can. Horrible vacation dinner. Would give it 0 stars if I could.

We ordered the Chicken Bryan along with the Carnevale Pizza's on our last night of our vacation and the only disappointment were they were too small. They only make a single size which is closer to a medium which barely fed 2 adults and 2 teens. Good food but order an extra if you're accustomed to eating large sizes.

I have never been to a Carrabba's, but was pleasantly surprised. After a long day at the amusement parks, we didn't feel like going out, so we ordered take out. I had the Linguine Pescatore which was excellent. Everyone in our party enjoyed the food. They have a separate small room for take-out pickups and they bring the food to your car.

The last time I was at a Carrabba's was several years ago and I remember it being a lot better than the way I experienced it today. I remembered the food being absolutely tasty and delicious and also in large portions. Today's food was okay and in average portions but the mouth-watering flavors were missing. I encountered some very friendly staff and our waitress was very over-the-top polite in the way she introduced the menu... meaning she was acting like a 1st grade teacher by directing our attention around the large menu by the obvious categories and shapes. I felt like I was in a really touristy Olive Garden. Actually, I've been in nicer Olive Gardens than this Corrabba's, especially when it comes to bathroom cleanliness... the floor was super sticky. :P

We visit the Orlando area every year for at least the last 5+ years. Carrabba's is always one of our mainstays. Chicken Bryan and any other of the specialties will not disappoint. Mussels are great if you like mussels. Sevice has always been solid and consistent. I like that you can wear shorts/jean (it is orlando) or dress up a bit and feel right at home. Their happy hour is good.

We were so tired of Disney food... This was a great escape! The staff accommodated our large group and the food was consistent with a typical Carrabbas. There were a few little issues but the manager resolved them quickly. We ordered the new menu items because it's a great value (happy my goto choice the chicken bryan was still on the menu).

Delicious! We dont have a Carrabas in Hawai'i and was trying some new American food chains. We walked in for late dinner And was greeted and seated immediately. Our server (Chelsie?) Was cute, peppy and very happy to see us. She immediately took our drink orders and returned in a flash. We were hungry after Disney and extremely open for suggestions. She practically ordered for us and gave her honest opinion about everything we asked about. We ended up with the calamari for our appetizer which was seasoned perfectly and the peppercini dressing was the "icing on the cake!" BUT! She also offered their amazing hot and fresh bread with their killer olive oil and seasonings- DO NOT PASS THIS UP! We also ordered some soup and trio plates (salmon, chicken with some paste sides that i cant remember) Needles to say we devoured the bread and calamari in meet minutes. She brought our lentil/sausage and chicken soups to us exactly after we finished our appetizer. These soups were also amazing! My body was full off of the soup, bread and calamari but I couldn't quit...not while I was waiting for my trio meal: salmon, manicotti and spaghetti! ALL. WERE. DELICIOUS. Needless to say, I forgot the names of what we ordered and to take photos because my hands were too busy dipping and scooping! Chelsea was very good at her job and engaged small talk to get to know us (Awesome! Becuase Disney cast members sound like robots after a while. Ugh.) Mahalo for the awesome food! Definite return in my near future!

Cockroaches! I've never written a review but I feel a need to after this horrible experience. Sitting at the food counter, a roach crawled up from the side that the chefs were preparing the food over the glass partition. The place is filthy from the outside.

We have been a fan of this Carraba's for 4 years....until now. Almost like it has change hands or something. I went by myself 2 nights ago, was seated in the bar. Waitress seemed to have forgotten about me. Had the 3 chicken special, the goop was good but chicken was not good. Bad experience. Went there tonight with my wife. We were 'seated' right next to people so large we could not have comfortably gotten into our chairs. Asked to be re-seated, and were again seated tightly next to another group even though the restaurant was largely empty. Seating is clearly based on what is most convenient for the servers. I won't go into alot of detail on the food other than to say it was bland at best. We are scratching this restaurant off our list. Can't recommend it.

It's like other Italian chains. Very good, but not quite ranked with my 4 and 5 star favorites.

Took my family (5 of us in all) for dinner there on a Sunday night. We called ahead (they don't take reservations, but you can get your name in the list), but still waited about 30 minutes. This was a bad sign. Waiter was nice, but it took more than an hour to get our entrees. Thankfully, we had ordered appetizers and the bread was plentiful. When food (finally) arrived it was hot, fresh and tasty. Skipped dessert; 2 hours is more than enough time to spend in any restaurant. Probably won't rush back to this location....

Carrabba's is one of our favorite places for Italian food. My wife and I don't even have to open the menu becasue we know what we want. My wife gets the Chicken Bryan and I get the Spidini de Mar both with angle hair pasta and Picipaco. (not sure on any of the spelling). This time my problem was I get scallpe only instead of shrimp and 2 of my scallops out of 8 were 1/8 the size of a normal scallop. The cooks should not of cooked this and sent it, the food carrier should of caught it also. They did do me right and took back my meal and cooked me a new one but it is no fun watching everybody else eat and then they have to watch you eat. For that reason I am giving it a 4 star. With review sites like Yelp, we demand a more perfect experience. Thank you.

Very polite server. Food was prompt and fresh. Stuffed mushrooms were fantastic. Pasta Sostanza : Tagliarini pasta with chicken mushrooms spinach and artichoke. ....just slightly under the mark but still pretty tasty.( Chicken was over cooked and over seasoned.) But every thing else in the bowl was perfectly cooked, so i can easily overlook it. ...I would go back for sure.

My first time dining at the restaurant but an italian eating professional. I was not too impressed with the calamari or mozzarella apps and was starting to get disappointed before the entree. The caesar salad and chicken parm easily top the list from ANY italian restaurant I have eaten at. Overall overpriced and LONG wait times brought this score down but by no means is the food not good.

My family of six and I ordered curb side pick up on April 26 because we did not feel like going out. We are not from Florida, just visiting for the week. Therefore, we do not know many places to eat around the area but we love Italian food. We ordered our food at 8:01 pm and was told it would be ready at 8:30pm. I drove down to Carrabba's at around 8:20 and as soon as I pulled into my parking spot, a waiter was at my car. He was amazing! He immediately asked what we wanted for our complimentary drinks and was super polite. If you ask me, we could use more people like him in this world. He brought our food out at around 8:33pm with a huge smile on his face. He then explained if anything were to be wrong with our order, or if something simply doesn't taste right, to bring it back and he would make sure it was done perfect. Outstanding service! When I got home with the food everyone began to dig in. The food was out of this world and great for a lazy night in. We ordered five pasta dishes and a pizza. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the pizza had an amazing thin crust I would order again and again. The house dressing they have for the starter salad is one of a kind! Overall, the food was amazing and the service was unlike any I have experienced. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
