I walked into this establishment Sunday May 4th and went in to use the mens room....the door was not locked and I was able to observe a man seated on the toilet....I quickly closed the door and went about ordering my food....two men emerged from this bathroom, who appeared to have been engaged in some sort of nefarious activity....I am totally sickened by the actions of these two and will NEVER eat at Wendy's again....this was totally disgusting and against all that is moral and decent....

I would give this place no stars if it was an option. The only fast food location I have ever been to with this terrible of service is the Buger King on King St. They are slow as hell, they have no sense of customer service, and the food is always cold by the time I get it.. There is nothing worse in life than cold, soggy fries. Oh, and they charge too much! Sorry Wendy, but you've lost a customer for life!

There is a definite lack of fast food/drive thru options in Five Points, and I am happy about that. But sometimes you just need a quick bite, quickly, and I've found myself in this drive thru a few times over the past couple of years. The service is always short and rude. My order has never been correct. Every time I pull in, I cringe a bit and cross my fingers that maybe things have changed, but as of the last visit, it doesn't appear to be the case. Think I'll continue to pass on this location.

This Wendy's wins an award for the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. Checked in our hotel and drove up the street to Wendy's. The floor is covered with straw wrappers, cellophane , lettuce, etc and the cashier is diligently scrubbing one small area of counter. Obviously she is mad at the world and reluctantly takes our order and we wait forever for our food while she walks across the resturant and scrubs a small area on a table while staring into space. Our food sits out for a while before she walks over to hand it to us. Meanwhile there are 2 guys that walked in and were completely ignored. She went back to cleaning same table and the two guys had to ask her to wait on them. They got the same disgusted reception we did I only write this dissertation because I get tired of 20 something's that don't want to work and take it out on the customers. I also think corporate Wendy's should make a surprise visit at 9 pm and see what is going on in their franchise, certainly not the usual friendly staff.

I work nearby and have eaten here for 3 years. I haven't really had too many issues until the past few months. Lately, the drive through line has been really long, no matter what time of day. I normally eat a late lunch, 2pm - 3pm and have been waiting 20 minutes or more in the drive through line. As you pull up to the place to give your order, there's no greeting or recording, you have to ask, "hello?", that issue has been happening to me repeatedly. I've received the wrong order once recently and yesterday, massive food poisoning. I realize that food poisoning may have been completely out of their control, if it came in to their store like that, but I think overall there is a management problem there. Employees are not being trained and managed well.

Went here today.. went inside ordered 2 value drinks, 2 value fries. They gave me old, cold fries and a wrong drink. -__- Worst service ever. And my order wasn't the only one they got wrong.

This is a good Wendy's for sandwiches and drinks. For fries and baked potatoes? Eh, not so much, due to the tendency of being served cold and old. I will say, they are good about following food orders. My family and I like our spicy chicken sandwich with everything on it (just like a cheeseburger) and this particular Wendy's has never given us a hard time about it. LOL Because it is only one of two "traditional" fast food restaurants in Riverside (Burger King being the other), the drive-thru is packed at lunch & dinner times whether the food/service is good or not. Due to its placement at one of the points of "5 Points", getting in and out can be very hazardous to your health - so please be careful.
