This site has been consistent in service & food quality over the last 20 yrs I've eaten here. In fact it's gotten better over the yrs. I mostly use the drive thru & find it quick & efficient. I had 2 $.99 crispy chik sandwiches tonight & a choc frosty. Wendy's value chik is the best of all fast food chains. The meat always overflows from the bun & is of premium quality & taste. The frosty is good as always.

I had the opposite problem. Mine came out as soon as they swiped my card. Y is that a problem u may ask. Bc the sandwich was old and cold. I got the new brisket burger and the brisket and onion tangles were cold. Cheese wasn't even melted. The burger was black but still cold. Horrible.

No baked potatoes. Frosty was soupy and not frosty. Bathrooms were disgusting. Would not recommend this Wendy's.

I've always had good service at this particular Wendy's... at least where the drive-thru is concerned. I haven't actually been in the restaurant in over a decade, so I can't comment there. The drive-thru moves pretty quickly though. It's typical Wendy's food... same 'ole same 'ole. I'm a huge fan of their new(ish) Baconators and I love the fact they now have vanilla frostys. I never have been a big fan of chocolate anything. They have good chili and I like their baked potatoes. They do have some items on the menu that are kinda costly (like the Baconator), but they have enough to choose from where you can eat pretty cheap here too. That's always nice on the wallet. If you're traveling on I-95, getting here won't take you very from from the interstate and it's convenient.

I like the fact that Wendy's have a dollar menu. Hey I use it when funds are low or when I don't want a big meal. On today's visit I had a Strawberry Fields Salad, which was fresh with moist grilled chicken, strawberries, honey roasted sunflower seeds, fresh greens, blues cheese cheese crumbles, applewood bacon, red onions with an apple balsamic vinaigrette. This salad is very flavorful and light. The blackberry lemonade is sweet however is refreshing. Drive thru service was quick.

I'm by no means a fast food guy. I was passing through Jacksonville on I-95 on the way to Orlando, and needed a quick bite to eat. Wendy's pretzel bacon burger isn't bad, and my daughter agreed, so we stopped here. What stood out here was the staff. Typically, in my experience, fast food joints just off of interstates have horrible customer service. This Wendy's busted that experience with gusto. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. The employee behind the counter was outstandingly and genuinely friendly, as was everyone else we encountered. While eating, I observed employees greet everyone coming in, and offering sincere thanks to those leaving. "Thanks for coming to see us - hope to see you again soon!" It's sad that these sorts of attitudes deserve so many accolades, but the fact is, they do. These employees went above and beyond. I wrote to their corporate office, so yelp of course needs some love too. :)

I live in the area and have been here several times. Every single time it has taken me 15 plus minutes to simply order and another 15 plus minutes to get my food. The drive through seems to go relatively quick, but if you're dining in...be ready for a wait! Also, my burgers are always bone dry from this location. It's almost as if they pre-cook the meat way in advance...no longer the juicy Wendy's of my childhood.
