Antonio’s Deli & Meats

Antonio's is a small, Italian deli located on US-1 just north of Donald Ross Road. Since 1993 it has been family owned and operated, now run by the sons of the original owners. I have eaten at Antonios multiple times; the latest meal this afternoon for lunch. When you first approach from the parking lot you are greeted by a "Thumann's Meats" neon sign, posters yelling "COLD SUBS" in red lettering. As you enter, the unmistakable deli smell overtakes your senses. The smell arouses my childhood, personally, but for some people it might translate to comfort, unraveling, joy...whatever it means to you, it's a sentimental smell. Antonios has everything and more you would want in a deli. Huge blocks of pecorio romano cheese, slabs of pork braccioli in the meat section, rib-eyes and NY strips, meat loaf and baked ziti, cans of pickled artichokes and greek olives filled with garlic. It has everything an Italian specialty market should carry and more. If you do not salivate while hanging out in Antonios you might as well cut your tongue off because you have a palliate more suitable for McDonalds. The best part about Antonios is they have some of the best lunch subs in Juno Beach, period. My favorite is the Italian Club, which includes prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, roasted peppers, fresh basil, and balsamic vinegar. It's a great sub that doesn't sit too heavy in the stomach. If your look for more of a gut buster, try their delicious hot meatball sub. The sandwiches are reasonably priced and always taste fresh, and made to order. Just be sure to come in early because they can get busy and the sandwich line can get backed up quick. There are a lot of people from NY/NJ/PA who live in South Florida. So, logically, they need somewhere to get their Italian deli fix. Antonios is the epitome of an authentic deli and has a fantastic family-run atmosphere. What makes Antonio's stand out from other lunch spots is simply the maxim any great eatery stands by: they simply refuse to change. The founder and original owner still enjoys working there even after retirement for god's sake! Antonio's is a testament to love, family, and good food. I hope you check it out soon.
For years we have gone to the only deli that knows what an Italian deli is in the Palm Beaches and Martin County. We love to pick up sandwiches to take out when we go boating. Great party trays. Fabulous cookies and cannoli. A taste of our summer home up north. Italian sausage is great in our poolside grill just add grilled onions and peppers and put on a nice Italian roll, awesome!!
Amazing family joint great stuff! Fresh!

Nice atmosphere, great food and an impressive array of fine wines by the glass. I had the grilled sea bass picatta and it was sublime. Try the spinach souffle, it's the house specialty, it's very good.
A nice place for lunch. The waiters are friendly and the food is good. A little spendy for an everyday lunch, but nice for a treat.
Very good food, I had the scallop special with rice and creamed spinach. I was told the scallops would be in a different type of sauce than what I received. Service was great at the beginning of my meal but then my server/bartender left and who-ever picked up his station didn't refill/warm-up my coffee, etc. Entree was a little expensive but perhaps par for the course for Juno. It was a solid meal with very nice ambiance.

Good solid breakfast and lunch place - good food, excellent service.
What a great find, from breakfast to dinner a must when in Juno!!
Deeeeeee-licious waffle fries and I love that it's pet-friendly! The service was a bit slow, but I can't blame them as they were really busy. Will definitely be back soon!

This place is great. Love the new look. Best croissant sandwiches and curry around. Who knew bubble tea was so good. It is like a smoothie, very fun (suctioning) those tapioca (circles) through that straw. ( edited for shelley )
I went to Bentleys one Sunday afternoon with my mom and friend because the other nearby restaurants had super long lines and this place was empty. Now I know why it was empty. To start off with they have the most uncomfortable chairs with ratty old pillows. Then the service is horrible and on top of it the food is mediocre at best. A total rip off for the amount of food that they give you and for the freshness of the food because it's obviously been laying around for a long time. Don't order any toast with your breakfast as they give you little pieces of bread for a dollar $1.50 extra. I thought this place was somewhat of a bakery and they give you bread that's worse than any store-bought bread I have ever had. I would recommend you never go to this place and a breakfast from McDonald's would be better. Ugh!
I took my lab to this little place last week. I have to say that it was quite the sad experience. The place was empty and the staff looked a bit surprised to be having clients at the lunch hour. Our meals were about as sad as the decor. Bentley's is billed as a bakery, but none of the baked goods in our lunches were at all appealing. My sandwich was a bizarre panini'ed croissant that was more the consistency of a biscuit. The pasta salad was a major meh. I was somewhat impressed by their HUGE hotdog, but again next to the sad pasta salad and ho-hum chili, even that big wiener wasn't all that impressive. Top it all off with some over priced art and fake plants. I wanted this place to be so much more -- it had all the hallmarks of a great place in Florida (in a strip mall from 80's, bad window dressing, nondescript name), but alas... not so much.

Went there this past Friday night with a female friend to catch up and enjoy a meal. The first thing you notice is the "relaxed" atmosphere when you enter. (Great start to a really positive dinner experience.) We had some tasty pork pot stickers, miso soup and hot saki to begin our feast. This was all outstanding. We then moved on to freshly made chicken and shrimp pad thai. (Excellent flavor and just the right amount of heat to it.) We then shared an Anaconda sushi roll, which was fresh and fairly large. We finished with multiple servings of mochi ice cream. ( We chose red bean, strawberry, and green tea. ) The service was "spot on" and the bill did not make me cringe too much. Will definitely be back for Happy Hour and/or when they have live music. (We were told usually on Sat nights.) Cool place!
I am always amazed that the restaurant is not more full during happy hour. The service is very friendly and prompt- we usually have the same waitress who is very kind and attentive, always with a smile on her face. The sushi is good, but the pad thai is delicious. They also carry local beers, which is so nice to have outside so close to the ocean. The decor is clean with a lot of surfing pictures -definitely a testament to how supportive the restaurant is to the locale. Sushi Jo happy hour is definitely a great low key date night - and they're dog friendly too!
Stopped for lunch after visiting the Marine life Center, probably one of the best sushi restaurants I've eaten at. The service was friendly and prompt. The food was awesome, everything was prepared perfectly. The presentation of the food was impressive, way more than we expected for lunch.

Great breakfast spot in Juno Beach. On the weekends you'll need to get there early or be patient because a long wait builds quickly. Breakfast foods were quite good just keep in mind that servings are very large. Ordered the 2 egg breakfast, next time I'll order the smaller version instead. Also wish I had ordered the bacon extra crispy but I'll remember that too. Had a wonderful time sitting outside, enjoying a Sunday breakfast with friends in the sunshine. Just remember sunscreen!
Excellent brunch! You will have to wait so be prepared! Service isn't great, but nothing in life is perfect! :)
Stopped there today after cycling & running. Impressed with great service and the food. I had the almond crunch French toast with two eggs and sausage. The almond crunch French toast was OMG delicious! Also outside dinning.

I have only had beer and wings here. The wings are the best I have had in the area. Very good food, a little slow coming out of the kitchen, but worth the wait.
We were very disappointed in the Thirsty Turtle. The fried oysters were flavorless and mostly breading, and the Clam Linguine, while full of clams, was only okay- the sauce was too heavy and it just was average. We really wanted to like the Thirsty Turtle, but unfortunately, we didn't. Maybe we just ordered the wrong food?
Wow haven't this bad a service experience in some time. To start they completely forgot my order somewhere in between it being placed and making its way to the kitchen. The other three people in my party were served and I was left to have to answer the "what did you want again?" question. Poor. My meal did come out about twenty minutes later and I'm sorry it did quite frankly. My rice was undercooked and crunchy, and the veggies were overcooked and soggy. The blackened chicken was ok, but it's really hard to mess up grilling chicken. Even worse was not so much of even an effort to make good on completely screwing it up. Not even an apology. The wings everyone are raving about were ok, but I've had better. My guests enjoyed their fried seafood, but again nothing special. It's a decent watering hole but not much else.

If it was simply a food review, it would get a ten out of ten stars. The food is superb...everything we have ever had has been delicious and creative. The service has ranged from lower mediocre to terrible....absolutely terrible. Best service ever was at the bar when the owner was there one night and helped us. Often times, it looks as if they just picked up random people on the street corner and asked them to come in and serve dinner. Very scary. Hire some well trained help. They will be worth their weight in gold....
My new FAVORITE PLACE TO EAT! Fresh food, great service and cute atmosphere! General Tso's Cauliflower is Incredible!!!
Really fresh, delicious food. Friendly staff. Chill vibe. Nice decor. You won't be disappointed. The fish tacos and farm salad are my favorite combo, but everything's delicious.

Family loves this place. Me. Meh. Not so much. True it's been around a long time. But I have had much better pizza. Personally, I would rather stay home... than eat the pizza here. Mind you it's not crappy, or unpleasant. It's just not my style of pizza. Its way to thin. Not a big fan of square cut, and the pizza seems over cooked. Ill pass.
Good pizza, good service, good apps.
I just heard about county line pizza after living inJupiter for 2 years. I consider myself to be a pizza guru and have plenty of experience eating pizza in NY and Chicago. Well, they passed the test with flying colors. The first test of a good pizza is .. it has to stay flat and not bend when you hold a slice by the crust. If it folds .. its simply not cooked well enough .. just gross soggy mess. . Their pizza passed and had a nice fim crust with texture. The sauce was good too. just the right amount.. Nothing worse then getting pizza with very little sauce. I did not try anything else. But pizza was best in the area in my opinion.

The bread that my sandwich was on was wet. The place is very dirty. The floor, the windows, the ceiling tiles stained and a/c vents filthy. I don't understand that that just don't give it a good scrubbing. A great location and nice staff. But I will never go back.
You know what I hate about reading reviews that say a place is friendly? When you arrive and the wait staff is "having a bad day" or "not at the top of their game". We were dissapointed. The place was not as clean as many local diners in the area and the food was so-so. I'll be back cause I support the small businesses, but I hope I don't get that same tough roast beef and Debbie Downer treatment.
PERFECT place for lunch! (although they're a bit slow at times - but i guess that means they're making your food fresh). they have anything from salads and soups to wraps and sandwiches, hot or cold. they have the basic turkey or ham sandwiches/wraps, but they also have seafood ones as well. i had the ahi tuna wrap, and it was quite delicious. this place reminds me of hawaii. it has that casual/beachy vibe. the fish and chips basket was ginormous and the fish(grouper) was nice and flaky, and served steaming hot. the menu is extensive and you'll for sure find something to your liking. they even have gyro wraps, which were actually pretty good. in addition to the tables they have inside, they have many tables outside and there are misters so you won't get too hot during the summer. or you can sit at the counter if you just want a quick meal or milkshake. i'm getting hungry thinking about this place!
